Chapter 6.

Where: Sodor High School.

"Shall I repeat the answer Henry?" Miss Sheila Patterson, the math teacher of The Sodor High school asked while tapping her foot impatiently; Emily repeatedly woke him up as he instantly got the message. "S-S-Sorry Miss Patterson, what was it again?" Sighing, "I said, what is the square root of 64?" Henry thought real hard but his mind had gone blank; luckily, Gordon had answered for him revealing to be 8. The elder smiled nodding her head. "Thank you so much Gordon; and as for you Mr. Bashman, here at Sodor High, our policy clearly states that every student will have the right to learn and stick to the process in going through academics. Remember, a mind is a terrible thing to waste." Henry held his head down ashamed blushing brightly; James snickered but quickly stopped when Emily kicked him.

Things got quiet at lunch time, everyone in the cafeteria were piling their trays with hot and delicious food going over to their favorite tables by themselves or with 2 people to eat together. Henry lightly picked at his salad sighing; he didn't know what had happened he was usually on time and never got scolded but it was different today maybe because of his slight tardiness that made him late normally, he will show up before the other students. Emily and James were both walking by with their lunches as they saw the teenager in a sulky mood. "Henry, would you like some company?" The emerald mistress asked as he just nodded not saying a word.

The two stared at each-other then looked back up. "Are you feeling okay there Henry?" James, the red-haired jock asked his good friend feeling worried for him. He was close friends with both him and Gordon; despite being one of the big boys, he was a little shorter but still considered himself as part of their clique. Like the indigo hair 19-year-old, the 17-year-old was very into sports mostly track n field and weight lifting; he also had a hidden hobby which was gymnastics as a ribbon dancer but he loved to keep that a secret. "Henry? please talk to us; we won't know what is bugging you if you don't speak up." Emily assured him patting his knee under the table but what she saw made her skin turn pale as he gave her a grim expression getting up to go into the boys restroom.
