Merry Christmas everybody! My god, so happy right now! I had an awful time last week! One of my wisdom teeth popped up, the thing was, it didn't come out whole, more like a shard. A very painful shard. I had fever because of it, i had to go take a X-ray of it. It's infected so i have to take medicine for it. Yeah, no fun. They're going to pull it out in few weeks possibly(They have very little open spots when they can do it, you know because of Christmas and more urgent cases)

Thankfully, the medicine is helping and i can actually EAT now, instead of just eating food that i don't have to chew.

Anyway, Christmas definitely improved my mood. I love shopping for presents, but this year i kept that to one small present each and instead made gifts that they hopefully will like ^_^ spend a lot of time on internet for ideas and going to different stores to find everything i needed for them.

So, like i promised here is the Christmas special! Enjoy!

I hope you all will have a peaceful and wonderful Christmas and a happy new year! Love you all!

NOTE! What happens in this chapter might, or might not, be tied to the actual storyline, depending on if i think it will be right time(In other words: if i think i have strung you guys along long enough ;) )for these devolvements.

Eveline purred happily as she sunk to her chair, curling in to a small ball. Christmas. No work, she could sleep late, wonderous food and, her personate favorite, christmas cartoons!

So maybe it shouldn't be something someone over 20 should be so excited about, but damn it if that stopped her!

It was Christmas eve, tomorrow she would be making a lot of calls to her friends, Arthur, Riley, Calvin and her parents. She would also go to Juliette's and Nick's house for a dinner and to exchange gifts. She had also invited Monroe over for the evening as the Blutbad had mentioned that he would be staying home this year, instead of going to meet up with his family(apparently, their relationship was a little strained due to him being a Wider. Of course they still called each other and visited, they were pack members after all, but not as much as they used to) which he had admitted wasn't too bad, he would have so many temptations if he did since his family wasn't exactly 'all green'.

Monroe had agreed to come over. It had actually been pretty cute, he had looked like an overly excited puppy...

And again, she had a feeling she was going to regret inviting him...

If that girly squeak was anything to go by, she would be in for a one hell of a Christmas..

For now, she was just content drinking her hot chocolate, sitting in her favorite chair and watch the fire dancing in the fireplace and listen to the cracking of the wood as the fire consumed it. It was a lazy evening for her and she was more than happy with it. Later, she would take a long, hot, bubblebath with scented candles giving light instead of the artificial lighting. It would make her nice and relaxed...

True, she didn't particularly like Christmas, but she was more than fine with the time she got to spend at home doing nothing. Ab-so-lu-te-ly no-thi-ng.

Maybe that's why Arthur always called her a lazy house-cat?

She did love to spend time doing nothing, she loved napping, eating, bathing and snacking...

Oh god

She was Garfield!

Not as fat or sarcastic, but still!

Right, she needed to start going to the gym. Or heck, maybe do some Pilates with Monroe. Hunting was also an option, one she would prefer but it could make her instincts work over-time and in return make her twitchy and prone to be more aggressive(The last thing she needed).

Gym it was, she had a feeling that if she began doing Pilates with Monroe she'd be stuck with an overly excited wolf for a looonnggg time...

Then again, maybe that wasn't so bad~!

Maybe she'd get a fiew of him without a shirt~! He might have not been the fittest person, but he had that scruffy, professor kind-of look that she adored. She liked her men big, strong, smart and potentially dangerous. Maybe it had something to do with her DNA? Mauvais Dantes females after all, actively sought out the best qualities on males. Being big and strong ensured that their offsprings would be too, intelligent was always a plus and what they were known for along with their speed and strength. The best features of an predator.

And a Blutbad wasn't a bad choise, not at all. It was one of the best if you didn't count the unwanted qualities(For example: their obsession with red wasn't exactly what you'd call an advantage)

Speaking of red, she had thankfully remembered to mail the gifts she had bought to her friends some days ago so they should've already arrived to their owners.

Eveline sighed and stretched, her limbs feeling a little numb after the time she had spend sitting there. She should probably go take her bath before she fell asleep.

She sluggishly got up and dragged her feet towards the bathroom, passing few of the pictures of her family she had put up. She walked inside the bathroom and turned on the lights and went on a search for her raspberry vanilla bubble bath. She was sure she had some left... She hoped.

Her fingers reached to the back of the bathroom cabinet and finally felt a familiar bottle touch the tips of her fingers. She pulled the bottle out and turned towards the tub and turned on the water after putting the bath plug in. As the water began rising she added the deliciously scented liquid in and went to fetch her candles and to change in to her bathrobe, she also took a glass of red wine with her and the first book of fifty shades of gray(What? few of the nurses had been talking about it and she was curious damnit!).

