Chapter 11

Disclaimer: so people we're sorry but we don't own Harry and People you recognise but we do own Drix and Derek! Just so you know Hermione and Harry did some wizard adoption thing we might show later and the same with the Weasley's which explains the Charlie thing you shall see.

"Everybody sit down! Lunch is being served. Derek! Is Draco coming today or does he have to work today?"

"I'm not sure. He hasn't told me anything. If he shows up he shows up I guess." Derek said helping Mrs Weasley to carry the food outside to the tables that were set up outside since it was a nice day. Just after he finished talking the Fire place came to life and Hermione fell out followed closely by Draco.

"MIA! You are here. I missed you Mia. Oh Hi Daddy." Scorpius said as he ran over to Hermione and hugged her legs.

"Yes, Thanks Scorp. No hug for your Daddy fine. I guess I will have to go and hug Bri. Bye Scorp."

"No Daddy." Scorp yelled as he ran up to his daddy and gave him a big hug, well as big as Scorp could give.

"Come on Dears lets go and eat. I'm sure there are a few people that will be excited. Scorp can you help me carry the sauce outside?"

"Yes Gramma Molly."

"Gramma Molly? How long have I been out?"

"You were in the comas for 6 days. Since Gin and I became close Scorp calls Molly Gramma."

"Coma's?"

"Yes. Don't feign innocence. You are the brightest witch of your age you don't do things in halves. Please don't tell anyone else about that coma inducer it fucking scared Blaise. He was so excited about you coming out of the coma that when you went back in he lost it. I am surprised he hasn't had a go at you yet."

"Why? What am I to him?"

"Okay well there was this thing in Hogwarts in Slytherin…."

"Tell her later Draco she needs to eat."

"Fine Molly we are coming. Oh hermione can I please use you in a prank?"

"Depends on the prank."

"Okay. I put a glamour on you, say you couldn't come and then while everyone's eating slowly remove the glamour. I am trying to get George back for a prank."

"Fine Hurry up. I want to eat Molly's food."

Draco quickly put the Glamour on. He led Hermione out into the yard.

"Hey Guys. I came. Sorry Harry, Hermione wasn't up to coming. I'll see about next week."

"Thanks Drac. So who's this mystery woman?"

"My friend, Helena. I forgot that we were meant to meet up this weekend so I thought I'd bring her along." Draco said still proud of the lying skills he possessed.

"That's fine. Let's eat shall we?" At that everyone started to eat and Draco started to ever so slowly remove the glamour on Hermione.

"So Helena what do you do?" Ginny asked trying to include Helena in conversation.

"I'm a lawyer and specialise in Children's law. I work at HG Lawyers."

"Oh. Hermione owns that. So do you know Hermione?" Ginny said still not looking up.

"Yeah. Actually we are pretty close." At this Ginny looked up to see Hermione sitting there instead of Helena.

"HERMIONE! Draco you evil little person. How could you?" Ginny said laughing about the prank pulled and running around to give Hermione a hug.

"Granger. I didn't know you specialised in children's law! OH I get why you asked about that now."

"Uh huh. I hadn't been to work in a month and since I am confined to the hospital..."

"And grounded don't forget grounded"

"Can't forget that can I daddy? Ha. I thought I could do some defence cases and ones that are just paperwork. Your case sounded like it would fill time and it isn't too strenuous to gain the information needed since you would be visiting often." Hermione said like should have been obvious.

"Oh Okay in that case..." Draco said getting up out of his seat and kneeling in front of Hermione. "Hermione Granger. Brightest witch of our age will you be my Lawyer please for this case?"

At this Hermione started laughing at Draco's dramatics.

"Draco Lucius Malfoy what case are you talking about?" Derek but in sternly.

"A case not meant for young ears." Was the response Derek got before a pointed look was sent to Scorpius "Now Hermione Granger what is your answer?"

"I shall assist you in this case, but I will need to talk to mini you at some point."

"I guess I have to allow it."

"I guess you... Oh My Merlin. CHARLIE!" Hermione started to answer Draco but got sidetracked. She got up and charged at Charlie.

"Hey sis, you're here! Now you are being relocated from you place to a special place for special people." At hearing this Draco was enraged.

"Just because she is need of therapy at this present moment does not meant she is classified as 'special' she just needs assistance." Charlie was laughing as soon as Draco stopped talking.

"Bumblebee I have completed your room nothing but yellow and black. Now ferret inside theBurrow this instant." Draco gulped at this.

"Good luck Ferret. We promise to take good care of Scorp after your dead." Ginny stated.

"Haha Very funny Ginerva." Draco said before following Charlie into the Burrow.

"I give Draco 2 minutes before we have to intervene."

"I give Draco 5 minutes before we have to intervene."

"I give them 5 minutes until they walk out smiling, no bruises what so ever. 2 galleons each."

At 2 minutes Bill grabbed 2 galleons out and waited to see whether Hermione or George was going to collect his money. He was already plotting Charlie's demise.

At 5 minutes a smiling Charlie walked out of the Burrow followed by a smiling Draco. No bruises on either. After seeing this George grabbed out 2 galleons.

"HA suck on that. Relinquish your galleons to me. Best better in the Burrow right here." Hermione said doing her weird victory dance.

"Herms sit down or I take the money." Harry said like this was natural. Hermione was in her seat in a flash.

