Disclaimer: Wow it's been a long time since I last posted anything. Sorry guys, but now that uni exams are over I will defiantly have more time to dedicate to this! Same as always, own nothing and quick warning, rather explicit yaoi ahead. Don't like it, skip to the second story segment, but don't say I didn't warn you ;P.

Dreaming of you

Marik ran a loving hand gently down Ryou's quivering back, causing a muffled groan, and loving let it come to rest on Ryou's naked buttocks. Marik could feel the doctor squirm in his restraints but they held firm, keeping him in an upright, spread-eagled position. Grinning to himself, Marik reached around to the table behind him and grabbed two items. The first was a rubber cock ring, which he slipped over Ryou's erect penis, producing a strangled cry of shock tinged with annoyance. The second was a bottle of cherry scented lubricant which he applied liberally to both himself and Ryou, delighting in the small gasps the other man produced when Marik's probing fingers slipped inside him. Slowly, tentatively, removing his hand, the Egyptian wrapped one arm around the albino's delicate waist, pulling him close. With the other he caressed Ryou's chest, occasionally pinching the other man's nipples as he positioned himself behind his whimpering doctor. Leaning in close, Marik buried his head in Ryou's tangled white locks and breathed in the wonderful soapy smell as he slipped the very end of his penis inside, creating an especially loud moan from Ryou. Easing himself in gently to begin with, his thrusts became progressively harder until he was thrusting as hard as he could, while a free hand stroked the other man's balls, causing the albino's groans to intensify. He could feel Ryou straining to release but the small piece of plastic Marik had slipped on earlier was getting in the way.

The longer Marik was inside him, the more Ryou became frantic, struggling against his bonds and moaning loudly, desperate to take the rubber ring off.

"Shut up pet," Marik purred, ferociously spanking his doctor for his act of indiscretion, until the creamy skin turned light pink and Ryou ceased resisting; letting his head slump forward as tears cascaded down his face. He let himself be used.

"Good pet," Marik grunted appreciatively as his pace increased. He was getting close. Oh Ra it was good! It was so good, words could not describe the ecstasy he was feeling. Just as he felt himself reaching a pinnacle of ecstasy, he reached up and loosened the clasp on Ryou's gag. The Egyptian wanted to hear the doctor scream with pleasure as he released inside of him.

With one final thrust, Marik came, just as Ryou opened his mouth and screamed.

Marik's eyes flew open, however the screaming continued. It appeared to be coming from somewhere down the corridor.

"Shut the frig up!" the Egyptian shouted from his bed, furious at having his dream disturbed. The noise only seemed to increase. "Bastard," Marik grumbled, pulling his socks off and ramming them into his ears to muffle the sound. Attempting to get back to sleep, he rolled over and squelched.

"Frig!" He cried in frustration, cursing all male biology when he noticed the expanding damp patches on both his clothes and bed sheets. His eyes desperately scanned the room for any way out of this mess and, eventually, his gaze found Bakura's empty bed. Grinning nastily, Marik hastily switched his soiled bedsheets with those of his room mate's. He also managed to steal the white trousers that had been carefully placed under the pillow and exchanged them for his own rather soggy ones. Smirking, he slipped back under his now clean bedding and, pulling the pillow over his head, drifted back to sleep.

Ryou woke in a cold sweat. His eyes were wide with fear and he was trembling violently. The half naked man next to him stirred but didn't wake up.

"Atem," Ryou whispered, nudging his partner somewhat desperately. "Atem, please. I'm scared."

The other man opened one bleary purple eye. An arm appeared from somewhere out of the covers, grabbed Ryou around the waist and dragged him in close.

"Nightmares again?"

Ryou nodded fervently, screwing his eyes tightly shut and burying himself in Atem's chest, surrounding himself with his partner's musky scent and trying to forget that horrific court session.

"It's OK," Atem murmured soothingly as he stroked Ryou's tangled white hair."Nothing bad is going to happen. After today you won't ever have to see him again."

"But... if, maybe I'd been a better doctor, maybe none of this would have ever happened. Lots of it was my fault."Ryou said softly, tears pooling in the corners of his eyes.

"Ryou...look at me," Atem said sternly, ensuring that his eyes were firmly locked with the red rimmed ones of his partner before continuing. "You couldn't have predicted what happened. You were doing your best in a difficult situation and trying to ease your patients distress. So you shouldn't blame yourself Ryou, he was just using you."

"I guess," Ryou replied, looking somewhat uncertain.

"You'll be fine," Atem said, stifling a yawn. Smiling sleepily and closing his eyes, he rolled over and drifted back to sleep.

After about five minutes and feeling that the arm around his shoulder had gone limp, Ryou gently lifted it off, being careful not to disturb his parter as he slipped out from under the covers. Fumbling around the room, he eventually came across a pair of light blue slippers complete with matching dressing gown. Putting them on, he padded downstairs to make a quiet mug of hot chocolate.

Sitting at the kitchen table with the steaming mug, his weary eyes fell upon a stack of disorganised paper with a very obvious letter of resignation sticking out the top. Sighing softly, he picked it up and just sat there staring at it for several minutes as he tried to reassure himself that this was the best course of action and that Atem had in no way pressured him into leaving. Placing the letter next to his cooling mug, he picked up another piece of paper. His list of patients. His hand began to tremble and water once more gathered in his eyes, so that it wasn't long before his whole body shook with quiet, heart wrenching sobs and small damp patches appeared on the paper he was clutching to his chest.

