Annabeth PoV

Previously, on Twists and Turns…

"Now," Emma said, smirking, "youw have to staw here untiwl I say youw can go. I still need to work on Pewrcy!" At this, I smiled, and couldn't wait to see what Emma did to him.

She ran out and I could hear talking, "COME!" Emma yelled.

"Okay, okay!" I heard Percy say, amused.

I smiled and took out my laptop and typed up another chapter for a book I was writing.

An hour and a half later, at 4 o'clock, Emma yelled, "OWKAY! WHEN I SAY THREE, YOUW TWOW HAF TO COME OUT!"

"Okay!" I yelled back, I heard Percy do the same.

I saved my work and stood by the door.

"One!" Emma yelled.

Oh boy, I can't wait to see what Emma did to the popstar Percy Jackson.

"Two!"

I was grinning with my hand on the door knob.

"Threeeeeeeeee!"

I opened the door and stepped out…

DONE! JK JK JK!

I just stared wide-eyed at the boy –man- in front of me.

His hair was still its messy self, but he was wearing a deep red tux jacket that was unbuttoned over a light gray button-up. He was wearing jeans/loose pants that were also light gray. His shoes were simple red All Star Converse.

He was staring at me as well, though not how I expected him too.

I thought he was going to stare at inappropriate places for much too long, but he looked me up and down in a way I would call 'gentlemanly'.

Emma broke the silence by squealing, "Youw guys look amazing wight?"

Percy's face broke into an infectious grin, "Annabeth looks stunning, no, more than stunning, absolutely and exquisitely gorgeous."

I began to blush the shade of my dress, "You don't look too bad yourself. I would say you were handsome, but I don't think it's strong enough. Probably 'good-looking' or 'strikingly attractive' would fit."

Emma squealed again.

"Such a shame to let these outfits go to waste, don't you think?" Percy asked me.

"I agree. Maybe a night out at a restaurant would make it a little even?" I asked, smiling.

Emma's smile dropped for a split second before returning, "Youw guys are gowing to gow ouwt awgain?"

We nodded, "But this time, you are coming with us." I said, and Percy nodded.

Her eyes widened, "REALLY?!"

"Uh huh!" I said, nodding, "But you need to change, and I have some dresses I was supposed to give to other kids, but they had enough clothes. They are also your size. C'mon!"

She ran towards me and I picked her up and brought her to my room.

I had a small spaghetti-strap rose red dress that had a pearl belt and rose flower designs.

I helped her petit frame into the dress.

"Can I put on lipstick?" she asked. I nodded and applied some light pink lipstick and told her to push her lips together so the lipstick would be even.

I also gave her a small pearl necklace to put on, and then we went out.

Percy smiled at us and asked, "Where to?"

I thought for a moment, "Family Fancies." It was perfect; it was fancy enough for us to wear what we were wearing, and they had good food, and there were a few arcade games to play, like Sugar-Rush and Fix It Felix Jr. (A/N: Not real, though I wish it was. Know where I got the games?)

Percy nodded in agreement; Emma kept asking questions about the restaurant, "Is the food good?" "How far is it?" "Is it big?"

We answered them all.

We used Percy's car again, it was a 20 minute drive, not counting the traffic.

When we got there, Emma stared in wonder; she must not have been out a lot.

It was a medium sized building the color salmon, with Christmas lights decorating it. No matter what time of the year, those lights always decorated the building.

We walked inside and took a booth that was facing the river.

"WOW!" Emma said.

"Indeed, wow." Said a voice behind us.

We turned around and saw an old man in a wheelchair. He had a scruffy beard and salt and pepper hair.

"CHIRON!" I squealed and hugged the man.

This man practically raised me until I was old enough to live on my own.

He was my second father, for my father had no interest in me, nor did my step-mother, Helen.

I turned and saw that Emma was looking confused and Percy was shocked.

Chiron looked a little shocked as well, "Perseus, what a pleasant surprise. I haven't seen you for a while. I thought you forgot about me."

Percy's face broke into a grin while I stared, confused.

"Well, I kinda forgot to email you 'cause of the concert and stuff, but I never forgot about you, Old Man. How've you been?" Percy asked.

"Oh, same old feelings. Though I think I would like to know why you are here with Ms. Chase here, and who this adorable little girl is." Chiron bent down so he was eye to eye with Emma.

"What's your name, little one?" I could see Emma liking this man already, "Emma." She replied.

"Emma." Chiron tested the word on his tongue, "What a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." Emma's face broke into a bashful grin.

My heart seems to melt; leave it to Chiron to help anyone and make everyone feel welcome.

I leaned towards Percy and whispered, "Do you know Chiron?"

He nodded, "He was a counselor at a camp I used to go to."

"Camp Half-Blood?" I asked.

He turned towards me, "You know that place?"

I nodded, "I used to go there."

"Well guys, what would you guys want?" Chiron asked after we were seated.

I looked at the menu and asked Emma what she wanted.

"Do they hawe a cheese burgers hewe? I newer hawe one befowre." Emma replied.

Chiron smiled at her, "Sure we do, and do you guys want one too?"

We nodded, "What soft drink do you want?" Percy asked.

"Wha a soft drink?" Emma inquired.

"It's a drink without alcohol. Have you ever tried Sprite?" he answered.

Emma shook her head, "No, but I want one!"

I smiled, "3 cheese burgers, 1 Sprite, 1 Coca-Cola, and," I turned to Percy, "You?"

"Coke."

Chiron jotted down the orders and then he told us to enjoy ourselves and left.

Emma stared at everything from the lights to the food to the games to the people.

When our food arrived, Emma's eyes were wide with amazement.

During the time Emma was silent and staring, I took my time to look at Percy, who was sitting next to me, since Emma sat across from me because she claimed to be a 'big enough girl to sit by herself'.

The clothes he was wearing were casual yet formal, and it wasn't what I was expecting. With what Emma made me put on, I was prepared for everything but this. I thought maybe he would have lipstick and eyeliner and glitter all over his face, and maybe wear a pink tutu with high heels. I have such a bizarre imagination, but that comes with the package to reading.

As if his Spider-Sense started to tingle, Percy turned to look my way but I held his gaze, daring him to make fun of me. And to my surprise, he didn't.

Instead, he looked me up and down, and I felt my face heat up –only a little bit.

We continued 'checking each other out' until the food came.

Emma's excitement was infectious.

She was so adorable, Percy and I would've done anything to keep her this way instead of the broken look she had last night.

And then she asked if we could go somewhere again tomorrow…

With Thalia, Nico, Juniper, Grover, Percy and I.

And guess where she wants to go?

A Water Park.

Emma stared at everlasting snowflakes making out in the wind.

FASTER BABY"one snowflake yelled, urging and pushing the other so hard.

The other moved faster and starting grunting and making noises.

Chiron and emma stared with amazement, then they joined in the "game". It was a four way, with a centaur, a girl, and 2 snowflakes. They did so hard that even chiron and the male snowflake eventually got pregnant too.

By 9 months, they each had a baby.

HAHAHA! *Name of friend* IM DYING! LOL!
