AAAAAANNNND this is the last chapter to my first ever fanfic of the Boondocks. How exciting (: This fanfic wasn't supposed to be too long, as I really didn't want it to be like 20+ chapters like other stories. However, I might write a totally amazing masterpiece one day as I experiment with different writing styles. Check out my new Ciley story coming out!

4 years later

A twenty six year old mulatto woman stood in the front yard of her home, a mini mansion in the small suburban town Woodcrest. In her arms was her three month old baby, a boy named Malcolm.

The mulatto's orange hair was poofy and set into a thick French braid that went down her back. Her big green eyes looked happy and warm, yet sad.

Coming up beside her was her husband of two years, Huey Freeman. His mocha colored skin contrasted with her mulatto skin perfectly. His wine colored eyes were beautiful and mysterious.

"You ready? "He asked.

"Yup, "

The two headed down the sidewalk casually, his arm around her waist as she held onto their son. The summer air was warm and a small breeze whipped through.

A lot had changed in four years since Riley's first departure.

But now, Riley was back to stay, and his girlfriend Cindy was overjoyed.

Riley had just come back from the end of his four year college term with a Bachelor's degree in art, and was planning on working in the Wuncler high school as an art teacher. Over the four years of his departure, Huey and Jazmine fell in love once again and got married, thus having their baby boy. Caesar had married his girlfriend, and currently worked with Huey at the fashion place he worked at with Jazmine.

Jazmine and Huey actually bought the old house Jazmine had lived in when she was a kid, which was down the street from the house Riley and Cindy were living at. Jazmine had moved from the Freeman house two years previous, and Cindy got a new roommate, a girl who was studying at the local community college. Her name was Sariah, and she was extremely nice.

Sadly, there had also been one death; the death of Uncle Ruckus. Riley had even come back from college for a weekend to attend the old coot's funeral, and he was buried next to Robert Freeman, Huey's and Riley's grandfather.

Tom had come back from New York two years previous to see Jazmine, who was overjoyed to finally see her father again. He was impressed that Huey was able to get Jazmine to marry him, and bought himself a little apartment in the downtown area.

Sarah was overjoyed to have another grandchild, and loved to bring her grandson all sorts of gifts.

Today, they were headed over to the Freeman house to celebrate Riley coming home and staying home for good.

The young couple heard a loud bang coming from inside the Freeman residence as they approached.

"Ugh, what's Riley doing this time? "Huey rolled his eyes.

Jazmine smiled at her husband.

Even though she and Huey had their rough spot when they first broke up the summer leading into their senior year, and Jazmine leaving when she was nineteen, they had managed to work out their problems through counseling Huey had wanted to take with her. Jazmine was surprised when Huey got down on one knee and asked her to marry him, and even more surprised when she was pregnant again.

Their wedding wasn't too grand, it was just a small ceremony held on the Hill, with Uncle Ruckus as the pastor. This was, of course, before his death. Caesar had been the best man, Cindy was the maid of honor, and Jazmine had a few girls from work and Sariah be her bridesmaids. They had invited Sarah and Tom, and Tom had flown in from New York to walk his daughter down the aisle. Riley came back from college for a visit to attend the wedding. Ed Wuncler III and Gin Rummy also attended, being old friends of Riley. Aunt Cookie, who was surprisingly alive at the time, also made it, along with Huey's old friend Cairo from Chicago. Even a Pimp Named Slickback decided to attend, bringing Cristal with him.

After the wedding, Huey had gone down to the cemetery to deliver flowers to three graves: his grandfather's, Hiro's, and Bella's. Jazmine even watched Huey do a small prayer, and this shocked Jazmine since he had never been one to pray.

Now, almost two years later, the couple was still trying to make it work, especially since they had a reason to: their son.

"What's going on? "Huey asked as he opened the door.

He found Cindy and Ceaser arguing over a bag of unblown balloons. Caesar's wife, Aisha, who was also pregnant with their first child, waddled to and fro from the kitchen to the dining room, carrying mounds of food. Sariah was in the living room, blowing up more balloons.

