A/N: Just a reminder to vote on the poll if you want to see this story being updates more often.
I really am sorry for not updating but this sotry is not my main focus at the moment because I have seen that people tend to prefer my other stories.
List of powers Percy got according to an earlier chapter. I am also currently in the hospital, which is why I haven't been updating.
Athena gave me wisdom.
Artemis gave me heightened senses.
Apollo gave me archery and healing powers.
Demeter gave me powers over plants and unlimited cereal.
Poseidon gave me the ability to talk with all sea creatures and power over earthquakes.
Zeus gave me limited powers over wind and lightning.
Aphrodite took a minute but gave me power over charm speak and love.
Hephaestus gave me a sword, Riptide along with powers over fire and tools.
Daddy just heightened my powers over the dead and other creatures from his realm. But he gave me battle armour for Hades when he is older.
Hera gave me family powers.
Dionysus called me brat and Peter Johnson but I got the ability to produce wine from thin air.
Hermes of course I got the talent to steal and lie very well.
Ares gave me more skill in sword fighting.
Just to clarify, the powers only come in use slowly. The powers from Poseidon however will come more naturally than others.

POV: Percy
It was a normal day; with a normal beginning, middle, and end. It was boring. Poseidon spent the entire day trying to get me to favor him again. I was long gone from that though. I wasn't going to let him in because I knew that it would only lead to hurt later on.
"Percy?" It was my daddy. His voice sounded stressed.
"Yes, daddy?" I hurried towards the sound of his voice.
"Nothing, I just wanted to make sure that you were still awake."
"Really of all thing you could have said?" I knew he was lying but he didn't want to tell me.
"I promise you that there is nothing going on." I rolled my eyes, as if. We were in the middle of a war and of course nothing is happening. Sometimes I really doubt the intelligence of the gods.
"Nothing going on?" I joked "We are in the middle of war and there is nothing going on."
"Percy, now is not the time." Not the time? Of course it was the time, anytime is good for joking. "I need you to check something. I know I said never go near the entrance to Tartarus but it is important. We have heard of some disturbance in the place and I can't check it because there is a meeting on Olympus and I don't want "
I cut him off, "Daddy, don't worry about it. I will check it out but I will be very careful"
"Thank you, Percy." I nodded my head to show I understood and I shadow-traveled to near Tartarus. Hades, the hellhound, followed me and we went closer to the pit.
I knew that it was pointless getting to close but I couldn't help but feel a pull towards it. It was if something very important was down there, but I didn't know what. I was so intrigued by the pull that I didn't notice the movement behind me until it was too late. I was lifted up roughly and I saw a flash of gold before my eyes, before I closed them. A god was now in the room but I didn't want to open my eyes to figure out which one.
I could hear whimpering from Hades to the left side of me but I knew it was worthless to try and struggle. I only hopped that who ever it was, they would kill me quickly. Daddy, would be able to save me from going to Asphodel and I would be put in Elysium.
"Grandson" I felt a chill go down my spine at the word, that could only be one person. "Yes, you know who I am. I am a merciful god, not! I could kill you but that would be to easy wouldn't it?" Kronos pondered for a minutes before speaking up again. "You can go down in Tartarus to join your real father, Poseidon." He spat and I felt the rush of air on my back. I tried to get a grip and push myself up but the pull of the vortex opening to Tartarus was to strong. I was quickly pulled down and I was suddenly falling.
The drop to Tartarus was long but I didn't think it would be this long. My eyes, open now, couldn't see a thing because it was pitch black but I could feel the presence of Hades next to me.
My Lord, I don't want to die here He whimpered and I reached for him but he was too far. Hades, you aren't going to die. I will make sure of it. I scowled, then I remembered Kronos' words. My real father, Poseidon, was down there? But what about the Poseidon I saw in the throne room? I was confused but I could see it now. After all the Titan Lord was smart, obviously he could have sent another water user in the form of Poseidon. That wouldn't be a good thing for us... If what I was saying is true then Poseidon and I would need to get out of here, fast.
Okay, is it me or is Tartarus a very long drop from Earth? I was still falling. OUCH! Okay, scratch that-I had found the bottom the hard way. Why couldn't they warn a person that there were razor sharp rocks on the bottom? Speaking of rock, they were quick to bury their pointed edges in my back. I lost track of the many different stabbing pains. It was like a hundred bees attacked me at once. One thing was for sure though. My back was going to bruise.
"Percy?" I struggled to sit up but I saw Poseidon's wide eyes staring right back at me.
"Lord Poseidon" I didn't even try to bow, it hurt to much.
"Please, just call me Poseidon or Uncle or Dad." I refused to call him Dad or Uncle, Poseidon it was- I guess.
"Poseidon, what are you doing here?" I was slightly teasing him, even though I knew this moment was not right for attitude.
"Well, considering I was captured shortly after your birth and replaced with Oceanus... I guess they threw me to Tartarus." Wait, what?
"Shortly after my birth?" I choked out, was this the reason why he never visited or tried to help me.
"Yes, I couldn't do anything but I always watched over you." He had the saddest look on his face, it reflected in his eyes. "Percy, the truth is. I' ve always wanted to help you but I was rendered useless by Kronos. Only once was I able to get free and give you powers." Oceanus must be a better actor than I thought.
My Lord it was Hades calling me.
Hades! I yelled back and I heard a loud "Woof" before Hades bounded up to me and proceeded to lick my face clean.
"Hello, Hades" Poseidon said pleasantly. Hades looked at Poseidon for a while before he seemed to give an okay and Poseidon reached out to touch his head.
Yo, Don't mess up the fur Hades barked while his eyes narrowed slightly. I relayed the information to Poseidon and he smartly with drew his hand.
"Sorry" He apologized to a dog? This was not the Poseidon I knew, but then again. I never really got the chance to know him. As if he could read my mind he said. " Percy, I know that you hate me, but since you don't really hate the real me I would like to get to know you. You're my son, I haven't seen you for the longest time and I really missed you." Tears were in his eyes, I wondered why.
I guess I could give him a chance. "I would like that too." It took a while for me to remove the lump in my throat. "I missed you too, even if I didn't know it yet." Poseidon gave me the largest smile and surprisingly gave me a tight hug.
"What are we going to do now? We are stuck in Tartarus and I don't know how to get out." He said sadly.
Think Percy think, I remember my father telling me about Tartarus once. He said something about the doors or death? Was it possible that if we somehow found it then we could get back? It was worth a try after all. It was better than staying in one place waiting for death to find us.
"I think I know how to get out."
