Singer's Auto Salvage...

11:42 a.m

Sam had just added a small note after having read for three straight hours. His eyes felt dry and his head throbbed. It was in the afternoon, about time for lunch and his brother's usual nap. Dean was upstairs in their room. Sam doesn't understand why most likely he just wanted space.

The youngest and Bobby have basically been helping him with almost everything.

Sam stood to head for the kitchen, he'd make some hotdogs. He opened the bottom cabinets taking out a pot to rinse out. Next were three plates from the dishrack.

He opened the fridge then jumped hearing something loud at the steps tumbling down and...that definitely was his brother's yell.

"Dean?!"

Sam went out the kitchen to the hall and found Dean at the bottom of the stairs rubbing his head.

"Are you okay? Don't move!" Sam ordered and kneeled down beside him.

The youngest wasn't sure what to check first, the answer was solved when Dean's hand wrapped around his left forearm. He hissed and his breath hitched.

"Okay, let go, let me see."

Dean shook his head side to side and tears were beginning to come out his eyes. Bobby rushed through the front door and toward the stairs.

"What was that?!"

"I think he tripped down the steps," Sam answered trying to actually get a glance of the limb. "Dude, just-you gotta let go."

Dean took a few deep breaths and looked away loosening his hold. "Don' t-touch it."

"I have-"

"-No dammit!" Dean tried to wipe his tears but he couldn't help it. More just came out blurring his vision. His arm had to be broken, it was at a weird angle and it hurt like a sonuvabitch!

Sam made a weird sound, whenever that came out of his mouth it was always something bad. "...We gotta go."

"Get in my car, I'm driving." Singer said.

Dean this time didn't have any argument, he was currently biting his bottom lip trying not to start screaming. Bobby snapped as if he just remembered something and left down the hall. Sam was mumbling something to himself.

"O-okay okay, I'm going to pick you up now alright? You'll have to hold it still."

Dean had his eyes closed focusing on anything else than his arm hanging weirdly to the side, he gripped the limb again. A hoarse whimper escaped him and he was in the air and being carried outside.

"You're going to be alright," Sam said as calmly as he could manage.

The front door was still thankfully open.

This was more than he or Bobby could deal with. A dislocation, sure, every other month one of them had one...this was much different. A tiny voice in Sam's head was questioning how Dean-the adult part was still sticking around. He would have definitely thought Deano would pop up by now...if he did...this would probably go a whole lot worse in a matter of seconds. Sam has to give it to Dean...with how weird his emotions have been to see him basically silent with tears in his eyes...

How?

How is Dean still here?

Sam had quickly entered the old Chevrolet Chevelle. He didn't want to put Dean down or jostle him too much. Dean's face was covered in sweat and turning red. Any moment it'd look like he'd explode.

"Dean...it's okay to cry, just don't try to hold it in," Sam assured.

Dean opened his eyes giving him a death glare which meant shut the hell up, but with them filled with tears, it lost some of the effects it had. Sam was about to say something when Bobby hurried down the porch. There was a blue folder in his left hand.

"It'll be ten minutes tops." Singer said as he entered the vehicle.

He started the car and left the auto shop. Sam held his tongue for now watching as his brother turned into a tomato. It's not like he could force him to let it out. his arm looked like freakin rubber for crying out loud! He probably fell on it with most of his bodyweight.

Sam wondered what that folder was that Bobby had to get. It might be the papers they made for Dean...thank God they thought of that before this happened. It was most likely that then, for their identities and all that jazz. Most of the time they couldn't risk going to a hospital. Plus with his brother's 'odd' behaviors. They didn't need any questions or-

'Bzzz Bzzzzz Bzz'

Sam took out his phone very carefully from his pocket. He was successful, Dean was still trembling, but didn't seem to notice the tiny movement.

Dad...

"Of course..." Sam held a curse before answering.

His father always chose the perfect of times...

"Hey...I, I was thinking I'd come over and check on things...it's been about a week or tw-your grinding your teeth, what's going on?"

The youngest hadn't noticed, "Not the best time, John...were headed to the emergency ro-"

"-What? What happened? Was i-"

Sam decided to cut him off too, "-He fell, Dean fell down-it's dad."

Dean had widened his eyes, "D-don't tell h-him!"

Sam paused.

"Dean fell? What did he hit, his head?"

"No, he...um,"

"Sam..." John had a warning tone it.

