Turns out trying to make Part I and II into one chapter was a horrible mistake and I have now decided to go back to my original plan of just sticking to two parts, it helps keep better focus and evens out the pacing.
Draco Knight Chapter II will go live at the same time as Chapter XIV, so for you readers who follow that as well, you have something extra to look forward to.
I will have to request a lot of feedback for this one please, this is my first time really attempting to writing much more detailed action scenes and could use very bit of constructive criticism to improve in it in this chapter later and for the future.
Also did I really reach over 500 follows? And I'm about to hit 400 Favs...I honestly didn't think I would even reach 100 when I first started this train wreck. So as always my dear readers you humble me, as I always find myself speechless and still believe myself unworthy of your time.
Thank you.

Saga I: The Old Guard
Arc II: The Incident
Chapter XI: A Trial by fire. Part I
Yu was sitting in the living room of the her aunt's house channel surfing on the TV while scrolling on her phone for anything interesting. She was currently recovering after having a billboard fall on her her back. Some prankster turned villain decided trying to flatten civilians would be a great villainous debut. He was dealt with pretty quickly; but her back was still killing her, it was worth it knowing that she managed to save a number of civilians from being seriously hurt or killed. She kept scrolling until she found an interesting news report on the apparent return of the Hero Killer Stain.
"Ah damn it. He's back and with another victim."
The report however added a strange twist as she read, Stain normally attacked Pros without any indication but now he left a message on the guy's corpse.
'False Heroes are scum, but false Heroes who are wolves in sheep's clothing are worse than scum.'
"Pro-Hero...Marx."
She knew about the guy, he had several cases of sexual assault levied against him, but was never proven due to the majority of the cases being dropped due to either lack of evidence or the accuser recanting and dropping their stories. She had the misfortune of meeting him once, at a charity for sick children two weeks ago. He was definitely had an air of being some kind of sleazebag hitting on several women at a fucking charity for sick kids. He was a funny guy sure, but he had nothing on Ms. Joke in terms of cases and popularity.
It was definitely a mix bag for Yu to think on. Marx was innocent until proven guilty* in the eyes of the law, but many saw him as a criminal who used the title Hero to escape justice and looks like Stain did too. As a Pro-Hero and a possible target she did not like Stain, but she could understand a bit of his philosophy on Heroes. Life is gray that is almost always the case in most people, few people in the world could be called genuinely be called truly good or evil.
All Might left his students to join the special observation room for teachers where Eraserhead was currently waiting in. To say that he was displeased with the exercise that Shouta had set up was an understatement. It wasn't just that this was advanced Hero work way beyond what was expected for a first year class...for the first heroics class of the year none the less!
The team formations, Shouta must have known. Team One's set up and the troubles it could cause...He needed to speak with the man. When he learned about Shouta's prior history as a homeroom teacher, All Might suspected that Nezu knew that big shake ups were to be expected under his leadership of the department but this was too far in his eyes.
"Aizawa." All Might said as he entered the room, popping back into his skinny form. Shouta Aizawa sat observing the class, villains and the site on the various monitors while wearing that ridiculous sleeping bag of his.
"All Might." He said casually as though nothing was wrong.
"You have a lot of nerve in designing this practice and the creation of this semester's teams!"
"Not the "teams" since you are only referring to one team in particular...Team One."
"So you did do it on purpose...Aizawa that is just cruel."
"This exercise to break some of the issues I can already foresee with this year group. Overconfidence, recklessness and overachievers that are bound to be full of themselves, I am hoping to quell some those issues early with an impossible exercise, and as for the formation of Team One, if the students in question particularly those who lost family during the Draco Knight incident on the team discover the truth and cannot find themselves to work together afterward they shouldn't be here to become heroes."
All Might looked at his fellow educator, things have changed since he had attended UA himself and this was his first time as an educator. In the end All Might resigned himself to see if Aizawa's method proves fruitful.
This trial was designed so in the end Hero will almost surely suffer a failure no matter what.
"At least tell me once this is done, that we will being doing more basic hero coursework that is suitable for their year group."
"We will be, this test is to simply make sure that they understand where they are now and what they can become if and when they become third years. Heh, but looks like they have made up their minds and the first formation is off to a good start." Aizawa finished glancing up on the monitor with a small grin on his face. "They are proving clever."
All Might looked up and he couldn't help but smile when he saw who was on the operator's desk.
'It is time to prove yourself my young successor.'
