A/N: Happy Valentine's Day folks!
Chapter Eleven: Dresses, Skirts, & Heels
Soon it was Wednesday, and after another early morning of Capoeira training, Will, along with Elyon, managed to talk Angela and Clarissa into getting some dresses, skirts, and heels. So after getting Kadma's credit card, the girls headed for the mall with Cassidy driving them.
"I can't believe you talked me into this.", Angela said as they walked into the mall. "I don't see why we have to get dresses and skirts."
"And heels.", Clarissa said.
"Because sooner or later you two will have to go somewhere in which you'll have to were a dress.", Elyon said. "Besides. As one of my Guardians of Metamoor, you'll be attending balls where you'll have to wear a dress and heels."
"Oh joy.", Clarissa said as they walked through the mall.
"Don't worry.", Will said. "We'll help you pick out some nice dresses and skirts."
"And some great shoes to go with them.", Cassidy said. "Promise."
"Maybe a few strapless and thin strapped dresses.", Elyon said as they entered a clothing store. "Some long skirts, mini-skirts, and regular skirts. And shirts to go with them."
"Plus, you two will have to learn to wear heels.", Will said. "And trust me when I say that won't be fun.", she said getting a groan from Angela and Clarissa.
"Groan all you want. You're still doing this.", Elyon said. "Now move it!"
"So the sooner you learn, the better.", Cassidy said as they walked to the dresses and skirts section of the store. "Now let's find you girls some good skirts and dresses."
As Elyon, Cassidy and Will were looking through the many skirts and dresses, Will pulled out her cell phone and dialed Hay Lin's cell phone number.
"Who are you calling?", Elyon asked.
"Hay Lin.", Will said. "If anyone knows about dresses, it's her. She even knows more than Corny."
"Very true.", Elyon said as Will waited for Hay Lin to answer her phone.
"Hey, Hay Lin.", Will said to the Air Guardian on the other end. "I'm at the mall with Elyon, Cassidy, Angela, and Clarissa. We're trying to find the right kind of skirts and dresses for our two "newest" girls. And I was wondering if you could come here and give us a hand. You're already here at mall!? Cool! Meet us in the store where you got those skirts last week."
"Well that was easy.", Cassidy said.
"Yeah.", Will said as she put her cell phone away.
A few minutes later, Hay Lin came bouncing into the store with a beaming smile happy to help.
"You're way to happy, Hay Lin.", Angela said.
"Are you kidding!? This is going to be fun!", Hay Lin said smiling. "So did you pick anything yet?"
"We picked some skirts and dresses.", Elyon said pointing to the dresses and skirts they had hanging off the rack near the dressing rooms along with two white blouses for the two girls to try on with the skirts.
"Wow! You guys picked some nice dresses! And the colors work for them, too!", Hay Lin said looking at the dresses and skirts that were on the dressing room rack. "I can make some changes to these making them easy for Clarissa and Angela to run and fight in, if they ever need to."
"Really?", Cassidy said. "Cause I have some skirts that I'd like altered."
"Sure!", Hay Lin said. "So how much cash do you have on you to get some dresses and skirts for you and Clarissa?", Hay Lin asked Angela.
"I have my grandmother's gold card.", Angela said. "But Grandma said not to go overboard."
"Okay.", Hay Lin said. "Try these dresses and skirts on while Elyon and I go pick out some more dresses and skirts.", she said as she and Elyon walked off towards the section of the store that had dresses and skirts leaving Will and Cassidy with Angela and Clarissa.
"Not to mention some shirts to go with the skirts.", Elyon said.
"Okay, ladies.", Will said with a smirk. "Let's try on some dresses and skirts!"
"Aw, man!", Angela said as she and Clarissa went into separate dressing rooms to try on the clothes their friends picked out for them.
"Quit complaining!", Will said with a grin. "It won't be so bad.", she said as she handed Angela a white dress over the dressing room door. "Try this on."
"Here you go, Clarissa.", Cassidy said as she handed her a black dress from over the dressing room door.
"Ummmmm... I may need some help putting this on.", Clarissa said from within her dressing room.
"Same here.", Angela said from her dressing room.
