Oh my gosh! Thank you for all the wonderful reviews and pms for the last chapter! That seriously meant a lot to me after putting the hiatus scare on everybody Seriously I must've scared half of my family when I took off literally dancing each time an email came through with a review! So before I begin how's your year shaping out to be? Any resolutions made or broken? I'm terrible with keeping mine- something seems to always get in the way of being able to complete all the things on this list! XD

Bryan awoke from his dreamless slumber from the series of heavy snores erupting around the room, almost as though the sound waves were continuously bouncing off the damp, mould-infested walls instead of politely disappearing into an unknown silence. The epicentre of what seemed to be causing the external racket lay just behind his own slightly curved form. A pair of muscled upper limbs slightly squeezed the smaller lads sides; not intending anything of course. Squeaking in surprise the ashen-haired boy gently attempted to pry his form away from the dormant arms which supposedly had wrapped themselves around during the middle of the night, meaning that would explain the question as to why the youth hadn't experienced the usual routine of waking up frozen. Without warning the limbs began to unconsciously contract themselves back around their prey, very much like a boa constrictor making a devilish squeeze at its latest meal teasing it to surrender whatever form of hope it had from surviving its latest ordeal.

"Damn it Spence" muttered Bryan. He turned round in the other man's embrace meeting face-to-face with the sleeping giant questioning his own thoughts as to why he had a crush on this male since forever. The falcon-wielder grinned at the taller boy's face, so carefree and peaceful as though the abbey had been all a bad dream, something five boys could've managed to pull out as a horror story during campfire nights. The thoughts saddened the petite lad, his past life hadn't been as glamourous as what Kai and Tala's had been but thankfully it was nothing serious compared to Spencer's- as for Ian he never seemed to talk about what happened before the abbey.

Flashing images scoured the teen's mind vibrant bunches of various greens danced across his vision, the dazzling sun almost blinding the boy's view until a large shadow flawlessly swayed across the bright azure sky blocking part of the light from the lads line of sight. Bryan reminisced how the momentum of time somehow managed to slow itself down in that particular moment of his life, how the shadow's sleek periwinkle primary feathers expanded in the summer breeze, it's beautiful sleek body swaying ever so slightly keeping that noble head of the creature held high. In that spilt second Bryan thought of how the bird moulded itself into a dive heading straight towards him, gleaming yellow eyes trained on his very being reaching into the depths of his soul. The lad remembered standing up upon that profuse tree branch ignoring the teetering motion the inanimate object gave, feeling his arm intuitively reach up into air holding itself sturdy as though the limb had a mind of its own. Yet crimson feathered talons appeared beneath the bird's body, scaly ochre fingers outstretched towards their final destination it's death-like coal coloured talons glinting in the Sun's array of light. The lonely boy perched upon the tree with his arm outstretched braced himself for the on-coming pain, yet all he felt was the sudden rush of air whip past his pale cheeks as a medium wingspread lengthened once more, before the boy's lilac coloured orbs, steadying itself for a smooth landing until finally a significant amount of weight propped itself upon the arm of the lad almost causing him to drop the limb completely! Still he held his upper limb high breathing in the fresh scent of wood, summer and success for there, balanced upon his arm sat the regal Red-Footed Falcon tilting his beautifully sculpted head towards the sun's beams- all the while his yellow yolk eyes shined each inch Bryan's smile grew.

Smiling in content Bryan let out a sigh of happiness from the best thing that he had the pleasure to endure and enjoy. That little falcon never left his side during the summer periods, he used to despise when the raptor would take leave around autumn time and return back on the first day of spring tucked under the tree just outside Bryan's old bedroom window awaiting its master's arrival from school. Lilac eyes trailed across to a somewhat sturdy box placed next to his bed being some poor representative of a bedside cabinet, yet useful enough to store a couple of books at least and there glistening in all its pride and glory lay his beyblade Falborg- like the cherry on an ice-cream sundae. Not long after Bryan had been sold to abbey to make up for his family's debts, Boris had forced the boy to compete against one of the veteran bladers at the time with a battle coming down to a life-or-death decision between the two. Just as his opponent's blade smashed itself against a crevice of the beydish aiming straight for the younger's throat, a golden flash resonated throughout the room followed by a staggering battle cry calling out for blood as a magnificent falcon arose from Bryan's beyblade familiar feathers of periwinkle and vermillion outstretched into the atmosphere causing nearby bladers to stop and wonder in pure awe of the raptor. Without hesitation the ashen-haired male screamed out in a mixture of fury and confidence in which a piercing cry from the bird mingled with his own. Together they overcame the other party battling every battle thrown at them by Boris until the mentor decided to induct the lad into an upcoming 'battle' team which at that point only consisted of Spencer and Ian.