After the water surface reached a point she knew would go to her neck when she sat down and it was hot enough, she lit up the candles, closed the ceiling lights and disrobed herself, sinking in to the wonderful, relaxing bath.

Eveline took a long sip from her wine and reached for her book, getting drawn in to the sinfully delicious universe of fifty shades of gray.

Eveline jumped off from her bike and parked on the driveway of her adopted sister's and her idiot-of-a-Grimm boyfriend(Not that she was aware of that). She grasped the bag with their presents in it and smiled.

It was around two when she had left her home, after waking up early to watch the christmas themed cartoons and to eat junk-food.

Hey, it was Christmas! She was allowed to eat any-kind of fattening foods for the day!

Eveline walked up to their door and gave a light knock on it, she almost burst in laughter when she heard Juliette's panicked voice ( 'she's already here?!') echoing from inside, moments later, Nick opened the door and gave her a sheepish grin.

"we didn't expect you this soon, usually you can't be torn away from the tv on Christmas." He said, allowing her in. True... She just thought that if she's gonna spend time with Monroe, she ought to come visit these two sooner.

"Well Merry Christmas to you too." Eveline joked. "Next time i'll make sure i'm few hours late!"

Nick nodded seriously. "Good. That's gets us time to hide the valuables."

They both stared at each other for a while before snorting and heading towards the kitchen where Juliette was. The poor woman looked flustered as she prepared their meal. When she saw Eveline, however, she brightened a little and quickly made her way to the Mauvais dentes and gave her a hug. "Merry Christmas, Evie!"

Eveline smiled and hugged her back. "Merry Christmas, Jullie!"

While the two women gushed at each other, Nick had taken the opportunity to perform a 'taste-test' on some of the foods behind their back. Unfortunately for him, Eveline had seen him and informed Juliette, who immediately slapped his hands away when they were reaching for their next target.

Juliette soon shooed the two out of the kitchen so she could resume her cooking and in to the living room where the Grimm and Wesen settled on the couch to watch Grinch.

"I invited Monroe over to my place later this evening." Eveline mentioned to Nick, who glanced from the movie to her. "He was gonna be alone for today so i thought it would be nice. He seemed pretty excited about it."

Nick raised an eyebrow at her. "Oh really now?"

She nodded. "Yup, but i can't help but to think i just invited the spirit of christmas over... It's gonna be a long day.."

Nick laughed. "From how he decorates, i sure hope you have eggnog. For your sanity's sake."

She couldn't help but to curse herself, she didn't have any..

Soon enough, the food was done and they all seated themselves to the table, eager to stuff their mouths with the mouth-watering sights. Juliette couldn't help but to laugh as her boyfriend and sister began eating like starved dogs.

Neither the Grimm or the human heard the almost silent purring that was coming from the youngest of their group.

Eveline bit in to the big bird meat happily, munching in complete bliss, unaware that some of her Wesen features had popped out and Nick was staring at her in bewilderment. With a quick glance at Juliette, he conformed that she didn't see the woge so he let it be.

After dinner, the three went back to the living room and exchanged gifts. Eveline got a long, dark teal winter coat that had a matching belt around the waist and the collar touched her chin. She loved it. Along that she had gotten all seasons of The Big Bang Theory and a Sonic screwdriver(''OH MY GOD!'') from her. From Nick, she had gotten the seasons of Criminal Minds she didn't have, pair of knee length boots(How did he know what to buy? Wasn't he a guy?!) and a box of chocolate.

Eveline had given Juliette tickets to a show she had wanted to go to, the whole fifty shades series(She had winked at her when Juliette had blushed.) which got a raised brow from Nick, and a big box filled with different bath salts, bubble bath liquids, candles, chocolate and sponges. The woman really needed to relax once in a while..

For Nick, she had bought a dark green scarf, different movies(that she knew Nick loved), and(just to spite Juliette) PlayStation 4 along with few games.

They all talked and laughed for few hours, before Eveline told them her good byes and left, knowing that she more than likely had a excited Blutbad waiting for her.

And that was not something she was going to miss out on.

And what do you know, the second she stopped her bike, Monroe appeared. And when she saw her, she couldn't help but to burst in laughter.

He was wearing his santa suit. With a 'santa's' bag with who knows what inside.

Eveline tried to breathe, but it was almost impossible when the Blutbad-Santa skipped to her, the bells on his costume ringing happily, a huge smile on his lips as he quickly grapped her stuff from her arms.

