So I promised you all a new Suemageddon chapter, so here it is! :D

Thanks for taking the time to read this story once again. When I started this, I was 12 and very optimistic that I could finish it in time. But since then, it's been a long road, and many delays.

ALSO: Considering Dan's part of the story, here's how you'll get it: *SPOILERS*

Bold: Skipper's voice.

Italics: Kowalski's voice.

Plain: Dan.

I own nothing but the story and my few characters.

Please do enjoy! :D

PENGUIN SIDE...

NYC frowned at what Cedric sent her. Double Agents working with the Blowhole side? Hoboken unabandoned with five Real Characters in there? It all sounded too good to be true.

Or was it?

"Only one way to find out," she muttered grimly, "I am, after all, the Second Lieutenant-what the Hades happened here?!"

NYC now stood in shock at what was before her very eyes: a huge circular hole in the wall, leading out to New York and beyond, nearby what once a security camera, now a small pile of dust on the floor.

She guessed Ced had also gone out after the double agents with some others, but with whom?

She had no choice. NYC had to notify Krys at this very moment and send out a search party for the ones who'd vanished.

Kugy ignored the rapid beating of her heart as she led the team of four behind her towards where she knew Butch and Connor were waiting. Her plan was straightforward: knock out the badgers, get into Hoboken, wait for the Penguin Agents to arrive, then her team-mates, and see what would happen next.

She stopped again when she heard an unmistakeable voice,

"Well, hallo, Doctor Mammal-Fish followers... you found us, ja?"

A small gasp came behind from Sara.

"That's-"

"Shh, I know. He'll hear us. Keep moving." But Kugy spoke too loud.

"What the hell?" Butch's voice then was heard directly towards them, "Oi, Con, lookie here-oof!" Connor didn't even get a chance to turn around as a nimble little mouse lemur whacked him and his brother in the pressure points, rendering them unconscious.

She had just barely finished with them when she encountered her first Real Character.

"Well well well," A slithery voice then spoke, forked tongue nearly touching her nose, "Those fish followers were not alone, hmm?"

Kugy swallowed the lump down her throat as she stared in the gleaming eyes of Savio.

"If you do not mind us," She coolly replied, "Us five here are double agents for both the Penguins and Blowhole."

"Oh?"

"We were hoping to unite both sides to fight against the Sues and bring them down for good, to find the inhabitants of Central Park Zoo and Blowhole. We were following you in hopes that you would have some memories on how they must've vanished the night before the Mary-Sues came."

"Double agents..." The boa mused, "Clarice was hoping somebody like you could come."

A large sigh of relief was given off by Flora, before adding,

"We aren't the only double agents either. There's another five coming over here with some Penguin Agents too."

Savio smiled in his snakelike way.

"Exsssssselent. Come with me then."

"Are we there yet?"

"No Lolla! Please keep quiet! Do you wanna get caught by Sues?" Alex hissed at the Yorkie Terrier, annoyed enough by the fact she had asked this the past five times, but it was getting too much for Alex.

"...Sorry Rosie..." Lolla mumbled.

"It's okay kiddo, just don't do that again and don't call me Rosie-shh." Alex then saw something.

"What?"

"Mary-Sues," The morphing bobcat/human hybrid whispered, "Be very, very careful." Alex silently morphed into a human again, then clutched her bow and arrows tight, before pulling an arrow from her quiver and aiming it at the Sue's head.

But before she could shoot, the conversation she heard was one she'd never forget.

"Saria, for God's sake, there has been Sue no activity at Central Park Zoo in ages! We've already looked there before and Maggie got killed by those traps!"

'No activity at Central Park Zoo? Traps that kill Sues?' Alex's thoughts went speedrocketing at 88 miles an hour as she held stiff and listened in more.

"But Boss! You know the telepathic message she sent us before she died! There are tracks down there!"

"Saria, of all people I know and in all the fandoms I have ever stalked in and inserted myself on, you are the worst. I thought you had won my respect when you went after that stupid penguin OC, but with my powers I can now tell that you have lied. You are no longer fit to be in our group, or even a Mary-Sue. You shall become only a small OC that I shall hunt and kill with delight. I will be merciful and give you five seconds headstart to get yourself out of this dump once I have taken your powers."