Katsuki and three of his teammates were beginning their walk toward their primary target. If was Izuku was able to deduce already was correct in this maze like city, the bomb would be most likely as close to the heart of the fake city to cause as much destruction as possible.
The combined scouting efforts of Ochako and Kashiko also proved fruitful at possibly finding where the hostages and the villain's scout where located. Denki was sent to go after him and a duo of Tooru and Ryu was sent out to rescue where one of the hostages was suspected to be; while Kyouka was scouting for the other hostage.
Yet even with all of this so far in their favor Katsuki couldn't help but be on edge.
It was all too easy for a set-up and yet the trial itself seemed excessive for a first class, he loved the thrill of a huge challenge being thrown his way, but he also thought about the lesson as a whole for the class. His instincts kept telling him there was something else about this trial, some thing they aren't seeing.
"Hey Bakugou you alright there buddy?" Ejirou spoke up trying to fill the silence and get some word from their self-appointed leader of the strike force. He was met with a quick grunt followed by.
"Quiet and pay attention, Tape arms what do you got on the map?"
Hanta who had his PDA device out serving at the team's resident map man sighed.
"Nothing important yet, we still got a good six-hundred meters before we get there."
Unknown to the team below, they were currently being spied on by the villain's scout.
"Blink, we got a team inbound heading right toward Lemillion location." Mezo Shouji aka "Tentacole" said to his earpiece.
"Distance?" His teammate asked quietly.
"Just above half a click"
"Understood, got eyes on the one with the map?"
"The tall one with the black and white costume."
"Thanks Tentacole, decoy inbound."
Tentacole was about to confirm when he could hear someone climbing the side of the building he was standing on; a possible an attempt to ambush him from behind.
'Clever' He thought.
"Understood, be careful Blink as I seem to have company as well."
Tentacole slid out and hid near the staircase to the roof top as he saw a shock of yellow hair coming up the side of the roof.
Izuku sat in the operator's chair with Momo serving his back up operator. Momo who had been one of the two primary candidates for the job until Katsuki came into the picture and broke down why Izuku should man the chair.
She had her doubts until she saw and was immediately impressed by Izuku's quick change in demeanor once he sat down and began thinking of a plan and the brilliant application of finding and using some of the loop holes in the rules to try and use at least one person from each team out on the field, the notebook he pulled out and started pouring over a large series of notes Izuku had collected during the assessment of all of their quirks, did shock almost everyone except Katsuki and Ochako.
At the start of the exercise Izuku had Kashiko and Ochako head on the rooftop using a rope Momo created for them to use. Kashiko using a combination of her charting quirk and support gear to tag out suspected areas of the city for them to investigate while Ochako floated her and kept Kashiko within the bounds of their base, while Rikido held the rope to secure her and Shouto making an ice bridge for Denki, Kyouka, Toru and Ryu to start roof hoping toward their own targets all without leaving the actual site and allowing them to four more classmates in use, than just the maximum eight people at a time.
While Katsuki and the remainder of his team left from the ground level to catch attention of the enemy team. Tenya was the medic and everyone else was on standby, watching the monitors that featured the cameras through site Gamma as well as the cameras strapped to each of their teammates on the field giving for each a first person perspective able to be viewed from.
Izuku was still mulling over the details, but his face told Momo that something was off and she could feel it as well. This exam was indeed odd to first years to tackle, even for elite students that was to be expected from UA something about this test just didn't add up in her head.
"Damn it!" She heard Izuku shout out making her jump.
She could see Izuku rapidly switch off the coms.
"Iida! Stand by! Get ready to move out and take Mineta with you."
"Right!" Tenya called out with Minoru following up by saying
"Wait what?!"
"Wait what happened?" Momo said upon collecting herself.
"Looks like the villains finally appeared. It is either a decoy or first line of defense either way Sero is down." Izuku said said firmly.
"Why Mineta?"
"If the villain is a decoy, it will be better to capture him. Sero was the team's capture ace, Mineta and his quirk would be the next best bet without using an ace like Todoroki, plus we may need him to make another ice bridge from our rooftop in case one of the others gets taken down."
Few minutes prior.
Katsuki and company continued to their destination. Eijrou continued to chat away to build up team bonding because it was "Manly". Getting laughs from from Mina and Hanta while Katsuki couldn't help of have a shadow of a smirk on his face. He would have deal with them now, but it would be on his terms, it was his squad.
"Hey what was that?" Katsuki could her Mina say.
