The drive to the dance was only a mere 15 minutes…but it felt like an eternity. An eerily silence filled the car as the two teens sat a mere 4 feet apart from one another during the ride. Calvin, for the most part kept his eyes on the road. Every now and then, he would peek over to get a glimpse of Susie. He couldn't help but be distracted by here. She was a sight to see. She showed a lot more skin then what she was comfortable with he was sure, but she looked good doing it.

As Susie looked out the window, she herself could not believe how handsome Calvin looked. As she looked out the window as the houses past her by, she would catch his reflection in the glass. This was the only way she could stare at him, and not let him know that she secretly was admiring his good looks. ("Damn you Mom. I hate it when you're right…but this time, I'm glad I was wrong") she thought as she continued to look on in disguise.

When they arrived at the school, Calvin parked the car need the side exit of the school's auditorium. He wanted to be sure that he and Susie could get out of there quickly should both feel uncomfortable about the whole evening in question. Once he parked the car, Calvin quickly ran around to open the door for her. Susie really was loving this whole new side of Calvin. He did not even have one smart remark about the whole ordeal thus far.

As they walked into the auditorium, they could tell all eyes were on them. Here were the two least likely students to ever be seen at this type of event, let alone with each other. Susie was the first to break the silence as she walked up to the table where Candice and her date Russie White were checking everyone in to the dance.

"Hi Candice…Russie, here's our tickets." Susie then handed the tickets to her friend who was speechless. Candice could not find the words to describe both Susie & Calvin…but tried anyway.

"WOW! Susie you look…Amazing! And…Calvin, well…I…I…you have me at a loss for words! You both look absolutely stunning!"

Susie did her best not to blush. Calvin, well…he wanted to say something that would make it awkward for everyone there…including Russie. However, he remembered the rules that Susie gave him, and rule 3 was not to make rude or obnoxious comments about her friends in her presence. So he took the high road and said, "Thank you Candice, and might I say you look very lovely in that gown."

Susie's eyes almost bugged out her skull when she heard Calvin say that. Candice replied, "Thank you Calvin! Well, here are you stamped passes for the photographer, and don't forget to cast your vote for prom King & Queen as you walk in (Candice winks at them both). Oh, and Susie, Russie and I are at table 4. You and Calvin can sit with us…ok?"

Susie just smiled and nodded to let her friend know that she and her date would join her this evening. As Calvin and Susie made their way past the welcoming committee, Susie smiled softly as she looked up at Calvin and said, "I'm glad you remembered the rules we went over. That was very gentleman like of you back there."

Calvin, doing his best to be a model of good behavior. Not only because he agreed upon this with Susie during their night out, but because he really wanted to show her a good time, and enjoy the night out with his longtime acquaintance.

Finally, they made it to the Photographer. It was now time to have their official prom picture with one another. Susie gave the man the slip that Candice gave her at the door. The photographer then instructed the couple on what to do, "Ok kids, two choices here. One, you can hold hands facing me; Or two, you back to his belly dear and he holds you around the waist. What'll it be?"

Susie thought long and hard about this. She figured if he & she both held hands and he faced each other, that he would do something stupid to make her look at him funny, or he would make a silly face causing her to make an angry one. Susie then gave him her answer, "My back to his belly please."

The camera man took the slip and proceeded to have the teenagers pose with one another. "Ok Ms. Just stand here, and you sir stand right up here and put your arms around her waist. Yes, just like that hold it while I take a few pictures."

Susie had butterflies in her stomach as Calvin rested his hands around her waist. It was a feeling of both bliss and nervousness as to what was to come. For Calvin, he was enjoying every moment of this, as well as the view from atop of Susie. From where he stood, he could see all the way down at her chest. He even was beginning to wonder if she was a B-Cup or a C. It didn't really matter, as they looked nice. And he took full advantage of admiring them without her noticing…he also made sure he obey rule 12 and kept his hands up above Susie's waist.

As he waited for the camera man to, (say cheese); He could also smell the strawberry lilac scent in Susie's hair, and could feel the warmth of her taut stomach. Calvin was beginning to wonder why he never felt this way about Susie or even notice her this way…until now.

As the camera man got ready to give the signal that was about ready to snap the picture, Susie felt something long and stiff coming from behind Calvin. She didn't want to make a scene about it, and she had mixed feelings about what that could be in his right pocket as she leaned into him from that angle, so she did her best to keep her composure.

