Laura stood on a street corner in the middle of downtown outside of the arcade. She was waiting for Yami and the others to arrive for they all planned to up there. The artist watched carefully as she looked at all the people walking up and down the street, surrounded by all the tall buildings. Clouds that spread out across the sky gave shade to those who were out in the mid May heat. The sunlight bouncing off the store windows that eager shoppers stopped to look in. Their were many people out and about. Some were in groups, others were couples and most were alone heading to one destination or another in a hurry.

Others were coming out of stores with shopping bags as they made sure to watch for cars that were going down the street. The sounds of everything happening all at once blending together to create the city's own type of back ground music. Laura took in all the hustle and bustle around her. Seemingly to almost blend into the crowd, she enjoyed watching everything take place. She liked to imagine where each person was going and thought it was interesting that all these people passed each other in this one area at least once despite they separate lives they each shared.

Laura decided to listen to some music and pulled out her ipod with some pink earbuds. She was about to pick a song when she noticed a somewhat familiar hairstyle worn by someone who walked by her and into the card store next door. Thinking she knew who the person was Laura walked into the store as well. The store was a decent size with wall to wall hobbies, games and of course duel monsters cards along with other card games in the aisles. Laura looked around the store and found in the first aisle, two guys that were both in the same class as her at school.

The first young man went by the name of Jack Atlas. He was tall with blond spiked up hair with two long bangs on either side of his face. Jack violet eyes resembled a shade in her brother's eyes. He wore sliver A earrings, a collar and a white riding suit with purple trim. Along with matching boots, gloves.

Jack was known as the school's head jock and the master of faster. For he almost always won every duel he ever fought with break neck speed. Naturally he had fans like crazy and enjoyed every once of attention he received. Yet he was a lot more comfortable around his friends and would do anything for them. The only opponent Jack had yet to defeat was his best friend Yusei Fudo. Who loved speed as much as Jack did. The two of them grew up together and we're more like brothers.

The two were in the store looking for trap cards to help boost their decks. Laura smiled, knowing that it was Yusei's hair that she recognized for they were both in the a lot of the same classes. She tried to hold back a laugh at how Yusei and Yami seemed alike as she approached them.

"Hey guys. What's up?"

"Oh hey Laura. How've you been?" Yusei greeted.

"The art club keeping you busy?" Jack asked.

"More or less. I'm actually taking a break today and meeting my brother and his boyfriend today at the arcade next door. You guys getting cards for your decks?"

"We're actually getting ready for the tournament next month."

Jack answered, to which Yusei nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, the whole school is taking part in a tag duel tournament as part of the culture festival."

"Oh right, Yami told me about that! I'm pretty sure him and Yugi are gonna enter as a team. The love birds..." Laura said teasingly.

Making both boys giggle. Laura smiled as she turned to Yusei and continued.

"So I take it you and Jack are gonna be partners Yusei?"

"I'm actually still thinking on who to choose. Jack is gonna be partnered with Crow." Yusei answered.

"Who?" Laura asked curiously.

"A friend of ours from another class. I'm going ahead to check out, Yusei. Let me know how things go."

Jack said as he left with a card in his hand and waved good bye to Laura. Leaving Yusei with a slight blush on his face after being left alone with the artist. Part of Yusei wanted to thank Jack while the other wanted to slap his best friend for putting him in this situation. After a second of awkward silence, Yusei decided to try and strike up a conversation with her.

"So are you looking to enter the tournament too? Or is the art club gonna do another art show?"

"A lot of us are still wiped after the last one, so no. But we are hanging our best pieces in the hall for competition. So once I put in my entry, yeah I'll enter the tournament. I just need to revamp my deck, and find a partner. Pretty sure Seto's gonna team with Joey, so that's a no."

Laura said in a way that seemed like she was talking to herself as well as the dueling mechanic. Making him smirk to himself before becoming serious and changing the mood. Trying to be tactful, Yusei was careful with the way he spoke his next sentence.

"Hey Laura, listen. Yami told me about what happened with Duke. I'm sorry, he shouldn't have treated you that way."

"Thanks Yusei, but honestly I should apologize to you. I was kind of distant to you until recently and I know that I might have seem cold but that's because I'm driven to get into art school after I finish here. I always wanted to try and have a conversation with you though. You seem like your a good friend to have. Plus your cute in your own way!"

Laura said, finishing her statement with a wink that left Yusei blushing with a surprised look on his face. He had no idea that the girl who kept to herself a lot in class was actually a bit of a flirt. Yusei smiled, seeing a this side of Laura made him want to get closer to her. He couldn't believe he was missing a great person like Laura who was right in front of him this whole time.

"Well, I'm always glad to have a friend to count on. So is your deck ready for the tournament?" Yusei asked.

"I'm not sure...give me some tips?"

"How about after school tomorrow? I'll even give a left home."

"Great!" Laura agreed.

The two then exchanged phone numbers before Leaving the store together. Of course Yusei didn't tell her that they already had been talking online in the school's chatroom after getting her email user name from Atem. Yusei then got on his bike and winked at Laura before taking off. Making the artist blush as she watched the turbo duelist speed down the street. She stood there on the street corner, lost in a daze for a bit before she felt someone place a hand on her shoulder. The artist turned around to see her brother smirking at her in an all too familiar way.

"Oh hey Yami. How long have you been here?"

"Long enough to see Yusei trying flirt with you."

"WHAT?! Flirting?! Yusei wasn't flirting! Not with me! He said he was gonna help me put together my deck to duel with in the tournament." Laura protested with a blush.

To which Yami smirked as the two headed over to the arcade.