"What was what Ashi-hmm!" Sero asked before being violently knocked flat on his back dropping the PDA. As a blur flew right past them slamming into Hanta head.
Mina quickly began checking over Hanta while Eijrou and Katsuki covered them, Eijrou hardening his body and Katsuki popping small explosions on his hands in a threatening manner while building up his body heat to sweat more.
"Oho! Got him!" They all heard a voice say. From the corner of the nearest build behind where Hanta appeared a figure, not much taller than Katsuki, wearing gray white hooded robe and plain white mask with no features.
"Son of bitch!" Katsuki roared.
"Careful Kacchan! He most likely has a speed based quirk." They heard Izuku's voice say in their ear pieces.
"Hey Mido, Sero is out cold."
"Understood I'm sending Iida to pick him up and drop off Mineta."
"The kid with grapes on his head?!" Katsuki said
"Uh grapes on who's head?" Blink asked puzzled by the wording. While Ejirou thinking his opponent was distracted lunged at him. Only for him to blur to the right followed by a laugh, appearing on the other side of the street.
"Oho! Good job, but I won't be caught off guard that easily!" he said mocking the red head.
"Speak for yourself!" Katsuki roared again blasting toward his foe. Only for his opponent disappear and appear above him trying to strike at his head with a swift kick. Katsuki managed to block with his right arm gauntlet being able to absorb most of the impact while he prepped his left hand for a blast. Blink however saw it coming and blurred to the ground under Katsuki on all four aiming a kick to his stomach when Mina came in pulling Katsuki back and launching acid toward their opponent and managing to splash some on the top of him.
"Oh crap!" Blink yelled out having to roll back "Ow ow that stings!"
Blink quickly took off his robe and his mask, revealing a simple gray body suit with armored padding for his arms and legs. His face was sharp but plain looking with straight brown hair and blue eyes that seemed to glow lightly. His face sported a bit of a nervous grin as he slowly edged his way to the corner make sure all the first years was in his line of sight.
"Kacchan! I think I got something!" Izuku's voice suddenly spoke out to the team.
"Yeah what is it?"
"From last year's sport festival. He lost in the top eight but made a good impression on the crowd. Alexander Springfield! He's from the US!"
"To hell with that tell me what you got on his quirk!"
"From what I got, he able to jump distances that is within his eye sight, I can't tell you the exact range but it can't be too far."
"Ah damn it." They heard Alexander say
The rumble and what sounded like an jet engine speeding to them.
"WAH SLOW DOWN IIDA PLEASE! I AM GONNA PEE MYSELF!" They could hear the pleas of Minoru as he hung for dear life on Tenya's armor as he ran towards the team.
"We have arrived! I am here to recover Sero and drop off Mineta!" Tenya said much to the stunned silence of the everyone else as Minoru had to almost pealed himself off of Tenya; he held on to his chest like the poor boy was about to have a heart attack.
"Nnenennnever aga-a-a-ain...Mid-dori-i-ya..."
"Thank you for caring for Sero!" Tenya continued as he picked up Hanta completely ignoring the breathless boy. "I must return now and make sure Sero gets proper treatment" He then suddenly turn on his heel and began his run back to the base. While everyone simply stood there.
"Well...that was something." Eijrou said.
"Yeah, at least Sero should be good." Mina sighed.
"FOCUS GODDAMN IT! WE GOT THIS ASSHOLE TO BE-"
Katsuki roared turning to his opponent only to see that he was gone.
"MOTHER FUCKER!"
Blink was hiding in the corner, he knew was screwed without his mask, his quirk's tell was far more obvious and left him much more vulnerable to debris getting into his eyes. He had to change his tactics, pure decoy and only go on the offense when their guard was down and even then it was still risky even with first years who have proven more adept that he originally thought. He thoughts turned to the rest of his teammates.
Nejire was humming along with her hostage chatting way at all the little curiosities with the dead looking Reiko. Coming up in her building was a Toru and Ryu making their way in as quietly as possible. Izuku had a simple plan for them, Ryu would launch the initial attack and try and lure the villain out of the room, while Tooru depending on the situation would either sneak attack or extract the hostage , if Ryu got their attention successfully.
"Okay Hagakure, you ready?"
"Yep no problem Kasei. I just got to quickly do this." She said as she took off the remainder of her costume. "Don't peek please~!"
"Uhhh...rrright." Ryu sighed shaking his head, taking a deep breath to ready his flames building up in his chest.
