Chapter Eleven: The Search Continues
Soon morning came and Taranee was ready to test out the compass. So after putting the small piece of metal she had sitting with the piece of Blue Destiny they had in the needle of the compass plus having the Blue Destiny piece put in a lead safe, Taranee was ready to test the compass out hoping it would point to a piece of Blue Destiny. She along with her fellow knights were standing in the Throne Room with Phobos, Miranda, Raythor, Cedric, and Orube.
"This will work, right, Taranee?", Irma asked hoping her friend was right about the compass.
"We're about to find out.", Taranee said as she opened the compass and looked down at it.
At first, the compass began to point in between the room where the piece of Blue Destiny they had and the north. But soon it began to point towards the north.
"I believe it works.", Raythor said looking down at the compass.
"And it's pointing north.", Taranee said with a smile glad that the compass was working.
"How far north?", Cornelia asked.
"Well, the only two kingdoms in that direction are the Florina and Skyan Kingdoms.", Cedric replied.
"And seeing as we already have the Florina Kingdom's piece, that means the compass is pointing towards the Skyan Kingdom's piece.", Will figured.
"Looks like we're heading for the Skyan Kingdom.", Angelo said.
"Yes!", Irma said getting looks from all but Angelo who knew why Irma was excited about going to the Skyan Kingdom.
"May I ask why you are so excited about going to the Skyan Kingdom, Lady Irma?", Phobos asked.
"No special reason, Your Majesty.", Irma said with an innocent look. "I just heard that the Skyan Mountains have some lovley hot springs."
"I see.", Phobos said with a grin looking right through Irma's innocent look. "Just be sure that it doesn't interfere with your mission. For you six will leave tomorrow. The sooner we get the pieces of Blue Destiny the better."
"Yes, Your Majesty.", the six knights said with a bow knowing they hard a long journey ahead of them.
"I suggest that you all take care of anything you may need to take care of before you go.", Orube said.
"Indeed.", Miranda said. "It is a long trip to the Skyan Kingdom. Not to mention a pretty cold on as well."
"We shall be ready, Lady Miranda.", Angelo said before he and his fellow knights left the Throne Room.
"I can't wait until we have to go some place warm.", Hay Lin said.
"Like the Oceania Kingdom.", Will said smiling. "I hear that the beaches there are beautiful."
"We'll get there when the time is right.", Taranee said. "But for now we have to get ready for our mission to the Skyan Kingdom.", she said as they exited the Throne Room.
"Is it wise to have them go after every piece of Blue Destiny, Your Highness?", Raythor asked Phobos. "Perhaps we should have another group of warriors assigned to this task as well."
"Who do you suggest, Raythor?", Phobos asked.
"Well, there's Fenna and Timon. Fenna is as skilled as Hay Lin while Timon is just as skilled as Will.", Raythor said. "Then there's Sir Cedric and Lady Orube who are skilled warriors as well."
"I have no problems going after a piece of Blue Destiny.", Cedric said.
"Nor do I.", Orube said.
"I wish to help out as well.", Miranda said.
"I would recommend against that, Me Lady.", Raythor said. "You are the future wife of Prince Phobos. If by some slim chance you were to get captured, you could be used as a hostage to get the pieces of Blue Destiny that we already have."
"He is right, my friend.", Orube said. "You are to important to risk losing.", she said as she placed a hand on her shoulder.
"And the same goes for you, Raythor.", Phobos said to his trusted knight and general. "You have way to much knowledge to risk getting captured."
"Very well, Your Majesty.", Raythor said. "Then may I suggest that Tynar be made apart of the second group."
"Very well.", Phobos said. "The second group will be Cedric, Orube, Tynar, Fenna, and Timon. You all will go after the next piece of Blue Destiny after we get the one from the Ferala Kingdom, during their transport of the one they have."
"As you wish, Your Majesty.", Cedric said as he and the other bowed to him.
"Let us hope that things go well for our six young knights during their mission to the Skyan Kingdom.", Miranda said.
"You do not have to worry about those six, My Love.", Phobos said as he held his beloved's hand. "We have seen those three pull off some amazing things."
"Indeed we have, My Love.", Miranda said with a smile that Phobos returned.