Dean is John's son and Sam would hope if something like this happened someone would tell him. He's not going to be like their dad and withhold information. Sam looked away from his brother to the road, Bobby was taking a back road. The main ones had some traffic he wanted to avoid.

"He broke his arm. It's in the middle of his forearm."

"Jesus, alright. You do know there gon-?"

"-Yes, we have it covered. So...maybe another day...unless you're actually going to come?"

The oldest seemed surprised at that question...but his mind raced back to the pain in his arm.

Sam highly doubted their father would, he didn't come when his brother was most likely going to die...multiple times. Why would he come for a broken arm?"

"...We'll see." John answered.

The youngest almost felt the need to utter Christo. "R-really?"

Dean had made a noise and cursed under his breath when the car jolted. Bobby apologized profusely. Sam tightened his hold. "I gotta go, see you...maybe."

He hung up just as they pulled up into the entrance area of the emergency side of the hospital. Bobby drove up to the clear doors. Sam opened the passenger side door of the car and exited. Sam said sorry, but he couldn't totally stop all movement.

Singer leaned over before Sam closed the door. "I'll park, take this, I'll be in there as fast as I can."

Sam was handed the folder, he quickened his pace into the hospital. A nurse saw him and immediately came over joined by another.

"What happened?" She questioned. She was in light purple scrubs and had black hair in a short style. Her skin was dark, and she had a full figure. Her eyes were very sweet looking.

Jake...had black hair also, in the same scrubs and seemed nice. He was Asian and pretty lean looking.

"He fell down the stairs," Sam answered.

For once it wasn't something they needed to make something up about. Nurse... Alyssa and Jake told him to follow. Once Dean was on a stretcher he could deal with the paperwork. There were only two people in the waiting room nearby.

The oldest pulled away from both nurses touch as the walked through the hall. At least they hadn't had to wait. There was an empty room, it was small but could fit the three of them. There were large paintings on the walls of the space Obviously this room was meant for children seeing as it was zoo themed. There was a big lion...elephant...zebras and a polar bear near some penguins. Dean couldn't give two shits about the room, he was currently groaning when he was put down.

"Someone else came with us, he's his...grandpa."

Dean almost smiled at that but it left in a blink of an eye. Alyssa was trying to calm him down so she could see the injured limb.

Jake had nodded to what Sam told them as he wrote something down. "You won't be staying in here, we'll be moving you to a different room as soon as we have one ready. Mr...?"

"It's Sam. I'm his uncle."

"...Are you his guardian?"

"Yes," Sam said quickly.

The youngest gazed over to find Alyssa looking over the broken arm. She didn't seem very hopeful about this. "Mr. Sam-" Alyssa began.

"-Just Sam is fine."

"-Sam...if the grandpop could come and stay with...?"

"-Dean."

"Dean here while you fill out his papers that would be great."

"He shouldn't take much longer." Sam asserted.

There was notable swelling in the middle of the forearm and up to his wrist. His fingers were puffy too, There was definitely a deformity and all three could see it. Alyssa gave a small smile to try and maybe help Dean feel better...emotionally at least.

"Hey, I'm going to see if or when radiology will be available." Jake left the room and down the hallway.

Alyssa had dawned some gloves, "Did you notice him having any trouble breathing, dizzy or anything like that?" She asked.

His brother wasn't going to answer anytime time soon, so she had to ask Sam. The youngest shook his head, Dean had been rubbing his head though, "I think he may have hit his head, I had been in the kitchen at the time so I hadn't seen him fall, but I heard it..."

Not much later Jake came back to the doorframe."Sam...is the grandfather wearing a hat and named Bobby?"

"Yeah."

"Alright. I'll bring him in." He replied.

Jake left again leaving the three of them, Dean was squirming uncomfortably as she examined the broken area.

She soon took her hands away and walked over to a small cabinet. "I'm going to take a look at his eyes and then we'll see what the doctor will do after taking a look at the X-ray."

Alyssa came back and Dean held his arm away from her. "Don't worry I'm not gonna touch it right now, I just wanna see your eyes."She said.

Dean glanced at Sam, before watching as she brought a small device toward his face. She passed the light side to side looking closely. "You have very nice green eyes, Dean. You know I never really noticed the color, oh you have them too...but-"

"Yeah, mine has blue too, it changes a lot. Sometimes it looks brown even, or greener at times. Though Dean...his has been the most intense green I think."

