Westchester Medical Building

3:05pm
Dylan Marvil walked up the high winding stairs to the front doors of the Westchester Medical Building. Through the glass doors she could clearly see old people with their helpers and canes being ready to be picked up. This was so depressing.
She wasn't an old person dying, she didn't belong here at all. "I can't believe you're making me go back to this lady," Dylan pouted to her mother Merri Lee as their camera crew lingered behind not filming yet.
"Because Pickles you need help! I don't want to see you depressed," Merri Lee said overly sweetly and Dylan saw her mother turn around and wink to the cameraman who nodded in response.
Instead of clocking her mother straight in the face and cracking into a million little pieces right there in the lobby she focused on the beat of her black Jimmy Choo boots as they click-clacked on the marble floor.
The previous session on Friday night had been worse than she would've imagined. It didn't exactly help that she would much rather be at Alicia's sleepover then be treated like a 5 year old by some lady who didn't even understand her at all.
"Alright as soon as you ladies enter the office we're going to start filming. Now Dylan I want you to just say however you feel as soon as I say action OK? This needs to look real," the lead cameraman, Phil said.
"Ugh whatever," Dylan mumbled she knew if she put up a fight she wouldn't have anyone on her side anyway. She texted Alicia.
Dylan: Leesh!
Alicia: DYLANNNNNNN!
Dylan: need a distraction lol so how's life bae?
Alicia: life is what Ralph makes it :)
Dylan: o gd
Alicia: ;) haha aight I gotta go to dance now xo
She thought about what life must be like for someone with a normal family, a normal mother, normal sisters and someone who wasn't on some stupid reality TV show.
It was almost like a married woman who was now tied down with an annoying husband and children who kept barking orders at her. Being a celeb didn't really seem like much until you actually became one.
"AND CUT! DYLAN remember when I say action! IF YOU WANNA BE A MOVIE STAR YOU'LL REMEMBER THAT!" Phil roared and the other people in the office waiting room just looked at them. Some horrified and some excited to see filming going on. One man had taken out his phone to film.
"Excuse me sir? Please refrain from filming I'm also going to need you to sign confidentiality contracts," Phil spoke calmly although judging by the edge in his voice his patience was wearing thinner than transparent paper he was almost like walking time bomb.
The same probably could've been said for Dylan who was staring blankly at the ugly yellow wallpaper that decorated the office walls trying to count how many paint cracks were on it. She heard Phil's voice ring out "ACTION!"
With that she rattled out the first thing that came to mind. It didn't matter what she said anymore. She had been stripped of her privacy so the more real she was the better. Maybe they would be happy if she really went insane. "GAWD CAN EVERYONE JUST SHUT UP PUH LEASE! STOP TRYING TO CONTROL MY LIFE! I AM A GROWING GIRL AND I DO NAWT NEED YOU ALL UP MY BUTT TELLING ME WHAT I NEED TO DO!" Dylan barked as the hard edge in her voice stung in her throat feeling like sandpaper.
"Pickles, what did Dr. Drea tell you about lashing out at people?" Merri Lee said in a fake tone which Dylan was sure no one in their right mind would buy but Westchester was full of fakes so it would probably pass off easily.
"YOU PEOPLE ARE MORE FAKE THAN A BARBIE DOLL!" Dylan snapped.
Merri Lee looked around the room to the camera it looked as though she were making a horrific discovery but to Dylan she could just see that her mom wasn't sure how to respond. Especially when she knew it was true. "Oh My Gosh! Is that what it is?! You wish you looked like Barbie? I knew I shouldn't have let you play with those things as a child!"
Phil gave Merri Lee a thumbs up indicating that she was doing well while Dylan tried to put on her best angry face. If they wanted a good show she would give it to them. Simple as that. But before she could put another word in Dr. Drea herself came out decked in a neon orange pantsuit.
"Dylan Marvil?" she asked although once she spotted the film crew a small smile formed in the corner of her mouth. She must've been pretty proud of herself for going into the field of therapy now.
"Oh thank goodness Dr. Drea! Dylan needs someone to talk to right now. Go ahead Pickles tell the doctor what's bothering you there's nothing to be ashamed of," Merri Lee nudged her daughter forward.
Dylan grumbled and stared at the floor. She wondered why everyone felt the need to be soooo happy. She was beyond pissed off. If what the producers actually intended was to make her really go insane then it was working.
The pungent smell of rotting fish filled Dr. Drea's office and as the door shut behind her Dylan's eyes were tearing. All around the walls were pictures of the woman with her children, husband, and some other random people who looked like LBRS. They all were.
"Alrighty Dylan so we left off last time without much progress done. You don't really say much do you?"
The last thing Dylan wanted to do was open her mouth and perhaps have to taste the horrific cause of the stench lurking about the room. She also knew however, that if she said the wrong thing the cameras could just twist her words around since there were hidden cameras about the room as she had learned from the second episode.
"Tell me about your father? Do you ever see him?" Dr. Drea asked taking out a pen and notepad assuming position to write notes as if Dylan was going to open up her life's secrets to this woman she barely knew.
If she didn't talk about her father not even with the PC what made this loser rat think she was going to share this information with her? Just because she had a certification didn't mean she was entitled to know everybody's private business.
"That's none of your concern," Dylan knew she was snubbing her but she didn't really care.