"No! NO!"

"You have failed me Saria Marie Alexandra Oswina. You shall only be known as the otter Samantha!"

Alex had enough. But she was too late. Within an instant Saria was in an otter's body and had dashed off fast towards the both of them, the three then tumbling back into more bodies.

"Ow...that hurts..." Lolla mumbled.

"That would be me..." A new voice was then heard, a much cleaner version of what once was the Mary-Sue. "Wait a minute, if they see you, you're going to die with me!"

"Not for long." Alex looked up to see Cedric turn his metallic flipper into a lazer gun, and Katherine, Fede, Chloe, Trixy and Alexia pull a battle stance.

"Come out, come out wherever you are Samantha! Come here you adorable little otter!"

The now new Samantha started being hypnotised by the voice, but Lolla held her back as Alex got the chance to grab her bow and an arrow, aiming it and letting it fly alongside Ced's laser shot...right into the head and heart of 'Boss'.

Sparkly blood spilled freely onto the concrete as the body fell and the face became pale. "Damn you all OCs..." The Sue whispered in a raspy voice.

"Where are Skipper and his team?" Katherine demanded.

"You'll never find them...we haven't even found them..."

"You mentioned something about nobody being at Central Park Zoo. What did Maggie tell you?" Alex questioned.

"I'm not telling you, you...little..." The Sue stopped breathing and disintegrated into dust, then being blown away by a gust of wind.

Fede then spoke after some stunned silence,

"Well at we have good news. The Sues have no darned clue where Skipper is."

"At the very least," Trixy agreed, "But let's keep moving. I don't wanna stick around here any longer."

"Guys, I'm gonna need help getting my arrows back-"

"Way ahead of you," Samantha grinned, holding a large bunch of arrows in both her paws.

"You're good." Alex nodded at the otter while she helped get the arrows in her quiver.

"Also, can I admit something? That was the most melodramatic Mary-Sue death I have ever seen through all my time I was Saria," Samantha declared, "And to be honest, I think it's boring too."

Katherine looked at the newest OC, "You were a Sue?"

"Yeah. That chick who just died was one of the rare ones that turned Sues into OCs and vica-versa. Being turned into an OC was considered a huge punishment and it meant you were a traitor if you were in her group."

"Whoa. That's heavy." Chloe muttered.

"I know. I was new to here when they took me in. Glad I'm out of it actually."

Trixy smiled, but before she could say anything, Alexia butted in.

"Look, I know this is a nice moment and all, but can you two," She pointed at Lolla and Alex, "Lead us to Hoboken? We are coming too."

"What for?" Lolla demanded.

"We're going to try and make an alliance with the Blowhole side so we can find the rest of the Real Characters and set things straight." Cedric explained.

"Finally! An explanation!" Samantha jumped up and down in excitement, "I have never really known what has been going on ever since I came here! Is it okay if I join you guys?"

Ced smiled as he put his organic arm around the otter, "Welcome to the Penguins of Madagascar fandom, Samantha."

"Call me Sammy."

Alexia was still in a bit of a daze on the rest of the way to Hoboken. They stopped at times to kill off a couple Sues on the way or take a rest, but she was mainly in her own thoughts.

"Why didn't we find out about the double agents earlier?" she asked herself, "Wouldn't have Krys noticed in the first place because she has dad's paranoia?"

She stopped dead in her mind while her body kept moving. She realised that she had called Skipper as 'dad' than 'Skipper'. It had been the first time she had done this since Krys ordered everyone to reference the Originals by their actual names, not nicknames at all. Not even 'dad' or 'Aunt Krys' in Alexia's case.

Why? Alexia remembered one OC who was in a delirium that Kowalski loved her, so she always referenced him as silly names such as 'sweetie pie' or 'my little Einstein'. As a result, a chain reaction began and eventually, the OC was kicked out the moment Krys saw the first physical traits of a Mary-Sue starting to appear.

Alexia shuddered when she realised how close her friend Rebecca would've come to going on the path on becoming a Sue if Clonewalski hadn't been found. She glanced at Katherine and prayed that she wouldn't go down that path. She remembered those counselling talks on being patient for Kowalski, who she thought she used to be with until the Disappearances.

