Heyhey

Still no feedback for my last 2 chapters... sniff, but hey I'll keep roling.

I am not sure if that last short chapter was a very good idea? But hey I think it turned out nicely...

Please leave your reviews, ideas and feedback. I absolutely love reviews.

Suki POV

Kyoshi,

Present time

We have tied our prisoners to the Statue of avatar Kyoshi, an old weatherd statue of a proud woman in green robes with white facepaint. The girl in the blue parka to the right, the boy in the blue parka in the middle and the boy in the strange clothes at the left side.

It is time to interriogate the spies. They wear water tribe clothing. I note, but not that this matters in time of war. I move over to the spies and quickly snag their blindfolds off before taking a step back.

The girl looks unsure at me while the older boy looks around like he is expecting something before speaking up.

'Where are the men who ambushed us?' He says while locking eyes with me. O please prick. I think before snapping back 'There were no men, we ambushed you.'

'Please, how could some girls ambush us, don't lie.' He says. Now I am getting angry as I snap at him. 'We still ambushed you I don't care if you believe us!' We have both moved our head close enough that we almost touch each others noses, my nose catches a rather nice manly scent.

I get snagged out of my thoughts when suddenly the girl gasps at something to the right. And me and my warriors swirl around facing a path between two wooden houses.

I grit my teeth when I see them, the young man and woman that fought us off and the strange young woman with the blood-red left eye, the man has the spy I sent after them slung over his shoulder.

The dark long haired woman looks around and notices that my warriors have boxed them in but doesn't seem disturbed as she locks her blue eyes with me and a small smile covers her face, she has her arms crossed, authority radiating off her.

The man looks around eagerly at the girls who are ready to strike, he is holding our spy firmly as she tries to break free from his grip by squirming. It almost looks like he is eager for a fight.

The strange girl on the other hand looks hesitant at me. Her left eye has a dark tinge in it as she slowly raises one of her hands and seems to focus on me.

Suddenly it feels like I lose control over my body as it feels like a hand grips around my neck. My muscles contract in strange ways as I try to hold onto my own limbs. Panic grips at my mind. Then the tension suddenly disappears as the strange woman suddenly breathes heavily like she is exhausted when a slender pale hand from the other slightly older woman grasps her shoulder reassuringly.

Kai POV

That felt so strange, I felt her heartbeat and tried to grasp it with my mind, it took almost all my energy to get a grip and try to move her limbs at my command.

Then my concentration broke as my energy left me. I felt Sophies icy-hand comfort me as I broke out panting because of the strain.

Got to focus girl. I say to myself as I gather myself and look at Katara who looks shocked. Yep I'll explain that later.

I get pulled from my thoughts as Bec speaks up. 'Well we could do this the easy way and let Aang - The orange clothed boy over there airbend to show that he is the avatar, or we could take the painfull road and rip you apart little girl.' He says that directed to their leader. The girl I tried to influence. I mentally add.

I see doubt cross the girls face, she is younger then me I notice, while it is quite hard to see with the white facepaint.

'O come on let him airbend!' I shout annoyed as their leather takes her time.

I see the girls face straighten as it looks like she has made up her mind.

'Sorry, but we cannot take the risk. Warriors seize them!' She commands. I stagger back in shock as the girls around us pull out razor-sharp fans. I also notice Aang struggling against his bonds and a crowd of villagers peeking from a distance.

I get pulled out of my thoughts as I see the leader run at me. I am in trouble! I shout in my mind as I grip my only weapon as I pull up my hand and grasp at her heartbeat again. She slows down as I feel my mind strain in concentration.

Focus! I shout in my head. She is still slowly walking toward me like she tries to move through an arctic blizzard.

Around me I see in the corners of my eyes Sophie and Bec fighting off the warriors with ease as they disarm them and knock them back with quick strikes.

I feel my hold on her pulse slip as I feel my power being drained from me.