"So it runs in the family...bright eyes?" She asked.

Sam smiled, "Maybe..."

"Now, I'm gonna listen to your breathing." She brought a stethoscope to Dean's chest and he tried to take a deep breath, he had to lean forward so she could get to his back.

Soon Singer came through the door, "Hey, doctor'll be in here in a few."

"Bobby, I'ma step out for a few minutes, papers you know." Sam raised the blue folder. "I'll be right back okay?" He touched the top of Dean's head before pulling it away quickly, it was another thing that had grown into a habit.

Dean was too busy breathing deeply to notice and gave a shaky nod, Sam suddenly felt the need to try and stay, but it shouldn't take long. Bobby walked behind to switch places as he started to exit the room, the youngest then bumped into someone. "Oh sorry."

"It's fine, you're Sam? You're Dean's father?"

"No! I-I-...uncle, I'm his uncle." Sam felt weird at that thought but tried not to show it to the doc. "'scuse me."

The doctor moved aside and entered. He gave a big smile to Dean who looked like he wanted to strangle someone. An odd look for a kid who's three or four. Dr. Philip Gregscky was handed some gloves, he whistled at the abnormal limb being hidden. "Now what happened here...Dean?" He made sure the name was right on the clipboard. Bobby held the side of the stretcher and watched, Dean didn't say anything, he was still red and sweat was trickling down the sides of his head mixing with his tears.

"Sorry, I know you probably don't want to talk, now if I could have a look at that arm, I can figure out what we can do so it doesn't hurt okay, Deano?"

"Don' call me 'dat!" Dean raised his voice but then bit his lip, he had squeezed his arm too hard, a heavy but caring hand was put on his right shoulder. It was Bobby, "Take it easy there, he just gonna help you alright, let him see it, Dean."

Dr. Philip didn't say anything else, Dean slowly let's go and gasped when the doctor touched it. He turned his arm to see the other side and let go. "Did you check his Blood pressure yet?"

Alyssa shook her head.

"No, you got here before I could. Here." She handed him a children's cuff.

Dr. Philip walked around the stretcher to the other side near Singer. "We're just going to check this and we'll see about a room for you. He's lucky not many people are here today, I'm sure it won't take long."

Bobby nodded and moved slightly so he could give the doctor room. The nurse threw her gloves away in the waste bucket, "I'll see if Jake found a room"...

The dark red cuff was already on Dean's arm when she left, Dean stopped trying to hold back any more tears. He just wanted the pain to stop and to go back to Popo-...Bobby's house. Where had Sam gone again? He focused on what the doc was saying.

"-lieve the Xray room is already empty so we can-"

"-Where's S-sammy?" Dean didn't know why his voice sounded so scared. He wasn't scared, actually, he just wanted to leave.

Bobby was by his side again, "He should be back in a couple minutes."

"So you're the grandfather?" Philip asked.

Singer sighed at that, "Y-yes..."

"Ah, okay. His pressure is a little high, that's to be expected though."

Jake entered joined with Sam, "Room is ready, we can head for the Xray though to get that out of the way. Alyssa will take...Bobby...?"

"Yeah." Singer answered.

"-Bobby to the room." Jake finished, he came to the stretcher and started to loosen the brakes.

Sam came over to make sure Dean was mostly alright, "I'm back, you're gonna be fixed up soon alright?"

"Hurts." Dean's voice was slurred.

For his brother to actually admit this, it had to be intense. Sam felt like his control of the situation was slipping away. He wanted ti to fix this right now, but he couldn't. Dean's face was still flushed, but his eyes were becoming hazy. Deano might make an appearance soon.

"Can he have something for the pain?" Sam asked.

"We can start an IV, but not just yet after he has the X-ray some medicine will be ready to go by the time we get back to the room. It shouldn't take more than fifteen minutes." Dr. Philip answered.

"What he will be getting is in a liquid form, it'll work fast and put him to sleep. Though we have to call down for it." Alyssa said.

Sam and Bobby followed close by.

Jake came over with a new set of rubber gloves and a few packets. Dean saw the needle sighed deeply. He always hated them, yeah it was something he had gotten used to. Being stitched up or numbed, but it didn't mean he was alright with getting them. Something with when someone he doesn't know does it.

Jake chuckled a little, "Don't worry, this is the butterfly stick." He glanced up at Sam. "Kids always say it's better than the usual."

