Sakura was back in her element, the smell of disinfected air and monotone white walls. The familiar smiling faces of her fellow doctors made her happy to be back. Her chakra was buzzing around in her body excited to be used to heal the sick and injured. A smile brightened her make up painted face, as she walked to her next patient's room.

A ninja in training had accidentally got hit by a poorly aimed kunai. Sakura walked into the room to find a little girl with long earth coloured hair tied in piggytails and held in place by shiny yellow ribbon. Big sky coloured eyes stared at the medic. the doctor looked down at the file before smiling and saying. " You're name is Himawari, right." The little girl nodded in response.

"Okay, would you please show me the wound." Sakura asked her voice soft.

The little girl lifted her arm to show the kunai knife had pierced into her flesh, her skin encased around the blade. Sakura pulled on a pair of disposable glove before drawing her chakra into her hand. Gently pulling out the knife, she wiped antiseptic on the oozing lesion before her healing chakra closed the open skin.

In a caliginous room that was disintegrating and leaking with the heavy rain. An obsessively deranged Madara sat behind a giant dark mahogany desk that was littered with paperwork. A sigh escaped his full lips, a gloved hand rested on his forehead easing away the headache he was suffering from. The demon imprisoned inside his flesh wasn't helping the pounding in his head.

The demons anger echoed in his containers mind. His ten tails twitching before latching out and attacking the marble walls of his prison. Sharp fangs clenched while an evil growl rumbled in his massive chest that shook his cage. His aciculated claws struck the columns leaving long jagged scars.

Madara sighed trying not to let his aggravating demon get to his temper, he closed the abstract door of his mind. Blocking the severe growls. The young man with flowing onyx hair, scribbled his plans on a blank scroll. An eerie smirk stretched upon his face. 'Soon the village hidden in the leaves will burn and that woman will be mine.' He thought with an excitement growing in the pit of his stomach.

The golden sun sat high in the clear cerulean sky signaling that the time was midday. Sakura was sitting in her office slowly eating her fruit salad while looking over some of her patient charts. A disheartening sense of being watched overwhelmed her making her feel apprehensive. Getting up she began to pace trying to get rid of growing dread in her stomach. When walking around her office in circles didn't ease her stress, she decided to splash her face with cold water.

Sakura politely waved back to a few nurses while rushing to the bathroom with a purpose. Closing the door rather harshly she walked further into the empty room. Going up to the polished white sink she twisted the tap letting cool clear water run for a few seconds. Cupping her hands together she let the icy water fill her hands. Splashing the clear liquid against her heated face and letting the cool streams run pleasantly down her face.

Looking into one of the crystal mirrors Sakura's eyes narrowed slightly as a shadow started to manifest in the corner of the room. Her body unwilling froze in terror as her lungs stopped digesting air. Her throat constricted and felt drier than a desert as she tried to scream. Her apple green eyes stayed fixated on the darkness that was being to take the shape of a lean human.

Charcoal tresses floated around a mans handsome, dark piercing eyes and full lips curved into a wicked smirk. The oversized black coat colored with multiple red clouds remained open. Showing equally dark clothing that fit tightly to the man's body revealing his strong lean form. "Well, hello cupcake." The man said scornfully.

Sakura's petite body shivered in a nauseating combination of fear and anger. "What are you doing here, Uchiha?"

"Aww, I'm hurt cutie aren't you glad to see me again. I'm glad to see you again. I mean I had so much fun last time we met didn't you?' Madara questioned.

Sakura shivered and her hand slowly made its way up to her chest where the male's bite mark still proudly marred her pale skin. "Why hasn't this healed?"

"Hmm, now why would I tell you that" He asked smugly with an infuriating smirk.

"Just tell me." Sakura demanded turning around swiftly, her eyebrows drawn down in frustration.

"Uh, uh, uh now there's no need to act so childish, sweetie we don't want people thinking you have an anger problem." He said stalking towards her.

"Shut up." She growled backing away from him, her lower back carelessly hitting one of the porcelain sinks hard.

"Now that wasn't very nice." He replied taking longer strides towards her, before trapping her in between the sink with his long arms."A woman shouldn't say such vulgar things."

"What are you talking about? Get away from me." Sakura hissed her chakra instinctively streamed into her fists.

Madara sighed. "Why are you being so mean." A mocking tone used and the infuriating smirk still in place.

Sakura's fist aimed straight for the annoying Uchiha's nose, unfortunately he captured the fist before it could make impact with its target. His smirk vanished and a mist of craziness overtook his eyes, his hand that caught her fist crushed tightly around her fist. The unsettling noise of bones beginning to break made Sakura cry out involuntary.

It was a nice day, the streets weren't totally crowded as Kakashi walked through them reading his obscene little book. Releasing a few little giggles at his favorite part in the book, having memorized the words long ago. Though his mind wander back to his former student and the strange bite on her chest. Her worrying behavior only troubled his mind more, that's why he found himself outside of the imposing Hokage tower.
