She woke up white walls surrounded her, white sheets on top of her, but she wasn't wearing a white night gown, she was wearing a crusty, red t-shirt and jeans. It wasn't a dream. Her legs were wrapped, her cheek had a cloth tapped to it, and her hands were wrapped.
A young girl swept by her bed. Her hair was jet black and her eyes were very dark but not quite black. She was tall and slim. She was holding jeans and t-shirt in her left hand.
"She's awake!" the girl shouted after she felt eyes watching her. The girl tossed the spare clothes onto the bed and closed a curtain that circled around the bed from wall to wall. "Change before the boys get here," she smiled just before the last inch of curtain closed.
The t-shirt wasn't her style at all, it was bright pink. Her cheeks and nose were always rosy red and pink just drew people's attention to it. The jeans were too long and too tight. They were tight but not impossible-to-fit-into, tight. She usually wore boot-cut jeans not skinny jeans.
After changing socks and pulling her cute blue vans back on she pulled the curtain open to find people just staring at her. Was the curtain see-through? Were they watching her. She felt her face warm-up she looked back at the curtains for a split second. The curtains were cloth and impossible to see beyond them. She sighed in relief.
