Shredder and Mikey raced down the winding corridor with an unconscious Karai and Leo. The orange clad turtle didn't want to leave his sensei alone to find Raph and that monster, but what choice did he have? They needed to get Leo checked out. Luckily, he found a wheelchair to roll his big bro down the hall with.

Mikey pulled out his ShellCell and called his genius brother. "Donnie, we got Leo and Karai, but they don't look too good. Is the ShellRaiser ready yet?"

"It'll be in two flicks of a turtle's tail."

The orange clad turtle stopped and looked behind him. "It's been two flicks, Donnie!" The turtle in question groaned into the phone before hanging up. Mikey fell back in step behind Shredder.

"Come on Leo! Wake up dude!"

"Your brother is in a quite weakened state. No amount of talking will wake him up." Shredder looked back at the young turtle as he was trying to catch his breath. The young turtle looked down at his brother with teary blue eyes. The villain groaned in annoyance. His young almost innocent eyes did something to him that he wasn't used to. Was he feeling … emotions?

"However, he is a fighter. I have seen it in combat many times. This will not break him."

Mikey stared at Shredder wide eyed. He had no idea how to react or what to say, so he just stood there. His mortal enemy was saying.. good things about his brother. It was too weird for his taste. The orange clad turtle looked away and continued wheeling his brother down the hallway.

"When this is over turtle, we will go back to being enemies."

The jokester looked at him and smiled. " I wouldn't have it any other way."

Raphael stood tall with his sai in Rabbit eyes' face. The villain's twitching whiskers tapped the edge of the shining weapon. This was all the red clad turtle could've dreamed of. Finally, the creep that had evaded them for so long was quivering on the ground in front of him. The hot head kicked him in the face, smiling at his pain. The villain crawled away from the turtle. He held up his hands and created a forcefield around himself. Raph started stabbing it with his weapon when a gentle hand grabbed his shoulder from behind.

"Raphael, do not let your anger consume you."

The hot head stopped and sighed before he said something stupid. "Sensei, you always say every action has a reaction. This freak deserves everything he's going to get for what he did to us." For what he did to Leo. He didn't say that last piece out loud because it wasn't his place to say. Leo would tell everyone what happened when he was ready.

"While true, do you really want to give up your honor by giving into vengeance?"

"Well I-" Raph was cut off his throat closing shut. The hero started wheezing along with his sensei. The two ninjas fell to their knees, gasping for breath.

Rabbit eyes stood above the two, with a smirk that nearly split his face. "Now Yoshi is honor really worth you and your son's lives?"

Raphael's eyes turned to slits, which was horrible for his vision. He did manage to feel around and pull a star out of his belt before cutting the villain across the ankle. Rabbit eyes hissed in pain and released the two from his grip. This hesitation caused the villain to be pinned to the floor by Raphael.

The hothead punched Rabbit eyes in the face, his facial bones breaking under his fists. The villain gave him a creepy laugh and disappeared from under him. Before he could respond, Raph was lifted up and slammed against the back wall over and over again until the teen let out a horrifying scream.

Master Splinter closed his eyes, trying to sense where Rabbit eyes was. Reddish brown eyes shot open and metal swirled through the air. The mutant groaned and fell to the floor, holding his arm. Raph fell to knees, shaking all over. He felt blood dripping down his sides. It didn't take a genius to figure out that his shell was cracked.

"Your son's screams are like music to my ears. Once you're gone, I'll wring every last note and whimper out of him until he can't even function. Just like I did to Leo."

Splinter clenched his fists and ran at the villain. Rabbit eyes cracked his knuckles, waiting for the attack. Raph didn't see who made the first move since his vision was now blurry from the blood lose. All he saw was bright colors and fast moving shapes. Emerald eyes rolled to the back of his shell as darkness pulled him under.

Donnie tapped his fingers on the steering wheel, waiting for the others to come back with Leo and Raph. The purple clad turtle's bo staff was gripped so tight that his knuckles were turning white on one hand. Rain poured down on the windshield making it even harder to see in the forest.

The genius leaned back and laid his head against the seat. His kept wondering what condition his brothers would be in. Would they be missing limbs or be in a vegetable like state? Or worse, they would still be under that freak's control. Just the thought of his big brothers begging to go back to that creep sent chills up his shell.

A loud pounding on the door pulled the turtle out of his thoughts. Donnie pushed a button and a knife popped out of the top of his bo staff. He climbed over the front seat to the back where the doors were. Slowly, the genius reached towards the door, the pounding getting louder. Donnie yanked the door open and sighed in relief. Shredder and Mikey were soaked to the bone with Leo and Karai in tow.

