"Ladies, enjoy your battle." Jaune made a rather graceful bow, before stepping away from the battlefield that was the table filled with a board, miniature statues for playing, and cards.

It was at that moment that Sun decided to make his appearance. Waltzing in to the group with his friend behind him, he gave them all a peace sign as he called to them.

"Sup, losers?" Sun had a big grin on his face that probably would have creeped anyone else out. The group, however, recognized the smile as his signature greeting face.

"Hey, Sun." Ruby greeted, her trademark friendly smile on her face. She'd known Sun long enough to not take offense to his words. It was his own special quality, like her unnatural love for weapons. She noticed the stranger that stood behind the Faunus and was about to ask for his identity. Sun, however, kept talking, swiping her chance to ask aside.

"Ruby, Yang, Blake…" He pointed at each person as he called their name, before finally lowering his hand. His eyes set on Weiss, and they narrowed, the rest of his face holding no emotion at all.

"Ice queen…" He finished with a surprisingly dulled voice, nearly everyone else expecting some sort of dangerously contemptuous tone that would, of course, hold no real meaning.

"Why does everyone keep calling me that?!" She yelled, exasperated at the amount of times she'd been called that same, exact, almost condescending name.

Everyone stared at her, various thoughts running through their head, but all centered around the same thing: 'Is she THAT oblivious to herself?'

"Never got the chance to introduce you guys to an old servant of mine." Sun smiled, gesturing towards his blue-haired 'minion'.

"He means friend." The stranger said, rolling his eyes to show his unamusement.

"No I don't." Sun said quickly, as if they'd had the argument plenty of times before.

The stranger seemed ready to say something, even holding up a finger, but he lowered it and raised an eyebrow. Taking a good look around him at the room, he frowned and said with uncertainty, "Uhh...Aren't libraries for reading?"
"THANK YOU!" Ren cried from the back of the room, his arms thrown up from exasperation.

"Pancakes!" Nora yelled, woken from her nap for only a moment before falling back to sleep, just as fast.

"Screw you, nerd, people do the do's in libraries but you don't see them getting told 'Libraries are for reading'." Once those words left Sun's mouth, almost everyone's eyes widened, Yang's especially. She took a quick glance at her sister, and was relieved to see that the only emotion she gave off was confusion.

"Uhh, what?" Ruby asked, her head tilting.

"NOTHING!" Everyone yelled, Neptune raising a finger at Sun.

"Gegegigah! Intellectual...Not nerd. Okay? Thank you."

"But you've got the glasses and everything."

"Okay, one, they're goggles. Two, screw you. Three, I make it look good."

"If I may interrupt this 'bromantic' quarreling...Who are you?" Weiss asked, finally looking up from her cards to get a good look at the stranger.

"RIght, of course! My apologies," Neptune's tone suddenly changed from argumental to...Well, as he'd put it himself, smooth and flirty. "I'm Neptune." Sun noticed the change in mood almost immediately, and he smiled to himself, taking a step back in respect to his 'bro's' attempts at flirting with the rumored-to-be unmeltable Ice Queen.

"So, Neptune...Where are you from?" The heiress asked, now completely focused on the stranger.

"Haven. And...I don't believe I've caught your name, Snow Angel," Neptune smiled, seeing the effects that his words had on the speechless heiress.

"U-Umm...I'm Weiss." She stammered, a very, light tone of pink dashed on her cheeks.

"Are you kidding me?!" Jaune swung his arms out to his sides, looking at his teammates who just gave him looks of pity and slight amusement.

"Pleasure to meet you."

"God DAMN, that guy brings smooth to a whole new level…" Sun muttered, suddenly crouching next to Yang. The fellow blonde bruiser only gave a chuckle, whispering back to him,

"Bet you wish you were this good around Blake."

Without missing a beat, Sun shrugged. "The Wukong way of being straight-forward with the ass has served me well so far."

"Excuse me?" Blake asked, snapped out of her thoughtful trance when she thought she overheard something about 'ass'.

"Nooothiiiing!" The two blondes smiled. With a suspicious rise of an eyebrow, Blake decided to drop it. Literally.

She set her cards down on the table and stood up, pushing her chair away from her. Pushing it back in to the table, she didn't even glance at anyone as she made her exit. "I think I'm done playing...I'll see you guys later." The sound of her heels echoed through the now completely silent library, everyone watching Blake as she abruptly left the room.

"Women." Nora said, arms out to her sides as everyone shifted their attention to her.

"...Even for her, that was rather...Strange," Weiss turned her attention back to Neptune, who had a frown.

"I guess...I know enough about her to know that something weird's going on." Neptune took the empty chair and set it next to Weiss, who had no complaints.

"You know her?" Ruby asked.

The blue-haired boy nodded, taking a look at Weiss' cards. "Sun told me about her. Not a lot, but just enough. If you ask me, he's got the hots for her."

Everyone snickered lightly at the thought of the shoutful, quickwitted Sun getting together with the stoic and quiet Blake.

The Faunus smiled at the attention, shrugging. "I don't know about you guys, but Neptune seems to want to get it on with Ice Queen, too."

Now there were laughters, and Weiss just looked away in a futile attempt to hide her blush. She took a quick glance at Neptune, and all she saw was that handsome smile of his. Accompanied with his beautiful voice, Weiss found herself caught by the stranger from Heaven.

Oops, I meant Haven.

As this awkward exchange kept happening between the two, everyone was hearing one thing in their head: Careless Whisper. Then they realized, it wasn't coming from their thoughts.

"Oh, not again…" Weiss muttered, imprinting her hand on to her forehead as Yang, Ruby and Sun stood on the table, saxophones in hand as they played to the tune.

"Again?" Neptune asked.
"Long story short...Saxophones during study hall. Except this time...The monkey buffoon's joined them."

Omake

Sun and Neptune were in an argument about the Faunus' ability at playing the board game. Truth be told, everyone else had their doubts, except the rogue, of course.

"Oh please, I bet I'll beat at least ONE of you!" His fists were held to his sides, his chest puffed out, and his voice emitting 'Come at me bros!'.

Neptune smiled, and Sun mirrored his action.

"Ohohoh, you wanna bet?"

"You bet I want to bet!"

It took less than a minute for Sun to lose, and when that time came, he flipped the cards off the table in anger.

"AUGH, THIS GAME SUCKS!"

Neptune was the only one not to watch the monkey Faunus storm out of the library.

Hello everyone! This was a quick update. I've got most of the next chapter written out, so you can expect it coming VERY soon! Probably tomorrow, in fact. I'm on a roll here!

As some of you probably know, there won't be new RWBY this Thursday, so I'm out of content for the week. And I still haven't gotten any ideas on how to start Jaune Arc's Revolution back up, so some ideas for both these stories would be appreciated!

Anyway, have a nice night!
