Short one again... (I should be back to updating more regularly, well my definition of regularly, from now on...) Also, hope you all have had a brilliant first 5% of the year! Yes 5% of the year has passed already :o

"Where are you taking me?" Morgan struggled as she was shoved into the front seat of a black SUV. Her hands had been bound, other than that she was free of all restraints.

"Shut up you little bitch!"

"What do you want with me?" she cried as she kicked around trying to prove some sort of point. Ellie started the car and began to drive

"Now you squirmy little brat." She heard a man's voice say from behind her. She felt cold metal against the back of her head and a hand clasped over her mouth. She tried to squirm free from the strong grasp but it just resulted in her head being forced against the back of the seat and forced into the cold metal being pressed against her head harder. "You listen closely to me." Morgan stopped struggling, figuring it was useless, and the barrel of the gun pressing against her was a nice reminder of how things had ended with Ellie the last time they had met. He slowly removed his hand from her mouth and when she made no attempt to speak he continued. "We need you to get us something very important; once we have it then you're free to go as long as you promise not to speak a word of this to anyone. Do you understand?"

She recognized all of the streets they were driving down and then it hit her, she realised exactly where they were going and what they wanted her to do. "Yes I understand."

"Good because last time you tried to play savior, pretended to know me… well we both know that that didn't end too well for you. You want to help me Morgan, now's your chance. Do this for me and I'll never bother you again."

"And if I don't?" The blonde queried, in an attempt to not let Ellie win this time.

"Well, you remember that red head you've been staying with…"

"Catherine?"

"Yes, that's the one. She'll get a bullet straight through the head."

"You don't have her…"

"Are you sure that you want to take your chances Morgan? After all you wouldn't want an innocent life to be spared at your expense, now would you?"

"Catherine?"

"Oh hello Greg! You're not having second thoughts are you? Don't worry Greg everything wi.."

"Cath, listen to me, she's not here."

"What do you mean? Have you tried her cell?"

"Yes, she isn't picking it up and the door was open when I got here… I'm worried about her."

"Okay, don't panic. I'll be there as soon as I ca…" He heard a scream on the other end of the line. "Let me GO!" He heard Catherine's voice shouting, but fading away

"Cath, Catherine what's going on?" And then he heard the line go dead. He dialed Morgans number again, desperate for her to pick up."

"No. Don't you hurt her… I swear if you tou…" A firm hand was placed back over her mouth. Just then her phone started to ring. She recognized the personalized ringtone she had set, Greg."

"Greg." Ellie read off the screen "Hmmm… he seems concerned about you, maybe we could take him as well. 5 missed calls, he really wants to get a hold of you. Maybe put a bullet through his head too."

"Don't you hurt him! Don't you dare hurt him!"

You may have come to realise that I'm a fan of cliff hangers... (lucky for you I had some spare time and I managed to start the next chapter...)