"What you thinking about babe?" Spencer slowly turned the other's face to meet his own, blonde tresses leisurely falling across the whale-master's vision making the giant almost look like a shaggy sheepdog of some sort. Bryan stifled a chuckle taking time to pin the usual locks behind the elder's ears staring into the depths of two strong, alluring gold pools that reminded him so much of Falborg's during that day upon the tree. Blowing a few strands out of his line of vision like a whale blowing a spout of water from its hole, Spencer grinned at the slight chuckle emanating from the smaller lad bringing them closer together, softly scraping his broad nose against the falcon –wielder's almost hooked one leaning in closer until he felt Bry's soft lips against his own. Bryan pushed forward snuggling his body in amongst the comforting folds of the giant's arms squeaking in satisfaction as the upper limbs timidly brought him closer to the elder's hard chest. Pulling apart the pair took the moment of silence to regain their breaths, lilac never leaving yolk-yellow both watching in satisfaction at the other's reaction. Spencer smirked "So tell me, what you were thinking about this time?"

"You honestly want to know?" questioned the ashen haired male, lazily dragging his finger across the other's chest feeling the muscles beneath shudder in delight of the surprise contact.

"Of course…so tell me" purred the other.

"Just remembering the time I first met Falborg in the wild before I Dad sold me to this place"

"Sold?"

"Yeah, apparently my lousy Father was in debt of 8,000,000 Russian Ruble one of Voltaire's trading businessmen. When they came to collect the money he offered me as payment which ended up with me coming here- glad I wasn't a female though…"

"Oh?" questioned the other, his blonde eyebrows furrowing in confusion.

"The man who originally took me was an owner of an underground human trafficking network who cohorts with Voltaire in snatching children with blading skills away, had I of been female, well….I don't know where I would've been" muttered the younger. Reaching up Bryan softly kissed his boyfriend on the cheek hugging the vast lad tightly afraid he may disappear into thin air as though all this had been a dream from the very start. "But then Spence I don't regret not coming here, I wouldn't have known what it meant to be part of a family or have siblings to help me. It would still mean I could only see Falborg in the summer and then-"Again the smaller male gazed into the other's beautiful eyes contentment coursing through his very veins. "And then I wouldn't have met you Spence" The whale- master chuckled in appreciation capturing those gorgeous lips for his own once again.

"I'm so lucky to have you falcon"

"Am I interrupting something by any chance?" came the infuriating voice, a sneer carefully laced within the newcomer's words. Spencer shot up like a rocket ready to blow, his body barely reacting to the Russian morning's frosty 'nip' his full concentration pinned upon the smallest member of the team awaiting anything the other can dish out. Bryan rolled his eyes at Spencer's motions gradually picking himself off the duvet commanding his aching muscles to least bring his body into a sitting position. Ian snickered darkly.

"Having sex already are we?"

"No you just ruined the moment" growled Spencer, causing his partner to turn a shade of cerise.

"I bet you two were at it all night, I could've swore I heard banging-" Instantly Spencer leapt from the bed, grabbing the slimy snake by the neck lifting his form off the floor trying to hold back his impending rage. As though nothing was amiss, Bryan decided to finally arise from the confides of his bedspread swinging his legs out and stretching them such as a hawk when having spotted prey. Touching down upon the broken cobbled floor the ashen haired lad glanced back towards his boyfriend who was seemingly taunting the small boy with a series of non-existent to full blown squeezes around the neck; whales did like to play with food though.

"Spence put the kid down he's not Muhammad Ali for god's sake" A thud ricocheted across the room followed by a small suffering whine, Bryan turned back to Ian after grabbing his usual work-out trousers. "I'm guessing you didn't intentionally come here to piss us off, unless I'm giving you more credit than I should" Ian frowned in disgust glaring back at the other blader, internally screaming as to why he couldn't be taller. He hated being looked down upon, he was not the underdog- they were or better yet they will be!

