*THank-you for the reviews on the last chapter they were greatly appreciated. Thank-you all so much!*

"Is she here?" asks Kennedy as we are walking out of catering after I give her a piece of chocolate cake.

"Is who here?" I ask holding her hand after adjusting her blonde ponytail in her hair.

"Renee," she says looking up at me with her beautiful blue eyes. "Is she here?"

I smile down at her and say, "No, not yet she will be here soon though. I just talked to her she's on her way."

"I can't wait to meet her, Daddy," she says with a smile before I wipe off some chocolate from the corner of her mouth. "Daddy," she says.

"Sorry," I say, "So how about while we wait for Renee to get here we go to see the ring. Do you want to go see the ring daddy wrestles in?"

"Yeah!" she says with a smile.

"Okay," I say with a smile as I crouch down, "get on my back and I'll take you out to the ring."

"Okay, Daddy," she says before she jumps onto my back. I stand up and spin around making her giggle before I take her to the curtain. "Is there where you come out?"

"It is," I say. "I stand behind this curtain and then when my music hits I make my way out to thousands of people cheering for me."

"Does it make you nervous?" she asks as we walk down the ramp toward the ring.

"Not really," I say. "I don't really get nervous."

"Oh," she says. "I would be nervous."

"You get used to it. Daddy has been doing it long enough that I don't get nervous any more it is like second nature to me."

"Oh," she says as we reach the ring. I set her down on the apron as she touches the rope. "This is where you wrestle?"

"It is," I say with a smile before I make my way up the steps. I hold the ropes for her to enter the ring. She climbs in and just takes it in as I stand in the ring with her smiling at her as she walks in a circle looking out into the arena in all the empty seats that will later be filled with thousands of people. "So you want to be a wrestler like daddy?"

"Yes," she says as she looks at me. "I really do."

"We can have a little wrestling match if you want."

"That would be so cool," she says as her blue eyes grow bigger and she grows a smile on her face.

"Okay," I say before I teach her a couple easy moves and teach her some holds. She is a quick learner and it all seems to come naturally to her but being 35 pounds she would never take me down but I let her think she does as she pushes me down onto the canvas. I lay on my back as she does a little Kennedy splash onto my stomach. I sell it like I would for anyone else and she lets out a laugh. She covers me. "1, 2,3! Kennedy wins! Kennedy wins!" I say as she giggles as I sit up. She crawls into my lap as I kiss the top of her head. "I love you, Kennedy."

"I love you too, Daddy," she says with a smile as she looks up at me and places her hands on my cheeks. "You're the best daddy in the world."

"And you're the best daughter in the world," I say with a smile before she hugs me and I hug her back. "Do you think you could be a wrestler like daddy?"

"Yes!" she says with a smile. "I want to."

"You have all the opportunity to be whatever and whoever you want to be. I will always be here and support you no matter what." I give her a kiss on the cheek before I pick her up as I stand up. "I have to go get ready for my match tonight. You can sit front row and watch the show with Grammy."

"Cool," she says with a smile. "I never sat front row before," she says as we make our way up the ramp. "I'm so excited to see my daddy wrestle."

"I bet," I say as we make our way through the curtain. I see Renee standing there looking beautiful as always wearing a pair of blue jeans with holes on the knees and a black lace top with a black cami shirt underneath with her hair pulled up into a small messy bun. "Hey," I say with a smile.

"Hey," she says as she smiles back at me.

"You look beautiful," I say with a smile before I kiss her lips softly.

"Thank-you," she says as I wrap my arm around her waist as Kennedy looks at us.

"Hi," says Kennedy with a smile.

"Hi," she says. "You must be Kennedy. I have heard so much about you. I'm happy to finally meet you."

"I heard a lot about you," says Kennedy with a smile.

"Kennedy, this is daddy's girlfriend, Renee, and Renee you know Kennedy."

"Hi, Renee," she says with a smile as she looks over her.

"Hi, Sweetie," she says, "so you are a big fan of your daddy's?" she asks looking down at her Dean Ambrose t-shirt.

"He's my favorite wrestler. I have a hat too," she says.

"Awesome," she says with a smile as Kennedy pulls at my jeans.

I look down at her and she motions for me to lower myself to her so I do and she whispers into my ear, "Daddy, she's even prettier in person. I like her." I smile, kiss her cheek and then stand up.

"So are you hungry or anything?"

"No I stopped to get some tacos on the way here," she says as I take her hand into mine holding her hand and Kennedy's hand as we walk through the back. "I got you and Kennedy one as well."

"Thank-you, but Kennedy probably won't eat it. She just had chocolate cake. How much do I owe you?"

"You don't owe me anything," she says, "it was my treat."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm sure," she says as we make our way back to catering so that she and I can eat our dinner together while Roman takes Kennedy around the backstage area to give her a tour. "So where is your mom?"

"In my locker room, are you ready to meet her?" I ask.

"As ready as I am ever going to be. I don't look too inappropriate do I?"

"No," I say with a smile. "You look fine to me."

"Okay I just want to make a good impression. I figured that you introducing me to your mom is a big deal."