"Okay I won't ask because to be truthful I am scared of the answer." Charlie said. Draco just ignored them in favour of sitting with Scorp. He noticed that Hermione was very talkative with the Weasleys at the start of the lunch. After a few minutes he noticed that Hermione had gone oddly quiet. He looked over at her to see what the issue was only to see her looking pale and in fight or flight mode. He was by her side in a flash.

"Hermione what is wrong? I need you to tell me what is wrong? Please Hermione I need to know."

"Why is he at the gate?"

"Who is at the gate Hermione?" Replied Draco worriedly.

"Farkas. WHY IS FARKAS AT THE GATE? Who invited him?" Hermione said sounding quite hysterical. At hearing this Draco turned to look at the gate. He saw a man walking through it wearing muggle attire.

"Okay Hermione I need you to come with me. Char, Bill can you get rid of him please?" Draco said calmly in Healer mode.

"NO I am going to kill him!" Hermione stated with a crazed look in her eyes. Draco seeing this just put Hermione over his shoulder and walked back into the house to floo back to St Mungo's.

Back at the Burrow, Bill and Charlie had risen from their seats and started over to Farkas.

"What do you want? Come to hurt her again?"

"He didn't just hurt her Charles he practically killed her. Thank god Hendrix got to her in time each time." Bill said glaring at Farkas.

"On time each time? Killed her? What are you guys on about?" Farkas said quite confused.

"Oh. He doesn't know guys. I have yet to tell him about it." Hendrix said walking over. "You see Farkas. My sister tried to commit suicide four times. Thank god I found her each time. First she tried to get run over, second she tried to suffocate herself, thirdly she injected herself with a slow working coma inducer that reacts to pills to create a poison and finally she ODed on Panadol. Now tell me you are not the reason that she resorted to these measures. Tell me now how I am meant to treat the piece of shit that has placed my sister in hospital indefinitely!"

"Hermione did that because of me?! Crap. I need to see her."

"Oh and you think we will let you…"

"I'LL KILL YOU! I TOLD YOU MY BIGGEST SECRET AND YOU JUST TREAT ME LIKE TRASH. I WILL…. Let go of me Ferret or you're next." Hermione Screeched.

"No Granger Calm down… Hendrix Help please?" Draco said borderline hysterical

"Ferret I almost died four times he can die four times over."

"Hermione Jean Greaster* calm down this instant or you lose your room!" Charlie snapped

"You fucking hypocrite Charles. No issue with Ferrets death but you have an issue with shitfaces death. Malfoy let go now!" Hermione said deadly calm.

"Only if you calm the fuck down, march back inside and go to St Mungo's. I have no issue with body binding you and carrying you back." Draco said in response.

"Fine but give me five minutes with Farkas."

"Only if you give me your wand missy" Bill said, hand outstretched waiting for her wand.

"Why? I won't use it on him. I promise" Hermione countered pouting cutely.

"Don't trust you at the minute Bumblebee." Charlie smiled.

"Okay this is just strange."

"Shut up" Hermione screamed with the crazed look back in her eye. Bill and Charlie shared a look before picking her up one arm each and dragging her back inside with Draco following behind.

Hendrix turned and punched Farkas in the face.

"That is for causing my sister to be confined to hospital."

"HENDRIX Hendrix. She has pulled a runner! Char and Bill brought her back but then she pulled another runner."

"Fuck you Farkas. I swear I will hunt you down a kill once she is better."

"Hendrix I can never apologize enough for my stupidity."

"That's right. Do you know why she kept it a secret? She was scared that you would force her to give up magic or reject her. At age eleven she fought obstacles that were designed to stop even the cleverest adults, twelve she there was a massive snake at her school that was trying to kill people that had non-magic parents, she almost died that year. Thirteen she came face to face with a convicted criminal only to find out he was innocent and save him from the death sentence. Fourteen she watched as harry almost died twice and as Harry and a school mate disappeared only for them to return with Harry the only living one of the two. Fifteen she was in a battle with fully grown wizards that knew dark spells. She was hit by a spell we still don't know what the spell was. Sixteen she was again forced to fight dark wizards as well as her Headmaster murdered. Seventeen she spent the year on the run after removing my memories and our parent's memories of her so that we would not be killed. At the end of the year she watched as people were killed left right and centre. She was tortured nonstop for at least an hour. She fought so that people who had non-magical parents would be included in the Wizarding world instead of treated like dirt. At age eleven she lost the childhood innocence. She has been scarred and didn't want to tell you how scarred until she was sure that you were no some little fling. You know what makes it worse is that I only found out about these things through Harry and Ginny. My sister didn't even want to tell me how bad she was scarred the fact she wanted to tell means something but forget it now you lost your chance. Now I need to go find my sister. You stay away till I notify you and if I get wind that you told anyone what I just told you, you will have an army of angry witches and wizards after your skin." Hendrix said before running back to the Burrow to find his sister.

A/N: Sorry Butterfly has been unwell and very much stressed with some personal issues. She really tried to complete the chapter earlier but could never find the time or motivation. She has recently found the motivation so we should see a few more chapters soon. I myself have been in and out of hospital and I really do hope that I do not get to those nurse's and docter's again though that English one was cute and mum tried to flirt miserably!

My older cousin got married so now I need to settle down and my best friend I swear she is engaged just hiding it cause I will kill her and my mentor got married and is taking us to the carols by candlelight practice…..celebs….maybe hot ones too!