Cassidy and Will couldn't help but giggle before going into the dressing rooms to help the two guys-turned-girls. Will went in Angela's dressing room while Cassidy, like the last time, went in Clarissa's. At first, everything was going well. But then...
"Hold still, Clarissa!", Cassidy said as she was helping Clarissa with her dress. "I can't zip up your dress if you keep squirming like that!"
"You can't zip it up because it's to tight!", Clarissa said.
"What are you talking about?", Cassidy questioned while trying to zip up the dress. "It fits your waist just fine. It's not tight."
"Not around my waist, it isn't.", Clarissa said as she turned to face Cassidy to show that the dress was pressing against her chest so tightly that her breast could pop out at any moment.
Seeing this, Cassidy couldn't help but crack up at it all as she had Clarissa turn around so she could unzip the dress.
"I'm glad you're having a good time.", Clarissa said.
"Sorry. But I couldn't help it.", Cassidy said as Clarissa slipped out of the dress. "Looks like we have to fine dresses that have room up top. Be right back.", she said as she left the dressing room to get another dress for Clarissa to try on.
As for Angela, she had another kind of problem.
"Well it fits.", Will said as she was able to zip the dress up Angela had on.
"Not really.", Angela said with a somewhat strained voice as she turned to face Will. "It's a bit tight.", she said as Will looked to see the dress squeeze on Angela.
"Oh my gosh!", Will said as she went behind Angela and unzipped the dress allowing Angela to breath as she took a deep breath. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah.", Angela said. "Geez! And I thought shopping for regular girl clothes was hard!"
"I'll go get you something else to try on.", Will said as she left the dressing room to see Cassidy picking something else out. "Let me guess. To tight for Clarissa."
"In the chest.", Cassidy giggled. "Angela?"
"The same.", Will said. "Maybe we should let Hay Lin pick out the dresses."
"Good idea.", Cassidy said.
"What's a good idea?", Hay Lin asked as she and Elyon came walking up to them with some dresses.
"That you find the dresses for Angela and Clarissa.", Will said. "We may have picked the wrong size dresses for them."
"We did?", Elyon questioned. "But the dresses are the right size."
"In height, yes.", Cassidy said. "But not in the bust area."
"They're a bit tight up there.", Will said.
"Oh.", Elyon said.
"I kind of figured as much.", Hay Lin said. "Which is why I got the same dresses that you got. Only they're not to tight in the chest area."
"Way to go, Hay Lin!", Cassidy said as she took the dresses off the rack letting the Air Guardian put the dresses on the rack.
"I'll go put these dresses back.", Elyon said. "Have fun getting those two to try anymore dresses on."
"Ha. Ha. Very funny.", Will said as she took the white dress Hay Lin pick into Angela's dressing room while Cassidy took the black dress Hay Lin picked into Clarissa's dressing room.
"Is that the same dress?", Angela and Clarissa asked at the same time getting a laugh from Hay Lin who waited for the girls to come out in their dresses.
A few minutes later, both girls came out in their dresses. Angela's was white while Clarissa's was black. Both dresses were of the same design. They were thin strapped and went down to the ankles with a slit going up the thighs of the right legs. They were form-fitting yet allowed them to move around freely.
"Not bad.", Hay Lin said. "I like them. But how do you two feel in them?"
"It feels weird.", Clarissa said. "It's not like wearing pants or shorts."
"I know.", Angela said. "I feel like my legs are a bit exposed."
"You'll get use to it.", Will said. "Trust me when I say I know how you feel when I first wore a skirt."
"Now let's try on some other dresses.", Cassidy said as she grabbed another dress for Clarissa to try on while Will did the same for Angela.
So for the next hour, Angela and Clarissa tried on some more dresses. When all was said and done, both girls picked two white dresses, two black dresses, two yellow dresses, and two red dresses each. Clarissa also picked out two dark green dresses, and two brown dresses with one strap for the shoulder and an elegant belt around the waist, while it flowed around her legs. As for Angela, she picked two dark violet, and two dark blue dresses. They also did the same for the long skirts in number and color.
"That's it?", Elyon asked.
"Yep.", Angela said.
"I feel this is all we need.", Clarissa said.
