"Ok, make sure the tracking device is safely tucked in the suit and that your Blutetooth is on."

He nodded at her softly. She got on her tip toes again and cupped his face underneath the hood and gave him a lingering kiss. "Alright go get em' tiger." She said smiling.

He smiled and ran up the stairs. Adam Hunt was about to receive a warning by the man in the hood.

"Ok Felicity I'm here at the building, are you tracking his whereabouts? Where is he?" Oliver whispered.

Felicity typed furiously away at her keyboard hacking into the security systems at Adam Hunt's office building. She saw that the baldheaded man seemed to be on his way down the parking garage. "He's heading down towards the parking garage. If you go now you'll catch him before he makes it down there…. and Oliver he has two men." She added.

"Alright, got it."

Oliver scaled through the concrete bars at the ceiling of the parking garage, waiting for his first target. He had his hood up and his arrow already perched on his bow ready to strike. "He's there, headed towards your 12 o'clock." He heard Felicity's voice ring through his ear piece. He walked quietly like a predator, hunting its prey. Making sure not to be heard, he looked down and sure enough it was Adam Hunt headed towards his car, guarded by what looked like two men and one more walking away from him.

Oliver took a breath and he could feel his entire demeanor change. He was in survivor mode. Oliver looked around and saw one of the lights, raised his bow and aimed for the light. Flares started coming out and momentarily blinding the men beneath him, signaling his presence. He quickly retrieved another bow and released it hitting one of Hunt's guards on the shoulder making sure not to hit anything too vital.

For a single second before he shot off the arrow he remembered his promise to Felicity, he remembered the day he killed the men that had kidnapped him and Tommy. Despite having a switch where he could turn off his emotions he could still feel every single life he had taken. He promised her, and he promised himself he'd try to deserve her for the rest of his life. He couldn't kill….

Oliver ran across the pillars when he saw the other man pull his gun out and start shooting in his direction. Oliver gave an unamused smile. "Hey! You missed." He taunted to the man below.

"Oliver! Don't taunt the man, he has a gun!" Felicity reprimanded through the earpiece.

He ignored her, reached back for another arrow and shot it hitting the man in the leg and for good measure shot him again in the arm.

Oliver dropped down and headed for both men lying on the ground and punched them swiftly in the face knocking them both out. He stood behind the car and shot an arrow inside; he quickly got on top of the car and stuck his arm inside latching onto Hunt's collar and brutally pulling him out.

The man was on his back now looking straight at him, hands up begging for Oliver who had his bow aimed at him to stop. Oliver could feel his humanity slipping off again, going back to his fight or flight instinct. "Please, just tell me what you want?" The man begged.

Oliver jumped off the car and had Adam Hunt by the collar, pouring every ounce of intimidation he could muster. Oliver looked at the man straight in the eyes and spoke in a low menacing voice. "You're going to transfer 40 million dollars into Starling City bank account 1141 by 10 p.m. tomorrow-"

"Or what?" The man spit back.

"Or I'm gonna take it and you won't like how." Oliver let him go roughly and walked away.

"IF I SEE YOU AGAIN YOU'RE DEAD!" He heard Hunt yell behind him.

Oliver turned with an arrow already perched on his bow and shot it hitting the back window of the car, and once again walked away.

….

Felicity saw the whole thing happen. She was shocked and a little turned on, she had to admit. She did see only two hours ago how Oliver had completely transformed himself. She watched him work out, and shoot arrows. She saw all of it with her own two eyes, but seeing Oliver in his green suit it was like watching him for the first time.

Seeing him actually shoot men with an arrow was something she'd probably never get used to. Even from watching him through the security cameras, she saw the way his demeanor changed. Just like when he was working out, just like a few nights ago when he had woken up from his nightmare. He was on survivor mode; he was on Lian Yu mode. She was proud of him though, he hadn't killed anyone. Sure he had pierced two men with highly sharpened arrows and knocked them out, but he didn't end a life. He had kept his promise, and despite having to see her Oliver change so drastically from what he used to be to a fighting machine was a little unsettling. Though she still loved him.