Meanwhile, in the Rebel Base, Caleb, Drake, Aldern, and Vathek had just finished a training excercise with the other chosen six and were now relaxing in a makeshift pub the rebels had set up in a part of the base. It wasn't much but, they were happy.
"That was one hard training excercise!", Drake said as a barmaid had just brought them their drinks which was some nectar. "Your mother can be a bit brutal sometimes, Caleb."
"Well, she is our leader.", Caleb said as he drank some nectar. "Mage says that mother has to be tough on us."
"Besides. She did the excercise with us.", Aldern said. "Matter fact, she tries them out before she has us do them."
"So she does them twice.", Caleb said.
"Of course.", Vathek said. "Nerissa plans out some, while I plan ut some. It's the only way we know they'll work out well for us."
"You two work way to hard.", Caleb said.
"Perhaps.", Vathek said. "But we're use to it.", he said before taking a drink of nectar.
"Well, hopefully, you and Nerissa won't have to work hard for long.", Aldern said.
"Actually, when we defeat Phobos and his forces, the hard work of rebuilding the Kingdom will begin.", Drake said.
"Very true.", Caleb said. "But it must be done."
"And what of the six knights that we're suppose to turn to our side?", Aldern asked. "What will become of them when we defeat Phobos?"
"They'll be locked away, that is what will happen to them!", Drake said. "They are Phobos' knights of course."
"True. But remember, they were kidnapped by our fellow rebels?", Vathek replied. "Had we not done that, then they wouldn't be here and ended up as Phobos's knights."
"Well, said.", Aldern said. "Perhaps we should just send them back to their home world."
"If they want to go that is.", Caleb said. "One of them may want to stay.", he said getting a groan from the others. "What!?"
"Do not "what" us!", Aldern said. "We know that you plan on trying to make Lady Cornelia yours."
"And is there something wrong with that?", Caleb asked. "One is allowed to have goals."
"More like fantasies.", Drake said with a grin getting a laugh out of Vathek and Aldern.
"Fantasy nothing!", Caleb said. "I will make Lady Cornelia mine!"
"First, you'll have to tear her away from Sir Angelo.", Aldern said with a grin to which Caleb face formed a scowl.
"He is no knight!", Caleb snapped. "He is scum with a Harem! He is forcing those girls to be his women!"
"Is that what you think, Caleb?", Vathek asked.
"Of course!", Caleb said. "What other reason is there for those girls to be around him all the time."
"I will tell you.", Vathek said. "It all started when four years ago.", he said a he thought back to when he was told about the girls idea for them and Angelo.
Flashback, four years ago...
Vathek, who had just finished training some soldiers, was walking through the halls of the palace when he saw sixteen-year-old Angelo walking fifteen-year-old Irma to her chamber doors. It was then he saw them kiss before Angelo walked off. This surprised Vathek seeing as he saw Angelo kiss Will the other day. Seeing Irma as the daughter he never had, the blue Galhot decided to tell Irma about this.
"Irma!", Vathek called out to Irma as he was walking up to her.
"Hey, Vathek!", Irma said with a smile as he was walking up to her. "What's up?"
"Well... I don't know how to tell you this, Irma, but the other day I saw Angelo with Will.", Vathek said. "And they were being more than friends. I'm sorry, Irma."
"Okay.", Irma said confusing Vathek.
"Did you not hear what I just told you, Irma?", Vathek asked.
"Yes.", Irma said.
"And you are okay with it?", he questioned.
"Yes.", Irma said with a nod.
"But... Why?", Vathek asked.
"Oh yeah!", Irma said smacking her forehead. "Let me explain."
"Explain what?", Vathek asked as they began to walk down the hall of the palace.
"Well, a week ago, Taranee and I were in the Royal Library reading some books for one of our lessons, when I found this book from Earth on different kinds of romances and stuff.", Irma began to explain. "And one of the things in the book was on something called 'Friends with Benefits'."
"Friends with Benefits?", Vathek questioned.
"Yeah!", Irma said with a smile. "From what I read, and some explaining from Taranee, it' basically when a man and woman do things that couples do without being in a relationship."
"So in other words, you and Will are with Angelo yet not with Angelo.", Vathek said trying to figure it all out.