"Why not these pink skirts?", Hay Lin asked them.
"I honestly just can't see myself wearing a pink skirt.", Clarissa said. "I have my limits."
"Plus, I don't think it goes well with my eyes.", Angela said surprising Will, Hay Lin, Elyon, and Cassidy.
"Yeah. I feel the same way.", Clarissa said.
And it was then that both guys-turned-girls looked at each other in horror and moan.
"Oh, Dear Lord! We're really turning into girls!", they both said sadly getting laughed out of the other girls.
"They have arrived!", Cassidy joked.
"Not helping!", Clarissa said.
"Just be glad that Corny or Irma aren't here to hear you say that.", Elyon said.
"Good point.", Angela said.
"Hey! Why not try these on.", Hay Lin said as she handed them both teal colored dresses. "I think they'll look good on you."
"Sure. Why not?", Clarissa said as she and Angela went into their dressing rooms with Will going in with Angela and Cassidy going in with Clarissa leaving Elyon and Hay Lin waiting for them to come out to show off the dresses.
"This has been fun.", Hay Lin said.
"Yeah!", Elyon said. "I can't wait to go get them some heels."
"Now that should be fun!", Hay Lin said.
"Hey, guys!"
Both Hay Lin and Elyon turned around to see Alchemy and Taranee with a sad-looking Matt Olsen.
"Hey, guys!", Hay Lin said. "You're just in time!"
"For what?", Taranee asked.
"We're here with Will and Cassidy helping Angela and Clarissa pick out some dresses and skirts.", Elyon explained.
"No way!", Alchemy said.
"Yeah!", Hay Lin said. "They already picked out some dresses and skirts. Now I have them trying on one more dress each before we go and get some heels for them to wear."
"Oh! I got to see this!", Alchemy said as they waited for Angela and Clarissa to come out in the dresses Hay Lin picked for them.
"Hey, Matt?", Elyon said to the young Regent before she noticed the look on his face. "What's wrong?"
"That's what I'd like to know.", Alchemy said.
"We ran into him at the music store and saw him like this.", Taranee said. "The three of us were about to hit the Food Court when I sensed you guys."
"And you decided to come here.", Hay Lin figured getting a nod from Taranee.
"So what's wrong, Matt?", Elyon asked.
"I'd rather not talk about it.", Matt said.
"Is this about Irma?", Hay Lin questioned to which Matt looked at Hay Lin in a surprised way. "Thought so. What happened, Matt?"
"Well...", Matt began to say when Will and Cassidy came out of Angela and Clarissa's dressing rooms getting not only his attention but the attention of the other girls.
Then, Angela and Clarissa came out of the of the dressing rooms dressed in the teal dresses Hay Lin gave them to try on. Both dresses went down to their ankles and had slits that went up to the left thighs of their legs. Angela's dress only had a strap on the left shoulder white Clarissa's had a strap that looped around the neck.
"Wow!", Alchemy said. "Nice dresses."
"Great choices, Hay Lin.", Taranee said.
"Thanks!", Hay Lin said. "They do look great on them."
"Still feels weird.", Angela said.
"You said it.", Clarissa said. "Wait a sec! When did you three get here?", she asked Taranee, Alchemy, and Matt.
"Just a few minutes ago.", Taranee answered. "Me and Alchemy ran into Matt and were about to go to the Food Court when I sensed you all here."
"And what's wrong with you, dude?", Angela asked Matt.
"Me and Irma broke up.", Matt said surprising everyone but Hay Lin.
"I thought so.", Hay Lin said.
"How did you know?", Matt asked.
"After what I told you yesterday, I figured that Irma would get upset and break up with you.", Hay Lin said. "I'm so sorry, Matt. I shouldn't have said what I said when Eric called."
"But you were right, Hay Lin.", Matt said. "Me, Nigel, and Eric decided to welcome Andrew and Sondra into the band. I could have kicked them out just to make Irma happy. But that wouldn't have been fair to them or the band. Besides. Maybe I need this alone time to focus more on my music. No offence against Irma, but she did take up a lot of my time. I hardly got time to work on any new songs."
"Unlike when you and I were together.", Will bragged. "I gave you the time to do things lke that."