"Hey each to their own, I don't particularly whether you two are screwing or not. Either way I came to tell you our fearless leader's back"

"Stop playing games midget"

"Chill b'n'b"

Bryan tilted his head slightly whilst resuming the epic quest of putting on his usual attire in this very bizarre situation.

"B'n'b?" probed the blonde, threat hidden within his voice like a spider concealed in darkness.

"Brawns for brains" snickered Ian, dusting himself off and returning back the way he came. "If I were you two though, I'd hurry up before Boris gets here I mean after all it's not as though he's going to let us talk to Tala as freely as he lets us"

"Tala?!"

"Ha ha! Snap!" countered Ian disappearing into the labyrinth leaving a now shocked Bryan and a dumbfounded Spencer. Breaking out of the 'vocal curse' the snake-handler had put upon them, Bryan lept towards Spence grabbing him by the verdant padded jacket the lad had around his shoulders, almost dancing in hysterics at the thought of their teammate once again being reunited with the flock.

"Hurry Spence! Tala's home!" shouted the ashen-haired boy making a dash in Ian's direction. The whale-master, still rooted to the spot, began to crack a smile his typical intimidating features relaxing at the recollection of the red-head blader.

"Finally Tal, you've come back from the dead"

Kai groaned in frustration at the red-head continuously demanding him to hurry up, making the poor slate haired teen loose concentration how is walking movement should be delivered at that exact moment, with one false footing pains would assault the poor lad's lower body making him slowly down even further.

"Kai buddy, come on hurrrryyyy-"

"For fucks sake Tala you bastard! Next time I'm going to top and ram into you like a god damned speed train- what the hell were you thinking?" shouted the younger. The wolf-wielder nervously scratched the back of his head slowing down to his boyfriend's sluggish pace, calming wrapping an arm around the younger's shoulder bringing him into a semi-embrace.

"Sorry little phoenix I couldn't help myself when all you kept saying was 'Harder Tala, oh yes just there! Faster, faster" whispered the wolf, laughing at his companion's fresh flushed state. "I didn't see any problems at the time and neither did you"

"I'll kill you one day I swear"

"Only if you let me wear the scarf" winked the other.

Trundling into an open courtyard Tala breathed in the crisp, cool air that Moscow had to offer letting out a sigh of relief, his beautiful icey blue eyes falling upon the mess hall taking an interest at the delicately carved patterns hanging above the door frame as though someone had freshly carved them in.

"Glad to be back?" feebly questioned the tattooed blader, leaning into the red-head's embrace following his gaze up towards the detail of a lion reaching up towards a rearing unicorn, dreading the possible outcome of the significant other's next words.

"Trust me Kai, if it weren't for the fact you and the rest of guys were here I would've probably ran off earlier." Kai smiled nodding in agreement.

"So tell me Mr. Big Bad Wolf where did you gallivant of to this time?"

"To roam with big, smelly creatures that have an attitude"

"Seriously you're going to start this one again?"

"Why not? Plenty of time to kill" winked the wolf.

"Hn"

"Hey Hiwatari?" Kai turned round folding his arms against his chest, boldly striding forward into the decaying hall somehow succeeding to conceal the irritating limp his red-head had so generously left him.

"What?"

"Hn,hn hn hn, hn hnnnnnnnnnnnnn. Oh and hn" Turning round upon instinct, the phoenix-wielder wriggled out of the wolf's embrace forcefully pushing the other away striding proudly towards the food stations, ignoring the quiet chuckles from the other captives of the abbey. Suddenly laughter exploded around the room as though a bomb had been, making every personnel within the four walls turn their head in surprise and shock at the sight before them and the sound surrounding them. Screaming in laughter with tears freely cascading down his porcelain cheeks, rolled Tala upon the granite concrete clutching his stomach tightly going back and forth within one spot as though some mad spirit had possessed him.

"Somebody is having a good time I see" Kai sharply inhaled at the unsuspected breath against his neck, swinging round to be greeted with a cheeky grin embedded upon the falcon-wielder's features.

"Jeez Bry don't do that!" whispered the slate haired lad, both boys attentions returned back to Tala who was now beginning to calm down for from his high. Spencer leisurely strolled across the room towards his captain extending a hand out for the wolf-wielder to grab onto.

"So how long have you kept this secret Hiwatari?"

