A/N: Hey guys, so I'm not sure if a notification went out properly for the previous chapter, because I accidentally posted the wrong one, so I'm gonna update again, but if you haven't read chapter 10, then could you please do that? Thanks, and enjoy another short chapter!

Chapter 11: Alright

The drive back to the Palm Woods was silent, save for each of the boys' phones vibrating a few more times, and when Mrs Knight pulled the car into the car park, they all sat silently, unsure if they wanted to go in. Katie gave a yawn, and Mrs Knight turned to face her daughter,

"Come on, sweetie, lets go. Boys, I'll see you later?"

"Yeah," Logan said "we'll be up in a few, we'd better talk to the girls."

"Alright," Mrs Knight nodded "be back soon, OK? You need to sleep,"

"Yes, Mama Knight," the boys said, and she left the car with Katie in tow.

"Who should we tell first?" James asked half heartedly; not that he really wanted to tell either of them.

"Camille," Logan said firmly "Jo's Kendall's girlfriend, he should be the one to tell her, and I'm going to be the one to tell my girlfriend," James and Carlos nodded wordlessly, and the three of them got out of the car and made their way into the Palm Woods' lobby.

This was where they found Camille, sitting on one of the couches, fiddling with the strap of her bag nervously. She looked up as the boy's approached.

"Where have you guys been?" she demanded "And why didn't any of you answer your phones?"

"We- we were, uh-" Carlos stammered.

"And where's Kendall?" Camille interrupted, noticing the blonde boy's absence.

"He's uh, in the hospital," James was surprisingly natural as he informed Camille "he had a hockey spill,"

"Oh," Camille said "is he OK?" she wasn't too worried; Kendall fell in hockey all the time, she wouldn't be surprised if he'd broken his arm or something with his rough manner of playing and his competitive attitude.

"Depends on your definition of OK," Carlos said, barely audibly as he avoided eye contact, not wanting to break down in front of Camille.

"Oh god!" Camille gasped, putting her hands over her mouth "What happened?"

"He's alright," James assured " he's breathing and functioning and stuff, he just can't-" he fell silent, looking at his hands as Logan patted his arm reassuringly.

"He can't see you, Camille," the genius told her gently "Kendall's going blind."

A/N: So fricking short, I'm sorry guys! I'll try and update tomorrow, since I have nothing to do this weekend. Anyway, pretty please review this crappily short chapter?