"It really is but I'm sure she's going to like you. You have nothing to worry about."

"Okay," she says with a smile as we finish eating. "So what is going on after the show?"

"I don't know. Did you want to go get something to eat with Kennedy? We'll have dinner together."

"Sounds good," she says with a smile.

After we finish eating I take Renee to my locker room so that she can meet my mom. I really want my mom to meet the woman I am crazy about and I hope that she approves of her. "Mom," I say as I walk into the locker room. "There is someone I want you to meet."

"You want me to meet someone?" she asks.

"Yes," I say with a smile. "Mom, this is my girlfriend Renee."

"Girlfriend?" she asks with a smile.

"Girlfriend," I say with a smile.

"Well, Renee," she says, "it is very nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too," she says with a smile as she shakes my mom's hand and I smile. I can tell my mom is happy that I finally have a girlfriend.

"My name is Julia."

"Hi, Julia," she says with a smile.

"Hello, please sit down let's talk."

"Mom," I say.

"No, Dean, I need to know about her."

"It's okay," says Renee as she kisses my cheek softly and walks over to the leather couch. I take a seat next to her and wrap my arm around her shoulders just as Kennedy comes running into the room.

"Daddy!" she yells. "Look what Uncle Roman got me!" she says showing me a couple t-shirts.

"Oh look at that" I say with a smile. "A Roman Reigns t-shirt and an AJ Lee t-shirt you're a lucky girl."

"I know," she says, "I love my AJ shirt!"

"I bet you do," I say with a smile as she climbs into my lap as my mom begins her questioning.

"So, Renee, where are you from?"

"I am from Canada but I live in New York City."

"So you're Canadian?"

"Yes, French Canadian."

"Nice so you are French as well?"

"Yes I am," she says with a smile.

"So how do you feel about Dean being a father? Are you okay with that?"

"I am perfectly fine with that. I think Dean is an amazing father to Kennedy and I will love her as if she was my own," she says as I stroke her shoulder blade with my thumb. "I respect him as a father and respect his relationship with Kennedy."

"Wonderful," says my mom. "So how long have you two been dating?"

"Over a month now," she says.

"And I just now found out about this interesting," she says.

"Sorry, Mom, I just wasn't ready to tell you yet."

"So you work here as well? What are your goals working here?"

"I hope to get onto commentary one day and hope that I can make that jump soon."

"That's a good choice and what are your thoughts on marriage and kids?"

I clear my throat just before Renee answers, "I would l like to get married one day. I have hopes of getting married and I would like to have a couple kids one day. I love kids but that's a discussion for another time. Right now I just want to enjoy my time with Dean and see where it goes."

"Very nice," she says, "Dean, I approve. I like her. She's a beautiful and lovely woman. You know how to pick them."

"She is very lovely," I say with a smile before I kiss Renee's cheek. I'm happy that she passed my mom's test. I am glad that my mom approved of her because I do like Renee. I like her a lot. I am like Renee and want to see where this whole thing leads for us.

After she meets my mom my mom takes Kennedy out to the arena so they can get into their seats while Renee goes to start her pre-show interviews and prepare for her interviews for the show while I get myself ready for my match and my promo on Brock Lesnar. We have a number 1 contender match coming up this month and whoever wins it goes on to face Seth Rollins for the championship. This is one of the first big matches I have in my career and I am hoping to come out on top. I would love to hold the championship. I have come close a couple years ago but then everything with Saige happened so it wasn't the time to do more appearances, work a heavier schedule and miss more time at home. I took a back seat and took on the part time role but have slowly made my way into the full time role again and creeping my way back into the main eventer spot. I am ready for this now. I'm ready mentally, emotionally and physically for a title run. I just hope that Hunter and Stephanie see it too.

After the show Kennedy, Renee and I drop my mom off at her house before we head to a diner not too far from my house for dinner. It is one of mine and Kennedy's favorite places to eat dinner. "So what did you think of the show?" I ask Kennedy as she sits across from Renee and me looking over the kids menu.

"I liked it," she says as she colors. "You said bad words though."

"I know. Daddy shouldn't say bad words. I'm sorry."

"It's okay," she says. "I liked your match against Daniel Bryan. You are really good at your job."

"Thank-you, Princess," I say with a smile as I look over the menu but I already know what I want to eat.

"So Kennedy, your daddy tells me that you want me to come to your birthday party. Do you really?"

"Yes," she says, "I want you to come to my party. It's going to be a fairy party."

"A fairy party?" she asks. "You are having a fairy party?"

"Yes. I love fairies. They are my favorite things in the world."

"When I was a little girl I used to capture fairies in a jar."

"Really?" she asks.

"Really," she says with a smile. "Of course I always let them go but I caught them in a jar."

"That is so awesome. Daddy, can we catch fairies in a jar?"

"How about some time I take you to catch fairies in a jar? It's not usually a daddy thing and I don't think your daddy knows the secret to trapping a fairy."

"Okay," she says with a smile. "Do you like fairies?"

"I love fairies," she says with a smile as they bond over fairies. She's doing so well with her I love it.

