Three days went by before the Originals caught sighting of Caroline in New York, they didn't believe it was her at first but then after they saw the way she acted and how she wrapped people around her little finger then they knew it was her. Caroline didn't see it coming but before she could even take one step her world went black, so here she was tied to a chair with vervain ropes around her wrists and ankles.
"Not again" Caroline groaned.
"Oh yes darling, again" Klaus said as he stepped out of the shadows.
"What do you want oh annoying one?" Caroline rolled her eyes.
"I want your humanity back on" Klaus told her.
"Well too bad" Caroline retorted.
"Well it looks like we're going to do this the hard way" Klaus mumbled.
"What's the hard way?" If Caroline wasn't a vampire she wouldn't have heard Klaus.
"Torture" Kol said from the doorway. The blonde vampire looked up to see both Elijah and Kol.
"Oh well look at this, Klausy has his brothers for back up" Caroline smirked.
"Be quiet Caroline" Klaus ordered.
"You know I think you and Elijah should leave, Kol and I need to continue our sexual activities.. unless you and Elijah want to join in on a four some" Caroline's smirk widened when Klaus began to shake. The hybrid flashed over to his blonde beauty.
"Listen to me Caroline, don't you dare think that you can just flash me a look and think I'll break, give me my Caroline back" Klaus ordered again.
"Nope" Caroline popped the 'p'.
"Brothers, we need the weapons" Klaus was going to do whatever it took to get her humanity back on.
"Weapons? Oh this should be fun" Caroline began to laugh humorlessly.
"Oh it will be" Klaus snarled. Kol left and came back with a whip, a knife, and a gun, the Original then went over to Caroline and took off her daylight ring and placed it in his pocket.
"Don't lose that" Caroline said bored.
"Oh now I think I might" Kol said before he shot Caroline the knee with a wooden bullet. Caroline bit her lip to keep from screaming in pain.
"Kol" Klaus looked at his brother like he was nuts.
"What?" Kol asked innocently.
"I said let me go first" Klaus snarled.
"Well she was becoming controlling" Kol stepped away from Caroline.
"You think" Klaus said before he picked up the whip and gave Caroline two slashes.
"AH!" Caroline screamed in agony. The wooden bullets she could handle, but not the whip. Right when Klaus was finished and before Caroline had time to breathe, Elijah threw the knife at Caroline and it landed in her shoulder. "Nice aim asshole" Caroline looked at Elijah.
"Aw" Kol said before he shot her in the stomach and it caused Caroline to bite her lip in pain. Another slash, another throw with the knife, and another wooden bullet in her body before Klaus spoke.
"Turn it on and this will end."
"No" Caroline was breathing heavily now.
"Fine, then lets turn on the lights" Klaus said before he opened the curtains and Caroline began to scream in pure agony because she was burning up. "Turn it on."
"No" Caroline managed to get out in between screams. Klaus closed the curtains and Caroline slowly began to heal.
"Fine, then the torture will continue" and Klaus was right.
Two and a half hours went by with Caroline's screams of pure agony and the brothers refused to stop, they wouldn't even give her blood to help her heal faster because they knew that she'd do something to screw them up. Kol stocked up on wooden bullets, Elijah got more knives, and Klaus would give more than two whips and keep the curtain open until he knew she would die before he closed them. Caroline was practically dead on the chair, they changed the vervain ropes every twenty minutes because the Originals wanted them too be dripping wet to know that they were in charge and they always got what they wanted. Caroline couldn't break she just couldn't. The sweet little good Caroline was dead and she was replaced by a new and improved Caroline. The Originals continued their beatings before Caroline finally had enough.
"Stop" she whispered, she was barely healing because she barely had any blood in her system.
"What did you say darling?" Klaus asked.
"Stop" she repeated.
"Are you going to turn it back on?" Klaus asked.
"Yes, just stop" Caroline begged.
"Then turn it on Ms. Forbes" Elijah encouraged her. Caroline nodded and leaned her head back against the chair before the Originals saw her crying. Klaus was by her side in a heartbeat, he kneeled down next to her. Caroline lifted her head and all you saw was a whole bunch of tears falling from her eyes.
"K-klaus" Caroline looked to Klaus, she had a sad look in her eyes.
"Love?" Klaus had to make sure it was her.
"Everything I've done, oh my god" Caroline sobbed harder.
"It's all okay, you didn't mean to" Klaus reassured.
"But I did, all those people" Caroline continued to sob.
"You didn't mean to" Klaus replied.
"But I did" Caroline didn't know what to do now.
"I will help you through this" Klaus watched as Caroline lowered her head.
"Really?" Caroline sniffled.
"Of course, my brothers can even help" Klaus looked to his brothers and they nodded.
"Its funny" Caroline said.
"What is?" Klaus asked confused. Caroline lifted her head and looked at Klaus with an amused smirk.
"How a few tears gets the big bad hybrid to become sentimental" Caroline laughed.
"You never turned it back on" Klaus felt dumb for believing her.
"Nope, now why would I?" Caroline asked.
"This isn't you" Klaus had to make her see the light.
"Oh Klaus but it is" Caroline smirked.
"Not it's not."
"You're pathetic, you think that I could actually love a heartless monster like yourself, you're nothing but a sad excuse for a man. I'm glad I turned off my humanity because I can see clearly now, I can see who you truly are, a sad little boy in desperate need too be loved. Do you honestly think I could love you, you're nothing" Caroline spat.
"Stop it" Klaus had to keep his voice from cracking.
"What Klaus? You know I'm right" Caroline knew the effect she was having on him.
"Stop!" Klaus shouted.
"I wish Mikael would have killed you" right when she finished her sentence Klaus snapped her neck.
"Niklaus" Elijah said.
"We need to double up on the torture, I want her humanity" Klaus said still looking at his blonde beauty now covered in blood.
