Chapter Eleven:
Very sorry this took so long, I had a new story I was working on and homework. One more thing my other character Emma makes an appearance but she's here to help.
Grace and Sam talked all night talking about miscellaneous things that didn't relate to hunting or Lucifer that night they were ordinary people with ordinary lives. No ex-boyfriend who happened to be the devil and no childhood that involved hunting. Even as it was becoming late the two kept talking and Gabriel grew more agitated as the two continued talking. Gabriel watched as the two exchanged phone numbers, making a promise to see each other tomorrow after Grace got off of work. Gabriel had reclaimed his role in watching Grace as she served coffee to a young couple; she was distracted with thoughts about Sam. Gabriel watched his daughter, regretting that he wasn't there for her growing up maybe if he was, she would have stayed away from Lucifer and Sam. Gabriel was dreading Grace and Sam meeting up later after all Sam doesn't have the best record when it came to women. 'Maybe I could-' he thought but was interrupted, "Gabriel" an uneasy voice prayed. He ignored it and kept watching his daughter and thinking of ways to "torture" Sam. The voice didn't say anything for several moments but the voice didn't stop the girl prayed one more time her voice was calm but there was a sense of urgency in it. Again Gabriel ignored it, "please Gabriel" she said as if she knew he was being stubborn.
Once again he ignored it, "GABRIEL!" the girl shouted sounding pissed off, Gabriel made a noise of irritation. He gave one last look at his daughter before leaving, when he looked down he saw a short girl with caramel hair looking angry at him. "Emma" he said coolly, "Gabriel" she replied calmly "what can I do for you?" he asked. She looked up at him with an uneasy expression, "we need to talk" she said nervously. Gabriel looked at her with some confusion 'what does she want?' he asked himself silently. "About?" he asked looking for clarification and wondering why she wasn't going to one of her "brothers" for help. "Let's go somewhere with privacy" she said looking around, they were currently in an empty parking lot but people could be coming and she rather they didn't hear our conversation. Gabriel rolled his eyes "okay" he snapped his fingers and the two were now in a hotel room. "Now what do you want to talk about?" he asked looking annoyed "you and your daughter" she said meekly. He stared at her for a moment dumbstruck "how do you know about her?" his tone was a deadly tone and he advanced on the prophet scaring her. He knew that Lucifer disliked the prophet and would never tell her anything like this not even to mess around with her.
"Let me explain" she said nervously backing up against a wall; Gabriel didn't realize how close he was to her. "Alright" he said he might as well as hear what she has to say, "I got. A vision" she lied. Gabriel raised an eye brow at her 'she's a painfully bad liar', "In this vision I saw your daughter and…" the prophet went on. "Emma you're a bad liar" he said bluntly, "I know" she mumbled. Gabriel sighed "which is one of the reasons why Castiel and you make such a nauseating couple" he told her. Emma smiled "thanks" her voice was light but laced with sarcasm, "how do you really know about her" Gabriel asked holding his arms across his chest. "Please don't be mad" she mumbled looking up, Gabriel looked at her like she was crazy. She was quiet for a few moments "the angels sent me to the future it was 2014" she started lying again but Gabriel was oblivious to this 'wonderful' Gabriel thought bitterly. "And I found out Lucifer killed Grace because she was with Sam" she finished looking worried. 'He kills her?' Gabriel thought angrily, Emma backed away even more from Gabriel as his expression hardens with hatred and anger.
Once Emma was a few feet away from Gabriel then she said "and he kills you too but in a day or two". Gabriel looked at Emma "oh he does?" He asked his voice was filled with venom but he looked betrayed. "Yes she replied quietly, Gabriel looked at Emma "why does he kill me?" he asked "um you were helping out Kali and the boys" she said then mumbled something under her breath. Gabriel rubbed the back of his neck "where does this happen?" he asked, Emma looked at him "The Elysian Fields Hotel" she replied. "Thanks for the heads up" he told her, "you're welcome, I guess" she said, "I have to go and do some things" Gabriel said. Emma nodded her head and Gabriel snapped his fingers teleporting the two of them to the parking lot. "Well goodbye" Gabriel said wanting to go and see his daughter "wait!" she said, he looked at her 'now what does she want?'
"I'm sorry about how I was when we first met" she said with a guilty expression, "you know tricking you, lying, and letting my dad stab you" she told him rubbing her arm. Gabriel smiled "we're practically family. We do that all the time" he told her jokingly. He looked back at her "I have to go" he told her, he wanted to see his daughter and figure out some things. "Okay" she said but just as he was about to leave she grabbed his arm "wait!" Gabriel looked down at her "what?" he asked sounding like an annoyed older brother. "Lucifer mated with Lilith" she said, "he what?!" he asked in disbelief. "Mated" Emma repeated. "Thanks for the disgusting image but I have to leave now" Gabriel replied then he teleported himself to Grace's location. He regained his post and began watching her again thinking about the information Emma told him. If what she said was true Lucifer would kill his daughter because of Sam. Which only fueled his desire to mess with Sam but he decided against it, Gabriel was trying to keep a low profile and killing Sam would have his family especially Lucifer on his ass faster than he can blink. He looked at Grace and came up with a crazy idea.
Next Chapter you guys find out about Gabriel's crazy idea. Also with angels there's more to mating than just sex. I'll explain it later.
The sequel will be out soon and there's only a few more chapters to this story.