Tamaki was bored as he sat with his hostage sharing a number small of snacks with the tied up purple haired brain washer. He still felt that this exercise was really excessive for a bunch of first years to even tryout but he knew that there had to be some reason for it; he continued to think as he munched on beef jerky. Not knowing that close by was Kyouka Jirou using her jacks to find her targets and mark the site for back up.
"Hey boss, I found the other hostage."
"Good work Jirou. Kasei and Hagakure have confirmed their targets as well, stand by we will be sending back up your way soon." She heard the voice of Momo say.
"Right on."
The rest of the class who remained on standby and not working on the loop holes for their class. Were watching their classmates on the field with great anticipation. Some envious of that they weren't out there themselves first. Others nervous on when they would be called up or if they would even be needed to be called up at all.
For Tenya Iida who had just managed to return from the field and getting Hanta to a proper medical cot with robots that would take him to Recovery Girl, was a bit frustrated with being placed in his current position as the "Medic", but he understood why he was placed in this vital role. As Mei would say "Teni is basically a walking tank with an F1 Engine"
His armor inspired by his family line gave him a solid defense, combined with his solid build and speed he could get people to and from danger with little effort, and while finding an additional purpose of also carrying teammates to the site, as Izuku discovered that a member is no longer considered be out on the field, if they have been knocked out. Allowing for a replacement to sent out once they are confirmed out of the field.
Denki was on the roof top confused on where his target was supposed to be. He was hoping to show off his skills to some of the cute girls in his class while mildly geeking out over his wrist mounted hookshot the buxom pink haired girl from support had made for him. It was simple to use and operated on his powers, add the sweet collapsible baton that could double as a stun rod and he felt almost unstoppable.
He looked around gear on hand just in case, before tapping on his ear piece.
"Heya Midorya, where is this guy supposed to be?"
"Hold on sec..."
"Kaminari it's Sekigai."
Denki grinned a bit, one of more attractive ladies in his class was talking unfortunately this made him not pay attention to the villain that was now getting ready to pounce on him.
"Kaminari? Kaminari? Are you listening to me? Kaminari?!"
"Uh...yeah totally copied that!" Denki said being stirred out his thoughts of his attractive classmate.
"Above you!"
"Wait what? Gah!" Denki questioned before being tackled and held down by Tentacole, who managed pull out Denki's stun rod from his hamd and made to the wrist mounted hookshot face away from both of them for safety.
"You should always pay close attention my young friend and always keep an eye out on your surroundings." Tentacole said quietly while making one of his arm pods form an extra eye as he pined Denki to the ground.
"Ha..." Denki groaned out.
Izuku was scanning every single screen as he jolted down additional minute quirk notes from his observations, as well as muttering to himself of every last adjustment to his plans he needed to do in real time. While Momo continued communications and added her own comments to Izuku when prompted.
"Midoriya! Kasei and Hagakure have breached the first hostage room!"
"And Kaminari seems to be down as well, but I think he might still be conscious. Kaminari, if you can hear me, do not respond. I know that you can get out of this, but try and keep the scout distracted at least until we can capture the decoy that is still keeping Kacchan's team on their toes."
"What is our next move Midoriya?"
Izuku paused for one moment as he closed his eyes, despite the feeling of being rushed Izuku was thinking very carefully on his next move.
"Have the roof top team come down except for Todoroki, and Yayorozou?"
"Yes Midoriya?"
"We're switching places."
"Oh?"
"I have these notes here for you including a few back up plans. Unless a complete worse case scenario happens, then these would most likely be what occurs next, adjust what you need too when needed and being that you have already made some better calls already I know you got this."
Momo nodded with confidence.
"Planning to head out yourself?"
"If some of these occurrences happen, then yes."
"Understood if that is the case." Momo stood up the same time as Izuku and switched seats.
Flipping the communications, Momo called out.
"This is Momo Yayorozu taking over as operator for this mission. Midoriya will now be my back-up operator as well as being listed on standby. Roof top team except for Todoroki please come down. Asui, Tokoyami and Uraraka prepare to head out to your respective targets that you were briefed with once you get the signal. Sekigai come down to the Operator's room. Iida prepare for another recovery soon."
She said with an air full of confidence and authority getting everyone's attention.
Everyone could feel the charge from her voice.
"RIGHT!"
"This is an interesting development." Shouta said before pulling an snack pouch from his sleeping bag. All Might nodded seeing the change in leadership handled adjusting as the situation called for it.
"I must admit Aizawa. They are doing better than I expected."
