A/N: Welp. I got 20 total reviews. I guess I have to update now, don't I? I'm really sorry if anyone seems OoC. Its been three years since I watched this show. I nearly just took the fic down. . But I would feel bad. So, instead, I'm taking this story off hold! There's probably only going to be two or maybe three chaptters left, possibly an epilogue. Now, it may still be three months before I finally finish this story. But hey, better that than te six months you guys usually wait for chapters. I'm honestly pretty sure most of you guys have forgotten about this story completely. Sorry!

Raven writhed on the floor, laughing harder and harder, louder, louder, until her stomach hurt, until she could hardly breath. Her head and back slammed into the cold, stone floor, but she didn't feel any pain. She could hardly feel it as the blades continued to rip through her flesh, and she squirmed around in a pool of her own white blood, laughing, laughing. The blood seeped into her hair and the black locks became a tangled mass, clotted with white blood and dirt.

Mo grinned maniacally as he watched her thrash about. Asura would love this.

"Soul, I'm worried about her. . ." Maka told him, beginning to despair as their search returned no results. Raven had simply disappeared, without a trace.

"We'll find her, Maka. It's going to be okay." Soul wrapped his arms around her in attempt at a comforting gesture, but Maka shrugged him off.

"Not now, Soul! What if she's in danger?! What if she's-"

"Maka." Soul put a hand on her shoulder. "Don't panic."

Maka inhaled deeply and exhaled very slowly. "We'll find her. . . " She mutter to herself, unconvincingly.

"I know where she is."

"Well, then, why on earth aren't we sending people to find her?!"

Death held out a cup with warm, brown liquid. "Tea?"

"I thought we killed him!" The Kishin had Raven. But that didn't make any sense. Maka had destroyed him the previous year! How could Asura be back?

"You did. But he was able to reform. And now he has Raven. That girl is naive and easily corrupted. She already has black blood in her system somehow, even though she has probably never been introduced to our world before. Now, you need to go find her and save her. Fast." Dr. Stein was right. There was no way Raven could protect herself. Not after Dr. Stein had already helped her close off her weapon form, so that it wouldn't come out like it had before. She had no knowledge, no way to protect herself. They had to save her.

"Lets go lets go lets go! Lets do this!" Black Star was a little bit too pumped for Maka's liking. . . .

She could see the group make their way into the vast chasm that branched off of the cell blocks. Hungrily, she pressed her face against the bars of her cell, wanting out. She wanted them. . She licked her lips., sweet-salty blood coating her tongue, still running down her body, making the bars of the cell slick. Come on. Come on. Come closer. . .

She could hear voices drawing nearer. Black Star overly-excited, like always. Tsubaki trying to calm him. Maka telling him to shut up. Raven slowly backed down off of the bars of the cell, and took a step back. Wait. . What was she doing?

She tried to call for help, but her mouth wouldn't open. Her voice wouldn't make a sound. She wanted to scream. Why couldn't she do anything? She tried to move, to call out to them, but it was like she had no control over her body. Darkness crpet at the edges of her vision, and slowly consumed the rest of her sight until she blacked out, desperately tyring to move, to cry out, to do something.

When she came to, she was in a room that was all black.