The camera man then gave the signal, "Say CHEEEEEEESE!" Both Calvin and Susie gave a beautiful smile. The camera man then snapped three more quick shots, and gave Susie the ticket. "Here you are dear, this slip will allow you to print the pictures up at any of these kiosks at the end of the night, or at any CVS. Enjoy the night kids, and thanks."

Susie thanked the man, and then quickly pulled Calvin aside for an impromptu chat. Not knowing how to handle this, Susie just came out point blank, and did her best not to sound too blunt, "Calvin, I need to know what was poking me in the back when you were holding me just now?"

Calvin, doing his best to keep a straight face after what Susie just said as well as how she delivered it. But now, every time he looked at her, he couldn't help but swoon as she looked back at him…even with that face she made when she was mad or even concerned. Calvin just came right out as both said, and re-enacted what took place moments ago.

"Was it long, stiff, and pointy when I held you tightly like this?" No sooner as he did that, Susie's eyes went big and quickly took one giant step away from him, "YES…what was that?" As if she really had to wonder. "Calvin, if that's what I think it was…"

Before she could even finish that sentence, Calvin reached in his pocket and pulled out the two sleeves of nickels her grandmother gave him, and explained.

"Sorry Susie, your grandmother gave me these to play slow songs on the juke box so I could dance with you all night as she requested. I hadn't the heart to tell her I wouldn't need them. Besides, sorry I didn't tell you sooner, but I didn't want to break the pose."

Susie just looked at him and smiled. She liked the kinder, more genuine side of Calvin then his obnoxious immature self. She then took his hand and said, "Come on, let's get over to table four and have dinner with Candice, Russie and the rest of my crew and their dates."

Calvin just nodded and followed Susie as she led him to the table. This time, Calvin didn't mind so much being dragged around by Susie…especially with a good view of that tight backside of hers as she led the way.

Meanwhile…

Moe and crew were going over one last time the details as to what was going to go down and when. They huddled in the hallway as if they were on the field of battle getting ready for the play.

"Alright douche bags, let's go over this one last time. Gil, you get the honor of sliming the Twinkie and the Dike. Justin, you'll be the one to give him the signal once they are crowned. You know how to do that again right?"

Justin looking at Moe, then at Gil responded, "Yep, I will take my right hand and run it through my hair when they are on the mark and the moment is right."

Moe pleased so far by what he is hearing, "Good! Nick, how do we look on those votes so far?"

Nick looking at his iPad mini informs Moe as to what the status is with the voting, "Looks like I won't have to rig this election. Seems as if everyone is voting for them already. They are up by 17%, and the voting is over in less than 2 hours."

Moe again reiterates to Nick his responsibility, "I don't care! Just make sure they win…even if it is dishonest you hear me?" Nick nods in response to the directive.

Moe then looks to Josh, "Ok useless, all you have to do, is hit record on this camera. Think you can do that?"

Josh, fed up with being treated like a heel answers back, "Yeah, I can do that. And what are you gonna do while all this is happening Moe?"

Moe just smiles quietly to himself as he answers that question, "I'm just going to watch the show. Now if there's now other questions, then let's get back to our dates." And just like that, Moe and company went back to their table to enjoy dinner.

As Calvin and Susie enjoyed a lovely dinner with their friends, the conversation around the table was about where everyone was going after prom, or where they were going once schools out, and what college will they be attending. Calvin just sat quietly. He knew he had poor choice in words, so he just nodded and answered questions with yes and no responses. However, once dinner was finished, the floor was open to dancing, "All right boys and girls, here is our first song on the evening. Let's get down with Charlie Brown and do the Cha-Cha Slide!" The DJ said as his voice boomed through the room.

As soon as Calvin heard the song, he got up and made his way to the dance floor, but before he could take one step out, Susie stopped him, "Hey, just where you think you're going?" She said in a surprised tone as she grabbed his wrist.

Calvin, all but surprised gave Susie his response, "I'm going to dance! I love this song." And instead of fighting her grip, Calvin reach over with his other hand and pulled Susie up out of her seat, and onto the dance floor.

"Calvin! Wait, I don't know this dance." Susie said as she resisted him dragging her out there.

"Oh, come on. It's easy, just follow the lyrics. You can do that can't you?"

Susie watch Calvin at first as he danced to the song. He looked so…fluent! He really was a good dancer. Then all of a sudden, he moved closer to her, "Just follow my lead Susie."

Susie did just that, and they were both in line dancing to the Cha-Cha slide, "You are crazy, you know that Calvin?" Susie said with a smile as she admired her date dancing to the beat.