"You have NO idea how long i've waited for you to come back!" He said to her as he carried her presents towards her home as she parked her bike and followed behind. "I was sitting by the window waiting, you know."

The mental image almost send her on a laughing fit again, but thankfully she managed to hold it in.

Eveline did quick work on opening the door and the two Wesen stepped in.

"You can set the bag by the couch, Monroe. Do you want any hot chocolate? 'Fraid i'm out of eggnog." Eveline told him as she took off her coat.

Monroe's head snapped up. "I could go and get some, i have some."

Eveline shrugged as she walked in to the kitchen. "If you want to drink some, sure. I'll stick with my chocolate!"

"I'll take some too then!" The wolf in santa's clothing told her, giving her a smile and setting down Eveline's presents and his santa's bag.

Monroe called from the living room, asking if he should light up the fireplace.

"yeah sure, go ahead." Eveline called back and focused on her task to make them something to munch on.

She took back a plate of cookies, which Monroe gave a odd look at.

"I'm allergic to ginger." She explained.

"Ow man... That must be awful.." He frowned.

Eveline shrugged. "Not really, i prefer chocolate chip anyway."

Eveline did few more trips to the kitchen, getting popcorn and different fingerfoods before going back to her original job. Hot chocolate.

Quickly whipping them up two mugs of hot chocolate with whip cream on top, she walked back to the living room and handed Monroe a cup and sat down next to him. "So, you wanna watch a movie?"

Eagerly, Monroe told her that there was a movie starting on one of the tv channels and he opened the tv, switching the channel until 'It's A Wonderful Life ' was on.

The two of them sat snuggly together on the couch, watching the old classic in a content silence. The lights were dimmed down, the fireplace gave the room a cozy glow, the snacks were slowly disappearing from the plate... It was wonderful.

She once more, began purring.

While Nick and Juliette weren't able to hear her, Monroe sure did.

The Blutbad glanced down at the Mauvais dentes that was snuggled to his side and couldn't help but to let out a pleased growl at the sight. This felt right, somehow. Angelina would have never agreed to something quiet, just the two of them and would have dragged Monroe to a bar.

Which is why Monroe felt so much more comfortable with Eveline, even thought she could easily kill him(could he be turning in to a masochist?). Eveline enjoyed the same things as he did, but they also had differences. That, made things more interesting. They could argue about their views, but at the same time they were able to listen to the reasoning the other had.

Monroe was glad he had met the saber tooth and would do anything to keep her in his life.

The two of them finished the movie and Monroe grasped his bag, pulling out a present. "Here, i got this for you."

Surprised, Eveline took the wrapped present and slowly opened it.

Inside, was a cuckoo-clock. A beautiful one at that. The dark wood was old but the craftmanship was astonishing. Large eagle stood on top with it's wings spread. And down below a deer being attacked by a dog. The case was surrounded by oak leaves and branches. It had to be expensive.

"It's a Black Forest cuckoo-clock. It was made around the early 1900 'ts. When i saw it, i couldn't help but to buy it. I thought it would fit to the spot between the fridge and the doorway, you know." Monroe flushed, looking at her awkwardly.

"I-I.. Monroe this must have been really expensive!" She stuttered. "Y-you didn't have to buy something like this!"

"I wanted to." The Blutbad said, looking her in the eyes. "I thought you'd deserve it."

"i-i didn't even get you anything.." Eveline muttered, mentally kicking herself.

Monroe smiled at her, taking the clock from her hands and setting it on the table. "I don't mind, this is enough. I-I mean... Nobody but family has ever invited me over for Christmas before. I've mostly spend them with my family or alone. The fact that you actually WANT to spend Christmas with me, is more than enough."

Eveline looked at him, staring in to his almost black eyes, before she smiled. "You know, i think i DO have a present for you.."

Monroe blinked at her. "Oh yeah?"

Eveline leaned forward, a mischievous smile on her lips as her eyes suddenly flashed sensually at him. "Yeah... I do."

Without moment of hesitation, Eveline slid closer, closing the gap between them, and pressed her lips upon his.

For a moment, nothing happened. The tv buzzed and the fire crackled around them and for a moment, she feared the worst. Thankfully, Monroe unfroze and eagerly shuffled closer, wrapping his arms around her, deepening the kiss.

Their eyes fluttered shut and they both allowed their hands to wander, to memorize the feel of the other. Slowly, Monroe pressed forward and pushed Eveline gently down, before following after her.

As things slowly got more heated, Eveline couldn't help but to smile when Monroe moved to sucking and nibbling at her neck.

Maybe Christmas wasn't so bad after all...?

HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOYED! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!