"Are you sure? I've noticed he sometimes talks about you when we meet up after council meetings."

"Yami, please. Yusei wouldn't want to date me, were too different. He likes machines and building, I like art and creating. And Akiza is a better choice for him anyway now let's go. Yugi's gonna be sad if he thinks you ditched him to hang out with a cute girl. Or at least he would be if that cute girl wasn't your sister." Laura commented.

Making Yami laugh as the two entered the arcade. He wasn't worried about Laura and Yusei. The high school senior could already tell just how much the master mechanic was attracted to his sister. Yami knew it would only be a matter of time before the two would come together on their own. The rest of the day was spent with the group as they played arcade games before splitting up and heading home.

The sky was starting to get dark as Joey walked down the street to Seto's manor. The sound of his sneakers against the sidewalk were his only company. The blond was planning on surprising his boyfriend and offer to spend the weekend with him since he knew the C.E.O would be busy for the rest of the week. As he got closer to his destination, Joey noticed the line of limos parked out front and a group of older men dressed in business suits walking out of the manor to their cars with annoyed looks on their faces.

From what Joey could gather, something of important business had just happened and finished only a moment ago. Not wanting to seem rude, Joey waited until everyone left before walking up to the entrance. The blond didn't even get a chance to ring the bell before the door swung opened and an older man who straggled behind had shoved his way out. Nearly knocking Joey to the ground in the process. Joey could hear the older man mutter something angrily under his breath as he stormed off.

A second later Kaiba appeared dressed in a white suit with a navy blue tie and black leather shoes. An icy look was clear in his eyes along with a silent but undeniable anger burning on the inside. If looks could kill, the older man walking off would dead had he turned back to look Seto in the eyes. Joey could sense how angry Kaiba was. He stayed quiet, waiting for Seto to acknowledge him. A second later Kaiba turned his gaze to his boyfriend, immediately his eyes were softer and he took a deep sigh to calm himself before he spoke.

"Joey? I thought you were going to be with my cousins and your friends today."

"I..uh you told me you were gonna busy for the rest of the week after Sunday. So I thought I'd surprise ya by coming to spend the rest of the weekend with ya since I won't see you for a while. But if this is a bad time, I'll go. I just wanted to see you, sorry."

Joey explained with a quick kiss on Seto's cheek before turning to go, leaving a light blush to grow on the C.E.O's face. Suddenly the blond felt Seto grab him by the wrist, pull him into the manor and slammed the door closed before pinning him against the wall with a passionate kiss. Joey moaned in surprise as Seto broke the kiss and hugged him tightly. Whispering softly in his ear.

"I can't tell you how glad I am that you came. Those fools that just left were my former business partners and they were angering me to no end. Your just the distraction I needed."

"Uh...Wait? Did you say 'former' partners?" Joey asked confused and Seto lead the two of them down the hallway.

"Yes. They used to work under my father before I took over. They wanted me to take a daughter from a partner company as my fiancé'. They said they weren't going to except a gay man as their boss. So I had them fired."

Seto seemed to spat the last word of his sentence as he and Joey walked into the lounge, closing the door behind them. The blond sat down on the couch and watched while Seto poured both of them a drink from the mini bar.

"You sure you'll be ok? Not that I doubt your skill but running that company yourself is hard work I'm sure."

"I was planning on firing them soon anyway. Hence why I already chose their replacements. I am the one who makes any and all decisions in my company and no one is going to tell me who I'm allowed to marry."

"Is that why they all came over and ganged up on ya? Cause they found out about me?"

Seto stared at Joey for a moment and realized the guilt he felt behind his question. Leaving the drinks on the bar, the C.E.O sat down next to the blond and wrapped an arm around his shoulder. Leaning in for a soft kiss, ice blue met warm chocolate brown in a tender gaze as Seto spoke.

"They knew I was into men long before I took charge. They chose to ignore and think they could change that. I told them about us when they asked about an heir for the company. I told them Mokuba would take over when I was ready to retire with my future husband. Of course that won't be for a while..."

"Me...your husband. You sure? I don't think I'd be the right guy to help ya run a company...I actually want to be a pro duelist. "

"You've only told me every so often, say fifty times at best."

Seto whispered in between kisses while pushing Joey down onto the couch. The C.E.O continued showering the blond with affectionate kisses down Joey's neck. Smirking at the sound of the gasps he made while trying to speak with a mind that was quickly becoming fogged over with lust.

"Yeah...well, maybe when I go pro maybe you could be my sponsor? I promise I'll do my best and won't bring shame to what you work so hard for..."

Seto smile and kissed Joey's neck tenderly, running one hand up Joey's leg slowly and slipping off his jacket with the other. After which, Kaiba's hand dove underneath Joey's shirt, enjoying the of the blonds smooth skin beneath his finger's. Joey moaned and returned the show of affection by running his slender fingers through Seto's soft chestnut hair. Admitting a pleasured hum from the C.E.O. before he sat up to loosen his tie.

"I've been without you for so long, I was beginning to feel frustrated."

"You should take that whole suit off...makes you look too stiff. It's awful." Joey said with a smirk as he pulled off the C.E.O's jacket.

Before long, the two were slowly devouring each other in their sexual act.

Mean while Mokuba, was in the main living room watching his favorite show the big screen T.V. He knew what would happen the moment Joey walked inside the manor, so he went ahead and told all the staff that his brother didn't want to be bothered. The younger Kaiba couldn't help but smirk to himself as he snacked on some potato chips. He was really happy that Seto had someone to be with now. Mainly because his brother wouldn't be alone anymore, but also so Mokuba could watch anime without Seto getting on him about his homework.
