A few days later Amethyst opened her eyes and was happy to finally wake up without feeling like her skin was on fire. She turned to smile at her mate happily and poked him in the nose. A wide grin spread across her face as red eyes blinked back at her.
Her mate sniffed the air lightly and frowned. "Over already?"
Amethyst giggled and licked his chin. "You have a master to serve remember? You can't be one hell of a butler if you're busy being one hell of a mate," she teased.
He pulled her closer, pressing his erection against her leg and making her moan softly. "I'd rather continue spending most of my day fucking. The human won't know if we go for a couple more days," he purred as his eyes glowed with lust.
Amethyst smacked his chest. "No, I've been stuck in here with you for days and I want some fresh air."
Sebastian frowned and sighed. "Fine."
She used her tail to caress his erection, making her mate gasp softly. "I said we had to get out of bed today, I didn't say you couldn't get any before we had to."
Sebastian smirked at his little mate and gladly gave her yet another round of mind blowing sex.
Amethyst hopped out of bed and quickly pulled on a dress when they were done before her mate could talk her into more. "Come on, I need to apologize to Ciel. I probably traumatized the poor boy." She walked out of the room and quickly found her mate beside her, fully dressed. When they walked into the dining room, Ciel looked up at the two of them with wide eyes.
"I was beginning to wonder if the two of you would ever leave the bedroom again," Ciel teased.
Sebastian frowned, disapproving of the boy's comments in front of his mate.
Amethyst noticed him tense and grabbed his hand to get his attention before smiling at him, effectively calming her mate. "I just came to apologize for my behavior the last time I saw you," she said as she turned to the human boy.
Ciel's face turned bright red at the memory. "L-let's not mention it again. Especially around Lizzie," he said dismissively.
Amethyst smiled and turned to leave. "Okay, I'll get out of your hair."
Sebastian's eyes were glued to his mate until the door closed. When he turned back to his master, the boy was smirking.
"It's rather entertaining to watch you stare after her like some love struck puppy."
The demon snorted. "Keep teasing, young master. Next time I may fuck her on your desk," Sebastian threatened, enjoying the look of total horror on the boy's face.
"I order you never to do such a thing, ever," Ciel sputtered, making the demon laugh softly.
Amethyst skipped down the steps, spotting Meiren. "Good morning, May," she said cheerfully.
"Oh, oh my, good morning Miss Amethyst? I didn't think you'd ever be allowed to leave your room," the maid said with a blush.
The cat girl waved a hand in front of her face, but the maid appeared to be lost to her own thoughts. Amethyst jumped when the doors suddenly opened and two men walked in.
The man with dark skin and purple hair spotted her immediately and ran over to throw his arms around the cat girl. "Look Agni! It's a Neko!"
"Prince Soma, kindly unhand my Neko," Sebastian's voice came from the top of the stairs.
"But she's so cute," the man gushed.
Amethyst became a cat, leaving Soma holding nothing but an empty dress as she ran up the stairs to her mate.
"Good morning Sebastian, how long have you been in possession of a Neko? They're said to bring good luck, you know," Soma said as he and Agni made their way up the stairs.
Sebastian leaned down and scooped up his little mate to scratch her ears and allow her up onto his shoulders. "Amethyst has been with us for a few weeks now. I will go announce your presence to my master." The demon turned and headed toward Ciel's study with the prince and his servant following.
Soma wiggled a finger in Amethyst's face, causing the cat to growl and swipe at his hand. Instead of taking the hint, the man poked her.
"Prince Soma, please refrain from poking at my Neko. Even you have the sense to know that when an animal growls it doesn't want you to touch it," Sebastian said shortly before knocking on the study door.
As soon as the door was open, Soma rushed in to bother Ciel.
Agni hung back for a moment to offer the demonic butler a smile. "You seem rather attached to her, Sebastian. I do believe that's the first time you've lost your cool over my prince's behavior."
Sebastian smirked at the prince's servant. "I'm very protective of that which is mine."
"She is a Russian, isn't she?" Agni asked softly as he held up his hand to allow the Neko to sniff him.
Amethyst tilted her head at the strange human's scent. It was ridiculously pleasant for a human. She shifted onto her paws and hopped off Sebastian's shoulder, directly into Agni's arms.
Seeing his mate in that human's arms sent fury through Sebastian. The demon growled imperceptibly in the back of his throat as the light haired man carried his mate over to stand beside his prince.