A sudden thought struck Alexia with fear: could she be turning into a Sue herself? She was created into the fandom as a human that had the ability to understand animals, then realising she was half-penguin-half-human with Skipper as her father and having an evil twin brother were valid factors in being a Sue.

But then again, she did have a good character in the first place, albeit she was a bit naive in the beginning. Or was that naivety another factor for the Sueishness?

"Hey," Sammy snapped her out of her thoughts, "You alright?"

"I guess..."

"Worried about yourself and that you could be a Sue, huh?"

"How'd you know?"

"I was one myself. I've seen the signs."

"Oh. Well, considering about that, I've got large factors for it and I've got no idea how I've stayed an OC till now."

Sammy smiled, "To be honest, I may still be a new OC, but I think I do too, even though I'm trying not to think up my backstory at the moment."

"I see. Smart choice."

"Thank you. Hey, isn't that Hoboken?"

The ninesome stopped outside of what once a clean white concrete fencing with a gleaming sign, but had now had signs of warning and graffiti all over, the sign dulled to the point of rusting. The place looked deserted.

"Okay Alex, this place looks like a dump. We should just waltz in through the entrance and see if there are really Real Characters in there," Chloe remarked sarcastically, wings on hips.

"Not quite, there's traps that'll get you on the way to the entrance, and they're mainly for Sues, but I nearly got caught in one of those myself. Not even my magic can get us through. However, I know a back way to get in."

"AND WOULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHERE THAT BACK WAY IS SO WE CAN PATCH IT UP?!" a large female booming voice came through a hidden loudspeaker, startling the team.

"Is that-"

"Shh," Trixy interrupted, "It is! It's Rhonda!"

"Well of course I'm Rhonda, and who may you be?"

Alexia swallowed a lump down her throat and managed to introduce herself and her team, including Sammy.

"Well then, you're allowed in. Alex, you better show us that entrance you've been using to get in here pronto, Clarice doesn't want the Sues to find out."

"Clarice?"

"You'll see."

That was the only answer given by the walrus before the traps were shown and disabled so the nine-animal-band could get through.

"I wonder what's in store for us..." Alexia mumbled.

Justice looked around where she was groggily. She seemed to be in some sort of container, with weird sorts of equipment all around it. Her stolen Stu body that she once possessed had vanished off to somewhere. She hoped it was gone somewhere else.

She didn't like this. Trying to get out, Justice banged on the glass that was somehow containing her.

"Hey!" she yelled, "help me out of here! Please! I just want to help!"

She repeated this over and over until she at last accepted defeat, falling to her knees and crying freely into her shimmering feathers. Justice was scared, along and she wanted Dan of all things.

She hoped that he was okay.

No. She didn't have to hope. Justice then had a brain gem of a thought: Couldn't ghosts still talk to each other telepathically?

Or even at least see what another ghost was looking at?

Justice closed her eyes and concentrated. When she opened them again, she couldn't believe where she was and what she was seeing.

BLOWHOLE SIDE...

DAN'S POV

After trying about a million ways to get out the zoo, I gave up.

So what could I do now?

"Nothing," I muttered, "absolutely nothing can be done, especially when the place smells like fish."

Wait a minute. Fish?

I smelled the air closely and took a look at the habitats. The smell was coming from the old pen-goo-win habitat.

Should I try to go in there?

I instantly had second thoughts when I remembered I was still a ghost possessing a Stu. I couldn't go in that HQ at all because I had no idea how to get smaller in this thing.

But I couldn't afford to leave the body here and let it get killed by some trap, that thing's ghost would most likely annoy me to no end if it died.

"Please don't kill this Stu here, just keep him unconscious. I'm busy borrowing his body and I'll be right back." I don't know why I said that, but I hoped that someone was listening to me as I got out of that disgusting body and into the HQ.

Everything looked spooky once I got inside.

I had expected the HQ to be trashed: a lot of things broken, glass all over the floor, basically the place looking like somebody set off a bomb of messiness.

But it wasn't. Instead, the place looked like the pen-gu-ins had gone out for a minute. Looking around, Kowalski's science experiment was still there, waiting to be put in action, Rico's magazines begging to be read, Private's Lunacorns DVDs waiting patiently for their owner to watch them and even Skipper's mug of coffee was still quite warm if you put your hand above it.