"Thank goodness. I thought something happened to you," Donnie said hugging his brother.

He then turned his attention to Leo. His thigh was wrapped in a white bandage and his skin was pale. Other than that however, he looked fine. Tears nearly spilled from his eyes at the sight of it. His big brother looked so fragile. Like he might break if he breathed on his too long. Donnie ran a hand over Leo cheek and it drifted to his hand. So many nights in his lab of him wondering if Leo was dead led to this bittersweet moment. "Welcome home bro."

The two broke apart and the purple clad turtle looked at the villain in the van. He wasn't even paying attention to him. Shredder was too busy running his hands over Karai's swollen cheek. He looked like a father rather than a villain, which was almost as weird as seeing Raph in a hula skirt. Donnie, whether it from his conscience or his natural need to help people, put a hand on his enemy's shoulder.

"We got her back. That's all that matters. We can worry about the how's and why's later."

The ninja master sighed and nodded. Donnie slowly removed his hand from Shredder's shoulder. That's when a terrifying realization came into his mind. "Where's Sensei?"

"He went after Raph. He said he would meet us out here when he found-"

The words died in his throat as the door was thrown open and a rain soaked Splinter was revealed. Donnie and Mikey jumped into their father's arms after helping him inside. The rat patted their shells and snuggled into their warmth.

"My sons, I am glad no harm has come to you."

"Us to, Sensei." Mikey noticed immediately that their father was alone.

"Father, where's Raph?"

The mutant sighed and sat down on one of the seats. "My sons… I could not find him… or Rabbit eyes."

Little slits of lights poked through the darkness of Raph's vision. Soon the darkness turned to bright colors and moving shapes. From the softness under his shell, he was on a bed. Once his vision cleared, the red clad turtle saw his Sensei standing over him.

"Sensei…"

"Hush Raphael. Rest now, you are safe." A gentle hand pushed him back onto the bed. With clear vision, the turtle could see that he was in a different room. The walls were silver and almost future like. There was a small window on the other side that gave him a view of the other side. Looking down, he saw thick bandages around his midsection. The bed was resting on was comfy and Sensei was rubbed his injured hand, but something felt…. off.

"Sensei, where's Rabbit eyes?"

The mutant rat looked down. "He's gone, my son. He will no longer hurt you or our family."

"Y-you killed him? What about honor being more important than vengeance?"

"He told me what he did to Leonardo. In fact he bragged on the fact that he made him cry. At that moment, the ninja left and the father took over."

Raph teared up and pulled his father into a hug. He clutched the material of his father's robe like he did when he was younger, but as he did, he noticed that something was wrong. The Hamato family crest which he saw everyday on his life, was missing the circle that surrounded the entire flower like design.

The teen tried to pull away, but Splinter's grip was too tight and was starting to bother his wounds. "Sensei, you're hurting me."

Raph was suddenly pushed down on the bed and held by the shoulders by Splinter.

"Oh this is nothing compared to what I'm going to do to you."

The hothead shivered against the bed. "No. Please no." Raph turned his head and buried his head into the pillow. It wasn't there long before a furry hand grabbed him and forced his eyes open. Rabbit eyes smirked at him, his face completely scratch free.

"Hey Splinter, don't you think Raphael here needs to be taught a lesson?"

"Indeed he does." "Splinter" pushed the pressure point under his chin, forcing Raph's muscles to relax against his will. The mutants turned him over on his plastron. Splinter held down Raph's shoulders with his arm and stood in his line of vision.

"Sensei- Father, help me. Please."

The fake Splinter laughed. "Now why would I do something like that? All you've ever been is a pain in my side."

The red clad turtle started panicking at the feeling of fur all over his legs and shell. He struggled to get up, but his "father" held him tight. The mutant looked him in the eye. "I want to remember that everything you're going to get is because you've been such a disobedient child."

Raph cried out and clutched the sheets under him. He tried to bury his face in the pillow and disappear, but "Splinter" kept whispering things in his ear.

This is all your fault.

Your brothers are suffering because of you.

You deserve what you're getting.

You have no honor. You never have and you never will.

Raphael could no longer tell what he was crying from. All he knew was that he was hurting- everywhere. It didn't take long for the teen to just stop struggling completely and take it. He was so numb that he didn't even notice that the movement behind him stopped. Or that he was let go of. Or the fact that he was now in a different location and had rain pounding on his face and everything was dark. All he did was curl up into a little ball and drift into nothingness as two green figures raced towards him.

O.O. I know, I'm evil, but I couldn't make the rescue mission that easy. Please review and don't come after me with pitch forks.
