The twelve sky recruits ran across the ground after the shadow of the budder dragon, a net in the hands of several of them large enough to capture it. With a screech of shock Sky fell to the ground as the net was cast over him like a barrier.
"We got it!" Elizabeth exclaimed in cheer, her voice proud. The unconscious dragon lay on the ground, unaware of the incoming doom that was soon to follow.
"Dawn, have you seen Sky around?" Deadlox asked with concern as he searched for Sky.
"Nope, haven't seen him in some time actually..." Right as Dawn had finished her words there was a great commotion from outside. Deadlox stared as a very unconscious butter dragon was brought and caged.
"shit." he muttered, running over to the cage.
"Look at it!"
"Sky will love this!"
"We should keep it!"
The shouts of glee continued as Deadlox stepped up to the cage gazing at the dragon sadly.
"All of you out!" He shouted gaining everyone's attention. "Fetch me commander Jerome as well!"
"I am so, so sorry Sky... If I had known about this..." Deadlox said as he breaks the lock on the cage, going in and trying to help his friend out of the chains which held him to the floor.
Jerome appeared in the doorway of the hardly lit room, his breathing heavy due to his running, concern in his eyes.
"Oh my Notch, Sky!" Jerome called as he ran up next to the cage. With a heavy heart Deadlox inspected the inguries on Sky's wrists from the chains.
"To bad Seto is still mad..." Jerome put in as he took a knife to one of the locks on the chains on Sky's back claws.
Sky winced as the chains snapped, his ears laying flat on his head. A golden tear ran down his face and to the floor from the pain.
"I will go see if Seto left any potions..." Deadlox said as he ran out of the room, the doors closing behind him.
"Sky... You never go flying with out us again." Jerome commanded as he took a piece of wool, dabbing it in some water before going to wash the away the blood which was coming from the wound. Sky whimpered in pain as the door opened again.
"Sky, will you just stop complaining I need to help you!" Jerome told him as Sky moved slightly. The light from the open door shined on the wide green eyes of the dragon as Dawn stood in the door, her hair blue as a squid.
"I was right!" She said with a sly smile, her black cloak flowing as she walked up to the cage, unsheathing her blade.
"This is easier than I thought! I just have to kill both of you at the same time!"