Dean closed his eyes letting go of his left forearm so they could get to his right. Something cold was wiped down the top of his hand and it was angled downward so they could see his veins. Sam had put his hand on the back his neck, maybe to comfort him. The oldest didn't really care right now. The pain was making him feel nauseous. Plus...it did kind of help him feel a little better...just a little.

"Okay, you're doing great, on three." Jake started to countdown.

The needle entered his skin and he held his breath.

"All done. Good job." Jake praised already putting the empty packets in the waste bucket.

Dean rolled his eyes and held his forearm again. By now the stretcher was being angled to exit the small room. They rolled down the hallway which was surprisingly pretty empty. Thet entered a large elevator which went to the third floor. Bobby was then led down a left hallway by the female nurse. The two brothers were taken with Jake and the doctor down another hallway leading to the X-ray room.

"Alright, Sam why don't you put him on the table while I grab something? I'm Tim, the radiologist for today. Hey, there little dude." Tim voiced.

Dean didn't reply but glanced at him.

There was a large machine overhead. Sam Slowly helped his brother from the stretcher to the table and laid him back. Tim came back with two lead aprons, he handed one to Sam.

"So your name is Dean, right? Well, this will feel a little heavy, but it'll only be on you for a few minutes. Sam? You can stay by his side."

The apron was put over Dean's chest and stomach. The stretcher was then moved out the way and the radiologist reached up to the big machine overhead. Jack went through a door that had a large viewing window.

"Alright, this is to take pictures of your bones, he doesn't have anything metal right?"

Sam shook his head as he put the heavy material on. Tim positioned the device over Dean's forearm.

"Now you just need to try and stay as still as you alright, buddy?" He left the room and watched through a clear window thing. Sam stayed close by wishing this would go faster than it was.

"By the way," Jack began, "I just heard the medicine has just got to the room, Alyssa said she'll have it prepped as soon as we get back."

The youngest thanked him and laid his eyes back on Dean. His face was still very red and his skin slick.

"...S-sam."

"I know, stay still just a little longer." That's all he could say for now.

There were few humming noises before it quieted and Tim came back out joined with jack.

"Fantastic job kid. Maybe you can have a lollipop if it's okay with Sam?" Jack pushed the stretcher near the table as Tim lifted the X-ray up and to the side.

Sam smiled a little at that, just a bit weird. However, right now he really wanted to get his brother better. Hopefully, it's a clean break and it'll only take a couple weeks to heal.

He lifted Dean carefully once again, that's when he caught it. That look, that fully glazed eyes, and flickering eyelids. His brother opened his mouth in a silent wail before anything came out.

"I know-I know." Sam said quickly. He decided to hold him instead.

This was definitely Deano. His now younger brother was hiccupping and shaking against his chest. Tim made an 'Aw' sound at this. Jack lead him toward the door so they could leave.

"Hope he feels better," Tim said.

Sam thanked him as he comforted Dean down the hallways.

/SPN/

In the room, Sam had to keep holding him since Dean wouldn't let go. So now he was sitting in what supposed to be his brother's bed as Alyssa administered a clear liquid into the IV on the top of Dean's hand. The kid had his face smushed so hard against his chest he could probably see his heart and lungs. The 'oldest' rubbed Dean's back gently.

Bobby had left the room to grab something to drink from a vending machine. Although, the old man looked like he was gonna lose it any minute. The sound was also getting to Sam, it made him feel terrible. This might have been preventable if he had just made his brother stay in the living room and watch tv. He really did want to help Dean with...his current situation as best he could, but now...

There's going be some more changes. No matter if Dean likes it or not. He never was invincible and now he's double-no triple as vulnerable.

After a minute or two Deano only whined lowly. His body was much more limp against him. He was getting sleepy, the crying really took it out of him. Also, going by that clock near a big tiger paintings, it was the time for his nap. The drugs worked quickly. Sam breathed out a heavy sigh. He gazed down and shifted his brother to a more comfortable position. He was knocked out, his face had relaxed only twitching a small amount.

Moments like this made Sam feel weird. Something about Dean just made him feel...

Sam wanted him to stay close, it's like every time his eyes are off him something happens. Is this how Dean feels all the time? Worrying so much? The 'oldest' moved some of the dirty blonde hair from Dean's eyes. His brother wanted to get it cut soon, he keeps saying he cant see very well. Sam liked it though, Dean had said obviously he would since Sam's is almost as long as Rapunzel's. Sam squinted at that remark, it's not that long.