Ciel glanced over at Agni and his eyes widened when he spotted Amethyst in the other butler's arms. When he looked at Sebastian, he was sure he was about to have problems. His normally stoic butler looked like he was about to have the meltdown of the century. Ciel knew for a fact that Sebastian didn't like the fact that the human man was able to come so close to him in ability, and he imagined it would be easy to tip the demon into a jealous rage over his precious little kitten. "Agni, perhaps you should return Amethyst to Sebastian so that he can take her back to his room."
"Of course." Agni turned to hand over the cat demon, but to his surprise, the little female hopped onto Ciel's desk.
"Get off my desk," Ciel cried.
"Amethyst," the demon snapped.
Amethyst turned to see the red-eyed snarling face of her mate, and for the first time she was scared of the demon.
"I'll get her!" The prince dove forward to try and grab the little cat.
Amethyst yowled and leapt down onto Ciel's lap to hide behind his chair from her angry mate. As soon as Sebastian came around the desk with that same fury in his eyes she shot out the door, running as fast as her four paws would allow.
Sebastian forced a polite smile onto his face. "Please excuse me for a moment gentleman, I'm afraid this requires immediate attention."
Amethyst was flying through the house as quickly as she could. She knew without a doubt that Sebastian would find her if she didn't think of something fast. She'd never seen him so angry with her. The red-eyed glare and snarl on his face had her running in terror. She ran past a room and spotted an open window, scrambling to turn around and hop through it.
Sebastian followed his mate's scent, trying to reign in his anger over the entire ordeal. Seeing his mate in that human's arms, that particular human, had infuriated him. Then to make matters worse, she'd refused to come to him. He followed the scent out a window and spotted her running toward the wall. Ice cold panic replaced anger. She's trying to leave me…
She made it to the edge of the property before Pluto slid to a halt in front of her with a snarl.
"Where are you running off to, cat," he growled softly.
She hissed and ran at the dog, far more afraid of what Sebastian would do if he caught her. She leapt onto the dogs head and hopped over the wall. She hopped down, aiming for the ground and yowled in complete terror as Sebastian appeared and caught her.
He quickly shifted his grip to the scruff of her neck so that she wouldn't claw at him and stared at his mate with wide eyes. It wasn't hard to figure out from the direction of her running that she had been aiming to leave. He swallowed thickly as his chest constricted at the very idea. "Amethyst, please calm down and explain why you're running from me."
Amethyst stopped struggling, when she caught the break in her mate's voice. She tilted her head at him, taking in the lack of anger before shifting back.
Sebastian stood there, silently staring into her purple eyes with his hand buried in her hair where he had held the scruff of her neck a moment before. For the first time in his life, he felt hurt.
The cat girl stepped closer to him and slid her arms around his waist as he slid his own arms around her to hold her as close as he could get her. "You were so angry…" she whispered softly, ears and tail firmly tucked against her, showing just how badly he had scared her.
He sighed softly as he laid his chin on top of her head. "Amethyst, you are the only person in the universe that I chose to claim. I am a demon, one of wrath no less, which makes my very nature overbearing and possessive. Seeing you in the same room as another male pushes my control. Seeing you in the arms of that particular human, whom I already have very negative feelings about, infuriated me." He stepped away to place his hands on her face and tilt her head back to look her in the eye. "My very nature makes me anger easily, Amethyst, but I wouldn't hurt you. You're my mate, the only being who matters more to me than my contracts. To hurt you would be like destroying myself."
She stared up into his eyes as he leaned down and kissed her hard, mewling softly when he backed her up against the wall.
He picked her up to make her wrap her legs around him. It wasn't the most appropriate place, but he desperately needed to feel her. Needed to know that she was still his. In a matter of seconds he shifted his clothing enough to release his throbbing erection and moaned softly as he slid into her.
Amethyst licked her mark on his shoulder as her mate pounded into her.
At the speed he was going, it didn't take long before her orgasm hit, followed almost immediately by his own. He dropped to his knees, holding her as close as he could. "Don't leave me…" he begged softly as he held the only female he'd ever given a damn about.
"Shh, I won't." She used her dainty claws to scratch his scalp soothingly.
They stayed like that for a while, Sebastian completely unwilling to let her go after the scare of thinking he might lose her.
Amethyst leaned up and pecked him on the lips. "We should probably go back, I'm sure your master needs you by now."
He sighed and nodded slowly allowing her out of his arms long enough to fix his clothing.
While he fixed himself, she became a cat once more and hopped into his arms. Settling on his shoulders as he made his way back to the mansion.