"Calvin just winked as he continued to move on the floor. He was so good, that the rest of the people on the dance floor forced him into the middle along with Susie to lead them in the slide.

Moe just sat there and watched with a sneer on his face, "Go ahead Calvin. Enjoy it now. Because in a few hours, you'll be humiliated on a global scale."

Just then, Moe's date chimed in, "Moe, I want to dance!"

"So what's stopping you?" He said in a crass manor.

"Uh, well…I need you to dance with me!"

Again, Moe made it perfectly clear to his date, "I'm just here for the food, pictures, entertainment, and what comes after the prom. Moe doesn't dance, unless you're on your back! Catch my drift?"

Fed up with his attitude, his date just walked off in a huff to join her girlfriend on the floor.

Susie was loving every minute of dancing with Calvin. As many times as she hated hearing her Mom relent on going, she was glad she did. Once the Cha-Cha Slide was done, the DJ played the next song, "Ok, we gonna slow it down for ya just a little bit. Grab that special someone and hold him or her tightly."

Calvin and Susie just looked at each other for a moment as Adam Levine's voice filled the airways. The two were unfamiliar with this type of dance, but that didn't mean that they weren't going to try. However, this time. Susie was the one to take the lead. "Ok Calvin, here. Put your hand around my waist like this." As Calvin did just that, Susie then wrapped her arms around his neck.

As she looked him in the eyes for a moment, she then rested her head on his shoulder and took in his scent. Calvin, as well as Susie, did not want this moment to end.

As the two swayed back and forth on the floor, Susie then spoke up to Calvin, "Thanks for coming with me tonight. I know this was forced upon us, but I really did want to go… with you."

Calvin now resting his chin on the top of Susie's let out a sigh, "Truth is Susie, and I too wanted to go with you. I'm glad were together here right now."

For most of the evening, the two danced, ate, drank and had a good time. Calvin & Susie both dance fast and slow, but they made it a point to dance slowly when the music called for it. Neither one wanted to stop as they basked in the moment with each other…until the time came to announce prom King & Queen…

The DJ then made the announcement for Principal Whipplesteen to come up and announce this year's prom King & Queen. As he made his way to the stage, Moe looked around to see that his crew was in place. Sure enough, they were where they needed to be as the principal made the announcement.

"Thank you one and all for attending this year's prom. I would like to thank our chaperones for giving up their Saturday night to spend it with you." Applause filled the room to thank the teachers and administrators for their time this evening. Principal Whipplesteen continued, "Also, please feel free to dance with them…Especially Mrs. Roberts the Drama teacher. You know how she likes to get down."

Moe and crew eagerly awaited the announcement. They already knew who the winners are, but still, the adrenaline was pumping, waiting for the moment to strike when their names were called out.

"Ok, without further ado, let's have the envelope please." Principal Whipplesteen looked at the names on the slip of paper and with a straight face and booming voice made the announcement. "Ladies & Gentlemen, your prom King and Queen are Calvin Watterson & Susie Derkins!" ("Are you Ready for this playing")

Some in the crowd cheered, some gawked, and some were flat out shocked, but for Calvin and Susie, this was uncharted territory. Candice and Russie ushered Susie and Calvin up on stage. Calvin, for the most part knew something was wrong…but didn't want to let Susie know.

Susie, well she was beside herself. She never was one to feel let alone be somewhat popular, but this was all too fast and too shocking for her. As the two stood on stage, exactly where Gil marked the target to be. Principal Whipplesteen put both the crowns on the heads of the two teens.

Moe looking on from his seat. He waited for Justin to give the signal. No sooner as he looked his way, Gil ran his right hand through his hair. Gil got the signal loud and clear, "Ok Calvin and Susie, let's see how you like stink weed stew all over you." Gil then pulled the rope and just as they practiced, the contents spilled out.

Calvin and Susie both smiled for the pictures that were being taken. Just then, Calvin heard a loud clank as metal struck a solid wood beam. Both teens looked up as they saw a barrage fall their way.

"Oh my God! What is that stuff falling?" Cried Susie as she cringed and grabbed a hold of Calvin. Calvin just cringed as he said, "Just close your eyes and mouth Susie…Now!" Calvin said as he pulled her in close to cover her.

As the others watched in amazement at what had just taken place. Moe's face then went to a state of bliss as he looked on from his table in the back. Only one thought crossed his mind...

"look out below, losers."

Did everything go according to plan? Will Calvin and Susie Bathe for a month? And who will dance with Mrs. Roberts? Stay tuned for the next Chapter…
