Because it's Baby's birthday(at least it is/was when I am writing it) I decided to update this story instead of one of my other ones like I originally planned.
Back to Dean
Dean was highly pissed off. Cas wouldn't help him. Angel was with Adam. Sam was with that bitch Ruby. And he, well, he was stuck in, God only knows where. Annoyed he grabbed a burger off the table.
"Of all times to be thinking of your stomach." Angel spoke up from behind Dean, causing him to jump.
He was about to respond, but he was grabbed from behind and pushed against the wall.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Angel yelled, trying to free Dean.
"We haven't much time. Zachariah will be here soon." Once Castiel knew that Dean wouldn't cause him any problems at the moment, he pulled out the knife. Slicing open his left arm, he soaked his hand in blood he drew an angel rune.
"You do know that, that," Angel said, pointing to the blood on the wall, "Will have no effect on me. Cause I know that you know who I am now, right, soldier?"
"No. It's not for-"
"Castiel!" Zachariah boomed, "Would you mind explaining what the Hell you're doing?"
When Cas didn't answer him, Zachariah went to stop him. As he reached, Angel grabbed his arm, bending it back behind him, bringing the angel to his knees, Cas finished the rune.
Screaming, he was transported somewhere else. After shielding from themselves from the blinding light, Cas spoke, "He won't be gone long. We need to find Sam now."
"Where is he?" Dean demanded.
"I don't kn-" Cas started, but was cut off by Angel.
"Chuck. He'll know." Angel said.
"We have to stop him from killing Lilith." Cas said as he handed over the knife.
"But Lilith's gonna break the final seal." Dean said, slightly confused.
"Son of a bitch." Angel muttered, Dean looked at her, obviously recognizing the four words. "What?" She asked, seeing the look on he's face. "After sending four going on five years with you guys I was bound to pick up a few things."
"I believe she now realized that Lilith is the final seal. She dies, the end begins." Cas explained.
She didn't wait for any other words to be said as she grabbed ahold of Dean and Cas and transported them the Chuck.
As he turned around, he almost dropped the phone. "Wait. This isn't supposed to happen." He looked them over before stopping on Angel. "Who are you?"
"You know who I am. I'm the Winchesters angel." She said, as she walked towards him. "Where is he?"
"W-Wh-Who?" He stuttered.
"Sam. Where is he?" She demanded.
"I can't tell you. What I saw- This isn't supposed to be happening." He replied.
Not liking his answer, she grabbed him by the collar, lifting him up above her head.
"Stop! You can't harm him!" Cas yelled at her, rushing to try and set him free.
"Oh you'd be surprised at what I can do." She said as she threw him back. "Where is Sam."
"At a convent. Saint Mary's. It's in Maryland." After she got her answer she dropped him back to his feet.
Not a moment after, the house started to shake and the light became blinding.
"It's the arch angel! I'll hold him off! You, Go!" Cas yelled.
Grabbing his arm, Angel yelled at him, "No! Their after me! You take him to Sam."
"Just go!" He yelled as he banished her away and sent Dean away.
Don't ask me why Dean managed to land standing when we arrived at St. Mary's. But he some how managed it whilst I had landed on my side with the wind knocked out of me.
After she stood up, we started running the halls, looking for Sam.
Ruby must have heard us because when we rounded the corner, closed the doors. Angel tried to force the doors open, but for some reason, they wouldn't open.
"I don't understand! I can't open them!" She screamed as she she banged on the doors.
Dean started to bang on the doors too. Yelling at his brother.
On the other side of the doors.
"Dean?" Sam asked quietly, looking at the door.
As the pounding on the doors continued, Ruby was screaming at him. "What are you waiting for?! Now! Do it Now!"
"Sam!"
"Do it now!"
As Sam started his internal debate, Lilith started laughing as Sam. Repeating the words that she knew that Ruby had made Sam hear not long ago.
"You turned yourself into a freak. Ha ha! A monster! A vampire! And now you're not gonna bite? Ha ha. I'm sorry. But that is honestly adorable."
