Raizek: And so it's festival time.
Mikoto: I've been waiting for this for the past 3 chapters!
Minato: I hope we enjoy ourselves.
Kushina: MIKOTO! FIGHT ME!
Mikoto: YOU'RE ON SUGAR-FOOT!
Kushina: F you just call me...?
Mikoto: Nothing..
Benbonds/Rich The Kid: I'mmmmm back.~~~~~ Sorry for longing things out, my exams were stress for real.
Chapter 11: Festival...?
Kushina sighed as she roamed the streets. The festival was going to start in a few hours, so she decided take a stroll around the village. She didn't pay much attention to her surroundings so she did not notice the villagers whispering to each other while giving her looks. The red haired was currently minding her own business deep in thought. Kushina was quickly snapped back into reality hearing an insult which was not whispered but instead yelled.
"Get out of the village you, outsider!"
After that comment she was aware at how many people were taking glances and staring, it was really beginning to creep her out. The girl decided to pick up her pace and begin walking fast though wherever she went there were still people staring. She felt her stomach drop, why couldn't these people just leave her alone? She was a human being like everyone else, just because the color of her hair was different to theirs doesn't mean that they should treat her differently. Usually at this point, either Kagami or Setsuna would come to her aid and cheer her up but today was different due to there being a festival so they were other places. And so, yet another sigh would escape her lips.
Unknowingly, the red-haired had once again gone into her deep thought mode thus blocking out her surroundings. She continued to walk on her path though, she didn't bump into anything because her auto-pilot strolling was the best there was.
"Watch out!"
The warning went into one of Kushina's ears but left out the other as she was still not paying attention to her surroundings. Suddenly, she smacked into something thus causing her to fall on her ass. She winced not expecting the impact, noticing that her forehead had gone a little red. "Aw, aw.. That hurt! Hey! What's your problem?!" She rubbed the red spot while glaring at the source of the impact. It was a female her height but a little smaller, she seemed her age and had long black hair. Wait.. She's seen this girl before... The Uchiha symbol on her back, it was that Mikoto girl.
"Awww.. I told you to watch out Tomato head!" Mikoto glared at Kushina. She too fell on her ass due to the impact and immediately got pissed at the girl. She called her the first thing that popped in her head after taking in her appearance. Mikoto then noticed it was the Kushina girl from her class.
As they both exchanged insults, they got onto their feet.
"Haah? What did you just call me you damn drama queen!? I'll rip your hair out ya'know!" Kushina hissed.
"Are you trying to pick a fight cherry girl?!"
"I'm going to...-"
The Uzumaki caught the Uchiha girl by surprise. Mid-way saying the sentence, Kushina propelled her body forward giving the black haired a full on head butt. Mikoto not expecting such a thing was sent back landing eventually on a sore ass, again.
"A-Aww.. Why would you do that?!" Mikoto practically yelled. They didn't notice but they eventually gained the attention of a very large crowd.
"You damn Cherry girl. Your red hair is extremely embarrassing and look at how you dress, what kind of kimino is that." Mikoto began ranting on not bother to take a look at Kushina's expression. The black haired was completely pissed off at this moment because of the day she had; she knew better than to bring it out on an outsider who had done nothing wrong but she's already started so she might as well finished it.
Meanwhile with Kushina, she was actually shivering at the fact at how many people were staring (she finally noticed). She began to feel herself tear up a little, there's only a certain limit of this she could take and she was reaching that limit. It was then that Kushina spotted a ramen shop up ahead and began to lose concentration on everything around including Mikoto and begin walking over to there. The Uchiha who was rambling on noticed this and let out a short sigh before running after girl. "Don't ignore me!"
"Raizek, be nice." Minato told the Hyuuga who laughed ironically in reply.
"You really think I'm going to listen to you, Minato?" Of course, Raizek wasn't pissed but neither was he happy, he was being his natural self; this actually made Minato smile a little, he will always be the same.
"You should, because he's ten times smarter than your fail ass." Fugaku said.
"Now now... Everyone calm down." Setsuna said, probably the one with the most common sense.
Ah- let me describe this situation. Currently these boys were sitting in Ichiraku Ramen with Raizek sitting on the far left seat, Minato after that, then Setsuna and finally Fugaku. In front of the blonde haired kid was four empty plates stacked and it seemed he was on his fifth ramen, it was the same with Fugaku. Somehow Raizek was forced to come and eat which he had one bowl, it was the same with Setsuna but he wasn't forced.
After a while, Fugaku and Raizek got to arguing not being able to withstand each other's presence. Though both Setsuna and Minato knew it was impossible to avoid but they still tried, you must give them credit for that.
"So, have you guys been on a C-Rank mission yet?" Setsuna asked, question directed mainly at Minato.
"Nope, but we're going on one next mission." The blonde replied with a heart-warming smile. Every time Raizek saw this smile, he just wondered whether the boy was an Angel or something because every time he smiled it was too bright; the light was too much.
"We've already been on one." The Uchiha bragged while taking his last bite of the ramen.