Shouta stirred a bit within the sleeping bag before facing All Might with a terrifying grin.
"You say that now, All Might but the moment when one of the big is five is taken down is the moment when things will escalate to the next level."
"Aizawa...Please do not smile like that again...You are scaring me." All Might deadpanned.
Ryu and Tooru knew that fighting a senior student would be hard, but despite her very cheery and almost child-like demeanor, Nejire proved to be a terrifying force of nature. Tooru had convinced Ryu to be a gentleman and go first when they breached the room.
Ryu wanted to decline, but knew the plan relied more on her than him. Unfortunately for him the very moment he breached the door to the room, he was swiftly blasted away by one of Nejire's wave attacks and was violently slammed right against the wall behind him. Now the two were running as hard as they could to little avail as Nejire seemed to be right on top of the duo at almost every turn, even managing to hit Tooru with an accurate blast. Perhaps the most damning thing that Nejire managed to do that while mildly getting on the nerves of the two first years as her never ending stream of questions she asked continued even a while attacking.
It ranged from basic quirk stuff like
"Fire Breath how fun! Do you fight for your friends and never give up?" she added with a giggle, Ryu was swore was meant to mock him
And to Tooru.
"So can you turn off your invisibility? Do you wear make up? Can be hard to do stuff without seeing your limbs?"
The two managed to break eye sight with Nejire for a second, jumping into one of the empty rooms. The disheveled boy was completely covered in dust and his costume a plain jet black jump suit with a flame motif and a red scarf had tears everywhere. Both where heavily breathing as silently as possible to avoid detection.
"Oh? Where did you run off to~?"
They heard her voice, causing Ryu to reevaluate all the various fears in his life at the moment.
"Hagakure you okay?" Ryu whispered, able to make out a thin outline of Tooru in midair thanks to all the dust she was covered in.
"I want to say yes, but I'm hurting in a lot of places right now...It's also kind of cold too."
Ryu wanted to called for back up, but was worried that they would drawn attention from Nejire. When he heard something else that caught his attention.
Drip drip
Ryu looked around trying to find the source of the noise before turning back to Tooru and could see a dark patch on the ground around the area Tooru sat.
"Hagakure are you bleeding?" Ryu whispered.
"Yeah a bit Kasei..."
"That doesn't seem like "a bit"" He hissed with annoyance.
"Sorry..." Tooru said sadly.
'Ah shit.' Ryu thought. Spy or not, he didn't mean to sound like a prick.
"It's okay, it can't be helped. But there is one bit of good news..." Ryu just realized.
"What's that?"
"She is still looking for us, meaning the hostage is alone."
"Oh your right!"
"Shhh!"
"Ooh."
The two went silent for a moment, they could hear the footsteps of Nejire and even a few blasts getting closer checking every room. Her laughs echoing, sending shivers down both students.
Ryu took off his scarf, and blasted it with flames from his mouth, before handing it to Tooru.
"You can warm and clean yourself up a bit and run toward to hostage. I'll take her on."
"You know that is pretty dumb right?"
"Yep, I am most likely gonna lose...hard, but that isn't the important part, she knows that your invisible and it won't be long before she finds out that we split. So it's best if I simply held out as long as possible, buy as much time as possible for you to get to the hostage."
Tooru looked at the nervous boy, before nodding in agreement.
"...So was that a yes or are you still thinking about it?" Ryu asked unsure about her sudden silence.
Mirio was having a lot of fun from his own observations of this new first year class. He was genuinely delighted to see how good they were performing despite the lack of experience, but having a strong leader and a solid plan with maybe an dash or two of over-confidence could do wonders. Still Mirio couldn't help but feel just a tad bit guilty knowing the harsh lesson in reality this class was about to face.
Mirio could already foresee one outcome. Alexander was about to go down very soon and when that happened, the "mission" would have to escalate to the next level and will continue with any further loss of villains or hostages recovered. Mirio also knew he couldn't let his team have all the fun, soon he will move to "Arm" bomb before jumping into the fray himself.
Alexander was completely exhausted and at his limit as continued to his attempts to dodge the group he was fighting, his eyes were killing him and his vision was starting to blur thanks to over using his quirk so much. These first years were really something else, the blonde was one hell of a tactical field commander with a wrath to rival Satan to boot. The crazy punk even used a high power blast from one of his gauntlets, and while it missed him physically, it mentally shook him to the bone.
