Dinner with my family went a lot smoother than I first thought. My mom and dad didn't ask too many questions about her and I, plus Bolin got her to laugh a few times with his jokes. So I my head an awesome dinner. Better then how Asami's dinner went. But that's another story. (A/N: I'll tell this story later.) After that Korra and my mother went in the kitchen to clean up and Bolin went upstairs to his room to start some homework. Making sure everyone was out of earshot, my dad jumped into the seat next to me and began to smile.

"What's with the smile?" I asked.

"She's a good one Mako, don't mess it up." He said patting my back. Before I could say anything back, Korra and my mom came back into the dining room laughing about only spirits knows what.

"Thank you for staying for dinner Korra." My dad said.

"I really did enjoy it."

"Are you ready?" I asked. She nodded and grabbed her backpack before hugging my parents' goodbye.

"Bye Bolin!"

"Bye Korra!"

"I hope we see you again." My mom said. Of course because you like Korra.

"You will." And then I walked her over to the car, opened the door, let her get in, and climbed over to my side.

"So did you enjoy my parents?" I asked as I was backing the car out of the driveway.

"They were so fun! What were you so worried about?"

"Worried? What do you mean? I wasn't worried." Such a damn lie.

"That's not what your mom told me."

"What did she actually say?" I'm probably going to have a long talk with my mom about telling a girl that I like that I was worried.

"She said that you put off her meeting me for weeks."

"Yeah, see about that."

"It's okay, I'm just messing with you. I'm glad I met them."

"Yeah, me too." Before I knew it we were at her house and her dad's car were still there. Well damn.

"Goodnight Mako. Don't forget, don't come to the door in the morning." She said.

"Goodnight Korra. See you tomorrow and I got you." She opened the door, stepped out, closed it and began to walk away before I rolled down my window and called her back and she quickly walked back over.

"Yes?"

"Are you coming to the championship game on Friday?"

"I probably might be able to make it. I'm not sure." Korra said. I was kind of upset cause I really did want her to come, but if she couldn't I understand, we still got homecoming together.

"Alright." I said. She leaned in and kissed me on my cheek and smiled before walking into the house.

THE NEXT DAY

I'm sitting in the middle of Tarrlok's class a nervous wreck. What if I didn't pass the test? Okay Mako stop thinking like that and don't worry. Korra is really smart and she helped you study day and night, so calm the hell down because tapping your foot might put a hole in the floor.

"Well I'll start first by saying that I'm proud for most of you and disappoint in a lot of you. These are you chapter test grades, you may keep them and whatever grade you made on here could either bring your final grade up or down. Congratulations I'll be seeing most of you back in this same class next year." Tarrlok said. Okay and that made it worst. Finally I got my test back and before I could turn it over the bell rung. Grabbing my stuff I waited outside the class for Korra.

"Hey."

"Hey did you look at your test grade yet?"

"No, did you?"

"Nope."

"Alright ready?" We turned our papers over and I couldn't believe my grade.

"You first." I tell her.

"Ninety-five. What about you?"

"Ninety." That's right people, I, Mako Anders, got an A on my chapter test and I will continue to be on the football team. HAHA to all the people who thought I couldn't do it. That's why half of y'all are going to be repeating the same class over again! How do you feel?

"That's great!" Korra said before hugging me and I laughed before hugging her back. We pulled back and I had the biggest smile on my face.

"Well I passed because I had a great tutor." And I made her blush. Score!

"Yeah, well I got to go to class. See you later Mako." She said before walking away. Yup I had a great day today… Practice was good after I showed coach the grade, he was the most over dramatic person I showed my grade too. Like calm down. During the breaks I would check on Korra and make sure she wasn't too bored, but one of the cheerleaders, Bria, was actually teaching her some of the cheers just for fun.

"Alright team come in!" And there goes coach yelling again.

"We got a championship game tomorrow night against Fire Nation High, we will be champions once again! Now get your stuff and get going and get some rest! Understand?"

"Yes coach!" Finally practice was over, now time to go home. I got my stuff and Korra and we made our way to my car. We made small talk before pulling up to her house. And you guessed it her dad's car was still there.

"Same time tomorrow?" I asked.

"Same time." She smiled. This time I leaned in and kissed her cheek before she left.

A/N: Welcome to Earth! So Mako did pass his test! YAY! Now hopefully he could help win the championship and maybe he can finally just ask Korra out with boyfriend and girlfriend type ask out. I also wanted to say that the story is coming to an end very soon. I've been looking at some dress colors for Korra and I think I find the top three that I like. So now QUIZ TIME!

Should Korra say yes to Mako if he does ask her out?

Until next time…..Peace Out!
