Before Nadeshiko and Brando were even born...

Two young women were talking together. One was a young shaman that belonged to the Giglio Nero Family while the other was a dear friend of hers.

"Are you sure you want me to take the power that you and Reed protected, Luna?" The shaman gripped the items in her hand. Two rings.

Luna nodded, "I want you to give one of these rings to someone, that would later end up in your world."

"Your clairvoyance showed you a glimpse of what would happened to your daughter didn't it?" The shaman continued.

"Yes, Sepira." Luna smiled at her friend,"I hope you'll keep my promise."

"I will, Luna. After all..." Sepira's blue eyes gleamed, "You and Reed will always be my dear friends, no matter what happens."

January...

Serena was sleeping together with her child. However she didn't expect to see a certain someone within her dream

A transparent yet noticeable Elena appeared in Serena's dream.

Serena gasped, "E-Elena? What're are you doing here?"

Brando's words began to resurface in the back of her mind.

If you were to see any of the people that you've bonded here in this world. There is a possibility that person could be-

Serena's eyes widened.

There was only one way that Elena could have appeared in her dream.

Elena...had died.

"I need you...to tell," Elena began to speak in chopped parts.

"Tell who, Elena?! I'll do whatever it takes!"

"Tell Daemon..." Elena continued.

Daemon...

Serena eyes cast down. Daemon...must be devastated.

"He misunderstood what I had said," Elena's eyes were filled with sadness, "I wanted him to continue protecting the weak, in the name of the Vongola."

Elena began to fade slowly.

"Wait! Elena! Please, don't go!"

Serena tried to reach her hand out to Elena...however it was futile.

She ended up waking up from her unconsciousness to find Alaude holding her. A worried expression was placed on his face.

"You looked as if you were calling out to someone." Alaude had just recently returned to see Serena in pain from her sleep.

Serena's eyes averted Alaude's gaze, "I...I need to tell something to Daemon."

~Time Skip~

Serena finally found Daemon staring at a picture of Elena in an empty room.

Daemon turned to Serena, "Serena..."

Serena shuddered.

Daemon's aura. It suddenly became deadly.

"Don't worry. I promised, Elena." He walked over to Serena placing a hand on the frozen Serena's shoulder.

Daemon muttered his voice had a hint of anger within, "I promised to create it. A Vongola Family that will make people scream in fear."

By the time Serena was left alone.

She fell to her knee crying.

"It's already too late! Elena...I couldn't tell him!" Serena was in anguish.

In another space of time...

"It seems that she found out." Luna began staring at what seems like oblivion.

"You mean..." Brando gritted his teeth, "But she promised."

"It's not your fault Brando, " Luna placed her hand on her nephew's chin, "In the mean time I want you to prepare for the worst."

"Once Nadeshiko loses all the flames I gave her, it will return to the original owner," Luna's head went down, "Give the ring to Talbot, that way Serena's soul can be living with my reincarnation. No matter what happens I still want to see my daughter, even if my form has changed."

"I'll carry out your's and father's wishes." Brando's eyes became distant.

Lazura: Yes this indeed is a very short yet sad chapter, but here's a short extra about baby Micahel

The Lullaby

"Serena, maybe you should give him a lullaby?" Elena suggested to the new mother.

"Eh?"

"I mean you do have a beautiful voice, plus it would be wonderful to see you singing again!"

"I see..." Serena gave her friend a smile.

Serena soon turned her face over to the young child in her arms. A young baby with black hair and light blue eyes stares at Serena as if he was waiting for her to sing.

Thus the warm melody began.

A small breeze blew against the curtains creating an effect as if the wind was singing along.

Someone kissed me whispering words of love.
Is it just a longing of my heart?
Such a moment of such peace.

"Kyaku!" the little baby garbled giving Serena a warm smile.

"Aww!" Elena cooed at the little boy, "It seems to me that he likes the song."

"It seems so," Serena turned over to the child singing a small part of the song, "If I were to end up in a cloistered sleep, you may call my name. You may call my name. Call my soul from the heart."

"M-Momma!" Michael mumbled as his hands tried to reach out to Serena's face.

Serena surprised expression changed into a joyful one.

"Michael, I love you." Serena said to the child as she cradled the baby in her arms.

Lazura: Okay the next two chapters are the FINAL chapter and the epilogue.