He was also sure that his right hand was at least fractured after one poor attempt to strike at the redhead who was also pretty winded at this point and had hoped that his hardening was also its end point, and boy he wrong about that.
While miss pinky was the one he feared the most, thanks to her acid attacks that made any attempt at close quarters combat neigh impossible for him, especially with her teammates ready to counter and back her up.
Worst of all was the short kid who proved to be way more trouble than he originally thought, he already got two balls stuck on his body and almost made the mistake of trying to grab one and take it off. However the kid was laying the whole area with the damn things making his dodges using his quirk that much more difficult. He couldn't retreat, but he still needed to eat up as much time as possible and hopefully take over a few more of his juniors along with him.
'Welp I think it's time for a suicide strike.' Alexander thought knowing he only had two or three goods jumps left in him after dodging Katsuki's last blast.
His eyes burning like hell, he blinked to be right in front of the boy, catching the boy completely of guard by the sudden change of tactic. Alexander viciously kicked out at Katsuki with everything he had, Katsuki managed to block it again, but Alexander's shoes had steel toe tips and allowed him to break through his gauntlet, a spark did the rest.
As the blast engulfed Katsuki, Alexander managed to blink again toward Ejirou who tried feinting a punch hoping to have Alexander back off, instead Alexander took the punch full force before using the momentum to grab Eijirou's arm and swing him around slamming right into Mina who was in the middle of rushing in to try and save her teammate.
"When punches and kicks won't work on an opponent, that is when you need to start grappling them instead!" Alexander yelled out.
Minoru was stunned by how his upperclassman who seemed to be on the ropes completely turned the tables on them. Alexander paused for a the moment to catch his breath, since that whole set took far more out of him than he was ready for, it was a mistake that would cost him dearly.
Katsuki despite the pain he was in, left hand bloodied to hell, continued his offensive, shooting one blast nearly at point blank range, causing Alexander get knocked back. Knowing full well what he was going to do Katsuki made one last gamble knowing this was going to make his damaged right hand even worse, it was trick he was saving for an emergency, but knowing Alexander's powers are basic on his eyes, he knew this would work.
"STUN GRENADE!"
"GODDAMN IT!" Alexander roared in pain, his eyes watering as the flash of light blinded him. Stepping back, his felt his foot get caught by one of minoru's balls.
"SHIT HAIR NOW!" he heard Katsuki yell out.
Alexander heard the redhead's roar gunning right for him.
What happened next would make every man who witnessed it recoil and instinctively want to protect themselves.
Alexander who at this point felt like he was about to piss himself hearing Eijirou's blood curling roar calling to out at him, he managed to get some his eye sight back to try and make an escape jump to one of the ledges of the building nearby with his quirk, as it activated however, he had forgotten about the sticky ball that was now stuck to his foot that slowed his ascent. By the time Eijirou realized where he was about to strike it was too late.
No words could describe the sudden pain Alexander felt at that moment, but the sheer agony that his face made said everything. Even Yuga had crossed himself and said a prayer for his upperclassman he bore witness to the scene. It was said that every man said some from of prayer when the scene would be replayed to the rest of UA. It was enough for Alexander's quirked to cancel out mid-jump and drop straight down to the ground as he held himself tears flowing down his face.
"My balls...why do they hurt so much..." was all he could say voiced completely strained and high pitced. Eijirou panicked by the attacked began begging his upperclassman forgiveness for such an unmanly attack. Katsuki however instead took the chance to cuff Alexander successfully "capturing" him. When He was done he turned to look at his team, he saw that Minoru's head was bloody from using so many balls, Mina was out cold and Eijirou was exhausted, of course there was himself a bloody mess; he wanted to continue, but knew that there where still four other villains still active and if they were anything like this guy, they were all in for hell.
Shouta looked on with that same smile from earlier. Alexander was easily the weakest of the big five, add the fact that he was technically a year behind in experience compared to the rest, due to him joining the Hero course during his second year upon getting promoted from that year's general studies liaison. Now that he was down, phase two of the exam can finally begin, this is why Aizawa's code name for this exercise was called "A Trial by Fire."
"Togata, it's time to begin phase two." Shouta quietly radioed
"Righto!" Mirio said with a smile. "It's my turn to play. Nejire-chan, Suneater, Tentacole it's time for part two."
Author's Commentary
There isn't really much to say here, other than I am having fun writing this change to canon.
Also don't worry about Alexander getting too much of the spotlight it won't last, long past this chapter.
Part II Will not be a long wait.
So until next time as always with lots of love.
