Well now, a new chapter has brought to right before your very eyes! Well let's get this going, wouldn't want to keep you from reading the story.

Chapter 11 - Aftermath
"It's about time you wake up" The giant nine tailed fox spoke up inside the usual scenery where he is currently held. In front of him arose a dazed Tsukune Aono from his slumber, oddly enough his clothes weren't soaking wet from the water he was floating upon.
"How long have I been out?" The teen asked as the world around him spun as well as his body feeling slightly exhausted from recent events.
"You've been reduced to a comatose state for nearly two months" Kurama said casually.
"What?!" Tsukune snapped his head toward the tailed beast.
"Just kidding" Kurama snickered satisfied with the reaction "It's been five days since your battle, luckily my chakra has kept you alive since you are still technically human."
The human was nearly surprised but remembered about his current situation of being a human in a school meant for monsters "Right, I almost forgot."
"Have you forgotten about what happened during your battle?" The fox asked.
"Just a little, I remember being surrounded by golden chakra but next thing I knew it started to change color" Tsukune replied recollecting his memory.
"That's it, somehow you've gotten ahold of sage chakra. Although this seemed different" Kurama said as he retreated into the darkness of his cage.
"What do you mean different and what's sage chakra" Tsukune asked.
"Worry about it later, for now you just have to wake up" The tailed beast said as Tsukune awoke in his room with the aroma of food surrounding the air.
He looked around to find himself on his bed covered in bandages. In his current condition he was unable to feel pain, in fact he knew there weren't any injuries. He continued to remove to his bandages to find Moka walking in while carrying a tray of food as well as wearing an apron over her uniform.
"You're awake" Moka said in delight as she placed the tray of food on a nearby table and proceeded to tackle her friend into a hug but she failed when Tsukune appeared behind her after she fell face first onto his bed.
"Sorry, it seems I'm still on edge after what happened five days ago" Tsukune said as he flickered around the room a few times, he reappeared on another part of the room fully dressed holding a bowl from the tray eating its contents "This is delicious!"
"It's only white rice" "Moka said smiling knowing her friend enjoys her cooking.
"It was still very delicious, especially since I haven't eaten in days" Tsukune said as he placed the bowl back it to the tray. Moka became fascinated at the fact that the human finished his food in a matter of seconds. As a matter of fact, she was amazed at the teen's speed when he dodged her tackling hug in the blink of an eye.
"Well? I believe you have some explaining to do" Moka said crossing her arms.
"Of course, but I want to gather everyone first" The human replied, as if on cue there was a knock on the door. He opened the door to find Mizore, Kurumu, and Yukari standing in the hallway of the building.
"I took the liberty of gathering everyone" Mizore said.
"How did you... Nevermind just come on inside, I already know all of you will want an explanation" Tsukune said as he allowed his friends to enter his dorm. He closed the door then turned to find his friends sitting on conveniently placed seats, he noticed Kaguya wasn't among the group but he shrugged it off since she already knew his secret.
Although the evening has barely set in, a teen wrapped in bandages laid very still even when she was wide awake. Her thoughts haunted her as recollection of her torture kept a constant pace of fear and pain. The memories have kept her awake long enough to cause hallucinations of the one that had mentally broken her mind. Each day she would turn her head to the door to find a dark silhouette with white eyes lifelessly staring at her helpless form.
"So what will it be?" A voice spoke up leaving the injured teen frozen in fear. She looked towards the end of the bed to find the same silhouette except she was able to see the figure even clearer than before. The heart beat moniter strapped to her began to rapidly beep rather furiously the longer she stared at the figure.
"Well?" The figure asked as a sharp weapon began revealing itself from the figure. The shape of it was rather odd but the teen's fear rose even higher knowing that the same weapon was used for the torture that she endured. The need to scream has been prevented from both fear and the pain that radiated from her body, especially with her throat from being badly damaged by multiple stab wounds.
