Yayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayay! I am really excited to write this chapter! So I will start now!
I quickly left the gym, a headache forming at my temples. Getting to my room, I slam the door and lean back against the wall next to my bed, shaking. I hate this feeling, feeling helpless and sick. My hands press the wall, hoping that the world will stop shaking. I close my eyes and hear the door open softly and close, and then a pair of lips find mine.
That makes me feel a lot better.
"Leo said your symptoms would probably come back," Piper said after we separated.
HA! Just kidding. It was Annabeth. I am hilarious.
"Leo was right." I push Annabeth out of the way and run into the bathroom to throw up some more. Good bye, waffles. After I finish, I climb into bed, pull the covers over my head and fall asleep.
"BOSS!" wakes me up, and I throw open my door. It's Tank and Kristi.
"Boss, we got some good information for ya."
"Yeah, we think we know where Mathu is."
"Again."
"But you should come look."
"Bring Annabeth, she'll want to see this."
I am silently laughing, and I tell them,
"It's really cute, the way you finish each others sentences."
They both turn redder than a tomato. I shake Annabeth awake, and we head down to the debriefing room.
"This is the-" There is a noise in the closet, inturupting Kristi. Also in the room, by the way, are the demigods excluding Leo and Calypso, the Jersey people, and Annabeth's team. I throw open the closet door to find Leo and Calypso in each others arms.
"Explain, please."
"We were playing seven minutes in heaven."
"..." I don't know what to say to them.
"You do realize that that is a high schooler game, right? We played that when we were 17, after the second war."
"Well, um..." Leo starts.
"We were bored." Calypso finishes.
"Look! Another two people do it!" I exclaim. "There must be something in the air."
Annabeth shoved me playfully and we turn our attention back to the screen.
"This might be Mathu's hideout, but we aren't sure. It also might be housing his bombs. We think that the best way in would be full on attack, so it would be all of us in this room." Celia continues to tell us what to do, how to do it, and some cations.
"Okedoke. When do we leave?" Leo asks.
"Do you realize you have lipstick all over your face?" He wipes it away hurridly.
"Tonight, 7 o'clock on the dot. We wait for no one," Kristi answers.
"We have two hours! What do we do until then?" Valerie exclaims.
"Ooh! We brought board games!" Bella exclaims. So we play games.
First we play Clue, with 6 teams of 3. Teams:
1: Annabeth Chase, Percy Jackson, and Tank Boom-Bang
2: Leo Valdez, Calypso Something-or-Other, and Kristi Lolipop
3:Piper Mclean, Jason Grace, and Tony Borneenee.
4:Hazel Levesque, Frank Zhang, and Valerie Drink.
5: Gibbs Gibbs, Bella Purdee, and Winslow Chickenoodle
6:Savannah My, Georgie Nut, and Celia Calvin.
I got to sort the cards and we started. Tank enjoyed playing with the revolver, and started to pretend to shoot Celia. Celia grabbed the knife and made threatening gestures at him, and Tony got the rope and lassoed Kristi. She yanked it away—oh, wait, did the author tell you we use real weapons? Don't ask me why.
Kristi made a noose and slung it around Celia. Celia cut it with the knife and Kristi stole the gun from Tank and chased Celia around.
"Annabeth?" At this point the demigods are just staring at the Jersey people yell and run and threaten.
"Hmm?"
"How did you ever decide that they were fit for field?"
"Same way you did."
Which I don't know myself, so this info was completely useless.
Kristi accidentally fired the gun in the ceiling, and it started to rain plaster.
"Oh," I said.
"What?" About five people demanded.
"I forgot. This is the level underneath the hidden level. Then the ceiling crumbed, and the Jersey people climbed up into the opening and started to play king and queen of the secret level.
Us mature demigods decided it was more fun than Clue, and joined in.
It's the end of the chapter as we know it, yeah yeah, yeah, OH NO BOMB!