The demon blood that was inside Sam did not take well to being made fun of and took over Sam. His eyes bled black as he started to kill Lilith again.
After he had managed to kill her, her hosts' body collapsed to the floor. Moments after, her blood seeped onto the floor. Her blood flowed by itself, making a rune.
"What the hell?" Sam questioned.
"I can't believe it!" Ruby muttered.
"Ruby? What's going on?" Sam demanded.
"You did it. I mean it was a little touch-and-go there for a while, especially with that bitch behind those doors, but you did it."
"What? What? What did I do?" Sam demanded again, wanting answers. "What do you mean she's out there?"
"You opened the door. " She answered with a smirk. "It seems that, that Angel still managed to find you. And despite her best efforts, He is free at last."
"No! No! He- Lilith, I stopped her. I killed her!" Sam tried to deny, pointing at the dead body to prove his point.
Ruby's smirk grew bigger, "And it is written, that the first demon be the last seal. And you bust her open. Now guess who's coming to dinner?"
Sam gasped at what he had done. Pulling at his hair, started freaking out.
"You don't even know how hard this was. All the demons out for my head. No one knew. I was the best of those sons of bitches. Not even the most loyal. Not even Azazel knew. Just Lilith. Yeah, I'm sure your a little angry right now, but I mean, come one Sam. Even you have to admit, I'm- I'm awesome. I did what no one else could. And your Angel, she tried to stop this and she failed!"
"You bitch! You lying bitch!" Sam snapped, trying to use the demonic blood against him, but he couldn't, he had used it all on Lilith.
"Don't hurt yourself, Sammy. It's useless. You shot your payload on the boss."
"The blood... you poisoned me." Sam growled.
"No." She replied, shaking her head. "It wasn't the blood. It was you and your choices. I just gave you the options. And despite Her, you chose the right path every time. You didn't need the feather to fly. You had it in you the whole time, Dumbo. I know it's hard to see it now but it's a miracle. So long coming. Everything Azazel did, and Lilith did just to get you here. And you were the only one who could do it."
"Why? Why me?"
"Because it had to be you. It always had to be you. You set him free and he's gonna be grateful. He's gonna repay you in ways that you can't even imagine. Especially after you give him your Angel."
While they were arguing, the did not notice that Angel and Dean had manged to break open the doors.
"Think again Hunny. No one is getting me." Angel said, walking to Sam. Dean following behind her, pulling out the knife. She quickly went to Sam's side, healing him a little and giving him a shot of energy.
"Your too late." Ruby said as she stood up.
"I don't care." Dean growled as he stormed up to her. Sam had grabbed Ruby from behind, holding her tight as Dean stabbed her. After he turned the knife in her stomach, Angel had grabbed Ruby's body, she pulled her head off her body to insure that she was dead.
As Angel wiped the blood on her pants, Sam had apologised to Dean. When they all heard the rumbling they turned to the door.
Blinding light poured from the door, Dean and Sam watched in horror. Pushing at them both. "Go! Get out of here! Now!"
As they ran out of the church, Angel waited for Lucifer. After all the shaking, rumbling and blinging light stopped, Lucifer stood in the door way.
"Well, isn't it little Ms. Isabella Swan. One of my vampires killed you right? That's why you're the Winchesters guardian angel now." Lucifer asked with a dark laugh.
"It's Mary." She bit out. "And what's it to you if I'm there guardian or not? You're still not going to touch them?"
"Wanna bet?" He walked foreword, "One of them will be dead in a year now that I'm back. There's nothing that you can do about it."
"No! You are not going to have Sam or Dean!" She growled.
"If I'm right, and I will be, You will give up your immortality that our Father gave you." Lucifer said with a smirk.
Glaring at him, "You're not taking them from me." She snapped. Transporting herself to Sam and Dean, grabbing them and taking them somewhere without anywhere in particular in his mind.
What she didn't know, she was going to pay heavily for a mistake she had just made.
And that is the end of season four.
