A few days went by slowly and painfully. Not only was Kat even less concentrated on her school work as she was before, HotTunes was also displaying more and more news reports on Nate and Sarah. The curiosity was eating at her, paying attention to the teacher's lesson was never so hard to do. Nate clearly knew that the programs were being televised, so why didn't he assure Kat that they were false? If he was trying to cheat on her, why wouldn't his bandmates help her out? Maybe they were all jerks.. they were all kiniving.. they should be called Connect Three Jerks, fits perfectly, doesn't it?
But now, Kat sat on the plane, her mother next to her. As much as she wondered about Nate and his not-so-secret celebrity girlfriend, her mind was more set on Taylor. She would see her in a little less than an hour, she would walk into the hospital and see the blonde strapped to the bed, probably trying to break free, Taylor never was one to go quietly. Kat laughed just picturing it, her cursing at the nurses, yelling at them to just let her go. It was sick, but picturing Taylor acting the way she always did, was very reassuring.
Pheobe was alseep, her book in her lap, it was basically ten in the morning now. Kat didn't understand how she could do it, how she could sleep when she was this high in the air. Flights were never Kat's thing, actually, she would rather drive for miles and miles than fly somewhere. It was too nerve wrecking. Add the pressure of your rockstar boyfriend dating a superstar goddess and one of your good friends that you met not to long ago stuck in a hospital bed.. great flight.
"We will be landing in five minutes, if you could place the trays up in their original position and make sure that your seat belts are secure. The temperature is..," Kat didn't listen, she simply placed both her and her mother's trays up and shut the window, not wanting to watch the landing. Then she felt the pressure drop and she shut her eyes.. landing was no fun.

Angelika sat in her seat, scanning through a magazine that she had picked up at the airport, it wasn't very interesting. She only bought it for one reason. There was a picture of Nate on the cover and underneath it said in bold black letters; Nate plans to confirm relationship with actress Sarah Mopen soon. First of all, Angelika felt annoyed, why did they continue this on for so long? Second, she felt afraid, this was getting worse and more in detail and she feared that Kat and Nate's relationship was going to suffer badly. Possibly, it wouldn't survive.
Finally, a huge picture of the two backstage at one of Connect Three's concerts, was shown. Angelika groaned, so she wasn't just there for the one, it was a casual thing. The picture was of Nate smiling and Sarah was laughing, that wasn't unusual though, she was always laughing. Her eyes drifted to the article beside it, she began to read;
Connect
three concerts aren't just for bands and their fans.
Recently,
rumoured girlfriend, Sarah Mopen attended a concert in Canada.
The
details are still a little fuzzy on what's going on between the
actress and the heart-throb guitar player, but a close source to the
group tells us that Nate will be announcing his relationship with
Sarah quite soon.
Also, the source confirms that this isn't the
only show Sarah has attended,
it is the norm for her to fly to
Connect Three's concerts when they ask her too,
we're sure Nate
isn't holding back,
After all, the two would make the picture
perfect celebrity couple.Angelika
frowned, shaking her head, the drama that followed this boy. If this
was fake, she felt bad for him, but if it was real, she'd give him an
ass kicking he'd remember. Marlena was scanning the page from beside
Angelika and shaking her head, but her daughter didn't say anything,
she stared at the picture. It sure did look like there was something
going on.. more than meets the eyes.
The seatbelt sign went on and they were ready to land.

Kat was the first to arrive at the hospital. Her nerves were aching as she enterred the elevator, her mom had went to get food from the cafeteria. She finally found the room, room 342, it was bland, boring and blue. Taylor probably hated it. Taylor's mom got up when she saw Kat and smiled, hugging her, "I'm going to grab something to eat, you can stay with her alone, right?" she asked. Kat nodded sadly and she left.
It took a few seconds before she could bring herself to walk past the curtain and when she did, it wasn't what she expected to see. Taylor's face was bruised, basically black and blue, her leg was up in a sling and her head was bandaged up. She wasn't looking pissed or angry, she was unconsious, so Kat understood that she was in a coma. Her eyes instantly swelled with tears and her heart fell dramatically as she approached the bed, "Oh my..," she whispered, trailing off and sitting next to the bed, "Tay," she choked out, before putting her head on the sheets and started crying again.
It was fifteen minutes before Kat could bring herself to look up at her friend again. It broke her heart, she was so lifeless, so unlike the Taylor that she knew, "I'm so sorry," Kat whispered, grabbing her limp, bruised hand, "You didn't deserve this.. and the boys are worried, Angelika's coming too," she tried talking to her like she was awake, but she couldn't.
Frowning at the feeling in her stomache, Kat scanned Taylor's bruised face in agony. Before she could talk awkwardly again, the door clicked open and she figured Taylor's mom was back. But her eyes drifted and she saw Angelika, holding her backpack over her shoulder, "Ange!" Kat nearly shouted in a loud whisper. Angelika smiled weakly and glanced at Taylor, her smile faded completely. Kat watched her stare at the blonde, "Horrible, isn't it?"
"Wow," she muttered, walking to the other chair and sitting on it, "Hey Tay, the camp rock group is back together!" Kat was astonished at how well Angelika could keep her strong, "I knew this room would be this lame, so I brought stuff for you," she reached into her bag and walked to the wall that Taylor would see when she opened her eyes. She grabbed a poster out of the magazine that she was reading and plastered Connect three on the wall. Kat smirked and lifted an eyebrow, "Well.. if the camp group is back together again, they have to be included to," she gestured to the poster.
