Hmm, wow. I waited almost two months to say that this is the final chapter. Such a horribly mean thing to do.
Anyways hope everyone enjoys. And yes, I know it's short. Like very short!

As we part ways
Two long weeks had passed. With the help of Axel, and his devilish grin, Roxas had decided to make amends with Sora. After all he didn't hate his brother. It had just felt that the trip to England had brought out the distance between them that they couldn't see themselves.
But at the same time, Roxas found himself wondering if he should talk to Sora so suddenly. He had hardly seen him since the night he ran to Axel's. He had informed his brother that he would be staying with a friend.
But throughout the course of the week, he learned many things about his friend. Like, one day Axel wanted to move away and own his restaurant. Axel wasn't from England so he wanted to go back to his home town. He also didn't get along well with his brother. The redhead wanted to go to a great culinary school in New York, but didn't want to leave behind his friends. He hesitated about even going to college. There were lots of insecurities beneath his tough surface.
He also learned that Axel was a great listener. Roxas complained about pretty much his entire life to the twenty-one year old. Not that there was really that much. But the redhead just sat on his couch, listening to every word, as if committing it to memory.
"Hey, Axel." The blonde looked over at the redhead as he drew his knees up resting his bare feet on the couch. Their movie play in the background.
"Yes?"
"Will we still be friends when I leave?"
"Getting nervous about leaving tomorrow?" Axel teased.
"Maybe a little bit. But you didn't answer."
"Of course." He said rolling his green eyes around to look at the blonde. "That's like asking Sora if you guys will still be brothers when you go to NY."
"It's different."
"How so?"
Roxas bit his lip. "This feels like a dream. Like something that came out of a book. It's to good to be true. Friends aren't made like this everyday."
"Sue they are. You need to be more open minded."
"Easy for you to say."
Axel smiled at the teen. "That's like saying that if we meet in New York, that's a dream too."
"That would be like a dream." Roxas gave him a small nudge.
"Hmm, well the best things about dream," He paused looking up at the ceiling. "they're unpredictable. Anything can happen."
"So you're saying it's not really good bye tomorrow?"
"Yup. One day I'll come and find you . I'll force you to hang out with me and all my friends."
"As if." Roxas laughed.
"You never know kid. It could be fate." Axel patted his blonde spikes.
"Maybe in another life. Maybe in this life. It could just be that I'm fatefully yours."