Afterwards he placed the bowl on top of the stack and looked over to Raizek who was just facing forward with a cool look on his face. Oh how Fugaku wanted to be Raizek, back when they were in the academy the boy got all the girls on him. It was always Minato, Raizek and Setsuna; the cute and hot guys in the academy that all girls fawn over and no girl would never hit (Except for Mikoto). Fugaku's eyes widened in quick realization that he had spoken his thoughts out loud before looking at the three and what awaited his gaze pissed him off him. All three of them was doing the same action, scratching the back of their heads with a nervous laugh. This caused the Uchiha to shake his head, he was just going to ignore them; he had enough.
"Setsuna?" The said boy glanced back with his jade orbs only to be met with violet ones.
"Oh, Kushina... Oh wow, you do look beautiful in that don't you?" Setsuna replied with a smile. The red haired blushed in reply however the rest of the boys were not amused.
Fugaku was simply cursing under his breath at how the flirter over there was doing his usual job. Minato hung his head down having a blush creep over his face hearing Kushina's voice and a bit a jealousy. Raizek... Actually he was amused, just smirking at Minato's discomfort not to be out of character at all. A few seconds of silence another girl followed in behind the red haired.
"Ehh? Minato, Raizek? I've looked over for you two everywhere!" Mikoto exploded in anger. At that moment, Raizek stood up and began to walk out.
"Lets go princess." The boy rolled his eyes taking Mikoto's hand as he left. Minato only looked to Fugaku knowing full well that his mood would drop tremendously and his guess was correct; the boy was just about to cool the Uchiha down before he heard a loud shout from outisde.
"Minato, hurry up we're not going to wait all day for you!"
To his surprise it was Raizek's voice. Patting Fugaku's back, he ran outside to go catch up with his team leaving the ramen shop silent.
"Kagami, damn it... Why..." A supposed leaf shinobi fell to the ground, crimson blood dripping from his mouth and the wound pierced in his left abdomen. The said Uchiha hovered over him, hand clutched sharply around the man's neck. It didn't take a split second for Kagami to use his free hand to rip out both of the man's eyes.
With both eyes acquired he let go of the man's neck allowing him to drop. Suddenly a noise of rustling came from the bushes which the Uchiha was well aware of.
"I've done what I needed to do, if I get caught like this I won't be able to explain myself." Joining his fingers together he performed the tiger handseal.
"Curse you Kagami... You'll regret this, I promise you..." The man coughed out though Kagami payed no great attention to him and disappeared in a flash. At this moment, several leaf shinobi landed around the man who's eyes were just ripped out.
"What happened?! Who did this?!" One of them asked.
As the man picked out a few chakra signatures around him, his lips formed a smirk. "It was Kagami Uchiha."
"Kagami? But why would Kagami do such a thing!?"
"He's betrayed us!"
"Raizek, put me down!" Mikoto yelled flailing her feet and arms as she was stationed on Raizek's shoulder.
"You're attracting attention." The boy sighed.
"NO YOU'RE ATTRACTING ATTENTION BECAUSE YOU GOT YOUR GOD DAMN HAND ON MY ASS!"
"Be quiet before you get a spanking."
Minato who were following close behind just stared blankly at the scene, "Atleast you two are getting along nicely."
"Kill yourself." Both said in unison which Minato sweatdropped in reply.
The three had been walking around the village for a while, constantly getting distracted by minor things such as the smell of food and some gaming stools. The three was actually having fun whether they showed it or not, it was times like these that peace was ruined however Minato decided to not put a curse on his thoughts. Speaking about his thoughts one decided to pop up in his head at that moment.
"We're suppose to take our team photo... Tomorrow morning."
As he noticed his words were ignored, he decided to stop trying to have a conversation. He knew they were too stubborn-... Oh, there Mikoto starts again.
"Raizek, I said... MOVE YOUR GOD DAMN HAND!"
"I don't make threats that I can't follow."
"What's that suppose to me-" At that moment Mikoto let out a moan.
"Told you I'd spank you."
Minato smacked his open hand on his face, what was up with the scene in front of him. Not only were they doing inappropriate things... Well... Raizek was... It was being done in public. Checking his watch he wondered what stations they could go to, the festival was starting so there was going to be a lot of food... Ramen... Right?
As they continued their way through the festival they gained a large amount of attention from others, due to the fact that his teammates were bickering. A sweatdrop formed on the side of his face, this was complete ridiculousness- though his teammates definitely knew how to living up the place that was for sure. With a small sigh, his eyes came across a familiar white spiky hair and didn't waste a single second in following it. Soon enough his teammates caught on Minato breaking the path and began walking in the same direction he was going.
"Sensei?" Minato's innocent voice called out as he stopped in front of the door to the ladies spa.
The man jumped at the sudden voice of his student and nervously chuckled.
"Ah! I didn't expect to see you guys here, I guess it's time for our photo... Yeah.. Our photo.. I'll meet you on the rooftop of the mansion!"
Raizek, Kushina and Minato sweatdropped- they knew that life was going to be long and hard from now on.