"Hn the bastard only returned last night and now I'm being the consequence of his two weeks sexual frustration by the feel of it" groaned the younger.

"Bet you enjoyed that?"

"Don't you start Bry" The falcon grinned in delight watching the red rose blushing secretly creep its way across the tattooed Russian's face, making the teen cast his eyes downwards in an attempt for his long bangs to conceal the rosy cheeks. By now Spencer and Tala joined the duo grabbing bowls of their own ready to be served the usual slop that wouldn't be fit enough for a pig. Reaching down the red-head brushed away a couple of slate-coloured tresses grinning at the customary death-glare almost concealed by the darkening blush.

"N'awww! My little phoenix his turning red again!" jested the wolf. Swiping his hand away in annoyance, Kai turned back to one of the counters politely asking to be served ignoring the trio's set of 'Awwwwwwssss'. With the group having received their breakfast, Tala lead the team towards one of the nosiest part of the hall ignoring the protests from a certain ticked-off Bryan who announced had a headache from Spencer's snoring earlier that morning. Kai followed closely behind keeping a sharp lookout for the those crimson beady glass eyes that seemed as though they were always watching his every step, knew his next move, understood every motive the boy held. Sitting down in their fixed circle, Tala scanned the area frantically.

"What's up Tal?" queried the giant following the wolf's line of sight.

"We're missing one"

"Don't worry Ian will show up eventually. It's so great to have you back though! Hey why don't we all trying and sneak into one of the guard's alcohol units tonight and steal some Vodka?"

"Don't have time"

"Huh?" Bryan kept his head low not to raise suspicion from the sentinels around them, casting a worried glance towards the red-head who replied with a small courteous nod.

"We don't have time all of us and our beasts are in danger. Listen not long after I came back Voltaire told me he plans to replace all of our bits with new and 'upgraded' ones with Kai being the test subject"

"Woah no way!" gasped Spencer turning towards the sullen phoenix-wielder. Kai nodded setting down his bowl after stomaching a couple of gulps, of what seemed to be a mixture of porridge and rice pudding.

"Listen to him" he warned.

Bryan's cold-bitten hands began to slightly shake, a pit of fear formed within his gut churning what little food had been placed in there like a washing machine; around and around it went.

"Shit how are they going to do that Tal?" The leader turned to the falcon eyes brimming with determination.

"We're going to escape Bry"

"Ugh not again" groaned Spencer "Have you forgotten what happened last time?"

"No" came the cold reply. Everyone turned their eyes towards the youngest team mate taken back by the fierce conker orbs that challenged each of theirs, filled with resolve and for once in a lifetime-newfound hope. "No, this time we will escape because we have each other and we'll stick together through thick or thin. I don't want Dranzer to be taken away from me, she's all I have left of rationality, memories and freedom. I'm sure all of you here agree about your bitbeats?"

Tala cracked a toothy grin nodding his head encouragingly at his boyfriend, his eyes now fixed upon the other lads hoping for some miracle they may agree. If worse comes to worst they'd all stick together as a family, after all it's the only thing the abbey can never take away from them.

"I'll go" nodded Bryan.

"Me too Tal, count me in" Breathing a sigh of relief Tala beamed practically leaping from his fixed sitting position, gathering all three members within his hold hugging and holding each and every one tight ignoring the squabbles of a certain blonde moaning about being squished- I mean come on who can squish Spence?

"So what's the plan Batman?"

"Wolfman don't you mean?" grinned the youngest.

"We'll make our escape tonight, the quick the better! All of you meet me at mine and Kai's room and we'll go from there"

"Quick to the idiot-mobile!" chuckled the whale-tamer causing another upsurge of laughter between the four teens.

Sadly their joy-filled cries came as quick as the laughter when a foreboding, gruff voice resonated throughout the room. No one dared talk, no one dared breathe as a poisonous silence filled the room like water in bowl. The voice in question belonged to what could be considered as the abbey's worse nightmare, as the figure arrogantly stood in front of the only exit the room produced; cerise eyes locked upon a certain group of lads.

"Petrov, Kuznetsov, Hiwatari and… Ivanov. I order you to go to sector 6 for training right this instant!"

"Holy shit" whispered Tala his azure orbs widening in shock. Firmly planted next to Boris looking as smug as a guy who had just received 10,000,000 rubles stood a petite frame, his sneer widening when the realisation of what team the snake really played for crossed their minds.