"Remember Dylan I want to help you. Help. You."
"I understand what you're saying I'm not a two year old! You don't have to speak so slowly!" Dylan snapped.
"Do people treat you like baby at home? Because you're the youngest?"
"Why does the whole world need to know my private business huh? What is your problem no one ever cared before so why the hell would they be caring now?" Dylan shouted.
"Your mother is worried." Dr. Drea said with false concern.
"No she's not she only cares about her stupid job and her stupid TV show."
Whoever would be watching this week's episode better be prepared because Dylan was going all out and this time there was no stopping her.
The Rivera Estate

3:45 pm
Dean pulled the limo containing 3/4 members of the current Pretty Committee since Kristen had soccer practice with her new team. The first game was coming up and Alicia, Dylan, and Claire had promised they'd be there.
Alicia waited for her driver to come around the side and open the back door for them. She turned to face Dylan and Claire who had indifferent expressions on their faces. She wished she could be like Massie and automatically know what they were thinking without having to make an ounce of effort.
She wondered how much longer it was going to take before she was finally used to being the role that she had so desperately desired for so long. It was still unreal; like a dream that she'd wake up from and be the beta as usual. This time however, she couldn't back out and quit she had to stay strong for the girls.
Joy already came out in the flesh with a homemade batch of M&M cookies. Alicia was trying to prove how she was already one step ahead of everyone. No waiting for snacks they were already there from the start.
Dylan went right for it taking 3 cookies no problem, "Damn Leesh have you sent spies to detect my cravings?!"
"I don't think she'd reveal her secrets Dyl," Claire said.
"Point on that one Claire," Alicia smirked. "Joy I'm going to bring these up to my room K? And thanks again!" the alpha led her troops up the majestic marble staircase and to her bedroom.
"Ehmagawd did you get a new bed set?" Dylan asked.
"Yeah it came in last night! Do you like it?"
"UH YES! I WANT I WANT!" Dylan ran over to inspect the caramel colored canopy that hung from the ceiling and strung itself along the perches of the bed. "Is that real silk!"
"Yup Mass about had a heart attack when she saw it," Alicia said proudly.
"When did you talk to Massie?" Claire asked taking a bite of the cookie she held in her hand.
"Last night while Dylan was enjoying the glam life and you were sucking Cam's face off," Alicia teased.
Claire's face turned a dark shade of pink, "I'm not denying anything."
"Whoa! Porn Star Claire!" Dylan joked.
"Point," Alicia said.
"Oh puh lease it's not like you two haven't had your moments!" Claire said dramatically.
"Allow for a reenactment!" Alicia proposed as she walked over to one of the pillows that lay on her bed.
"Oh dear lord," Claire said face palming herself.
"Ooh Cam, give me some of your sweet gummy candy," Alicia purred. "I want it! I want it!"
"SUCK ON THAT GUMMY CLAIRE!" Dylan said doubling over laughing.
"Gummies are so good especially yours Cam," Alicia said seductively.
"Say what you want but at least I'm not the one pretending to make out with a pillow," Claire said.
"She has got you there Leesh!" Dylan laughed.
"Oh so you're saying you haven't attempted to make out with your cake before! Nothing to be ashamed of Dyl we all know it!" Alicia shot back laughing.
"Mind if I steal your word Leesh?" Claire asked.
"Opposite of no!" Alicia smiled "you can't really point yourself can you?"
"POINT!" Claire yelled.
"Wow Kuh-laire try and curb the enthusiasm it's just a word," Alicia said.
"POINT," Claire said in a really masculine voice.
"POINT," Dylan burped.
"EWW! OK I COPYRIGHT MY WORD NOW!" Alicia said.
"Damn I wish Kristen was here. She barely hangs out with us anymore," Dylan said.
"Because she's got 'other commitments'" Claire mocked though at the same time she did understand.
"OR SHE'S MOVED ON SUNNY IT'S ABOUT TIME YOU DO THE SAME!" Alicia said in a southern accent.
"I will tie her ass down to a chair if it's the last thing I do!" Claire said.
"Wow from porn star Claire to juvenile delinquent Claire. I thought you were done with the acting?" Dylan said.
"No Dylan I'm starting to make tapes!" Claire cackled.
"Featuring gummies and Cam," Alicia said.
"Ehmagawd Stahp!" Dylan said laughing so hard she almost choked on her cookie.
Suddenly Dark Horse by Katy Perry came blaring from Alicia's phone and her dark chocolate eyes lit up, "guess whooo." She purred.
"No way! Aidan!" Claire chirped excitedly.
"No Kuh-laire! It's Vinny," Alicia said.
"Who da hell is Vinny?" Dylan asked.
"Remember that night when we were at the skating rink and we met those Abner 10th graders?" Alicia asked.
"Yup," Claire said slowly while Dylan just popped the 'p.'
"So I was waiting outside the dance studio on Sunday to be picked up by Dean and I saw them again and we exchanged numbers," Alicia said.
"Wow Juliet in the making," Claire said.
"What?"
"Running off with the mysterious bad boy," Claire said slowly again.
"Kuh-laire when will you learn that not every relationship is as la dee da as yours and the books?" Alicia asked.
Claire was taken aback by Alicia for a split second. Maybe it was a crazy thought that she could actually be accepted and not be criticized for once during a hang-out.
