Chapter 11
Bonnie : Oh great, something more to add to my crappy day.
She-Wolf : All the more reason for me to end you.
Bonnie : I don't think so she gathered all her strenght and threw a small fireball to her enemy
It wasn't very impressive and the wolf ducked it easily but it gave Bonnie time
to run out of the lab.
She-Wolf : Run if you want but I can track you she walked as if she was just on a stroll on a nice Sunday afternoon
The young witch knew she was right. She could try to hide though. She
stumbled in a closet and magically locked the door. She fell down feeling very
weak. She didn't know how long she would hold on. She heard a laugh on the
other side of the door.
She-Wolf : Seriously ? I'm disappointed you can't do better she ripped the door open
Bonnie gathered all of her strenght left and threw a ball of pure energy on the
rogue wolf. She-Wolf was still holding the damaged door and the weight made
her fall down. Bonnie left the closet stumbling down the hallway. Her head was
spinning and her heart rate was going crazy.
She-Wolf : she groaned Wish I could just turn whenever I bloody want.
Bonnie tripped and fell down. She was seeing black spots in front of her eyes
and she knew she was in a bad shape. She was desperate to live but she realised
it was a long shot now. She-Wolf flipped her on her back with her foot.
Bonnie : in a whisper Now what ?
She-Wolf : Now you die.
Kai : Couldn't agree more he snapped her neck before she could react
Her dead body fell on the floor a look of surprise forever frozen on her face.
Bonnie : Kai...
Kai : He kneeled next to her What's wrong with you ?
Bonnie : Poison she coughed
Kai : I'm gonna get you to the hospital he picked her up
She blacked out.
Later
Bonnie woke up in the hospital. She felt exhausted but not on the verge of
dying. The sun was up in the sky. She looked around and saw Kai asleep on a
chair. She remembered what had happened last night. The lab. She-Wolf. Her
desperate flee. Kai. She didn't realised she said his name outloud until she saw
him waking up.
Bonnie : Hey.
Kai : Hey, how are you feeling ? he sat on the bed
Bonnie : Better.
Kai : They gave you some anti-poison medecine. I'm so glad you're alive !
Bonnie : So do I. She-Wolf...
Kai : he sighed I had to kill her. As a leader I have this right over my pack. I don't like it but there was no other way this time. She was about to murder you.
Bonnie : I know that.
Kai : I'd understand if you want me to keep my distance now.
Bonnie : No she sat up You were just protecting me. I was in danger.
Kai : I wouldn't mind being your bodyguard he smiled a little
Bonnie : I didn't know you were so cheesy she touched his cheek
Kai : he chuckled Maybe he kissed her
Bonnie : she pulled away after a while What are you going to do with She-Wolf ?
Kai : Bury her in a werewolf style. That's the least I can do.
Bonnie : What about her family ?
Kai : Dead in an accident. Come to think about it I wonder if it really was one.
There was a knock on the door.
Bonnie : Come in.
It was Caroline and Tyler. She was a bit surprised to see them together.
Kai : he cleared his throat I might have called them. Anyway, I gotta go. I'll come back later.
She focused on her new visitors when he was gone.
Caroline : she hugged her You're alive ! Did they catch who did this to you ?
Bonnie : More or less.
Caroline : she pulled away What do you mean ?
Bonnie : Well, you already know I'm a witch.
Tyler : I think it's time she knows everything.
Bonnie : This is for real. I'm an actual witch and I help your mom when it's supernatural.
Caroline : What ?
Tyler : Also I'm...I am a w-werewolf.
Caroline : she froze and turned slowly towards him Can you repeat, please ?
Tyler : Werewolf his eyes turned yellow
She felt dizzy and he caught her right on time to sit her on the chair Kai used.
Bonnie : Maybe it was too much information at once.
Caroline : she rubbed her temples Seriously ?! This is all real ?
Bonnie/Tyler : Yes !
Caroline : So basically you're my Jacob and you're Sabrina the teenage witch ?
Bonnie : I'm happy you didn't go for the wicked witch of the west but basically yes you're right.
Caroline : Wow.
Tyler : Care, I need to talk to you. About us. If you don't mind, Bonnie.
Bonnie : I'm fine. I guess I'll be here for a couple days so you can go.
Tyler : Oh I forgot to tell you but Kai left Daniel near your room as a bodyguard. Just in case.
Bonnie : That's sweet in a weird way.
Tyler : Sums up the guy. Care ?
Caroline : I'm coming. I'll see you later, Bonnie.
They left and the young woman lied back down on her bed wondering how she
would deal with her demon possessed mom.