She was chewing on her nails still looking through some articles on Adam Hunt, when she heard the door of the basement giving a loud clank, signaling someone's arrival. She knew it was Oliver, but Felicity had always been a worry wart. He bounded down the metal stairs and into the middle of the foundry pulling his hood away from his face.

She could see he still held a certain seriousness to his face, it must be hard for him to switch off his survivor mode, she thought.

Felicity stood up and quickly looked him over just reassuring herself that he was ok. He went over to the table where the wooden crate was and laid his bow down. He turned back to Felicity.

"So I'm guessing the warning went off without a hitch?" She asked, trying to lighten the mood.

He sighed and closed his eyes for a second and when he re-opened them she saw that he was struggling to come back to the Oliver he was around her. The one that was carefree with her, the one that despite having gone through hell for five years was still loving and caring with her. She walked closer to him, she didn't dare touch him but she looked straight into his eyes.

"Hey.." She cooed.

He looked straight into her face; she could tell he was trying to put his walls back up. He'd never done that with her, and she'd be damned before he put them up when he was with her. "Hey." She spoke more sternly.

"Oliver, come back its ok." She said. She couldn't handle the look in his eyes, so she placed her hands softly on the back of his head, her thumbs stroking the shell of his ear. "Hey you did well out there. You gave him a warning and you didn't kill anyone…. Olivier it's me, you know you don't have to put up a façade. Don't start putting up your walls with me." She said a touch of plea in her voice.

Oliver closed his eyes again and took another deep breath, this time his eyes staying closed. Felicity didn't say anything. She just continued to comfort him and gave him time to come to his own.

A few seconds passed and he opened his eyes. It was like he switched off the cold Oliver, because he held nothing but adoration for her now. He gave her a sad smile and placed his gloved hands over hers on the back of his head.

"Thank you." He whispered.

Felicity gave him a grin and gave him a chaste kiss. "Your welcome."

"I'm sorry about that… I just-"

"Oliver it's ok I get it-"

"No, Felicity baby… let me get this out… I just sometimes It's really hard for me to turn off that side of me. The Oliver from the island, I was him for a long time and it's really hard to turn that off. It's hard to see people as people and not as threats." He looked down his hands still on top of hers; she just stayed quiet listening to him.

"You're the only person I saw as a person when I came back. That's why things are still practically the same when it comes to you and me, why I can't be me with mom, Thea or Tommy. I see you as the woman that I fell in love with, the woman I'm still completely in love with. I can let my guard down with you. And I know you know this because you're so smart and perceptive." He dropped his hands from hers as she let him go and let him walk past her to sit down on the black swivel chair she was previously using.

He looked up at her and she leaned against a metal table still listening to him. "When I was there with my bow aimed at Hunt and his men, I thought of you… I remembered what I had promised you, no killing. But despite not killing anyone I still let myself get sucked into being island Oliver. Still let myself get caught up in my anger."

He saw Felicity nod at him offering a smile as reassurance. "I'm sorry that was like that in front of you, sorry that you had to see me like that. I guess is all I'm trying to say." He finished sadly.

Felicity suddenly got really angry with him. "Oliver Jonas Queen!" She said sternly. He looked up at her surprised written all over his face. She was suddenly standing in front of him her face holding a scolding look.

"Didn't I tell you before? That I'm all in! Oliver, we talked about this. I know what you went through. You know how much I suffered from your being gone, I understand not being the same person but at the same time still having an old part of you deep inside. I know that it was hard for you being on the island, because you had to become a part of yourself that had to kill to survive. I get it. I really do. But for the love of God, don't think for a second that you need to apologize to me for reacting in a situation where you had to shed a bit off of your humanity to prove a point to a criminal that is hurting this city."