"Sort of.", Irma said. "And it's not just me and Will. Hay LIn, Taranee, and Cornelia are in on it as well."
"May I ask why you all are doing this?", Vathek asked.
"Well, some day we will make our way back to Earth.", Irma said getting a nod from Vathek. "Well, what if me and the girls were to go and get married and our husbands don't want to go and demands that we don't even go and visit out families? That would suck big time!"
"I see.", Vathek said. "So you all figure that by doing this Friends with Benefits, with Angelo, you can go back home together and not have to worry about being made to stay here."
"Bingo!", Irma said with a smile glad that Vathek understood what she and the girls were doing.
"I huess that makes sense.", Vathek said. "I just hope that you and the girls don't fight over Angelo.", he said with a grin.
"You don't have to worry about that.", Irma said. "We all promised to be as fair as possible, and not get into a fight over Angelo."
"Well, I hope that things work out for you all.", Vathek said as his stomach growled. "As for me, I'm off to get me something to eat."
"Me, too!", Irma said as her own stomach growled.
"Shall we go then?", Vathek said with a smile as he gestured towards the Kitchen.
"Why I'll be delighted, Sir Vathek.", Irma said with a curtsy.
The two of them then headed for the Kitchen for something to eat.
End Flashback
"And that's why they're as close as they are.", Vathek said.
"That... is actually touching in a way.", Aldern said.
"Perhaps.", Caleb said. "I still plan on making Lady Cornelia mine!"
"That is if she will have you.", Drake said with a smirk.
"Turst me, my friend. When all is said and done, Lady Cornelia and I shall be happily married and living in a cottage together.", Caleb said with a smile before he drank some more of his nectar.
"I wish you luck, my friend.", Aldern said. "A LOT of luck.", he said getting a laugh out of the others.
Meanwhile, somewhere away from the Rebel Base, Frost was having a private meeting with one of his people, who came to see him at his request my messanger hawk. Frost then gave the Barbarisian a scroll.
"Be sure my father gets this.", Frost said. "It is of the up most importance he gets this."
"I will hand it to him myself, Frost.", the Barbarisian said as he put the scroll away in the inner pocket of his jacket.
"Thank you, my friend.", Frost said as the two of them grabbed each other's right wrist as a form of a handshake. "Safe journey to you."
"Safe journey to you, too.", the Barbarisian said before running off back to his homeland.
Frost then turned to return back to the Rebel Base hoping that his fellow Barbarisian would make it back home in one piece. Later that evening, in the palace, Angelo was walking into the Kitchen to see Hay Lin putting some buns of sweet bread in a small case.
"I'm guessig those are for our trip.", Angelo said to Hay Lin getting her attention.
"Yep.", Hay Lin said as she put the last of the buns in the case. "This should be enough for the trip there and back. Even with Irma's appetite. I hope."
"I'm sure they will be.", Angelo said as he walked up to Hay Lin and grabbed a bun. "Thank you!", he said with a grin as he backed away from Hay Lin.
"Yeah!", Hay Lin said as she turned to face Angelo who had a cocky smile on his face as he was waving the sweet bread bun in front of her. "Give that back!", she said as she walked up to him.
"Make me.", Angelo said in a teasing voice.
Hay Lin then ran at Angelo only for him to move to the side letting her run by him allowing him to spank her rear.
"Eep!", Hay Lin squeaked as she placed her hand over her rear getting a laugh out of Angelo.
Hay Lin then turned and gave Angelo a playful glare as she ran at him again only for him to repeat what he just did. Hay Lin again placed her hands over her rear knowing that Angelo was probably going to do this for a while. But when she turned to face him this time, Angelo held out the bun to her smiling. With a raised eyebrow, Hay Lin slowly reached out for the bun only for Angelo to grab her wrist and pull her towards him so that they were face to face. Angelo then gave Hay Lin a kiss that she returned with a smile as Angelo wrapped his free arm around her waist. Once they ended their kiss, Hay Lin couldn't help but give him a smile that he returned.
"You know there are better ways of getting close.", Hay Lin said with a smirk.
"True.", Angelo said with a smirk of his own. "But this was more fun.", he said before they shared another kiss.
Later that evening, after helping Hay Lin cook a thing of sweet tarts, Angelo walked Hay Lin to her chambers and then headed for his chambers.