It was then I saw the tape recorder lying on the bench. A post-it note showed an arrow pointing to the play button.

I didn't think about how I was pressing the button as Skipper's voice then was heard for the first time in years.

"Skipper's log, 0200 hours. Lookie here, if you're listening to this and you're on our side, great news. If you're listening to this and you're on Blowhole's side...well, it's better than one of those crazy things Kowalski calls 'Sues'. Anyway, before you get yourself comfortable, if you are down here and one of those psycho girls, you're gonna die in 60 seconds from now. Sayonara!"

60 uneasy seconds of silence passed. 'How did he know about the Sues?' I thought to myself before Skipper's voice played again.

"Okay, there goes the timer. If you're still listening to this now, then you are one of us or Blowhole's. I don't care if you're either one, you need to listen up to what Kowalski is going to tell you on the television."

The TV then flickered on, showing a slightly static, but mainly clear image of Kowalski standing in his lab for the first time since the disappearances.

"Okay...Now, I would've gotten pictures to help you understand this, but we're gonna have to do with words, you understand?

"Now listen very carefully: if this message has been activated, we assume that the Mary-Sues have taken over New York and most of Central Park. Coney Island? We're unsure, but all the occupants of the zoo and Doctor Blowhole have gone into hiding and are in suspended animation in a location that we can't tell you because-"

"That's top, top, tippy top, top, top, top secret...Until now."

"Thank you Skipper for explaining that information. Now, we would've left you a map behind, but we can't...entirely."

"Why?" I asked, it seemed stupid, but I had actually gotten an answer.

"Because Skipper, Rico, Private and I fear that you may lose the map while on the way to the location. And if you lose it...it could end up in the wrong hands." His voice turned grim and he had no need to explain that. I gulped.

"So which is why we've split the map in two: one half with Blowhole, the other half in the Zoo. Blowhole says that he's going to put it in a vault that can't be accessible to anyone until this message triggers one of him explaining all of what has been said here between us at Coney Island to his side of OCs, which will then open the vault.

"What we've done with our half of the map is a different story altogether. Rico has had the pleasure of ripping the map into five pieces, then carefully hidden all over the zoo. His second edition of 'Bomb' magazine will contain hints which will direct you to where the pieces are. Once you're finished and have put them all together, place the Season One of the Lunacorns DVD and Skipper will direct you how to access a certain easter egg that will activate at Coney Island, provided there are no Sues there." I silently thanked all the B-Agents back home that Coney Island wasn't Sue-infested.

"Once you are done, take the half of the map and escape, but beware, you can't go back in the zoo until we are here to unlock it. Not even climbing the walls will get you through." The TV then suddenly flickered off again as Skipper's voice played again.

"Okay, that's enough from Kowalski. Rico's magazine is under the pillow on his bunk. We're trusting you to find the pieces of the map now. Pause this tape here and play it again once you're done getting the map together so I can get you through playing the easter egg on Private's DVD. But until then, stay solid compadre."

I hit the pause button on the recorder and soon discovered the magazine where the hints were.

Then, I realised how cliche the situation was on me, and desperate too. I had to find those pieces. It felt like New York was depending on me to save it. So I was.

I smiled deviously while getting back into the Stu body and beginning my search: The Sues were gonna have to watch their backs soon.

RAMSES' POV

After some time, I still had to remind myself that I had witnessed a Sue turn into an OC, another Sue get killed, and (thanks to Mari spilling the beans with me,) Alexia had some disturbing thoughts about us as OCs and how we've made it this far without becoming Sues and Stus (or in Mari and Soph's cases, becoming any more Sueish.)

I also pondered that over the period of time we were following the now-nine of them. How did we remain OCs anway? Also, how come Soph and Mari had no effect on us?

Apparently, Mari was snooping in on my thoughts alongside Alexia's, because I heard her voice in my head saying,

'Beats me. I think it's because we hate all the other Sues so much, we just can't spread it, whereas those idiots can thanks to loving themselves so much and making themselves "perfect.'

