While helping his daughter Gosalyn deal with a problem she's having with a kid at school like any parent would he's also put in charge of watching Megavolt after he injures a leg during his fight with the caped terror himself how will he handle both without going crackers read the story and see for yourselves

11. Chocolate Pudding

Later that night after going to bed Drake who was trying extremely hard to fall asleep ,is instead tossing and turning unable to stop thinking about Gosalyns safety, or the fact that one day when she reaches high school ,she'll end up like him and be called a dweeb or worse if the bullying keeps up, and he did not want that at all.

"That settles it" Drake says to himself, before saying "tomorrow morning I'm going to try and spend as much time with Gossalyn as I can ,if I don't get called on by the royal headache dim bulb first" with that said that's when he finally manages to fall asleep, before three o'clock A.M Is when he gets a honking to the ear from his unwanted guest ,to which Drake says "speak of the devil" before groggily getting out of bed.

Once he gets into Megavolts room afterwards ,the socket headed ego maniac then tells Drake his demand saying "Drake I want a bowl of chocolate pudding " to which Drake after hearing this, then answers his long time nemesis groggily "are you out of your mind ,its three in the morning, I'm tired and I want to get some sleep" however what Drake had forgotten about Megavolt besides the fact that he's completely bonkers ,Is that he also refuses to take no for answer.

Instead Megavolt angrily replies "I think you meant to say your wide awake, and your going to go get my pudding right now ,or otherwise I light up your organs LIKE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!" pointing an index finger at the ceiling before he charges it up with 20 watts of electricity, to which Drake says "Elmo what do expect me to do, find a store that opens 24/7?" Only for Megavolt to simply reply "its worth a shot isn't it?"

Only for Drake to then answer his unwanted guest "look Elmo, there is no way I'm driving out at night in my pajamas to buy you chocolate pudding so forget it" only for the two unsuspecting foes to glare each other down.

We then Gilligan cut to where Drake had already parked his car in front of a grocery store that is conveniently open 24/7, and when he gets out of his car he is shown to be electrocuted from head to webbed toe, walking in only to ask the clerk at the front of check out register and ask him "where do you keep the chocolate pudding?" The clerk then answers to the cooked duck ,saying "we keep the mix in aisle 8, we don't have any of the made ones sorry" to which Drake buys before returning home.

Back in the Mallard household we then cut to Gosalyn who had gotten out of bed for a drink of water, but instead what she got was a glimpse of her stepdad in the kitchen as if it where morning, before asking him "uh dad what the heck are you doing down here so late?" ,To which Drake nonchalantly replies "making chocolate pudding."

Gosalyn then starts questioning this saying "at three twenty in the morning why?" the only thing Drake could say to his daughter was "I lost control of my life to Megavolt" ,the only response Gosalyn gave to his father was a shrug before getting her water, then asking her dad "how come your letting him push you around, you never do that as Darkwing Duck?" In which Drake replies back with "that's nice dear" before Gosalyn goes back to bed with her cup, telling her father " maybe you should also get yourself some lipstick ,now that you've turned yourself into a kiss up to Megavolt" to which Drake only replies with "that's nice dear."

The scene then cuts to Megavolt who was watching a TV show while laughing his head off ,before Drake comes in with a bowl full of chocolate pudding saying "here's your pudding your majesty" however Megavolt while still watching his program, says in response to Drake "oh that's ok Drake I'm not hungry anymore, I helped myself to some of the leftover steak in the fridge while you were gone."

Hearing that all that work Drake did was for nothing ,Drake then glares at nothing for 30 seconds before he started to scream so loud it was loud enough to almost wake his neighbors, that night after going to bed Drake hopes that Megavolt will give Drake a breather tomorrow long enough for Drake to spend time with Gosalyn .
