Ruined Christmas Cookies

Tears ran down his face as blank emerald green eyes stared at the badly burnt tray of Christmas Cookies that he had spent the whole day working on. Sniffling slightly Harry took a deep breath and started to get all of the ingredients and items he would need to make the cookies out again.

'Why? Why did she do it for?' Harry thought as big fat tears ran down his face as he moved about the kitchen 'I thought that we were having fun. Why did she have to turn up the temperature of the oven for. I warned her what would happen...'

Rubbing his tears away with his sleeve Harry took a deep breath and pulled himself together, he would just make a second batch of Christmas Cookies by himself.

'If she wants badly burnt Christmas Cookies so badly then she can have them' Harry thought suddenly as a wicked smile appeared on his face 'It's about time she learnt not to mess with the son and Godson of a Marurda."

Quickly turning back to the burnt Christmas Cookies Harry carefully rested a hand on top of them only to find that they had cooled down enough to be handled and eaten without any problems. Reaching out Harry took the plate that he had gotten out for the cookies and carefully began to put them onto the plate.

As Harry placed each burnt Christmas Cookie onto the plate being careful not to break a single loud laughter came from the living room causing Harry to glare down at the burnt cookies. He should not let her get away with what she had done, especially not after her last comment before she left the kitchen.

'Should of married her daughter and not one of her son's' Harry thought mockingly as he placed the final Christmas Cookie on the Christmas plate 'I'll show her, I'm not going down without a fight.'

With determination shining brightly in his eyes and a plate full of Christmas cookies Harry turned and walked out of the kitchen and towards the living room. As he walked down the hallway he took no notice of the bright multicoloured lights twinkling away or the small homemade Father Christmas standing innocently in the corner of the hallway by the front door.

'This Christmas I am not going to take it, I am not going to let Mrs. Wealsey do things like this to me just because she is angry that I am marrying Charlie and not Ginny' Harry thought darkly as he entered the living room 'Enough is enough.'

"Harry love?" Charlie asked worriedly when he spotted his future husband entering the half decorated living room with a plate full of burnt Christmas cookies, "Is everything alright?"

"Yes love, everything is fine," Harry replied stiffly ignoring the flash of concern in Charlie's eyes, "I'm just here to give Mrs. Weasley the Christmas Cookies that she made all by herself. She even used the muggle oven..."

"Harry..." Charlie said with a low groan as he shot his mother an angry glare, "Please don't tell me that mum is still-"

"Yes she is still acting that way," Harry said as he walked over to the small table in the middle of the living room and placed the Christmas Cookies down on it, "Mrs. Weasley wanted them to come out like this so you can thank her. It is all Mrs. Wealsey's work, she can take all the credit. Apparently you all wanted burnt Christmas Cookies."

Ignoring the cries of shock and disappointment aimed at a red faced Molly Weasley Harry simple sent the woman a harsh glare and walked out of the living room towards the kitchen. He had Christmas Cookies to make and this time he was not going to allow anyone close to them, especially not Mrs. Wealsey.
