Felix seemed just as on edge as Rose felt, the two along with several of the Lost Boys were seated waiting for Peter to return in the underground hideout. The older teen paced in front of her, his club held across his shoulders providing a rest for his hands as he impatiently went back and forth. "D-did…they really sink that ship?" her frightened tone caused Felix to stop, knowing if he left her in such a state Peter would be furious. "I'm sure Peter will get everything straightened out, flower. There's no need to worry." The reassurance didn't help the panicked thoughts in Rose's mind, but she did drop her tense shoulders as if Felix had helped for she knew he was just trying to keep her calm. All she could think about was Peter, if he was okay, if he was in danger; the possibilities of what could happen were endless! Another thought was about the people on that ship, did some of them die in the water? What about the Captain? Even though he was the one to kidnap her from the orphanage, Rose was still very concerned for everyone aboard that sunken ship.
"Nothing like that has ever happened," one of the boys muttered, the look of astonishment and fright clear on his features. "It'll be okay." Rose attempted to soothe the tension that thickened in the room, sending several small grins to help.
Peter thundered into the room, the anger and frustration causing him to tremble from head-to-toe. "That insolent little - ugh!" As his arms flew to the ceiling accompanied by an agitated groan, the fire crackling in the center grew twice as large, momentarily blinding them all from its flared light where Peter hurried to his flower's side. Roughly petting the back of her palm in hopes to calm the frightened nerves he had seen when watching the ship be blown to pieces, he searched his fury-filled mind for reassuring words. "I'm so sorry you had to see that Rose, it was completely unexpected, and_" "Peter," she stopped him, placing both palms along his face to get him to look at her. The fire behind his eyes died down as he stared into the calm emerald of his flower's coloring, he released a sigh while brushing up and down her arms. "Just tell us what happened," she encouraged. "There is this – complete and utter brat stationed on that ship! He says his name is Tiberius Morey, the Seeker or something," Rose found it funny how much Peter despised this young boy, though she did try to stifle her laughter for his sake. "He won't tell us anything unless you're present Rose." "Me?" complete confusion marked her face as her hands dropped from Peter's. Why would he want to speak with her? How did he even know about her?
"You don't have to go if you don't want too, but I am definitely going back to find out why that boy is here. I was able to find the Captain amongst the wreckage, some of his crew survived as well, and I brought them ashore. Boys, I want you all to watch them, make sure none of them try to sneak about the island while I'm gone; Felix, you're coming with me." The taller boy nodded, still holding tight to his club as the rest filed out of the hideout, leaving the three alone while Rose tried to think of what to do. "I suppose…I should go, just to see what he wants." "I won't let him harm you Rose." Peter stated the fact with a stern confirmation as he stood, taking her hands where the bandage still remained around her knuckles of one.

The three landed on the ship which had come closer to shore, with the deck emptied just as before, where Rose quietly studied the cream sails larger than any cloud stretched out above. Peter strode closer to the steering platform where he had seen Tiberius earlier, having already discussed with Felix to remain at his flower's side at all times when aboard the enemies vessel. "I'm back, with Rose."
"Ah," he appeared just behind her, a devilish grin stretching his pale lips as Tiberius leaned closer to Rose. Felix stepped in between the two on instinct, having not liked the looks of this guy on instant where Tiberius straightened to his full height, close to Felix's own, his golden eyes narrowing in irritation. "Is this the big brute I've seen with you so much Peter? Felix?" Rose could tell Felix didn't like the fact he knew his name, seeing the stiff tension of his muscles through all the layers of patchwork clothing the teen wore before her. "You're in my way," the boy announced through his clenched unusual teeth. Yet as the suspense-filled silence carried her widened emerald eyes seemed to catch his attention, where instead of glaring at the 'brute ape' standing in between them, Tiberius gazed upon Rose who appeared to be studying him. "It's nice to finally meet you," he disappeared from sight with a bit of light left in his place, only for Rose to be spun around when Tiberius reappeared closer; his hand capturing her injured one to which she winced slightly. The notice of her pain caused his eyes to suddenly look at her hand; he then bowed, placing a kiss along the knuckles bandaged together, his golden eyes never leaving hers. "I apologize for hurting you, my lady." "It's alright," she uncertainly retracted, seeing the death glare Peter had aimed at the back of his head behind him. "You wished to speak with me?"