"Nice reasoning," I complimented, then realising I said it a few seconds later, getting weird looks from my team-mates and a sneaky grin from Mari.

"You know..." She mused, "I remember overhearing that the old six of them back there at their HQ discussing that they wanted the Penguin side to ally with Blowhole..."

"Really?" Rynn asked, interested.

"...but without the help of us."

"Oh. Well that's a bit of a dumb idea, isn't it?"

"Hm, makes me think of Private a bit, to be honest," I commented, "he was always the optimist."

"But then again," Wayne added, "Put the Penguins and Blowhole in a room together and there isn't going to be much peace. Say Mari, where did you hear that conversation?"

"On the way to the meeting. I was under the floor on which they were standing on and since it's so thin, I heard about everything."

"Huh. Hey, check it out. We're here!"

We all stopped at a fair distance away from the front of the gates, staring at the graffiti, the warnings and the dulled and rusted sign.

Then, Mari took a step forward towards the entrance.

Big mistake.

JONIE'S POV

Okay...about that 'keep it and never tell' secret and promise...Hunter and I decided it never existed in the first place when I announced a search in every agent's room for any more files like the one Kugy had.

Eighteen agents didn't show for roll call, and ten, including Kugy's, had files like the Kim Dalia one. Rynn Wolfe's room had the most.

Lillith was shaking her head at the amount of pen-goo-win files that had been piled up before our eyes.

"I can't believe it..." She kept muttering, "I can't believe that some of the best of us B-Agents were working with the enemy..."

"I know Hunter," Alex tried to reassure her, "It's a shock to us all."

"All this time...how could we?"

"I don't know either," Kyle admitted, "but we'll get to the bottom of it soon."

"Guys! You'd never believe what I've found!" Dianna's voice called to us. She sounded like as if she stole almost everything from the richest person in the world and it was now all hers.

Or, to put it shortly, very pleased.

We ran to where her voice was coming from, which was where a secret door led to a long tunnel, and Dianna was standing next to it.

"I've gone through this baby and back," she told us, "And guess what was on the other side?"

"What? Hoboken?" Alex asked sarcastically.

"Eeyup."

"WHAT?!"

"And I've brought a friend back from there too."

"Well, well, well..." A reptilian voice came from behind us, "You fishy followers have a nice lair, don't you?"

The sudden sight of Savio had given us all a jumpscare, but none so much as Mads, who had literally screamed from the top of her lungs before jumping into Alex's arms and started practically choking him.

For everyone else including myself, the sight just looked so hilarious that we couldn't help but laugh our heads off at the sight.

"It's not funny!" Mads protested failingly from Alex's chest, "I nearly had a heart attack!"

"Mads...you're so...HEAVY!" Alex managed out before losing strength and dropping her on the ground.

"Now with that little episode over," Savio then redirected our attention to him, "The rodent mentioned Hoboken, yess?"

Every one of us nodded.

"Exssssselent. Then we better waste no time getting in then, hm? Get moving!"

Obediently, everyone of us crawled into the tunnel that could barely fit some of the larger-sized members, Savio urging us along behind.

"Jonie?" Lillith asked behind me, "What's gonna happen to us?"

"I got no idea mate."

TUTMOSIS' POV

We had quite a scare when we witnessed Savio for the first time, but that was nothing compared to our shock when Clemson was told to tie us up in a group and stripped of our weapons, all in order to talk with that bastard Penguin side and the foolish double agents.

"I don't want to do this to you," the red lemur admitted as he was tying us up, "But when Clarice gives an order these days, it has to be done. Believe me, if I were in charge I'd left you untied, but I've seen how Clarice works and we haven't had a Sue come in here for years."

I had to admit, by the way Clemson had worded it, Clarice had done quite a job keeping the Mary-Sues out.

When the first five double agents had arrived with Savio, I wasn't surprised that one of them was Kugy. Neither was Zack:

"I totally knew that you were a double agent Kugy! I knew that you had been working with the pen-goo-win side all this time! You traitor!"

The mouse lemur just rolled her eyes and straightened her glasses on her face before coolly replying:

"First of all Zack, how would you know I was a double agent if you only found out they existed from today's meeting? Second, Even if you did know, why didn't you tell your fellow comrades earlier? Third, how can you say that I am a traitor if you yourself are a penguin working with Blowhole, let alone a son of Skipper working with him?"