The moment I let loose I see Aang flying up in the sky. The watching crowd gasp in amazement as their leader also turns and looks up shocked. 'So he is the avatar.' She says in amazement.

'Yep, told you.' I roll my eyes before following up. 'Thank you for trying to kill me.' But their leader ignores me as she is looking at a cheering crowd of villagers and warriors around Aang who is doing some stupid trick, spinning marbles in his hand with airbending.

'O really.' I groan out softly.

Not even an hour later we have gone from public enemy number one to honoured guests, so we got a kings meal from the villagers. Right now we are eating as we sit around the huge food covered table.

I am slowly eating as I look around. I am sitting in the corner of the room with my back against the wall, Katara is picking her food to the left of me and Aang is playing with his food to the left of her. Should learn him some manners. I think for a second before I turn my gaze to Sophie and Bec sitting against the opposite wall, Sophie eating like a well mannered lady, Bec... Not so much.

I snort in amusement as I look at Sokka who is sitting gloomely in a lone corner.

'Sokka aren't you always hungry?' I ask him with my brows raised and a small smile on my lips.

'No.' He snorts out, staring angrily at the ground.

'Well then you won't mind me eating your food.' I say when I stand up to walk towards him.

He gives me a glare before quickly standing up as I aproach and quickly snagging his food into a bag and runs out of the room.

Seriously Sokka. I think as I return to my place and sit down again.

'What did you do back there?' Katara asks. I had it coming hadn't I...

'I don't know...' I slowly reply. 'It just happened, I felt... How was her name? Suki? Her heartbeat and just grasped it..'

'Like bending?' Katara asks locking eyes with me curiously.

'I don't know how it is to be able to bend so I don't know.'

Aang now speaks up. 'I do not know any bending form that could do that.'

'Meaby you are bending something inside of people.' Sophie now slowly speaks up from the other side of the room. 'But hey whatever you did it drained your power fast so meaby some training and martial arts would be in place.'

Something inside of people... Goes through my head before I say. 'That is a good idea, especially on a journey like this, but I am not a fighter.'

Sophie just gives me a grin. 'Meaby you'll be surprised, let's go.'

--

Me, Sophie and Bec have walked around a bit through the village, attracting curious eyes from the villagers, mostly me because of my left eye and ofcourse the fact that we travel with the avatar.

After walking through a small market of some sort we have found one of the green robed warriors from earlier and Bec has, strangely enough politely, asked if there was a training ground nearby.

The girl gave him a sneaky grin before pointing towards one of the larger wooden buildings. Bec thanks her before we walk towards the building.

'What was that grin of hers?' I ask the dark haired man next to me giving him a questioning smile.

'O lets just say she liked me.' He grins.

Sophie, on the other side of me huffs. 'Please, you're still lucky you found me, no one else would have taken you.'

He laughs at that. 'Opposite, I was the only one that noticed you.'

'O should I wear that red dress again.' She responds mockingly.

I can barely hold my laugh because I know what she is implementing. Especially on a body like hers.

'Ho ho ho, that's not fair, that thing is a magnet.'

I snigger. 'We are here stop bickering.'

We are standing in front of one of the larger wooden houses, this one opens up to a large open room, the walls are lined with weapons and training dummies.

In the room are a group of green clad warriors sparring including one that looks odly familiar and not very feminine.

'Hey Sokka!' I shout at the only boy, wearing the same armor and facepaint as the girls, as I distract him his sparring partner sees her chance and throws him to the ground.

'He not fair!' He cries out to Suki pinning him down.

'War isn't fair.' She simply responds before letting him go and walking towards us. 'What are your plans here.' She asks no one in particular.

'We would like to train our little ice-princes over here.' Bec responds.

Pfff, princess. Like we have those at the south-pole.

'The world is full of surprises.' A voice echoes through my.

I quickly look around before I hear Sophie next to me. 'Let's begin.'