"That's because you had swim team practice.", Cassidy replied.
"Yep.", Will said with a smile.
"Well, Matt, no offence but I say you may be better off without Irma.", Clarissa said. "From what I could tell, she was starting to act a lot like Cornelia."
"I noticed that, too!", Matt said. "And you should have seen what she did to try and get me to get rid of Sondra."
"What did she do?", Hay Lin asked.
"Well, when she came over to my house she had this trench coat on with some sandals.", Matt began to explain. "I asked her to come into my family's garage to talk. Once in the garage, I closed the door so no one could hear us argue, if it came to that."
"Okay. So what happened?", Elyon asked.
"Well, I tried to convince her to ease up and not be worried about Sondra so much. But she wouldn't listen.", Matt continued to explain. "So she drops the trench coat to reveal a skimpy thong bikini that didn't hide much in the chest area.", he said getting a gasp from the girls.
"I can't believe Irma would do such a thing!", Hay Lin said surprised by her best friend's actions.
"Well, she did.", Matt said. "It took a lot, and I mean A LOT, of will power to tell her no."
"And in doing so, you lost Irma.", Alchemy said. "Matt, that took a lot of guts."
"Thanks.", Matt said.
"Now be ready for her to give you a hard time.", Clarissa said as she patted Matt on the shoulder. "And ten to one, Cornelia will be helping her."
"Oh, boy.", Matt said not liking the sound of that.
"Don't worry, Matt.", Angela said. "We got your back. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get out of this dress.", she said as she and Clarissa turned to go into the dressing rooms they were in. "Hey! A penny! Pick up a penny and you get good luck!", she said as she bent down to pick it up giving Matt a good look at her rear which he couldn't help but stare at.
"Whoa!", he said to himself as he looked at Angela's butt.
"Like what you see, Mr. Olsen?", Will asked Matt with a smirk.
"Huh!? What!?", Matt questioned looking at Will who was still smirking at him.
"I guess he did like what he saw!", Taranee laughed with Will, Cassidy, Hay Lin, Alchemy, and Elyon causing Matt to blush a bit.
"What's so funny?", Angela asked as she stood up straight.
"Matt was staring at your butt when you bent over to pick up the penny.", Hay Lin laughed.
"That's kind of mess up, man.", Clarissa said from within her dressing room as she was changing her clothes.
"I... I couldn't help it!", Matt said. "You got some junk in the trunk, Angela. And I don't mean that in a bad way."
"Ooooooooh!", Will, Taranee, Cassidy, Hay Lin, Alchemy, and Elyon said.
"I'm somewhat flattered, yet a bit creeped out.", Angela said as she walked up to Matt. "Now don't you go and be getting any ideas, Mr. Olsen! As my friend, you can look, but don't touch. And by look, I don't mean stare like a twit! Got it?", she said while poking his chest with a stern look.
"Got it.", Matt said with a nervous smile getting more laughs out of the other girls.
"Good.", Angela said as she turned to go into her dressing room to change clothes.
As she was doing this, Matt couldn't help but look at her rear as she walked into the dressing room.
"Ummmm... Matt? You're pitching a tent again.", Alchemy said getting Matt's attention.
Matt looked down at himself to see that he indeed had pitched a tent in his pants.
"Again!?", Angela questioned as she peeked out from her dressing room.
"I'd hate to see what would happen if you were to ever see us in the buff.", Clarissa said as she came out of the dressing room in the clothes she had on when she came into the store.
"Well, he did see you two topless.", Cassidy joked making Matt blush some more.
"Leave the poor guy alone.", Angela said as she came out of the dressing room in the clothes she originally had on. "He's been through enough with Irma and him breaking up."
"True.", Will said. "We'll ease up on you, Matt.", she said making Matt smile. "But you know, this may be a good thing."
"How so?", Matt asked.
"Well, maybe after some time, Irma will see what she lost when you two broke up and want to get back with you.", Taranee said.
"Or, you may find someone else.", Cassidy said. "You never know.", she said as Clarissa and Angela gathered the dresses and skirts they picked out as well as the teal dresses Hay Lin picked out for them.