"Felici-"

"I'm not done yet Queen!" She shot back.

By now he had an amused and grateful look in his eyes at the blonde standing before him, defending him from himself. He just let her continue, because his girl was on a role.

"Oliver, I get it ok. I know why you act a certain way with your family." Felicity walked closer to a sitting Oliver and sat down on his leather clad lap. He quickly wrapped his arm around her waist, bringing her closer to his body. She looked at him straight in the eyes, completely looking right through him with her bright blue eyes.

"We've talked about this before Oliver. I'm all in, please don't feel like you need to hide a part of who you are now and apologize for when island Oliver comes out. I love you, ok. That means I love every single part of you, the old Oliver and the new. Ever since you've been back you've never put up your walls with me, don't start now ok?" She paused, giving him a lustful look. "Plus, it kind of turned me on seeing you all Robin Hood like." She said suddenly changing the atmosphere around them into a lighter one. It was one of the many powers of Felicity Smoak.

"Robin Hood? Really?" He asked amused.

She slapped him half-heartedly on the chest. "Hey! I happen to love Robin Hood! And way to kill the mood Oliver. I just finished telling you I got all hot and bothered by you shooting bows and you had to-"

Felicity didn't get to finish because by then Oliver had claimed her lips with his. The kiss was messy and passionate. Their lips smacked against each other's in a heated dance and all Oliver could think about was getting his hands on that soft skin of hers. She was amazing; once again completely surprising him.

Felicity moved around in his lap so she was now straddling him, her legs wrapped tightly around his hips her skirt hitching up her sexy thighs. He realized he still had his gloves on so he took them off quickly and his hands landed on her legs squeezing them. She had her hands running all over his chest and their kiss was getting hotter and hotter.

Their heavy breaths were mingling with each other's every time their lips separated for a moment. He could feel her heart pounding against her chest in sync with his. Her hands started to unzip his leather jacket and he removed his hands from her thighs so that he could shrug out of it. While he took off his jacket she made work on his jawline, feathering heated kisses down his throat and across his collar bone making his erection throb.

The second he took of the green jacket his hands went back up her legs and up to her ass giving it a squeeze as he swallowed her moan with a kiss. His hands kept squeezing her pushing for the much needed friction between them.

Felicity started to moan quietly as her hips moved in circular motions, her heat against his erection. They were separated by layers of clothing and Oliver was growing more frustrated by the second. Felicity had him wrapped around her little finger, after all these years. He didn't know how he survived 5 years without her. Her hands moved up to the back of his head and down his shoulders using them as leverage as she threw her head back in pleasure, as she continued to rock against him.

There heated moment was short lived when Oliver heard Felicity's phone go off. "Leave it." Oliver said kissing down her neck. His hands moved up from her ass to her hips using his thumbs to caress the skin exposed.

Felicity continued to rock against Oliver when her phone started ringing again. "AHH!" She groaned annoyed. She moved back to look at Oliver's face that was flushed and his eyes nearly a navy color due to the lust. She imagined she looked the same. She gave him a sad smile and he nodded.

She stood up from on top of him, quickly fixed her skirt and walked over the table where her purse was. She grabbed her phone and saw that it was Thea calling. "Thea…" She mouthed over to Oliver.

"Hello?" Felicity said cautiously.

"Felicity! Why didn't you pick up the phone?... Never mind that have you seen Oliver or heard from him? Mr. Diggle is going crazy looking for him, said Oliver escaped from the restroom window! I mean who does that?!" Felicity's eyes bugged out and quickly put the phone on speaker not knowing how to answer.

"Hello? Felicity? Have you seen my brother?"

Oliver looked at Felicity. "Just tell her that I picked you up from work and went on a private date." He whispered.

"Yeah Thea, sorry. Um your brother is here with me. He picked me up from work, and brought me on a surprise date. We'll be home soon!"

"Ah huh… Well whatever, just tell Ollie that he promised mom he'd take his bodyguard everywhere he went. Poor man, feels like he's going to lose his job."