"Do you like Tinkerbell?"

"I love Tinkerbell she is the best fairy there ever was."

"Yeah," she says.

"Your daddy told me that you like to play Super Mario too?"

"I love that game but daddy always wins he is so good at it. Do you play it?"

"I have played a little Super Mario in my days. I would say I'm pretty much a Super Mario master."

"Awesome," she says with a smile. "I like you. You're fun."

"Thanks," says Renee with a smile as I smile too as the waiter brings us our drinks and takes our food order. "I like you too. What kind of TV shows do you like to watch?"

"I like cartoons," she says. "I like to watch Spongebob but I also like to watch old cartoons with Daddy. It's my favorite thing in the world."

"Really? What old cartoons do you watch?"

"Rugrats that's my favorite, Ren and Stimpy, Doug and Rocko's Modern Life," she says making me proud. "I like the older cartoons better though."

"Me too," she says, "you may be the coolest 5 year old in the world. What else do you watch?"

"I watch a lot of Disney like Dog with A Blog and Girl Meets World."

"Cool," says Renee. "What else do you like to do other than watch TV and play Video games?"

"I like to play sports like soccer and softball," she says. "Sometimes Daddy plays football with me. I like that too."

"That's awesome. I played softball too when I was a little girl. I loved it."

"Cool," she says with a smile.

"Do you like to draw or anything?"

"I like to draw," she says.

"Me too," says Renee. "I can draw anything you want me to draw. Sometimes I get bored and I just start drawing stuff. I have a little chalkboard in my kitchen that I draw on. I change it every couple weeks but I love to draw."

"Can you draw cartoon characters and animals?"

"I can pretty much draw anything," says Renee.

"That's awesome," says Kennedy. "You can teach me how to draw after we catch fairies together."

"It's a date," says Renee with a smile. "Do you like Disney princesses?"

"No," she says. "I am not into the princess thing. I do like Elsa and Anna because they are different princesses."

"You don't like the Disney Princesses?"

"No," she says shaking her head. "Girls don't need a prince to save them and the girls don't need to be weak."

"Very nice," she says, "I'm impressed."

"Kennedy's mom didn't let her watch princess movies when she was little because of that. I kept it that way but like she said Frozen is different."

"I can't say that I blame her," says Renee as the waiter brings our food to us. "Girls are as strong as boys and girls can do anything boys can do no matter what it is."

"Exactly," I say with a smile before I give her a quick kiss on the lips.

"Is Renee spending the night at our house?" asks Kennedy as she takes a bite of her hot dog.

"Not tonight," I say. "Maybe another time but tonight Renee has to get back to her hotel."

"Yeah," says Renee. "I have to go back to my hotel. My friend will be sad if I am not back with her tonight."

"Oh," she says. "Do you love my daddy?"

"I care a lot about your daddy," she says, "It's a little soon to say love but I care a lot about him." Renee is doing perfect with Kennedy and her questions. She's handling it all well. I know I was freaking out inside when she asked her if she loved me.

"Okay," she says, "I love my daddy. Don't hurt him it will make me sad."

"I would never hurt your daddy," she says with a smile. "I promise."

"Okay," says Kennedy as she goes on to finish eating.

After dinner Kennedy and I take Renee back to her hotel. Kennedy sleeps in the car as I walk Renee up to the entrance of the hotel she's staying in. "I'm sorry about that," I say.

"Sorry about what?" asks Renee as we stop at the door.

"My daughter questioning you like that and my mom."

"It's okay," she says, "they love you and they just want to make sure you found a good person, Dean. Kennedy is a smart little girl. She's very wise beyond her years. You're doing a great job with her."

"Thanks," I say, "so this weekend we start traveling together. Did you tell Summer?"

"Yes and she was expecting it," she says. "Did you tell Roman?"

"Yes. He said he will just travel with Bo now. He wants us to have the privacy we need."

"It will be a lot easier this way."

"Yeah," I say, "by the way, you were amazing with Kennedy. I think she really likes you."

"I love little kids. Kennedy is a sweetheart. I like her and I meant what I told your mom. I will love her as if she was my own. I know I'll never be her mom and I'll never try to take Saige's place but I will always love her like she is my own. She's so beautiful and sweet. She's adorable. You are doing so well with her you should be proud."

"Thank-you," I say with a smile. "I guess I should get going. I don't want to leave her in the car too long. We can hang out tomorrow before Smackdown tapings if you want to."

"Of course I want to," she says with a smile. "I love spending time with you."

"Good. I love spending time with you," I say as I take her hands into mine. "Thanks for offering to take her looking for fairies."

"No problem. I figured that's something that her and I can do together so that we can get comfortable around each other."

"You're amazing you know that right?"

"Thanks," she says with a smile. "I think you're pretty amazing too. Goodnight, Dean, I don't want you keeping her in the car too long."

"Goodnight, Nay Nay," I say with a smile before I kiss her lips softly as we share a beautiful and deep goodnight kiss.

"Goodnight, Dean," she says with a smile as I let go of her hands. I smile at her as she walks into the building and make my way to the car to get Kennedy home and in bed.
