"Thank you so much Hikari!" Harima shouted, hugging me as I walked out my front door. He had been doing it all week. I was starting to get tired of it. I did like the fact he'd bring me coffee though, so it wasn't that bad. Since his little study session at Tenma's last week, he's been all smiles. Tomorrow was the day he was going to take her on a date. A nice little picnic at the park. I knew he was excited about it; but he was also off about something. The night after he was at Tenma's, I called him to remind him about the math sheet that was due the next morning in his class. He lied, but I knew he was with Tougou. I heard Tougou in the background, talking about something to someone…

'What are they up to? They better not be planning something behind my back! Though… Tenma did want to see me before class today. I wonder if it's about Harima.' I thought as Harima continued to talk about what he's planning on doing.

"Would you mind cooking the food?" he asked. I looked up with a smile.

"Sure thing."

I always cooked for Harima. It was a casual thing now. Since he wasn't very good at it, it became a habit to either have him come over or I go to his house so he can eat something decent. Granted my uncle would prefer me not to, saying it made it seem like we were together and that Tougou might not like it. I shook my head at the thought.

"What do you think she'd want?" I asked. He paused.

"Oh man! I didn't even think of that! What should we eat?! I don't have a clue!" he shouted, hitting his fists against his head. I kicked him over, looking down at him.

"Stop looking like an idiot Ken, I'll figure it out okay?"

"Thanks. You look scary from down here, looking down on people."

"Thanks? Now get up, and let's get to class."

He nodded, getting back up. We met up with Tenma and the others. Tenma stayed pretty close to Harima, I couldn't help but smile. So far everything seemed to be working out. She even stopped bringing up Karasuma and brought up Harima more when we had lunch together.

"Glad to see your little plan is working out," Eri whispered to me. I nodded.

"At least we all know she'll be very well taken care of. There's no need to worry," I whispered back. She nodded, with a smirk.

"Now to help you out."

"What?"

"Hey, you guys go on ahead! We want to talk alone for a bit. Don't wait up, okay?" Eri told the others.

"Alright, see you at school," Mikoto said, shrugging.

"Eri, what the hell are you planning?"

"Now that Tenma and whiskers are happy, it's time for you to be happy."

"Ah, but I'm not done yet! I'm still working on getting him to confess he loves her."

"That may take a few months, if not a year. You did what you really wanted, right?"

"No, even if it takes that long… It's what my intent and plan was. I'm not giving up. Why are you being so nosy now? Usually you don't care what I'm planning at all. Is it because Tenma and Kenji are finally together? Is this a friend boundary thing?"

"Stop making it sound so philosophical! It's just… Look, I to help, okay?"

"Wait, what? You want to help me? Are you feeling alright?" I asked, putting my hand on her forehead. She pushed my arm away with a sigh.

"I just don't want to see Tenma hurt. I was there the night Karasuma and you spoke at the café."

I swallowed. Why was I nervous? There really wasn't anything to be nervous about. Except the fact that now I was worried that Eri would say something to Tenma about it. What was she planning?