"Who'd of thought we'd be going after another piece of Blue Destiny so soon?", Angelo questioned as he got closer to his chambers. "But then again, the sooner we get the pieces, the sooner we can end the rebellion and go back home.", he said as he was now standing in front of the door to his chambers. "And that's something the six of us want.", he said as he began to open the door to his chambers.
Once he opened the door to his chambers, Angelo walked in to see Will laying on his bed wearing only a light blue silk robe.
"Good evening, Sir Angelo.", Will said in a calm sultry voice as she gave Angelo a sultry smirk.
"Good evening, Lady Will.", Angelo said as he kicked off his boots near the door. "What brings you here, this evening.", he said as he took his shirt off.
"I just wanted to say hi.", Will said as she sat up on her knees as Angelo got closer to the bed. "Maybe spend some time with you."
"Or maybe the night.", Angelo said as he stood at his bed.
"Maybe.", Will said as she ran her hands down Angelo's well tone chest and stomach. "Will that be a problem?", she asked with a sultry smile.
Angelo then lifted Will up off the bed by her slim waist and set her on the floor so that they were facing each other.
"Not at all.", Angelo said as he reached down and undid the belt to Will's robe allowing it to open enough for him to see that she had nothing on underneath.
Angelo then turned Will around and began to suck on her neck getting moans of pleasure from her as she brought her hands up and began to run them through Angelo's hair enjoying what Angelo was doing to her. Angelo then brough this right hand up to her bosom and began to massage one of her mounds getting more moans of pleasure out of her while his left hand rested on her well toned stomach. As his left hand began to make its way down a bit further, Angelo took his right hand and began to massage the other mound. Enjoying the feeling Angelo was giving her, Will continued to let out moans of pleasure. Then Will let out a gasp of surprise as she arched her back a little. This was due to Angelo's left hand going down to her lower area and inserting his two fingers in it driving Will a bit over the edge with pleasure as her moans of pleasure got louder. After getting enough pleasure, Will reached her climax as she began to drop to her knees, only for Angelo to catch her and scoop her up in his arms and lay her in his bed. He then, went to clean his hands and bring Will a rag to clean herself up a bit as he slipped out of the rest of his clothes and get in his bed with Will who welcomed him as she wrapped her arms around him.
"That felt good.", Will said in a soothing voice as she snuggled up to Angelo.
"I bet it did.", Angelo said with a smile of his own. "So you looking forward to hitting the hot springs when we get to the Skyan Kingdom?"
"Oh yeah.", Will said. "Irma has been going on about it for most of the day.", she said with a grin. "That girl loves to take baths. And the thought of going to a hot spring has her trilled!"
"That's Irma for you.", Angelo said with a grin. "She loves to kick back and relax. But is ready for a brawl when the time comes."
"No doubt about that.", Will said with a giggle before she let out a yawn. "Guess I was more tired than I thought.", she said as Angelo let out a yawn as well.
"Guess I'm a bit tired as well.", Angelo said before he let out another yawn.
The two of them then looked at each other smiling before giving each other a kiss goodnight.
"Goodnight, Will.", Angelo said before yawning.
"Goodnight, Angelo.", Will said before yawning. "See ya in the morning."
"See ya.", Angelo said as they both slowly fell asleep.
Meanwhile in the capital of the Florina Kingdom, one Prince Dorean was meeting with one of his soldiers, in an alley, to take care of something.
"Take this to the rebels of Meridian and don't return until they give you an answer.", Dorean said to the soldier as he handed the plain clothed soldier a scroll of paper.
"Yes, Your Majesty.", the soldier said with a bow before he jumped on his horse and rode off.
"If the rebels accept my offer, then I'll have my chance to fight Lady Will again.", Dorean said as he headed back to the palace. "And this time there shall be a winner.", he said as a smirk grew on his face. "And that winner shall be me.", he said as he walked under the light of the moon.
A/N: Well, it looks like the compass works and the knights are heading for the Skyan Kingdom to retrieve their piece of Blue Destiny. And Prince Dorean plans on a rematch with Will. Will he get it or will the rebels turn him down? Either way, things are getting interesting. Find out what happens in the next chapter!