Dr. Philip then came in with a folder. "Have the images." He walked over to a device attached to the wall and flicked it on. There were two X-ray images of Dean's forearm.

"Right here we can definitely see the break...but lucky for him, it's as clean as a knife. Very lucky kid you have there...Sam?"

Singer entered with two water bottle and a few bags of chips. "How's it lookin'?"

"Good," Sam answered. "So whats going to happen?"

"Well, first we're going to give him something a little strong so he doesn't wake up while we're fixing the position of his bones."

He raised a pen to the exact area he was talking about. "Next we'll start to cast the whole arm. Thos only because children tend to try and move the limb around and end up damaging it again. We don't want the bones to heal incorrectly, however with Dean being so young I'm very hopeful with the recovery. Little guys heal quickly, it's harder for adults. Sadly the kid won't get to choose what color cast he wants."

"How long do ya think it'll be on?" Bobby asked sitting down.

"...Six to eight weeks. Children heal quickly though so he might restless towards the end. You'll to try and come in for a follow up once ever to make sure everything is going smoothly."

"Uhuh. Do you have one that's green?" Sam questioned.

"Maybe, I'll see. It'll match his eyes."

Dr. Philip turned the device off and put the images back into the folder. "I'm going to call for the dose and cast, it won't be long. It was a pleasure to meet you all, someone else will be applying the cast. I hope Dean will feel better soon. You're going to be here for a night so the cast can harden so...here's a medical gown you can dress him in for the night. I'll see you in the morning."

He shook Sam and Bobby's hand before handing the thin material over. The doctor then left out the door. Singer sat back down opening one of the water bottles as Sam started to take off Dean's shirt very slowly. It was slightly baggy anyway so it wasn't too difficult, he pulled the blue gown over his head and poked his arms through extra careful of his left. It'll be easier to take it off tomorrow. Sm then laid Dean out on the bed and st down on a chair beside him. It was much more uncomfortable than the bed, he dropped his head in his hand's and breathed in deeply. It smelled like chemicals and medicine...he hated the smell of a hospital...or anything to do with one actually.

His phoned buzzed in his pocket.

It was Dad again?

Sam answered the cell.

"-What they say?" Came John's voice.

"...Clean break, their gonna fix it in a few minutes. You changed your mind or something?" Sam thought he would, he might even be moving out for a hunt because he's bored.

"...I'm coming now, I won't be staying long though. You're at the one closes to Bobby's right?"

Alyssa came back with another pack, "I have it."

"...Uh, yeah." Sam answered.

He didn't get why, was John going through something? It's not like he had anything to really go back to...is he trying to...change or something. The 'oldest' shook his head, it was confusing, it was good...or was it? Maybe Sam's being too hopeful.

"I'll be there in an hour."

The call ended and he put it back into his pocket.

The nurse hadn't stayed long, she was called away for another patient. She said a doctor named Martin would be coming soon. She left after giving him whatever was in that needle. Dean relaxed more in his sleep.

Sam was about to say something when a short guy entered. He was older, had graying hair and kind of reminded Sam of the KFC dude.

"So a broken radius...ouch. Well, it looks like he's asleep already. So Mr. Sam and Bobby?"

"Just Sam."

He nodded and took a look at the pictures Philip had left in the folder. He came over to Dean and Sam stood to watch. He removed Dean's right hand from his forearm and looked over the limb.

"Surprising...they should have given him something sooner, but for some reason, the order for the medicine was a little slow. Alright, first things first."

Sam flinched at the sound of a bone-crunching. Martin pushed the angled bone back into place...

It looked good as new. The 'oldest' gawked at this. He thought they'd need to go through more than that. The KFC dude grinned.

"It looked worse than it was." He said.

The supplies were brought in by Jack.

Sam turned the tv down, it was small and stuck in the corner of the room. Dean was still sleeping deeply, a green cast was now on his left forearm.

Dad should be up the elevator in a few minutes. It still was a shock he even came.

Bobby left a little earlier to go home. The old man wanted to stay, but his job called him away. Now it was just Sam, it was 6:30 pm.

John had said he was close family and allowed to come up before visiting hours ended soon. As if on cue, their father entered.

"...Hey." John greeted.

He walked over to the opposite side of the bed taking a look at his other son. He keeps forgetting how small he got, this never fails to amaze him.

"Hey," Sam said.