"I'm so sorry Marik."

Sometime around midday, a subdued looking Bakura was unceremoniously dumped back into his cell.

"Sleep well?" Marik asked innocently.

"Bugger off," Bakura growled back, shuffling towards his bed and falling face first on the mattress. Grinning evilly, Marik dived under his bed just as the inevitable roar of anger sounded from the far corner of the room.

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO MY SHEETS?" Bakura yelled, stomping over to where Marik lay cackling. Reaching down and, with strength granted to him through blind rage, he heaved the bed frame onto its side, exposing the giggling Egyptian.

"First you take my brother from me and now this! I never wanted a bloody room mate in the first bloody place, but for them to lump me with you...what the hell were they thinking?" The albino bent down and dragged the other man to his feet. "Well I've had it up to here with you," he hissed, driving one fist into Marik's stomach. "That's for ruining my much needed rest and this is for Ryou!" Bakura cried as he punched the Egyptian square in the face, causing Marik's lip to split and a small amount of blood to trickle down his chin.

Suddenly angry and slightly out of breath, Marik retaliated. "You think I want Ryou to leave?" He yelled, landing a surprise blow to the side of Bakura's head, causing the other man to stagger backwards. With a feral roar, Marik threw himself after his adversary, managing to knock him to the ground and easily pin him down, as some of the red hot anger had left Bakura leaving him weak and exhausted.

"You think I want Ryou to leave? Well I don't, I really frigging don't! You, on the other hand, would be an entirely different case," Marik snarled as his hair stood rigidly on end and his hands reached for Bakura's exposed neck.

However, just as his hand were about to close around the slender, white throat, Marik felt rough hands pulling him upwards. Kicking and screaming he was dragged to his feet and confronted with a very unamused looking Dr Katsuya.

"Why is it always Ishtar?" The doctor muttered to himself, rubbing his forehead wearily. Sighing heavily, he jerked him thumb at the door. "C'mon you two, for some reason Ryou wants to see you."

Still staring daggers at one another, the two men were escorted down the corridor.

"I thought I s-should probably apologise for my s-sudden departure," Ryou said, sweeping the large pile of paperwork off of his desk and into the box next to where Marik sat. "A-And I just wanted to say g-g-goodbye before I left" He continued, looking tearful as he said it.

"You're leaving because of him aren't you?" Bakura said accusingly, motioning to, but refusing to look at, Marik.

Ryou looked down at his hands. "N-no. I would never l-leave just because of a patient."

A patient! Marik thought indignantly. I have a frigging name.

"I-I'm sorry, some things have c-c-come up at home so that I a-am unable to stay here."

Bakura raised one sceptical eyebrow "It's that bastard Atem isn't it? He saw what happened the other day and is pressuring you to leave."

"No! Atem would n-never do that." Ryou replied, though he looked slightly uncertain as he said it.

"Yes he bloody well would and you know it!"

Marik sat in stony silence as the brothers continued to argue. "This Atem must be Ryou's aforementioned boyfriend," a familiar voice whispered in his ear. "It's all his fault that Ryou is leaving us." Marik could feel his anger levels rising, he really wanted to scream and hit something, but the voice stopped him.

"Hush Hikari. There's no point getting angry now, we can't do anything here. They'd just stop us like always. No, better to look for something we can use for later."

Visually searching the contents of the few boxes littering Ryou's office as surreptitiously as he could, Marik's gaze eventually fell upon the pile of paperwork. Sitting right as the very top lay a small, rectangular piece of plastic with a picture of Ryou's face and full name on the front. His security card. The darkness within Marik grinned widely.

"Go on, take it. No one is watching you," the voice whispered tantalisingly.

Are you sure this is a good idea? The young Egyptian thought back.

"If you don't take it, I'll make you regret ever being born, I'll make your every waking moment agony so that you beg me to end your pitiful existence," Marik's darkness hissed back. "Take it, take it so that we can finally escape this place and find Atem. We can let him get away with Ryou from us."

Gulping nervously, his eyes darting backwards and forwards and with a slightly shaking hand, he slowly leant down towards the box. Double checking that the other people in the room were still fixated on the twins' argument, he reached out and let his fingers close over the slim, plastic object. Carefully coming back to a fully upright position, he tucked the card up his sleeve, allowed the beating of his heart to slow and tuned back into the external conversation.

"I-I-I'll come and v-visit you a lot, I p-promise" Ryou cried, unable to control the water flowing down his face.

"Of course you will," Bakura said unbelievingly. Getting to his feet, he called to the security personnel just outside the office door. "Take me back to my cell, I think we've said enough."

"Please... don't leave like this."

"Goodbye Ryou, I hope you are very happy with Atem," Bakura shouted back as he was led out, with a poker faced Marik following close behind.

The door slammed shut behind them and Marik could just about make out the sound of sobbing. Don't cry Ryou, he thought, thumbing the card concealed within his sleeve. I'm sure we'll see each other very soon.