"TRIPLE BUUUUUURRRN!" The pansexuals taunted alongside Sara, while Kugy looked on at him smugly.

"I hate you all..." He darkly muttered while failingly giving us a dirty look.

Soon, what I recognised as the Penguin agents arrived, also tied up, courtesy on presumingly Lulu, who had pushed them in an empty rubbish cart...minus an otter who I had never seen before.

"Why is the otter free?" Sarah questioned, "Who is she anyway?"

"I'm Samantha," The new face replied, "But I prefer Sammy. I guess I'm the newest OC to be here since the old Sue-Traits were stripped from me."

"Your old WHAT?!" Bianca practically screamed. Even the double agents looked quite shocked.

But Samantha had then explained all on who and what she was, and perfect timing too: another figure had stepped out from the shadows, and it was clearly not a Real Character.

She was a female puffin of some sort, but not the same species as Hans was. Her head was less pointier than the Real Character's, but it was pointed at such, so if she were to be like a human, she'd have a bob. Her positioning was like one of an intelligent commander, and looking closely, I suspected something might've happened with one of her wings.

"Good afternoon to al who have arrived here so far," her voice then was heard, "in case you haven't heard my name before, I am Clarice, and what the double agents and I are about to tell you is crucial if you want the Sues defeated and the Real Characters returned."

HOBOKEN...

"Soon?" One of the penguin agents, Cedric if she was right, questioned, "Why soon? Why the wait?"

"Because not all of us are here yet, I'm expecting for the other Original Characters on both sides and the rest of the double agents to arrive. But while we wait, we should discuss information that both sides have together while we have the chance, no?"

"Give out important information to the enemy?!" The vixen on the Blowhole side yelled in shock, "Never!"

"I'm up for it," the little macaroni penguin said on the opposite side, "Anything to help stop the Sues."

"In that case," The African penguin double agent responded calmly, "I shall be the one of showing off the Blowhole side's files verbally."

"What?" The penguin on said side questioned.

"She means she's going to spill what we know to the Penguins, you fool!" The rabbit on the same side snapped to the flightless avian next to him.

"Okay, with all that being said, let's begin, shall we?" The African Penguin double agent then went on to spill.

While information spilled away to both of the groups that were here so far, Clarice went off to finish some other jobs.

First, she checked on the ghost she caught. In it's containment, she could see that it was concentrating on something. Then, after doing a few harmless tests within three minutes, Clarice discovered that the spirit was trying to telepathically communicate with another one somewhere around 5th Avenue.

A few more harmless tests later, she found out that the other ghost was holding another Stu body, and was in Central Park Zoo, appearing to be looking for something.

After some live google images were checked at, Clarice found out that the possessed Stu was looking for pieces of half a map leading to somewhere. Getting in as close as she could, Clarice then took a very smart guess that this was a map leading to where the Real Characters were. She also presumed the other half of the map was in Coney Island.

(Mind you about those inventions earlier: Yes, the inventions that Clarice and Hans had collaborated on were that complicated and that good for the job, don't bother asking why because that would take up half of the story.)

This was the sort of the information Clarice had needed. She had already made enough progress with that clue she had found, but now she was getting somewhere. She noted to herself that this could help get both sides together for once and for all to find the Real Characters. But she knew that this was not the time yet, the others still had to come.

Speaking of which...

"Clarice," Rhonda's voice then crackled from her nearby walkie-talkie, "There's four OCs who claim to be the other half of the double agents, and they've brought a Sue along, over."

"Send them all in," she responded, "I believe the Sue shall be excellent use to us as with the Stu. I'll send Clemson and Lulu to get her out the trap and into a Sue-proof-suit so she won't spread anything to us. Over and out."

Clicking the device off, Clarice couldn't help but let a smile of relief stretch on her beak. The Sues' time was starting to run out. Suemaggeddon was about to storm in.

And that is the end of another chapter! And unfortunately, it's also back to hiatus time, but not for long, since I'm back to planning out chapters for this story again.

Thank you all so much for reading the story once again, I really appreciate it so much and I can't wait to go on with it.

please do review!
