It had been weeks since Brynn had given the necklace to Lily and all seemed normal. However, normality never lasts long at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

It was the weekend and Brynn had been walking to the library when it happened. Her head was pounding and her vision blurred. She couldn't stand. Brynn fell to her knees. Images filled her brain and voices echoed in her ears. She held her head.

"Stop it." She whispered. It continued on. Louder and louder until she couldn't hear anything but the voices from the vision.

"Stop it." She said again. The images became more vibrant. She could barely feel the tears streaking her face. She'd never felt such pain from a vision.

"Stop it!" S

he ordered. It didn't listen.

"Brynn?" Suddenly the voice broke through the ringing in her ears. Brynn looked up to see James. "Are you okay?" He asked. "You aren't are you?" She dropped her hands which had been covering her ears. James held out his hand and she took it. The images and voices had suddenly stopped. She stood and finally realized she had been crying. "What happened?" James inquired.

"N-nothing...I just...it's nothing." She turned her back to him and headed in the direction of the library. He stared at her. That's all he could do. He didn't know what to say or do. He wanted to talk to her, but she'd just runaway. She claimed she was protecting him, but by protecting him she was also hurting him.

"Alright, see you around." He mumbled.

Brynn walked into the library to find Codi and Vada, the two she had been looking for.

"Hey, tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum." Brynn said as she sat next to Vada.

"Yes, Miss Alice?" They asked with a slight laugh.

"Have you two finished your reports in DADA?" Vada looked at Codi, Codi looked at Vada. They both shook their heads no.

"When's it due?" Codi asked.

"Tomorrow, that's why I came to remind you." The two girls looked at eachother with wide eyes again.

"TOMORROW?!" They shouted in unison.

"Yep, best get to work darlings." Brynn stood but not before hearing their pleas.

"Brynnie-dear could you help uuuuuus?" Brynn laughed.

"Ask me again in three hours." The two girls nodded in agreement. Brynn left the library and headed for the Slytherin dormitories. She heard a noise coming from a broom cupboard not too far off and decided to investigate.

"Scorpius!" She heard the words squeak from the cupboard. It wasn't Albus' voice and that bothered her to no end. Brynn opened the broom cupboard and out fell the horrid girl.

Madison Montgomery. Her hair was in its usual ringlets and her nails done up a Ravenclaw blue in hue. Brynn wrinkled her nose.

"What the heck is your problem?" Madison asked snottily from her position on the floor.

"You." Brynn replied bluntly. Scorpius bit his lip to hold back laughter.

"What about me?" Madison asked.

"Well if you must know, you trying to force yourself all over one of my friends, that's a problem. Stay away from Scorpius. He isn't interested in you." Madison glared at Brynn before standing and gracefully brushing off her skirt and shirt.

"Whatever." Madison replied as she began walking down the hall. Brynn looked at Scorpius.

"How ever did she end up in Ravenclaw? She's not very bright." Scorpius chuckled.

"If not Ravenclaw, she would have been a Slytherin." Scorpius and Brynn shudder at the thought.

"Brynn! Scorp! I found you!" Albus came bounding in from a different direction.

"Well, we weren't exactly hiding." Scorpius pointed out causing Albus' face to turn a light shade of pink. Brynn gave a smile at the hue.

"Even so, I've been looking for you for a while now and I was wondering if you two would like to head to the dining hall for lunch. I'm famished but I don't like eating alone." Brynn's stomach grumbled as if on cue.

"I could eat." She said causing the three of them to laugh.

"Sound like a plan." Scorpius agreed. The three linked arms and started skipping down the hall, much to Scorpius' dismay. The trio headed forward with nothing but positive attitudes about the future. For now.