"It is decided then" The voice said as the room became dimmer causing the eyes of the silhouette to suddenly glow bright. The girl then fainted as the room became pitch black leaving the cold white eyes staring at the teen.
"So you're still human, yet you can do all of that stuff you have done a few days ago?" Kurumu asked as she was confused about Tsukune's entire explanation which consisted of his first encounter with Kurama as well as his training, he even gave a brief explanation about chakra.
"Haven't you been paying attention you big breasted cow" Yukari replied causing the succubus to glare daggers at the young witch.
"Yes, I was trained as a ninja but I'm not allowed to reveal the name of who trained me" Tsukune answered.
"How is that possible? I thought ninjas have died out years ago" Yukari asked.
"I'm not too sure how but he did mention something about being brought back for a reason" The human replied.
"What about those markings on your face? Why do you have them if you're human?" Mizore asked unable to restrain her eyes from staring at the marks.
"It's a side effect since my chakra reserves have been expanded from the help of The Nine Tailed Fox. The same goes for my eyes, they change whenever I use my chakra" The ninja replied with a small demonstration of him performing a set of hand signs to cast a small chakra of lightning surrounding his hand. They observed as his eyes turn red with black vertical slits, similar to Inner Moka's eyes except his seem as if they were red orange.
"I guess that explains it but out of all humans why you?" Mizore asked another question curious about the motive behind Tsukune's changes.
"Well at first I thought it was an opportunity to defend myself in a school of monsters but there's something planned for the future. I'm unaware of what will happen but it's something big. I know it's important but we can't worry about it at the moment, for now all we can do is continue with our daily lives until I can figure it out" The teen said receiving nods from the others, except for Moka. The vampire stood up to walk in front on the human with a slightly angered face.
"How can you keep all of this a secret? Do you have any ideas how worried I was whenever you were distant? I only wanted to make sure you were fine but all you have was push me away" Moka said to the human with a tear nearly revealing itself.
"... Moka, I'm so-" Tsukune's apology was cut off when Moka's hand reached for his, it was almost a touching moment until Moka forced his hand to reach for her rosary which then became instantly removed from her choker.
"That wasn't-"
"'Sorry' isn't going to cut it" Moka's voice was replaced by the voice of her inner self as well as her hair turning silver and her eyes changing into blood red eyes. Tsukune was stunned for a second until the vampire moved to throw a punch but the human's reflex caused him to jump backwards onto the nearest window.
"Moka, I'm not looking for a fight" Tsukune exclaimed at the silver haired girl hoping to resolve the situation in a peaceful solution.
"You should've thought about that before making the 'other me' upset" Inner Moka hissed lunging at the teen with a kick but her foot connected air as she reached where he was once perched. She looked outside the window to find the human but he was nowhere in sight until his voice pinpointed his location.
"We may as well take this outside but I'm still willing to settle this in a less destructive manner" The vampire turned her head upwards to find Tsukune standing on a wall as if gravity itself has changed for him.
"Hmph, you don't seem to show fear at such a height. I wonder what other tricks you have up your sleeve" Moka said annoyed by the human's actions.
"Very well" Tsukune sighed leaping off of the wall to land safely on ground level. He looked up to find Moka staring down at him with an angered look on her face.
"So, you're Tsukune Aono" A voice spoke out, Tsukune turned his head to find a rather large teen lifting a dumbbell that's larger than the human.
"Sorry, now's not the time" Tsukune replied.
"There's always ti-" The large teen was interrupted when Moka crash landed, on the spot where Tsukune stood, sending the teen flying back a few feet. The vampire spotted the human on a nearby tree unfazed from the attack. From her eyes, she saw a dark silhouette version of Tsukune looking down upon her with his own red eyes. In her mind, she began having thoughts of the teen as another weak human but every time she looked into his eyes, she began to see a different side of Tsukune.
