AN: Well, finally I am getting multiple chapters up within a short span of time! Thank you to all of my readers who have stuck with me even with my rough schedule, and hopefully any new readers will stick with me too! Ok, enough of the cheesy note. On with the story!

Elena slowly walked over to where Eldarion was doing some last tightening of the rope securing the two orcs to the tree. One of them was looking around confused. It had just woken up, and as soon as it realized the situation it was in it quickly nudged the orc next to it with its shoulder. The other one woke with a loud moan, slowly taking in its surroundings. When it realized it had a long dagger sticking out of its shoulder, it moaned again, but this time with a more angry tone. It looked up at Eldarion and the others with a vengeful snarl on its face. It spat out a phase that Elena didn't understand. I really wish it would just speak English, she thought.

Finally, it did. "I will kill you all slowly and painfully for what you have done to us. You will scream for mercy while I dismember you and I will eat your limbs while you watch. I will rip your heart out, but no one will hear your cries."

Eldarion looked at it with a smirk. "Will you now? Because it appears to me that you are the one who will be begging for mercy unless you tell us what we need to know. After all you are the one who is tied up and under our control." Here he pulled out a long dagger from his boot and casually ran it across the orc's neck. The vile creature instantly stiffened. It was obvious to him that the situation was much more serious than what he had first judged it to be.

The two orcs quietly talked to each other in their language for a few moments, then turned to face us and scowled. They knew they were in no position to make threats, and appeared to have relented to their situation.

"Now then, first off, what were you and your band of orcs doing this far west? I thought all of you were supposed to be cowering in your holes deep in the mountains or trying to survive in the depths of Mordor? You shouldn't be out here in the open unless you were sent to do something, especially when you are wearing this much armor and weapons."

"We were sent by our commander to investigate the situation of the towns in Eriador and to see if any would be any problem to our armies in the coming battles."

Eldarion nodded thoughtfully while toying with the sharp knife in his hand. "Oh, so there is going to be a war then. I suspected so. And when is this war going to take place?" As he said this he quickly swung the knife outwards in a gesture, but he only missed the orc's face by an inch or so.

"All we know is that the armies will be ready to attack on the west of the Misty Mountains in two fortnights. But that is not where the real war is going to happen. Our main reason for attacking over here is to keep part of the eastern armies occupied in protecting the innocent and defenseless. We also were planning on replenishing our food supply with all the plump tasty morsels living down in that ugly green place known as the 'Shire'."

Elena felt Merry and Pippin suddenly go tense, and she suspected that they no longer were quite as pleased with the fact that they were on this journey far away from their homes and families.

Eldarion continued. And how are you planning on attacking the entire forces of Gondor and Rohan with your miserable little selves? I doubt you have built you armies up to even come near to meeting the trained forces of my kingdom, as well has the cavalry forces of Rohan."

"With the spiders." As soon as the orc said that, chills went up Elena's spine. The orc obviously couldn't mean little bugs, so he must have meant the offspring of Shelob Eldarion had been telling her about.

"And how many spiders might you have?" Eldarion asked, a bit of the casual tone gone from his voice.

"Hundreds of them. Far too many to count. Swarms of them hiding in the caves of the Ephel DĂșath Mountains. We will conquer you all until there are none of you left. Your wives and children will become widows and orphans. We will eat your women until there are none left. Then we will take all of your children, every one of them, and keep them until they get plump and sweet, but still tender. We will save them for last so they can see what misery and pain you have brought upon them by being defeated in battle. They will see their mothers murdered, and their fathers will never come home from the battlefield. Finally, we will eat them as well, but slowly enough so they can see their friends and family disappear before their eyes until the entire race of man is wiped away from the whole land."

Eldarion swiped his dagger forward in a quick arc and slit the orc's throat in an instant. It slumped forward with the other orc glaring up at them. It started screaming insults at them until Eldarion finished it off with another sweep of his dagger. It hurt Elena to watch, but she knew that they deserved it.

"What was that for?" Merry said. "They could have told us more information!"

"No they couldn't. They wouldn't have known what the details were from Mordor if they came from Moria. Besides, we know all we need to know for now. We should get going. It will be dawn soon and we need to get back to our camp before it gets much later. We have a long journey over the mountains and I would prefer it if we could cross them in the least amount of days possible. The quicker we get back to Gondor the better."

The four quickly gathered up their stuff and walked over the hill separating their camp from the orcs'. By the time they got back and had gathered up their camping supplies, the sky in the east was turning grey. Without any conversation they headed out towards the steep slopes of the Misty Mountains.

AN: Well, how was it? As usual feedback is much appreciated! Until next time!
