People who had heard of the ruthless demon would wrinkle their nose and reply with, "Why would you want him happy? He's a demon."
The reaction she got most of the time was, "Who is Lord Sesshomaru? Why do you want to make him happy?"
"Lord Sesshomaru is someone close to me. He looks after me and treats me well. My dream is to make him happy, because he makes me happy."
The children would blink, but the girl would just smile and walk away, calling out for her Lord Sesshomaru.