"...So...cast is green."

Sam stood up and looked at his dad, "Yeah, you...okay?"

John looked a little...unkept, more so than he remembers last time. He had bags under his eyes and slightly paler.

"I'm doing just fine Sammy."

"Sam."

The eldest glanced around the room, the lights were off except for a lamp and the tv in the corner. Sam was about to ask him something when there was a moan. Dean had opened eyes, his orbs jumped around.

"...I guess he's still out of it. Hey, buddy." Sam leaned over the bed but backed away when his brother made face at how close he was.

"Is it Dean, like you know? The kid part?" John questioned.

"Not sure yet...before he fell asleep it was Deano."

They both wait watching Dean gaze between them both. His green eyes went straight to John and widened. "D-dad?"

"Hey, Tiger. How you feelin'?"

Sam stopped Dean from trying to sit up. "You gotta stay still, cast still drying."

Dean slowly looked at his left arm seeing the large green cast. "The hell-...so big?...That's what...she said." He smiled weirdly.

Sam made a bitchface, but still made sure he wasn't in any pain.

"That answers our question." John chuckled and sat down.

"...Why you...h-here?"

"There gotta be a reason?"

"You usually...need one." Dean took a deep breath closing his eyes.

John had looked away at that and cracked his knuckles. "Well, don't worry about that. Looks like I can't go one week without one you hurt can I? Sam said you fell?"

The-for the moment...youngest drooped his shoulders. "I had to tell him."

"...Whatever...thirsty." Dean closed his eyes again before opening them.

"Sam, go get him something to drink, I want to Dean." John ordered standing back up and gripping the bar on the side of the bed.

Sam's eye's darkened a little, "You don't tell me what to do anymore. I'm an adult remember? I will though..." He made sure to look pointedly to Dean. "-Because you need it. Five minutes." Sam finished.

The youngest hesitated, but left closing the door behind him.

John huffed shaking his head, "I feel like every time I say something, he gets more dramatic than the last. I know you're still woozy, but...I have an idea. I can't tell you it's full proof, but-" John stopped a moment taking in the green eyes.

"-Dad?" Dean stared at him expectantly.

What was he thinking? Johns' hands loosened over the bar. "Nevermind. I do have a question though."

He knew it was unfair to ask when he's drugged up. John's going against one of his own rules. However, he needs to know. "It's about Sammy."

Dean stiffened...and John took note of this.

"Y-yeah?...What 'bout him?" Dean's eyes landed on the ceiling over him. He was glad the bright lights weren't on him.

"Yellow Eyes...he said something. Do you know about...anything about visions? And you better not lie to me, boy."

The oldest gazed back to his father and noticed the slightly dangerous look he had. What would John do if he knew about them? He was taking too long to answer, his heart rate increased and they both could hear it. The monitor kept beeping loudly.

"...Damn. What the Hell does it mean? Look...something is changing and I'm not sure what, but Sam...he has something to do with it." John rubbed his chin.

"I think they're after him now, I'm gonna look more into what that bastard had said. Dean...if something seems off about him...you know to call me. If it's bad...I know Bobby and us don't get along, but go to him for help."

Dad didn't know about Sam's powers...something is already wrong, but Dean can't let John hurt his brother. Sammy's...still his little no matter what, he can't just...

"Dad.." Dean began.

Sam entered and halted at how tense they both were. "Dean...everything okay?" Blue-green eyes shifted to John before going back the smaller for laid in the bed. The heart monitor was beeping quicker than when he left.

John back away massaging his neck, "Everythings fine. I think your brother's gonna heal up in no time. I better go. I'll call in a few days...and you," John stopped before he passed him, "Me and you, we are gonna talk. I know you are an adult...but you don't take that tone with me."

Sam felt like he grew a few inches shorter with how angry Dad sounded. Dean couldn't hear what he was saying though.

"I'm always going to be your father no matter how much you hate it or not. You're my son...don't forget it." John closed the door behind him a little harder than he should and both Sam and Dean flinched.

The youngest relaxed a pinch and brought the water over. "Don't even ask me, Dean. Also before you even ask, yes we're staying the night. We leave tomorrow."

Sam pressed the button so the bed raised up. He jaw was taught trying to calm down, something about that man infuriates him no matter what. Dean blinked slowly, but made grabby hands for the cup.

Dean tried to act like nothing happened earlier. Sam had imaginary steam coming from his forehead so, he'd let him pay attention to that.

