Hola! It's been awhile.
I'm slightly tired and sleep deprived at the moment (school, cross country every day , not getting enough sleep at night, homework, etc.) but I hope you guys like the chappie!
Also, this past week up in MI there have been some pretty bad storms in my area and a lot of teachers, friends, and neighbors were losing electricity. I don't think we'll have to worry about that in the next few weeks but just in case don't be surprised if there aren't any updates.
Alright, onto the story!

Chapter 11
It had been a long day of training. Sokka felt as though he had hardly improved in sword fighting but Master Piandou said he was ready. He was ready to make his own sword. After some time thinking about it, Sokka had decided to make it out of the space earth that had fallen out of the sky the day before.
Once he made it back to the campsite. He was surprised by what he saw. "WHAAA?!" he shouted.
Katara, Aang, Toph, Michelle, Alfred, Matthew, and Kumajiro were laying on the hard soil, bored out of their minds and completely stuffed from all the food they had eaten earlier.
The Avatar Gang, happy to be rejoined with their other member of the group, shouted for joy, "SOKKA!" they exclaimed running to him and bringing the water tribe boy into a group hug.
"O-Okay, okay," spoke Sokka, surprised by their actions.
Toph, Aang, and Katara soon ended the embrace and stepped back, smiling brightly at him. Just then, Alfred leaped up and ran over, his arms out wide for a big hug. "SOKKA! You're back~!"
Sokka, scared out of his wits struggled to fight off the blonde. "Whoa, whoa! What are you doing here?! A-And get off me!"
Canada and Seychelles ran to Sokka's aid and pried the American off of him. "Sorry about that," spoke the Island nation.
Sokka just sighed in relief, happy to have the American off and away from him. "It's fine. What I want to know is why you all are here!"
Matthew chuckled warily. "We just happened to be here at the same time as you all."
The water tribe warrior crossed his arms over his chest in response. "Uh-huh, and you all expect me to believe that?"
"It's the truth Sokka," Katara told him. "Matthew saw our campfire last night and in the morning he came to find help. We met up with Michelle and Alfred in town."
Toph whistled. "Yeah and I have never seen someone eat so much before …" Everyone then stared at the oblivious America.
"… What?" asked America who was confused and uncomfortable with the staring and silence.
Matthew sighed at his brother's idiocy. "Nothing, Al."
"W-What?! I don't get it!"
"Anyway," spoke Aang. "Sokka, you don't have to worry. They're really nice people."
Sokka just rolled his eyes. "Whatever."
Katara smacked her brother's elbow in a scolding manner. "Don't be rude."
"So, Sokka, how was training with a master?" asked Toph.
"Yeah! I wanna know too!" Alfred exclaimed.
At this, Sokka quirked an eyebrow. "How does he know?"
"We told them," Aang answered simply. Sokka groaned and then said to Toph and the others, "It was great! Amazing! But I might need your help with something."
"Our help with what?" Katara asked. Sokka grinned at her question before exclaiming, "I'm going to make my own sword and Master Piandou said I could get some material and bring it back with me!"
They gave him a questioning look.
"I'm going to use that Space Earth we saw land here last night~!"
Katara nodded. "Oh, well that's cool. Count us in."
"We'll help too~!" Alfred declared.
"…What's going on?" asked a cute groggy voice. That's when Sokka spotted the white bear from last time. His eyes widened before he shouted, "IT'S THE TALKING BEAR!"
Aang and Toph laughed at his reaction. "Yes! He said something funny! Say something else that will make us laugh!" Aang begged. Sokka didn't have time to display his confusion. He was too busy looking at the bear. It almost seemed to stare back at him, like it was watching his every movement. "Katara, stay back. I think this creature is dangerous-"
"No it's not Sokka," snorted his sister. "His name is Kumajiro and he's as gentle as a butterfly." Katara walked over to the polar bear and petted his head. "Isn't that right, Kuma~?"
"Who are you?"
Sokka pulled out his boomerang and aimed it at the creature accusingly. "That's just what it wants you to think!" he spoke dumbly.
Canada then picked up his polar bear, a little worried the water tribe boy might do something to him. "Kumamachi is a nice bear, honest. Please don't hurt him Sokka."