"Maybe even Elyon.", Angela whispered to Will getting a giggle out of her.
"I have noticed how she looks at him sometimes.", Will whispered back. "They might get together."
"You never know.", Angela whispered back as they walked up to the register.
Once at the register, Angela used Kadma's gold card to pay for the clothes. They were then bagged so they could carry them easily. Of course, Matt had to carry at least four of the bags while Angela and Clarissa carried two each as they and the others headed for the shoe store to get some heels. Once there, Angela and Clarissa made it clear that if they were going to have to wear heels, then they were only going pick short heel shoes. To which the girls agreed seeing as they had the same kind of shoes for dresses. Matt just kicked back and chilled as the girls went through the many shoes at the store. But in the end, Angela and Clarissa picked shoes that matched the dresses and skirts they got. Which made sense to the girls. So after paying for said shoes, the girls and Matt went to put their clothes and shoes in the ride they came in and then went back in the mall to get a bite to eat at the Food Court and its many resturants to get food from. A few minutes later, they were all sitting together at some tables they put together ready to eat.
"How can you girls wear those shoes?", Angela asked.
"Lots of practice.", Will said. "So I suggest you break those shoes in as soon as possible."
"Do what I do.", Elyon said. "Walk around in them at your home. And walking up and down some stairs helps too."
"That can work.", Clarissa said.
"Are you girls sure you want to do this whole bath house thing?", Angela asked. "It is asking a lot of you all."
"True.", Cassidy said. "But it's like Hallie said. We need this as much as you do."
"Yeah.", Alchemy said. "We need to get use to being in the buff with you two seeing as we know you're still guys."
"Point made.", Angela said.
"Oh yeah. I almost forgot.", Taranee said looking at Clarissa. "Peter asked me to put in a good word for him with you.", she said with a giggle as the others giggled or snickered as well.
"Oh brother.", Clarissa said while rolling her eyes. "No offence, Taranee, but if I don't running into your brother it'll be to soon."
"Ummmmm... Clarissa?", Alchemy said.
"Yeah?", Clarissa asked.
"Guess what.", Alchemy said.
"What?", Clarissa asked.
"It's too soon.", Hay Lin said trying to hold back her laughter.
"Huh?", Clarissa said as Hay Lin pointed forward.
Clarissa looked forward to see Peter coming up to them with a smile on her face.
"Aw, man!", Clarissa said with a moan.
"Hello, ladies. What's up, Matt!?", Peter said to everyone there. "Hello, Clarissa.", he said in a way that told her he was into her.
"Ummmmm... Hello, Peter.", Clarissa said being nice yet hoping Peter wouldn't stay long.
"What's up, Peter?", Taranee asked her brother.
"Nothing much. Just came to hang with some of my friends at the arcade.", Peter said. "And to my surprise, I run into you all when my boys and I came to get a bite to eat. It must have been meant to happen.", he said while flashing a charming smile at Clarissa.
"No he didn't just say that.", Angela whispered to Will who giggled.
"So what brings you all to the mall", Peter asked.
"Well, actually we all kind of ran into each other.", Taranee explained. "Me and Alchemy are here to get something to wear for Andrew and Sondra's party this Friday."
"I was at the music store.", Matt replied.
"And the rest of us were in the clothing store.", Elyon said.
"And now here we all are.", Angela said.
"Interesting.", Peter said when one of his friends called out to him. "Well, I have to get going. I hope to see you at the party this Friday, Clarissa.", Peter said as he flashed Clarissa a smile before leaving to join up with his friends.
Once Peter and his friends had left the Food Court, the girls and Matt couldn't help but crack up while Clarissa was banging her head against the table.
"Looks like somebody has a date this Friday!", Cassidy laughed.
"Oh no I don't!", Clarissa said. "I'll avoid Peter the whole night if I have to. Matter fact! I just won't go!"
"Oh yes you will!", Angela said. "Cause if you don't, Peter will ask for you."
"So.", Clarissa said.
"So if he ask Corny or Irma about you, they just may take him to where ever you are just to watch you sweat and squirm when you two are alone.", Taranee said.
"Aw, crap.", Clarissa said.
