I allowed myself one last as all three of them entered the tunnel, and as they turned around to give one last looked at us, my eyes connected with his eyes as the water began to swirl around them. And then closed, cutting us off once more.

"Eres," I heard Aslan speak and turned to him as I whipped my cheeks off with my. "It seems that you've learned all you can in this world also."

I paused, thinking over his words but couldn't comprehend what he meant. Where was I supposed to go then? "I don't understand."

"Just as the Pevensies came to this world to learn, now I believe it is time that you go to theirs." I sniffled and turned to him fully trying to untangle my thoughts, as a smile spread on his face. Caspian behind me let out a laugh, probably at my confusion and I turned to see his amused face.

"You mean…" I murmured, furrowing my brow and he just gave a small nod and my emotions flipped instantly as a wide smile spread over my face. Sniffling, I reached up once more covering my face as my tears turned to happy ones.

I heard him let out another roar and once more a tunnel opened up. Quickly, I rushed forward and threw my arms around his neck. "Thank you, thank you so much," I spoke excitedly as he let out a laugh.

"You have lived through much, Young One," He spoke and I pulled away. With a smiled I turned and ran towards Caspian.

"I'll be seeing you," I smiled up at him as he lifted me up slightly in a hug.

"I'll miss you," He tightened the hug briefly before letting me down.

"You go get her," I said pointedly and he rolled his eyes, letting out another chuckle, "and tell the crew especially Drinian that I'll miss him, even give him a tight hug for me," I giggled.

"I will," He smiled, "to all," He added increasing my smile.

Giving a small laugh, I turned and licked over my lips as I moved towards the tunnel, reaching in my pocket I held the ring and took a couple steps in. Giving once last look to my home I saw both Aslan and Caspian with smiles and I waved slightly then turned and walked forward.

I squinted as the light got brighter then suddenly all went dark. I blinked rapidly as my eyes adjusted and saw a thin line of light coming through the edges and slowly I reached out and pushed against the door.

"You must be Eres," A kind voice spoke and once again my eyes adjusted to see an older woman with greying hair. "I'm Polly Plummer; I had a dream that you'd be coming."

Lucy's POV

It had been four months since we left Narnia. Mum, Dad and Susan having gotten back from America a couple weeks ago and Peter just got back yesterday from Professor Kirke's.

I was getting back into the swing of things slowly, but Edmund, he was horrible. He only sat in his room and twisted Eres' silver necklace around his wrist. Both Susan and Peter had figured it out almost instantly when they got back but Mum and Dad were really starting to worry about him.

I sighed looking up the stairs debating if I should go and try to bring him down for a game of cards with Pete and Su, but I already knew his answer and turned back around, starting to head into the front room when there was a short rap on the door.

"Got it!" I called.

I stood outside a house in Finchley, London, England with my nerves all on a bundle.

Polly, had taken me in and started teaching me everything that needed to be taught in this world. Including these clothes, that I had on: a light blue dress that hit at my knees and had annoying little buttons up the entire middle and with sleeves that were tight down to my elbows, and undergarments that were very, very weird to me. The only thing that I did recognize slightly was the flat shoes that I had on.

It had a been a torturous two weeks as I got schooled on the ways of Earth and England, but I did slip sometimes on the speech, or ask simple questions that a person my age should know. Now, however, I stood ready with my new shoulder length hair pulled back into a ponytail.

I reached up knocking on the door two quick times before bringing my hand and fidgeting with the ring on the replacement necklace that hung just under my collar.

"Got it!" I heard Lucy's voice and smiled slightly as I watched the doorknob turn. She opened the door with a wide smiled that immediately dropped in surprise.

"Miss. Lucy Pevensie?" I asked with a smile.

"W-what are you? You're here? Wh-Ar-Uh," She stuttered out.

"Eres Plummer," I held out my hand, still teasing her. "The headmistress of the school I'll be attending soon gave me a list of students in the area so I might get acquainted."

"Lu, who is it?" Peter came around the corner and I smiled, giving a small wave as Lucy came out of her stupor and suddenly turned running up the stairs.

"What are you doing here!" Peter came forward and picked me up in a huge hug, lifting my feet off the ground slightly.

"Aslan," I said simply as Susan came out of a doorway to see what all the commotion was. She let out a slight gasp, then squeal that reminded me of Lucy before racing forward and hugging me tightly.

"Lucy, I don't want to play," I heard his voice.

"Just come on," She urged and Susan let me go as my smile softened. Both Pete and Su moved over to the side, allowing me to see him come down the stairs and I couldn't help but think that he looked horrible; hair a mess and shirt un-tucked but still handsome at ever as he looked over to me.

"It's someday," I whispered and he didn't even say a word. He just rushed over and picked me up into a hug as his lips pressed to mine in loving kiss right there on his doorstep.

The End

Just a little note: The title was in part inspired by Someday by Rob Thomas, but I also felt that There's a Place for Us by Carrie Underwood (and is played at the end of the movie) is a great song for it of course. Tell me if you'd like a Last Battle sequel or not for a little extra ending.

Thanks to everyone that reads/follows/reviews…however you contribute, I thank you.