"Yeah, I'll tell him… OH! Please tell Mr. Diggle that Oliver is really sorry, and that he's not going to lose his job because of Oliver…." Felicity said giving Oliver a disapproving look when she heard Oliver chuckle.

"Yea ok, see you both in a bit."

"Ok bye."

Felicity hung up and looked at Oliver, who looked really uncomfortable she might add. She grinned knowing exactly why he looked so frustrated. "Well your sister totally killed the mood."

Oliver gave her an are-you-serious-look, and she could only smirk.

"Oh come one, go change your mother is probably waiting for us." She said pulling him off her chair. He bent down and gave her one more lingering kiss.

"Oh and by the way… Tommy invited 300 hundred people to your welcome home party."

"Do we really have to do this?" Oliver asked seriously.

"Yes we do. Tommy and Thea worked really hard on this party. I know it'll be hard, but I'll be with you every step of the way." Felicity said straightening the imaginary wrinkles of his suit jacket. Diggle was a few feet away from there, far away that he couldn't hear their conversation.

He looked down at her and she looked so sexy. She had a long sleeved tight black little dress the stopped well above her knees and hugged her like a second skin showing off her glorious ass that he loved so much, and making her womanly curves very prominent. Her hair was in waves and her glasses off, letting him see her glorious blue eyes on display. She was radiant and she was all his.

He put his hands on her waist and brought her in closer to him. "Have I told you how sexy you look tonight?" He flirted.

She blushed and rolled her eyes. She will never get tired of hearing him say how beautiful or sexy she looked. It made her feel so special. She looked at him; he too was gorgeous that faint stubble adorning his beautiful cheekbones, and his black suit tailored to perfection showing off his glorious body. She returned the gesture. "You don't look so bad yourself."

He gave her forehead a small kiss and looked down at his phone. It was 9 o'clock and Hunt hadn't made the deposit. His mood already starting to crumple.

"He hasn't put the money in the account yet huh?" Felicity asked quietly.

"No."

Felicity sighed. "OK well, we have an hour before the time is up, let's just go in there have a few drinks and if the money isn't in by 10 then, you have to do what you have to do. You gave him a warning and he didn't cooperate."

Oliver could only nod.

"Question is, if it comes to that. How are you going to dodge Mr. Diggle again?" Felicity whispered, gesturing to the large man standing a few feet away from them.

"We'll cross that bridge when we get there."

Felicity wrapped her arm around his. "Ok ready?" She asked.

He could only look down at her. "As I'll ever be."

Felicity and Oliver walked down the stairs and into where the party was being held. Felicity could feel Oliver stiffen up beside her, and she gave his arm a squeeze as a small reassurance.

They continued to walk down no one glancing their way as of yet, when Tommy finally noticed them. He yelled for the music to stop and practically ran all the way up the stairs to where Felicity and Oliver were standing and handed them both a shot of tequila. She saw Oliver put on his fake smile, and she felt a pang in her heart, knowing that he couldn't be himself anymore. Not unless he was with her because the party boy was no longer who he was.

"Alright everyone! Our guest of honor has arrived! And I'm sure everyone here would like to say welcome back from the dead!" He turned to Oliver and Felicity and gave them a smile, and raising his shot glass. "TO OLIVER!" He cheered, and the entire venue echoed. "TO OLIVER!"

Both Felicity and Oliver raised their shot glasses cautiously and drank when it came to it. Oliver still had his façade on and she was still on his arm, lending him the silent support he needed.

The party continued as Oliver was submitted to meaningless conversations with people he couldn't give a crap about. He put on his best and most convincing smile, trying to show Tommy that his efforts weren't going to waste. He felt bad, his best friend still saw him as the old Oliver, and even though there was still a part of him that was still Ollie. He had changed; he wasn't a party boy anymore.

