When the two exited the dungeon, the door shut, leaving no sign of an entrance. Ghirahim ran quickly to a first aid kit, grabbing it before running out of the academy with Aleya. His full worry was now beginning to be expressed. He ran off the island, calling Aleya's loftwing.
When the loftwing caught them, Ghirahim flew towards the entrance to the Lanayru province, landing the loftwing shortly after in front of the entrance to the abandoned factory Aleya used to live in.
He kicked open the door, and entered the building. He lay Aleya down on the ground gently, and Aracha's slowly crawled out from a hiding place in the facility. The demons had not been eradicated, they had been protected by the building.
Ghirahim sighed quietly in relief when he saw the small creatures. He knew how helpful they could be.
Ghirahim managed to fix Aleya up with bandages, disinfecting the cuts, all with the help of the Arachas of course. It was painful to be moved for Aleya, having been abused the entire time she was with Groose. When Ghirahim had finished, Aleya looked up at Ghirahim, and Ghirahim grabbed her hand gently, smiling softly.
"Hey..." She said quietly, Ghirahim laughing softly before hugging her close to him.
"I missed you so much... You have no idea, I was so worried... I searched for a month, and I couldn't find you.." He whispered, before tears once again streamed down his face.
Aleya began to have tears fall down her cheeks as well, and her eyes closed as she hugged Ghirahim. "I was worried you would die... I wasn't sure if I could continue to live if you did die.." She said quietly, her forehead nuzzling into his shoulder as they hugged.
Ghirahim peppered her with kisses, his form changing once again back to his human body. His white hair hid half of his face as he hugged her, and then he pulled back slightly when he heard Aleya laugh quietly.
"Will you fix my hair? I'm pretty sure it looks terrible" Aleya said, bringing some much needed comic relief.
Ghirahim chuckled quietly and nodded a little "Of course I'll fix your hair." He said quietly and smiled at her.
He snapped his fingers, and hair shears appeared in his hand, as well as a comb. He combed her hair out first, before beginning to cut her hair, snipping away the crudely cut pieces.
Red hair fell around them, and it only took Ghirahim a few minutes to snip her hair into an edgy pixie cut, side swept bangs covering one of her eyes. He lifted her chin up so he could examine his work, a smile appearing on his face. "You look absolutely stunning." He said, kissing her nose.
Aleya smiled when he finished and kissed her nose, her face lighting up with happiness once again. "Thank you, Ghirahim." She said quietly.
Arachas crawled over to both of them, and Aleya's eyes widened with surprise and happiness when she saw them. She had believed that the small creatures had died along with the other demons upon Demise's eradication, but here they were, safe and alive.
After a while of relaxing, Ghirahim grabbed Aleya's hands gently. "We should head out of here.. Go somewhere else that isn't too predictable. The hero will no doubt be after us, since that little... incident with Groose. And to be quite honest, I don't think you've recovered enough to go head to head with him." Ghirahim said softly.
Aleya's eyes widened slightly at the thought of no longer staying in the abandoned mining facility. "But we- we just got here..." She countered quietly, looking down at the ground.
"I know, I know... I wish I didn't have to do this to you, I know how much this place means to you. But we could leave, we could explore new area's we didn't even know existed. It's just not... it's not safe here anymore. Anything could happen from this point on, we both didn't anticipate we would be separated for so long, yet it happened..." He said, gently brushing her bangs aside, his hand gently cupping her cheek. Though a demon lord, he wasn't incapable of affection.
Aleya wasn't sure what to do. She had missed her home so much, and now she was going to be forced to leave again.. But Ghirahim was right. Anything could happen, and she didn't want to be away from Ghirahim for that long again. Aleya hung her head a little, before nodding just enough to let him know she agreed.
"Alright... we can go.." She whispered. "That's my strong girl.." He said, smiling a little.
Ghirahim and Aleya had been traveling for weeks, finally coming back to the sealed grounds. They believed that Link and Zelda were long gone, and Ghirahim smirked a little, looking up at the statue of the goddess.
He instantly grabbed Aleya around her waist, transporting them to the top. Once they were on top, Ghirahim looked at the triforce, and both Aleya and Ghirahim grinned. They knew what this was and what it could do. It would grant anyones wish, whoever touched it and wished with all their might. The triforce could not distinguish between good and evil, therefor it would grant anyones wish.
Even theirs.
"Well well my dear, what have we here? A triforce, left unguarded by anyone. What do you think we will do?" Ghirahim asked, grinning.
Aleya smirked slightly. "Well Ghirahim, I would think we can wish for Demise to come back!" Aleya said, and instantly, both reached out to touch the triforce.
Instantaneously, both demons hands were zapped, electricity jolting their bodies, making them both gasp and convulse where they stood as the electricity coursed through them.
"We thought you might come for that. Sooner or later. I told you Zel, we can't trust them." Link said, stepping up to them from behind, Zelda a few steps behind him.
"You were right Link... I shouldn't have doubted you." She said softly. Link smiled slightly upon sight of them, seeing as both Ghirahim and Aleya seemed to be frozen in place, their bodies unable to move, as if they were glued to the ground.
"Nice job Zelda, let's finish the job." Ghirahim's eyes widened upon this remark, and he shook his head.
"You can't kill us, boy!" He said, his eyes now narrowing at Link.
"Oh believe me, I wouldn't dream of it. I've got something much more suitable." He said, before dragging Aleya and Ghirahim towards the temple.
Once inside the sacred building, Aleya and Ghirahim's magic seemed to be zapped, stopping it completely.
"You two have just been nothing but trouble. And, not to mention, you killed Groose. Oh don't get me wrong, I wasn't really ever very fond of him, but that is just-" Link didn't finish his sentence, simply shaking his head. "You're not going to be let free for a VERY long time." He said, taking both demons wrists and chaining them to the stone wall of the back room.
"I do hope you'll be comfortable, because we won't be seeing you in this lifetime!" Link said, before slamming the doors behind him, sealing both inside. Little did both Ghirahim and Aleya know, they would both be locked away for a very long time.