"Yes," the heat of his gaze travelled all along Rose's figure, resting a bit longer on her neckline and waist than she liked, but there was no way to object to his wandering eyes. "I'm sure Peter has told you the little he knows already, but may I introduce myself? I am Tiberius Morey, but many call me the Seeker. I travel from realm to realm in search of power, people or objects that possess it, and I help them learn to use it to their full extent." Felix again stepped in between Rose and the Seeker, silently watching as the boy sighed and strolled over to the railing of his ship, his hand wrapping around several of the thickened ropes while he leaned over to look down into the ocean waters. "We've been sailing this realm's ocean for months now, in search of the island; when confronted by the dirtied pirates, we didn't know what to think. The Captain was furious with having another ship sailing his waters and threatened to sink us, so demolishing his vessel was just a precaution, but now I know it to have been wrong. I will have the remaining pieces reassembled, I assure you, my lady." "Though that is very touching to hear," Peter stepped closer, disgust clear in his voice as he crossed his arms over his chest; the lines of his darkened eyebrows remained in a firm scowl, "I don't find your presence necessary." "Oh really?" Tiberius turned, his white tunic-like dress shirt tucked into his black pants at the waist with a cloth belt holding a curved blade at his side, causing Rose to hesitate at the notice of how his hand swiped carefully over the handle as if he were preparing to use it.
"There is no need to worry Rose," he had unknowingly seen her nervous expression towards his movement, where Tiberius almost felt obligated to calm her anxiety. "My men and I have been searching for someone like you, Rose, a youngling with great powers yet to be discovered. I could teach you so many things." "I'm currently handling that." Peter puffed out his chest a bit, as though the competition to just teach his flower magic were a true threat. "And what could you teach her? Parlor tricks like your little flying act?" Both boys started towards each other, ending up very close as each of the two argued who could do better.
"Boys, boys," she peered in between them, separating the two like little kids bickering over a toy, "Now I'm sure there's some kind of agreement we can come too, but you've arrived at one of the most inconvenient times Tiberius. I'm afraid we have quite a lot planned for the rest of the week." "May I ask what?" "Well, we_" "No," Peter stopped her, "You may not." She looked quizzically back to Peter who didn't even glance her way, but continued with his stern gaze sending daggers at the Seeker who stood at Rose's side. "They've got you under a rather tight leash as well, my lady." Tiberius lightly nudged her shoulder with a playful grin which caused Peter's anger to flare. "Is that all you had to tell us?" "What were you expecting? I'm no villain," he chuckled. A small smile graced Rose's lips for just seconds before the glare sent by Peter shifted to her, making the notion of kindness drift away. "Then we are le_" "Before you go," Tiberius calmly leaned back against the railing of the ship, glancing down to his fingers covered in golden rings which encased jewels of all different kinds. "I would like to see if my men and I could come ashore, knowing you are the Protector and Overseer of Neverland, Peter; I thought it appropriate to ask." "I would think it better for you to remain on your ship," the dangerous look filling Peter's eyes made Rose question if she should go against his decision. Keeping silent, the look passed by her eyes hinted to Tiberius they were to speak later, yet Peter took her arm, pulling her back as though they were preparing to leave. "Wait one second Peter," she tugged her arm from his harmful grip, "I just wish to say one thing to him." "Then hurry up flower, we have much to do."
Rose faced the Seeker, watching as she approached how his golden eyes again scaled her body hungrily. "I do wish you would quit doing that," she snapped, causing his eyes to lift to hers as a smirk pressed to Tiberius's thin lips. The girl quietly studied him before saying what she wanted, for her emerald eyes scoured his short ginger hair that matched the red freckles covering his face; he took notice of this, stretching his smirk out into a smile as Rose stepped closer. She didn't appear afraid or threatened by him like many people did; Rose simply came to his side with a friendly gleam behind her unbelievable eyes. It was one of the first things he noticed about her…her eyes, she was like him given that they both had abstract coloring to their stares, but the emerald filling her eyes seemed to fit her personality perfectly. "Tiberius," she spoke softly so Peter couldn't hear, "I want to apologize for Peter's behavior and I also..." She hesitated, glancing behind her as if afraid to be caught, "I permit you and your crew onto the island." "Won't Pan be mad?" "I'll keep him distracted, besides, you've been on this ship too long; it's time for a little bit of rest." "Thank you Rose, you're very kind." Nodding one final time as she started back to Peter, who had burned his eyes into her back the whole time, she took his hand with a soft kiss to his cheek which made him smile. "What did you say to him?" "Oh nothing Peter, I was just telling him not to bother any of us for the rest of the week. There shouldn't be any problem." He pulled her closely to his side, one of his strong arms wrapped around her waist with a chuckling smile on his tanned face as Felix followed just behind.