He could only thank his lucky stars for the billionth time that Felicity was by his side the entire time. He pulled Felicity along with him to the bar where there weren't as many people, and saw that Diggle was cautiously standing at the foot of the stairs they had entered through watching him.

Oliver sat down on the stool and Felicity followed suit. He grabbed his phone from his jacket pocket and saw that it was 5 till 10. He closed his eyes taking a deep breath trying to calm his anger. "He still hasn't deposited the money… I need to go." He stated.

Felicity nodded. "Ok, lucky for you Adam Hunt's building is only across the street. You know where I put your stuff, I had to get here two hours early, and skip out on work I might add. But anyways I have my Bluetooth piece right here in my clutch and my phone is wired with the GPS system. I'll also be able to help you transfer the money once you give me the go."

Oliver looked down at his phone once again. "Ok I'm going."

Oliver stood from the bar stool and bent down to kiss Felicity, and walked off.

Oliver quickly walked down the lower floor where the kitchen staff were.

"Something I can help you with?"

Oliver silently cursed when he heard the voice of his bodyguard, he turned giving Digg a fake smile. "Just wanted some time alone-"

"I don't believe you, see I've seen the way you are with Ms. Smoak you wouldn't just leave her for some alone time." Digg answered back.

Oliver rolled his eyes, hating what he had to do next.

"Party's this way." Diggle beckoned to the large double doors. Oliver knew those doors were locked, but pushed down anyway.

"Doors locked."

Diggle went to open them and then Oliver wrapped his arm around Diggle's neck knocking him out.

Oliver had his suit on and he was swiftly making his way across the street, using the shadows to help him. He clicked the button on his earpiece. "Felicity?"

"Yeah I'm here, are you out already? Where's Mr. Diggle?"

"He's…. asleep."

"Oliver…" She warned.

"He's fine Felicity, ok I'm headed towards the building. Is there any way you can hack into his security cameras on your phone and tell me how many men are waiting, and see if you could turn off the cameras on the elevator?" Oliver only waited about 30 seconds before Felicity replied.

"Done. Ok I can't count them all but they're all there waiting in the hallway outside Hunt's office. Oliver…. They all have guns." She added quietly.

Oliver cursed again. There was no way he was going to be able to make it to Hunt's office without getting shot, but he had to do this.

"Alright well I'm in making my way towards the elevator."

"Oliver look I know I made you promise not to kill but-"

"It's ok, I'll be fine. I keep my promises."

There was a moment of silence when he heard her breathe loud. "Ok, please be careful. I know you're probably annoyed with me having to say it but-"

"Felicity, I'll be careful."

Oliver pressed the button the elevator to the 18th floor. He raised his bow when he heard the familiar ding of the elevator…. Oliver took a deep breath and released right as the the doors opened.

**** A/N PLEASE READ **** Ok guys here's chapter 11 for you. Ok a few things…

One, I know this is basically Arrow with Felicity being in the mix ahead of time. I know it may seem unoriginal to do a fic this way, but I've always wondered how it would have been if Felicity was Oliver's first love instead of Laurel. I said from the beginning this will be Arrow just a bit different. I will change some dialogue and tweak the scenes like you saw in this chapter in the party scene.

I'm sorry if this is something you guys didn't want but it's how I had planned my Fic. A reboot or remake of Arrow with Felicity as the main love interest from the very beginning. But there WILL be some differences and their will be Olicity angst in the future chapters.

Second I won't add ALL the Arrow criminals, it'll just be the most important ones. And I will throw in different stuff too, to keep things fresh.

And thirdly this fic will be kind of lengthy so I might have to make a sequel for this. Hope yall don't mind.

But yeah you guys again sorry for the unoriginal idea, this is just me writing how I think things would have gone if Felicity was his first love instead of Laurel. But I hoped you liked this chapter and PLEASE REVIEW! You guys make my day whenever I open my email to a new review, let me know how I'm doing and if you like the story! Thanks for everything guys I love yall!