Sam helped him take a few sips before they both watched tv. dean quickly fell back asleep when the nurse gave him some more pain medicine.

Sam had a blanket on his lap, he started to drift off himself. He had a small amount of salt to make a thin ring around the bed. It was under it so no one would mess it up or see it.

Next Day...

Bobby's Car...

Sam was shaken awake, he jumped and looked around forgetting where he was.

"Shit...sorry, became already?"

The youngest unbuckled himself ignoring Singer's laughter. Dean was also asleep in the back seat.

"I'll get your brother, you need to try and not fall on yer' face...again." Bobby smiled unbuckling Dean who leaned forward.

"Don't talk about that...and thanks," Sam whined slightly.

He climbed out the truck and rubbed on the side of his neck. He had been sitting in the hospital for awhile.

Bobby had Dean in his arms going toward the blue house. Dean still somehow didn't wake up, his arms were hanging on Singer's shoulders. Sam looked up at the sky to see the afternoon sun. They had left earlier, but there had been traffic they couldn't get out of. They also stopped at a burger joint to grab something to eat. Dean would not touch any hospital food, which Sam fully understands. The youngest had a white bag clutched in his hand, it was a prescription the doctor had made out for his brother.

Dean was going to be asleep a lot, but it'd help him heal quicker too. He slowly walked up the steps before he froze. Dropped the bag on the porch before raising his hands to keep himself from falling to the ground.

Sam wasn't on the porch anymore, it was black all around him. The air was cold, he was panting trying to get enough oxygen in his lungs.

Then, it got too bright, there was an image that came up, it was a...map?

Sam didn't understand, his brain felt like it was about to explode. There was something drawn on it. The red marks made a shape...a star.

The image slowly went away, but a new one appeared, it was black eyes.

Back to reality...

"Sam!...-am! Sam!"

All around him it got brighter, someone was standing in front of him. Sam squeezed his eyes shut and groaned, his head was throbbing. He raised his hands to either side of his pounding skull.

"Easy kid..." Bobby said.

His hand was on his shoulder steadying him. Sam felt sick like he wanted to vomit. He didn't even know what that star thing was. He did know what those black eyes were though.

"I'm...I'm g-good. Just give me a minute." Sam sputtered.

Bobby gave him a look. "Jesus, yer' eyes..was that-...one of those-?"

The youngest nodded. He looked down to grab the bag. At least his brother hadn't seen this. "Dean's...in our room?"

"...Yer' gonna act that didn't just happen?!" Singer stopped him from walking away.

Sam smacked his hand from him. "Yes! I don't even know what it means, and I'm not talking about it right now!"

Bobby moved out of his way, he watched as Sam went up the stairs. Singer closed the front door. He'd ask later, but that boy never had a look like that before. Bobby took his hat off to run a hand over his head and put it back on going into the living room.

Sam stepped to the side at the top of the stairs and let his back hit the wall. He slowed his breathing. He touched his face seeing red...he wiped it from his eyes.

After he took two more deep breathes Sam headed for the bathroom.

Sam dropped the towel into the dirty clothes basket and left the bathroom to go back to their bedroom.

Dean was still asleep, it would be a few hours before he wakes up. He was over the blankets on his back, drooling again. Sam set the medicine on the nightstand and turned on the lamp. He was still exhausted, most of the night he had stayed awake. Sam sat on his bed and ran a hand through his hair. That image was still in his mind. It looked a little familiar. He decided he'd check out the map later, something might jog his memory.

He set an alarm on his watch to wake up and give his brother some more meds. Sam still couldn't believe he broke his arm. Just a month, of constant complaining...

Sam had signed the cast while he slept at the hospital. He was bored...plus it was funny. Sam had drawn a dopey face...all his drawings looked a little rough though. He smiled at that.

(Ohhhhhhhh! That was fun, I think I'm going to make a chapter with Dean and his cast. You can come up with what you'd like to see. Also if you want to add in another one-shot you want to read! Sorry, it took it long. Hope you like it. Does anyone else have the urge to read some slightly mean Sam? Haha! I'm evil, leave me alone lol I hope I get more reviews of scenarios, you can be a guest and still ask for one or more! Please consider giving a favorite or follow if you liked this chapter. Sorry for misspells and grammar mistakes. Thank you, Guest, waitingforAslan, and Tianna for reviewing last chapter XD