"Where's Riley? "Jazmine asked.

"Oh, he's not here yet, "Cindy stopped mid-argument to respond.

"I thought you said he was here, "Huey stated gruffly.

"No, I said he was coming, "Cindy replied smoothly. She flounced away from Ceaser to Jazmine, "Well hello little Malcolm! "She cooed at the baby, who giggled and waved his arms frantically in response.

"Say hi to Aunt Cindy, baby, "Jazmine said in a cutesy voice, bouncing Malcolm around, who just giggled some more.

Huey headed over to Caesar and gave him a fist pound, "Hey man, how's it going? "He asked.

"Ah, not to bad man, "Caesar replied with a grin, "Although, Aisha getting pregnant was NOT part of the plan, "And he laughed.

Huey rolled his eyes and laughed along.

Suddenly, the front door swung open, and a familiar face appeared, along with two others.

"Hey guys, "Riley cracked a lazy smiled. Cindy shrieked with joy as she lunged at her boyfriend. He carried a single backpack slung over his shoulder, and behind him were Ed and Rummy, both carrying something.

"Hey everyone! "Ed whooped as he entered, placing the luggage down. Rummy followed him, and they disappeared into the kitchen to find some food. Riley and Cindy burst out laughing when they heard Aisha scolding the two for trying to eat her food too early.

Jazmine hugged Riley next, "It's good to see you, "She said warmly. Riley smiled and patted Malcolm on the head, who smiled up at his uncle.

Huey hugged his brother, "Glad you could make it, "He said.

"Wouldn't miss it, since it is my party, "Riley replied smartly. He entered the living room, "Alright, let's get this party started! "

After a few hours of laughing and drinking and smoking, Jazmine laid Malcolm down in Riley's room, surrounding him with pillows, for his afternoon nap. She quietly shut the door and hurried down the stairs to find Riley, Rummy, and Ed singing karaoke to "Baby" by Justin Bieber.

"BABY, BABY, BABY OHHHH! "The three sang idiotically, laughing as they messed up and whooped when they hit a perfect note.

Huey gestured for Jazmine to follow him, and she did, and they headed out the front door and down the street.

They stopped at the Hill.

This Hill was where they first met, first fell in love, got married, everything. This Hill meant a lot to them, and so did the tree that sat on it.

Jazmine lazily sat down under it. She remembered everything that had happened over the past few years leading up to this day, this moment.

Huey sat next to her.

"I can't believe, after all this time, you still wanted me, "Jazmine commented, remembering events that had happened years ago. Huey nodded, "Yeah, I did, I always did, "

After Riley had left that first time four years ago, Jazmine had decided to open up to Huey and told her why she really came back: she had been raped in California. Huey was more than pissed off, more than angered. Jazmine had told him that the guy had been arrested, and that calmed him down, but not by much. After that, she told him about her other misadventures she'd had in California, along with the people she met there.

Now, the two sat in silence. Silence became a big part of their life together, it seemed.

"Do you think you did the right thing by marrying me? "Jazmine asked quietly.

Huey nodded, "I do. I knew I always wanted to marry you, I just didn't think about it that much after we first broke up. "

"Are you happy that I said yes? "She asked another question.

Huey turned to her and smiled, "Yes, "He said, and he leaned in and kissed her. Jazmine felt the familiar fireworks, as did Huey. It seemed as if the whole sky was lighting up with the heat of their kiss, and when they broke off, they thought they saw that light in the sky. But it was three o'clock in the afternoon, so of course there would be light in the sky.

Jazmine stood up, brushing off the long maxi dress she wore that showed off each curve she possessed, "C'mon, we should head back, "

Huey stood up and intertwined his fingers with hers.

As if on cue, they heard the wails of a baby, and the screaming voice of Riley.

"C'MON HUEY, WHY YA GOTTA LEAVE YO BABY AT MY PLACE DURING MY PARTY? "Riley yelled, causing Malcolm to scream even louder. Jazmine rolled her eyes and rushed down the Hill to grab her baby from his uncle, along with smacking Riley across the side.

