I will give a fair warning this is a lemon. I repeat things get very sour from here on. You have been warned.

Sophia puts the finishing touches on her hair after she's cleaned her body. She decides to wear a fresh maid's uniform so if they were to be somehow discovered nothing would look out of place on the surface. With butterflies in her stomach Sophia adds the last bobby pin to her hair. She was tempted to alter her dress to make it shorter and sexier for Sebastian but she didn't have the time. It was going to be twelve real soon. Sophia pulls up her thigh-highs and fastens them in place with her garter. She had pre-washed her silk panties that she arrived in so that they were clean for this occasion. Sophia admires her flawless skin one last time in the mirror at least God saw fit to bless her with that so makeup wasn't necessary. Most men had admired her from afar. Why hadn't she received any marriage proposals? She remembers it was that old bitch Ms. Wiser. When Sophia worked under her she was such a cruel lady. She would belittle Sophia whenever she had guests' even times when she didn't. She would shout and call Sophia "such a stupid girl!" Sophia had to gather herself because she can hear that old troll's voice in her head now. Those days of being belittled by her were long over and Sophia had seen to it.

The clock chimes and brings Sophia back from her thoughts. She had been waiting for this moment and now it was time. Sophia takes a deep breath but it still doesn't calm the butterflies in her stomach. She heads to the kitchen as quietly as she can. She tiptoes down the stairs and pauses to listen for movement. After the clock chimes twelve times it stops. The entire house is silent aside from the wind whistling past the windows from outside. Sophia holds her breath as she creeps down the rest of the stairs. She wasn't going to make a sound and risk any kind of discovery especially since she doesn't know the ends and outs of the house yet. It took her a little longer to make it to the kitchen on account of her moving so slow but as soon as she enters Sebastian is humming a tune. He has his outer coat removed the first two buttons of his shirt open and both sleeves rolled up.

"Hi." Says Sophia

"Evening or should I say late night Ms. Sophia." He says

Sebastian is busy prepping breakfast for the morning.

"Why isn't Baldroy down here helping he's the cook?" asks Sophia.

Sebastian laughs.

"Why is that funny?"

"I'm sure you know." He says

"Yeah, no one really does anything around here."

"Well Mey-Rin's work ethic has increased to one percent." Says Sebastian.

"That's because I was the one doing her chores for the entire half of the day!"

Sebastian laughs again.

"The others can be quite troublesome." He says.

"Is that what you say about me too?"

"Ms. Sophia what do you suppose I think of you?"

Sebastian locks eyes with Sophia.

"I—I don't know." Stammers Sophia.

Sophia's skin grows hot under Sebastian's gaze just like before.

"Come Ms. Sophia."

Sebastian beckons Sophia closer as he removes his white gloves to reveal his long slender fingers and the pentagram on the back of one hand. Sophia stands between Sebastian and the counter with her back against him.

"Allow me to instruct you on the proper cutting technique."

Sophia takes the knife in hand and prepares to slice the first vegetable. Sebastian caresses Sophia's hand softly with his fingers before taking her hand in his. After Sebastian guides her hand Sophia can't help but get caught up in a sexual fantasy. Sebastian smelled good and he was leaning over her shoulder.

"Did you invite me here to cut vegetables all night?"

"Patience is the key Ms. Sophia. You must stalk and attack your prey when its least expected."

Sophia can feel Sebastian's fingertips press on the small of her back and begin massaging in little circles. Sebastian's hands are so warm and strong the massage feels so good that it makes Sophia want to moan aloud. Sebastian massages up then down Sophia's back, around to Sophia's waist, and then her abs.

"Oh Sebastian." Sophia whispers

Sebastian's skin feels as if it's on fire as he clutches Sophia in his arms.

"Sebastian why is your skin so hot?"

Sophia turns to face Sebastian and gets her answer. His eyes are a blood red so deep and dark.

"I tried to warn you of my abilities Ms. Sophia."

"Sebastian. I don't understand."

Sophia backs away as Sebastian's shirt starts to rip by itself. Sophia backs further away but can't tear her eyes away from Sebastian. Sophia watches in sheer terror as a clump of jet black feathers come out through the rips in Sebastian's shirt. They seem to be sprouting out all over his body right through his skin. Sophia can't bring herself to scream as she watches Sebastian silently transform into a human-sized fowl of some sort. The last thing Sophia sees is Sebastian's head morph into that of a bird with a beak for a mouth and those beady red eyes but his bottom half is still human just covered in thick black feathers. Sophia still can't scream as fear grips her in the pit of her stomach. Sophia turns and runs into the dining room or more like what used to be the dining room but is now instead a small room with hard bare gray clay walls and a floor made of soft earth.