"Yeah, Sokka," said Toph. "It's just a small bear. Get over it."
Sokka's mouth gaped open. "B-But its-"
Aang nodded to Katara and the others. "Let's go find that Space Earth guys."
Matthew put Kumajiro down and nodded. "Yeah."
"B-But-!"
"What is Space Earth anyway?" Seychelles asked as everyone but Sokka walked off. The warrior stared at the polar bear before muttering, "I hate you …" he sulked.
"Who are you again?"
Once the Avatar gang made it to the sight of the Space Earth Katara explained, "That's Space Earth."
Seychelles ran her hand along the solid circle and cocked an eyebrow. "Um … I think you've got it wrong."
"Yeah!" exclaimed Alfred. "This isn't Space Earth or whatever~!"
Aang frowned at the rock. "If it isn't Space Earth then what is it?"
Alfred winked at the boy. An intelligent look crossed the American's face as he explained, "This is called a meteor or meteoroid. When it hits the ground it's called a meteorite. They're mostly fragments from comets and such. Occasionally they crash down from outer space. Back where I come from, lazy people like to refer to them as shooting stars because their brightness sometimes matches that of the stars in the sky."
Seychelles and Matthew shared a look as Aang tilted his head in confusion. "Meteor?"
Toph groaned. "Why does it have so many unneeded names?"
Alfred laughed whole heartedly. "I sometimes ask that question myself!"
"So it's called a meteor … I was always taught to call them Space Earth," murmured Katara. Alfred just grinned in response. "Well, you learn something every day!"
Sokka, after having a staring battle with Kumajiro, approached the group. His eyes landed on the meteor. "I knew it! This stuff will be perfect!"
"Let's get to work then, shall we?" asked Aang. "Toph, you and I can bend the E-"
"Whoa, whoa," Alfred interrupted. "Why do you need to use bending? All you have to do is do this," he said good-naturedly as he went over and picked it up, hardly breaking a sweat. "Alright, I got it. Where do we go?"
The Avatar Gang just stared at him in shock. "H-How did you-" Sokka croaked.
Matthew face palmed. "Al! Stop showing people your super strength!"
Alfred pouted. "But we didn't need to use the bending and I just wanted to help."
"That's amazing, Alfred!" exclaimed Aang.
"Yeah, who knew you were that strong," commented Toph. "That's what I call tough skinned."
Sokka shook himself out of his shock before saying, "Y-You can follow me with that …"
"Sure~!" the 'hero' exclaimed.
It didn't take long for the Avatar Gang, Seychelles, and the North American brothers to get to Master Piandou's house. Once they were all standing just outside his large flaming red gates, Sokka pounded like a mad man until finally the doors opened. America put the meteorite down, surprising the sword master.
Sokka grinned triumphantly. "Do you think I can make a sword out of this?"
Piandou looked it over quickly and responded with a nod. "Yes, we'll make a sword like any other, I can guarantee that. Now, who are these people?" His question was one of curiosity, not of suspicion.
"These are my friends and … others …" Sokka replied. A little question mark appeared above America's head before vanishing in magical smoke. "They can come too, right?"
Before Piandou could answer, Canada stepped in and said, "U-Um … we were actually going to be on our way."
Sokka raised an eyebrow. "You were?"
"WE WERE?!"
Canada rolled his eyes at America. "Well, we don't want to intrude. Plus, I wanted to buy a map from town since we'll be leaving soon."
Katara nodded in understanding. "I see … We won't stop you."
Aang was a little upset to see them leave but smiled anyway. "M-Maybe we could see each other later?"
"Yeah, we could meet each other back at the campfire," suggested Toph. Canada was ready to say no but Seychelles replied swiftly with, "Sure thing! That would be cool. We'll see you all later then."
"Alright," said Sokka with a wave. "I guess we'll see you soon."
America and Seychelles waved to them before taking off. A bummed Canada straggled behind them. The Avatar gang watched them leave until they were barely able to see. Once gone, they turned to look at Master Piandou.
"Let us begin then."
Yes, I know its taking a while. Please be patient with me.
Also, in the show, the Avatar Gang does call the rock Meteorite once ... but that's it ... and I found that odd, so I changed it up a bit and made it so the Gaang didn't even know that it had that name.