Huey watched the scene as if he was watching a movie. He saw Cindy rush up with Sariah, Ed, Rummy, and Caesar behind her, along with a waddling Aisha who struggled to keep up. He smirked at them all.

"What idiots, "He said aloud, and rushed down the side of the Hill to be with Jazmine.

Jazmine turned just in time to see her husband running towards her. She remembered when they were kids and how she was always running towards him, or running after him, but now, he was the one chasing her.

"I don't want what we had, "He had once said to her a while back, "I want what we have now, "

And now, Jazmine greeted her husband with open arms as he reached her. And she smiled, because she now had what she always wanted. Even though it took years for her to achieve it, she had him: Huey. And she even had another baby to top it all off, and this time she was going to make sure this one made it.

Jazmine had thought that she would never have another child after Bella. But Malcolm was a miracle indeed, and Huey proved that he could be a loving father and husband.

His lips met hers in a soft kiss. A kiss that still sent electricity down their spines, even though it was just a simple kiss.

"Huey, "

"Jazmine. "

But she never did forgive him.

Her puffy hair blew in the summer breeze.

She raced up a hill, her emerald eyes were vibrant and alive. Her long, lean, teenaged legs carried her far, even for her short height.

Behind her was a taller mocha colored boy, a little bit older than she, with equally puffy hair and dark maroon eyes. He had a smirk on his lips that did not dare go away.

They raced up that hill, the girl reaching the top first.

"I win! "She cheered happily, doing a silly dance. Out of breath, she finally sat down next to the already sitting boy, who hadn't said anything yet.

"Yeah, sure, "He replied sarcastically.

"Oh whatever Huey! "The girl grinned, "You're just upset because I beat you! "

"Yes, Jazmine, I'm totally pissed off, "Huey replied, rolling his eyes. Jazmine huffed and fluffed up her already huge afro, "You're still upset, "She teased.

They sat there for a moment, overlooking the city of Woodcrest. Huey snuck a glance at his eccentric girlfriend. For a few years now, he had been bewitched by her. In truth, she was the only girl he hung out with, but even then, he still would've loved her even if he had a hundred other girls swarming around him.

The retired domestic terrorist lied down on the soft green grass, "Are you gonna keep staring at the city? "He asked.

"No, "She replied, lying next to him.

It was amazing how this happy, over-excited mulatto girl fell in love with the stern, dismissive, retired domestic terrorist mocha colored boy, her exact opposite. They were like yin and yang, completing each other perfectly.

"Huey, "She then said, rolling over on her side so she faced him. He did the same, "Yes? "

"We have two years left of high school! "Jazmine said excitedly. Huey rolled his eyes again, "Jazmine, it's two years. Calm down, "

"So what? Remember when we were freshmans? "She asked, nudging his arm with her elbow, "Jaz, it's only been a few months, and we technically aren't even sophomore yet, it's only July, "Huey corrected her, "So we still have three years of high school left. "

"Ugh Huey, stop thinking about it like that! "Jazmine rolled her eyes this time. Then, she gave him a confused look.

"What? "He asked.

She sat up, "Huey, "She looked at him with a serious expression.

"Yes? "He asked.

"Will you ever break up with me? "She asked timidly. Huey looked at her for a moment, shocked at her question, "No Jaz, why would I? "He sat up, "You're all I want, "

This made Jazmine smile, "Always? "

"Always, "Huey replied, kissing her deeply. Jazmine smiled and pulled away, "Everyone'll want what we have, a relationship like this that can last all through high school, but it's ours! "She said enthusiastically.

"Yes Jaz, everyone, "Huey gave a small smile, and leaned in to kiss her again.

They stayed there well into the evening, watching the sun set, and they knew that nothing could break them apart.

Nothing.

I just had to leave it like this (: Yes, the ending is a flashback to a few years pervious, if you got confused.