"I have an idea on how to get Peter to back off.", Taranee said. "It'll involve Aldern and some glamour to make him look Human."
"I have just the thing.", Elyon said. "I can put some power into a ring that can make him look Human. We just have to pick which race."
"African-American.", Alchemy said. "Somehow I can picture him as an African-American."
"Very true.", Taranee said while tapping her chin.
"So you plan on having Aldern pose as Clarissa's date just to keep your brother from flirting with her.", Will figured.
"Pretty much.", Taranee said.
"I got to admit. That's pretty darn clever.", Hay Lin said.
"So I'll be going to this party with my best friend as my date?", Clarissa questioned. "Does anyone, besides me, see that as a bit weird?"
"We know it's weird.", Matt said. "But it beats having Peter flirt with you through out the party.", he said with a grin.
"Point made.", Clarissa said. "Okay. I'll do it.", she said with a sigh.
"And with that settled, me and Taranee can go get what we came here for in the first place.", Alchemy replied.
"Which is?", Elyon asked.
"A shear wrap around skirt to wear with our bikinis for the party.", Taranee answered.
"Someone plans on showing off some booty.", Angela said with a grin.
"That's the plan.", Taranee said with a sly smile. "We'll be covered yet can still show-off enough."
"Do you two have any of those kind of skirts?", Alchemy asked Angela and Clarissa who shook their heads.
"Looks like we have more shopping to do.", Will said.
"Oh joy.", Clarissa and Angela said sarcastically getting a laugh out of the others.
Elsewhere, Irma called Cornelia and had her meet her at the boardwalk. Once she got there, Cornelia saw how upset Irma was and saw why she wanted to meet up at the boardwalk. One, it was at the ocean. And two, Irma always felt calm near water. And by the look on Irma's face, Cornelia knew what had happened.
"Let me guess.", Cornelia said as she stood next to Irma who was looking out over the ocean. "He didn't pick you over Sondra."
"I had it all planned out.", Irma said. "We talked, in which he tried to get me to change my mind. Fat chance of that happening. I even brought up Taranee and Hay-Hay and how they would feel about Sondra being a part of their band. And he said that they were okay with it."
"For real!?", Cornelia questioned. "Are you kidding me!?", she questioned getting a nod from Irma. "What are they thinking!?"
"I don't know, but that almost threw me off.", Irma said. "So I went and showed him what he'd be missing if he decided to keep Sondra in the band."
"And after seeing you in your bikini, he still decided to keep Sondra in his band?", Cornelia questioned.
"He said something about not screwing over his friends just to make me happy.", Irma said with a hint of anger in her voice. "That... That... JERK!"
"First, me with Caleb. Then, you with Matt.", Cornelia said as she looked out at the ocean. "The both of us are the hottest of our friends and yet we couldn't get our men to stay with us. Is there something wrong with us?"
"Don't know and don't care!", Irma snapped. "Right now, I want to show Olsen how wrong he was for breaking up with me!"
"Welcome to my world.", Cornelia said. "I want Caleb, aka Clarissa, to pay as well. But how?"
"Wait! There's that party Andrew and Sondra are having this Friday.", Irma said. "How much you willing to bet that the girls will be there?"
"Oh yeah!", Cornelia said as a smirk grew on her face. "You can really get Matt when he shows up there and embarrass him.", she said making Irma smile a sly smile.
"And I know Peter will be there.", Irma said. "So we can have him go after Clarissa which will really bug her.", she said with a chuckle. "We'll have fun watching her squirm!"
"This Friday is going to be fun.", Cornelia said. "For us that is."
"Can't wait.", Irma said as she and Cornelia watched the ocean waves crash against each other as they were thinking of what they were going to do to the ones they believed hurt them.
A/N: Poor Clarissa. If it's not Cornelia trying to give her a hard time, it's Peter flirting with her. Here's hoping Aldern can help with the Peter problem. As for Irma, that girl needs to get over herself just like Corny needs to. And who of thought that both Angela and Clarissa had such fashion sense? Could it be from their transformation or did they have it the whole time? Anyway, the fun isn't over for them as they'll have to get ready for the party. And by get ready I mean getting all dolled up. So to speak. Read on to find out what happens next!