The two stared at one another waiting for each other to make any form of movement but they continued staring letting the tension between them grow. The human was the first to break the tension by throwing a few kunai with tags on them, Moka dodged them with ease but she wasn't expecting an explosion from the kunai. She lost her focus and fell to the ground instead of landing, immediately she jumped to her fight to scan the area to find Tsukune fleeing the scene.
"Coward" Moka said before she began to pursue the human, luckily she's able to see him as she ran but it seems Tsukune's speed to be greater than hers. With as much effort she leaped from her run to launch herself towards the ninja with a kick towards his back.
Tsukune felt every pain throughout every inch of his body, with the sound of his bones cracking, as he was hurled through the forest and into a small lake located in a clear spot of land.
"Where's all of that power you demonstrated a few days ago?" Moka asked in a hush tone as she peered in to the water to find Tsukune.
"Hmph, it doesn't matter after all of these changes, a human like you should learn your place" Moka then began to walk away but she realized that she didn't have her rosary in her possession. She turned back to find the water in the lake rippling faster in each second. The silver haired vampire felt a surge of energy building up from the lake until Tsukune emerged from the lake slowly rising up as if the water itself was lifting him.
He halted to a stop on the surface of the water and stood atop the surface as if it was solid ground. Moka was surprised to see the human casually standing on the water but what shocked her the most is Tsukune's facial expression. His eyes remained the same color red but the whisker marks on his face were slightly larger as well as teeth revealing canines. At first glance she saw the image of a large red orange nine tailed box behind Tsukune, but it disappeared when she looked back at his feral appearance.
Within the blink of an eye, Tsukune disappeared then reappeared in front of Moka. The vampire threw a punch only to make contact with the air, she turned around to find the human sliding to a stop.
"Sorry, but I need to end this as soon as possible" Tsukune said.
"You think you can defeat me so easily?" Inner Moka asked mocking the human.
"I don't have full control of this chakra but" The teen replied as his body became covered in the same golden chakra. Although the chakra was somehow different, Tsukune's aggression seemed to cause the chakra to flicker "Even without the proper training with this, I can at least put your seal back."
Moka then realized that the ninja held the silver rosary in his hand "How did you-"
"I'm a ninja now" Tsukune replied with a smirk as he disappeared and reappeared in the same spot although there was a golden trail around them that faded quickly "don't underestimate me."
"We'll see about tha-" Moka called out before she reverted back to her pink haired version and fell unconscious, luckily Tsukune caught her before she fell onto the ground.
"I'm sorry I kept it a secret, I just wanted to protect everyone when the time was right" The ninja said as he gently placed the pink haired vampire on the ground. The teen then looked at his hand to find that the golden chakra turned into a red cloak of chakra surrounding his body "Yup, I definitely need better control of this."
The teen nearly made his attempt to lift up Moka's body until he heard the sound of twig snapping "Who's there?"
He turned to find several shadows leaping from tree to tree escaping the scene, he was about to pursue the figures but he was unable to locate any movement when he climbed at the top of a tree.
It wasn't the others that's for sure, they moved too fast for me to even catch up to them. I have the strangest feeling that I'm not the only ninja around here.

And play the inception theme I guess cause it's about to get REAL!.. Maybe I don't know. All I know is that this took the longest time to wrote, the ending mostly. I was really confused on how to end it, I wanted to end it with a fight between Tsukune and Moka but I'll hold that off for now.
Now it may seem that Tsukune will be overpowered at this point but he won't. The chakra mode is now gone for this story (Or their first year in Youkai Academy ).
I apologize for bringing this chapter in pretty late, I wanted to have it finished in the middle of November but I was pretty damn lazy at the time. So I just wanted to get this out before Christmas and stuff. Especially before The Force Awakens...
Anyways I'll be taking my leave now, sadly I don't have an Omake to end this with.
Oh! Before I forget, currently writing down ideas for a crossover that may or may not happen. I'm just going to straight up say it, it's ideas for a Destiny and Mario crossover. There, let me know what you guys think of it and a slight chance that it will happen. I know that I have had ideas that I haven't put into a story but I really want this one to happen.