"Of course," Kat laughed before Angelika sat down again, "I can't believe this," she said after a few minutes of silence.
Angelika nodded sadly, "This is not Taylor," she added.
"I know, Taylor's always happy and dancing around.. not glued to a bed."
"But you know, maybe she's dreaming about camp right now, that'll be a happy memory for her."
Kat frowned and glanced at Angelika, "Or the concert, that was fun too."
Angelika shook her head, "SHHH!" she glared, "That wasn't fun for Taylor!"
"Oh right," Kat nodded quickly.
"You know i'm asleep.. not dead right?" both girl's heads snapped to the bed, where Taylor was staring at them through heavy lids, "Hey," she smiled weakly. Kat immediatly grabbed her hand and started talking to her, but Angelika fell weirdly quiet.
"We let Nate, Jase and Shane know, they said get better," Kat quickly smiled nodding, watching Taylor give a weak smile, as if she cared. Kat couldn't help but be extatic that she was wrong, she wasn't in a coma, she was asleep, "And we had to fly out to see you because we knew you'd be bummed about staying here."
"Yeah.. it sucks," Taylor muttered, lifting her hand with the IV up to scratch her bandage, "This bandage is always so itchy and the nurse I get stuck with is like.. the devil's wife.. the tv doesn't have that many channels and Morgan and Jonah have school, so they can't come and visit everyday."
Kat grinned and shook her head, "Only you'd be worried about that right now."
Taylor let out a laugh and glanced at Angelika, "I'm surprised you're here," she said quietly. Angelika looked up, shocked and stared at her, feeling enormously guilty, "I thought you hated me, thanks for saying goodbye at the concert, that was icing on top of that very great cake of a day."
Angelika opened her mouth, but shut it, then mumbled, "I thought you hated me."
"Why?"
"You kicked me out of the bathroom, remember, was I supposed to take it as a good thing?" she glanced up at the girl with the tubes in her nose and arms. They stared at each other for a few seconds until Taylor let out a laugh, which made Angelika laugh, "I'm sorry," she said, still chuckling.
"Don't mention it, i'm sorry for being queen bitch."
Angelika grinned, "I would've done the same thing probably."
The curtain flew backwards, making Angelika and Kat jump, but Taylor seemed used to it. They all glanced up to see a plump lady with firey red hair and a large smile, "Taylor, so.. new visitors today huh?" Taylor nodded and narrowed her eyes, shooting a look at Kat and Angelika. This must be the devil's wife, "I'm just going to change your water," she lifted the bag.
"OW OW OW!" Taylor shouted, grabbing her IV in pain. The nurse jumped back, shocked, until she received a grin from Taylor, who settled back down. Kat and Angelika covered their mouths, holding back laughter.
"That's not something to joke about young lady," Devil's wife muttered, before leaving the room and finally letting the two girls errupt into giggles. Taylor smirked at them, proud of herself for making them laugh, she then shrugged.
"My mom never lets me do it," she explained, watching them settle down and wipe their eyes free of joyful tears, "It's fun, the only thing I can do to keep myself entertained."
Kat shook her head, only Taylor, only Taylor. Then she looked at Angelika who's face fell dramatically. Kat frowned, glancing down at her phone, which was ringing loudly. She understood what the face fall was for.. Shane was calling her. Before Angelika could answer or before Taylor could ask any questions, Nurse Devil's head popped in the door, "No cellphones, if you're going to talk, go outside."
Angelika gave a weak look at Kat, begging her to make an excuse for her, before she ducked out of the room.
Angelika walked past the cafe, glancing at three mothers sitting next to each other talking, she didn't say hello. She was wondering why shane was calling, the ringing had stopped but Angelika was just going to call him back. When she was finally outside and in the fresh, warm air, she dialed Shane.
"Hey," Shane answered, like he expected it to be her.
Angelika sighed, "Hi," she said weakly. She knew that he knew she was visiting and he probably wanted an update, "If you're calling about Taylor.. she doesn't look good," it was quiet and she heard another voice and then a beep. She understood that she was probably on speakerphone.
"What do you mean?" the voice wasn't Shane's, it was Jason's.
Angelika felt it harder to talk now that Jason was listening, "Not critical, nothing like that," she corrected herself quickly before they jumped to conclusions, "She's just bruised up pretty bad, she broke her leg and her heads got some bandage on it that pisses her off," she let out a low chuckle.
"So, she's okay though?" it was Jason again and he sounded truely worried.
Angelika grinned, "Yes, Jason, she's fine," it felt good hearing those words even if she said them herself, "She's just stuck to that bed for a while," she heard a sigh and another voice in the background and she figured that Nate was joining the conversation, "You guys don't need to worry anymore, i'll keep you posted."
"So, is she dying of bordum?" Shane asked, laughing a bit.
"DON'T SAY DIE!" Jason yelled loudly, causing Shane to jump before he felt a little slap on the head.
Angelika nearly errupted into laughter. Things seemed to be getting a bit better, less dramatic than the concert anyways. She sighed, "Yeah, she's pretty bored, she found a nurse to pick on though, that's keeping her busy," she heard a light laugh, unsure of what boy chuckled.
"Well it's good that she's alright," Angelika frowned. That voice wasn't a guys voice.
"Yeah," she nodded, not really paying attention, "Uh-sorry, Shane who's with you?" she asked.
Shane looked up and then said casually, "Oh, it's just Sarah."
